        신자유주의 시대의 멜로드라마적 상상력 : 텔레비전 드라마 <비밀>을 중심으로

        텔레비전이 국민적 매체일 수 없고, 드라마 또한 분화된 소비자-시청자를 대상으로 한 상품으로 존재할 때 드라마 분석은 어떤 정치적 의미를 가질 수 있을까? 이 글은 IMF 위기 전후로 본격화되기 시작한 젠더화된 양극화의 현실을 멜로드라마적 문법으로 풀어내어 호응을 얻었던 드라마 <비밀>(2013)의 분석을 통해 이 질문에 답하고자 한다. 이 드라마는 우리 시대 젠더와 계급의 하위주체인 ‘고졸 여성’ 강유정을 주인공으로 하여 그녀의 뒷바라지 덕에 검사가 된 남자 주인공 안도훈의 악행과 그녀가 겪는 수난에 초점을 맞춘다. 즉, <비밀>은 1990년대 이후 본격화되기 시작한 신자유주의가 불러온 젠더화된 양극화의 억압적 현실에 대한 불만을 한 고졸 여성의 수난과 사랑/연애로 전치시킨 이야기라고 할 수 있다. 또 한 가지 주목할 점은 안도훈의 악행이 의지적이라기보다 의지가 없는 데서 발생하는 ‘나약한 악’의 형상이라는 것이다. 이는 죄를 인정하고 수난을 달게 받아들이는 강유정의 ‘성찰이라는 선’ 그리고 또 다른 극중 인물인 최광민의 ‘의리라는 선’과 대비적인 것으로 제시된다. 이러한 선악의 양상은 1990년대 이후 ‘부자되세요’의 주술에 사로잡혀 누구나 큰 자각없이 악을 행할 수 있게 된 지금/여기의 상황을 일깨운다. 이처럼 드라마 <비밀>은 1990년대 이후 우리를 잠식한 신자유주의라는 이름의 새로운 자본주의가 계급과 젠더의 착종을 매개로 하여 불러온 오늘날의 도덕적 판단 유보 상황, 그리고 그로 인한 비극적 사건을 재현한다. 이러한 분석을 통해 대중의 욕망을 포착하려는 시도와 상품으로서의 성공률 사이에서 견인되는 드라마의 서사 및 수용 양상의 분석은 집단적 공유경험으로서의 대중문화를 정치화하는 데 여전히 긴요한 일임을 확인할 수 있다. When TV cannot be a national media any longer and TV drama as well exists as a product intended for differentiated consumer-viewer, what political implications can an analysis of TV drama have? This article intends to answer this question by analyzing TV drama <Secret>(2013). It received fervent response because it represented the reality of gendered polarization, which became serious before and after the IMF crisis, with its melodramatic grammar. This drama featuring a subordinate subject of gender and class in our times, ‘high school graduate woman’ Kang Yoo Jung as a main character, focuses on the evil deeds of male main character Ahn Do Hoon who became a prosecutor thanks to Kang’s devotion and Kang’s hardship. That is, it can be said that <Secret> is a story which transposes frustration about the oppressive reality of gendered polarization created by neoliberalism raging since 1990s into a high school graduate woman’s ordeal and love/relationship. Another noticeable thing is that Ahn Do Hoon’s evil deeds are expressed as a form of ‘weak evil’ occurred from being will-less rather than being willful. This is suggested as contradistinctive to Kang Yoo Jung’s ‘good as insight’ that admits her guilt and submits herself to suffering, and another character Choi Kwang Min’s ‘good as trueness.’ This aspect of good and evil reminds here/now situation where anyone can do evil without much self-awareness, driven by a spell of ‘enrich yourself’ since 1990s. In this way, <Secret> shows the present situation of moral judgment reservation and the following tragic consequences which a new name of capitalism, neoliberalism, encroaching on us since 1990s created with a medium of class-gender entanglement. Such an analysis ascertain that an reading on TV drama’s narrative and aspects of its acceptance, which is led between an attempt to catch public desire and success rate as a product, is still an important work to politicize pop culture as collectively shared experience.

        중학생의 식생활 단원에 대한 인식과 식행동에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the perception and eating behaviors of middle school students on Kwangju area about food and nutrition section of Home Economics course. The subjects were 480 middle school students. The major results were as follows; On the perception of food and nutrition section, the 1st graders learned 'how to settle the problems related to food and nutrition and food choices.' The 2nd grades learned 'the knowledge and principle of food and nutrition for improving dietary life.' The 3rd graders learned 'actual dietary life functions like arranging menu and preparing meals.' Consequently, there was a significant difference ineach grade and all boy and girl students have the highest response to the item 'they learn how to settle the nutrition problem and foods choices.' On the interests in the food and nutrition section, lower graders and girl students have higher interest than higher graders and boy students. The area which was considered as most interesting in food and nutrition sections was 'cooking' in all students. The perception of the concern on dietary life after learning food and nutrition section, the 1st graders responded there was a great change in 'balanced dietary life', the 2nd graders in 'eating habit and nutrition of adolescence' and the 3rd graders in 'cooking'. Especially, girl students showed more changes. On the perception of degree which food and nutrition section gives a help to actual life, students over 50% responded that it was helpful to their actual life, This showed that the lower the grades, the more help it grove to those students. On the perception of mother's job, the students with working mother considered that they learned 'actual dietary life functions like arranging menu and preparing meals' from the food and nutrition section. In addition, they had high interests in the area of 'cooking'. It was recognized that as the family size was greater, the food and nutrition section gave more helps to actual life. On eating behaviors of breakfast, the higher the grads, the more frequent they don't have breakfast, boy students have more frequencies of having breakfast than girl students and the primary reason of not having breakfast is poor appetite. On whether going without a meal affects study or not, most of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd graders whether they are boys and girls or not responded it affected their study. On eating behaviors of lunch, most of boy and girl students in the 1st. 2nd and 3rd grade have lunch box. On eating behaviors of supper. eating time is usually between 7:00 and 8:00 p.m and eating hour is mostly 10 or 15 minutes. On eating behaviors between meals, frequencies of eating between meals and mostly once or twice a day and girl students have more frequencies of eating between meals, and the cause was hunger commonly in boy and gill students and 'killing time' in girl students, The focus in getting the foods is 'taste' and favorite food is fruit regardless of the grade.

        오미자 추출물의 추출특성 및 항산화 효과

        The present study was conducted to investigate extraction characteristics and antioxidative activity of Schiznadra chinensis extracts. Schiznadra chinensis was extracted by reflux extraction(RE) under different extraction conditions including solvent. The solid yield, turbidity, color value, titratable acidity, free sugar contents, electron donating ability(EDA) and superoxide dismutase(SOD)-like ability of Schiznadra chinensis extracts were determined. The highest solid yield value was obtained with water of 10 fold. No significant difference in turbidity and color value were found among the extracts prepared with various extraction solvents, 75% ethanol, 50% ethanol and water. The highest titratable acidity was obtained with water extracts of Schiznadra chinensis. The free sugar contents of Schiznadra chinensis extracted with water showed the highest value. Schiznadra chinensis extracts with water included higher contents of free sugar compared with those of the other solvent extracts, 50% ethanol and 75% ethanol extracts. The total polyphenol compound content of Schiznadra chinensis extracted with 50% ethanol showed the highest value. Schiznadra chinensis extracts with 50% ethanol included higher contents of total polyphenol compound compared with those of the other solvent extracts, water and 75% ethanol extracts. The electron donating ability of extracts were 60.87% in water, 57.24% in 50% ethanol, and 55.61% in 75% ethanol.

      • 梓木이 腦血流 및 血壓에 미치는 影響

        The purpose of this study is to measure the changes of regional cerebral blood flow (rCBF) and blood pressure (BP) in rats, following the intravenous injection of Catalpa Ovata Water Extract (COWE). The measurement was continually monitored by laser-doppler flowmeter (Transonic Instrument, USA) and pressure tranducer(Grass, USA) in anesthetized adult Sprague-Dawley rats through the data acquisition system composed of MacLab and Macintosh computer. The result of this experiment was as following : COWE increased the changes of rCBF and BP significantly. After pretreatment with propranolol and indomethacin, the changes of rCBF were inhibited significantly, but not by L-NNA and methylene blue. Also, after pretreatment with propranolol, the changes of BP were inhibited significantly, but not by L-NNA, methylene blue and indomethacin. According to above result, it is considered that Catalpa Ovata increased the rCBF and BP, related to adrenergic β-receptor.

        7β[5-(Substituted) phenyl-2H-tetrazol-2-yl]acetamidocephalospranic acid, 7β-(5-Diphnenyl-methyl-2H-tetrazol-2-yl) acetamidocephalosporanic acid and 7β-[5-(Substituted)-4-phenyl-1.2.4-triazol2-yl]thioacetamidocephalosporanic acid were synthesized and tested in vitro antimicrobial activity. These compounds exhibited good antimicrobial activity against Gram-positive bacteria whereas most compounds showed decreased antimicrobial activity against Gram-negative bacteria

      • 건축설비설계의 전산화에 관한 연구

        In the building service system design, it is required for the domestic companies to achieve the international competitiveness since the foreign companies can participate in domestic construction projects. The object of this study is to develop calculation software for composing the calculation sheet of each process to be a basic study for the standardization and unification of building service system design part. Because this study is accomplished for engineers in building service system design company, it is expected that this program is applied easily to practical affairs. It will be also effective to encourage usage of the software. The results present standardization of calculations form in building service system design, item analysis and systemization of calculations in building service system design, and algorithm development of automatic calculations in building service system design. The calculation total time is reduced by 68% for the sample building with using the developed automatic calculation software.         7β-(5-Phenyl-2H-tetrazolyl-2-acetamido) cephalosporanic acid was synthesized by condensation of 7-aminocephalosporanic acid(7-ACA) with(5-phenyl-2H-tetrazol-2-yl) acetyl chloride. This compound was tested for antimicrobial activity in vitro against Bacillus licheniformis ATCC 14580, Bacillus subtilis ATCC 6633, Candida albicans ATCC 10231, Escherichia coli ESS, Micrococcus luteus ATCC 9341, Pseudomonas aeruginosa IFO 13130, Staphylococcus aureus ATCC25923, Staphylococcus aureuss FDA-209p and Salmonella typhimurium SL 1102. This compound revealed excellent antibacterial activity against Bacillus subtilis ATCC 6633, Micrococcus luteus ATCC 9341, Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923 and Staphlococcus aureus FDA 209p. This compound have no antimicrobial activity against Candida albicans ATCC 10231, Pseudomonas aeruginosa IFO 13130 and Salmonella typhimurium SL 1102.

        The purpose of this case study were analyze by for using Art Therapy the drawing of children. The subjects were the children(4~6 years old) who went to Play Academy in Mokpo National University. each session spent forty minute in play room. This research practiced during the six sessions. The tools which were used for the analyzation were H-T-P(House-Tree-Person) and K-F-D( Kinetic-Family-Drawing). Generally, the children who had the family problem were expressed their emotional problem in their drawing.
