      • 大豆未熟子葉祖織의 營養培地條件에 따른 器官分化

        元鍾樂,權貞淑,鄭圭和,張權烈 慶尙大學校 1987 論文集 Vol.26 No.1

        大豆의 末熟子葉組織을 사용하여 여러가니 營養培地에서 칼루스와 胚狀體로부터 器官을 分化시키고자 하였던 바 얻어진 결과를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1. 칼루스誘起는 MS 基本培地에 1.0mg/12,4-D,와 2.0mg/1kinetin을 첨가하거나 (M5培地) 하였을 때 가장 효과적이었다. 2. M4培地에 培養한 칼루스로부터 生長點모양의 완전한 구조를 갖춘 細胞群을 組織學的으로 관찰할 수 있었다. 3.칼루스를 器官分化를 위한 培地에 ?代培養하였을때 根分化, 칼루스로부터胚狀體의 形成, 胚狀體로부터 싹이나 잎의 分化는 供試한 大豆系統이나 使用한 營養培地에 따라 약간의 差異는 있으나 비교적 용이할 것으로 여겨졌다. 4. 供試한大豆系統인 뱀콩의 末熟子葉組織을 M4培地에서 칼루스를 誘起시킨 후 MS基本培地에 0.005mg/1 picloram 과 2.0 mg/1 BAP를 첨가한 培地(OM2培地)에 ?代培養하였을 때 칼루스로부터 胚狀體의 形成이 잘 되었고 胚狀體들로 부터 잎이 分化되었다. The experiments were conducted to investigate organ differentatin rom calls and embryoid under various media using immature ctyledon of soybeam. The results obtained were as followings: 1. 1. Omg 2,4-D plus 0.2mg kinetin or 0.2 mg BAP perr litre on MS basal mediu were efective growth regulators for callus induction. 2. Meristematic structure was observed from the callus induced by 1.0mg 2,4-D plus 0.2mg kinetin per litre in MS basal medium in which callus growth showed best response. 3. Root and embryoid from callus and shoot or leaflet from embryoid were differentiated on the medium subcultured for organ different on the soybean lines and media applied. 4. Embryoid from callus and leaflet from the embryoid were differentiated on the nutritional condition subscultured with 0.005mg picloram plus 2.0mg kinetin per litre on MS in immature cotyledon of spybean line Baemkong.

      • 태권도 선수의 운동상해 예방을 위한 조사연구 : 전국 고등학교 태권도 선수들을 대상으로

        Taekwondo players by analyzing the primary factor of exercise injury and researching on the actual condition related to media treatment. To dot it, male and female players at 14 High Schools in Korea, who are registered in Korea, Taekwondo Association, were selected as the subjects of this study. The result of this research is as follows. 1) 73 males(52.5%) and 59 females(42.4%) appeared to have exercise injury. 2) The parts of exercise injury about male appeared to be ankle joint 87 times (11.0%), foot 80 times (10.1%), knee joint 59 times (7.4%) in the order of the frequency of occurrence and about female to be ankle joint 87 times (11.0%), foot 74 times (9.3%), knee joint 63 times (8.0%) 3) The type of exercise wound in male appeared to be bruise 154 times (19.4%), muscular pain 94 times(11.8%), and in female bruise happen 134 times(16.9%) and muscular pain 73 times(9.2%) in the order of the frequency. 4) Injury was experienced during exercise among 22 persons(15.8%) in class pin and among 19 persons (13.7%) in both class bantam and feather. 5) All pin, flight, bantam, feather and heavy weight classes showed ankle as the most frequent exercise injury region among all the injury parts during exercise. Light weight class had knee joint 25 times (3.2%) and both welter and middle classes indicated foot area as the most often wounded part. 6) In injury types happened during exercise, bruise turned out to be 298 times(31.7%), the highest level. Next, the occurrence rate of muscular pain was 20.8%(167 times). 7) It is true 165Cm to 170Cm tall persons have most exercise injuries : 39 persons (28.1%). Next, 170 Cm to 175Cm tall players with injury were 28 persons (20.1%). 8) The area injured most often during exercise was that of ankle joint as 174 times (21.9%) in 160 to 165Cm, 165 to 170 Cm 170 to 175Cm tall players and players over 185Cm Foot was most frequently hurt part as 21 times (27%) in 175Cm to 180Cm tall players. Hand & foot joint and knee joint 7 times (0.9%) in 180 to 185 Cm tall players. 9) Players under 160Cm height and 160 to 165Cm, 165 to 170Cm, 170 to 175Cm tall players and players over 185Cm, showed the highest rate of bruise as the type of injury occurred during exercise and next to it, muscular pain. 175 to 180 Cm players experienced muscular pain 33 times (4.1%), bruise 31 times(3.9%) and 180 to 185 Cm players went through with bruise 17 times(2.l%) and fracture of a bone 8 times (1.0 %). 10) When it comes to total exercise period, 54 persons(38.8%), the highest rate of male, exercise over 4 hours and as to female, 50 persons The purpose of this study is to investigate to offer the basic materials essential for protection from exercise injury of (36.0%) exercise over 4 hours. 11) The injured cause of exercise in male was their carelessness (30 persons : 22.7%), the lack of preparatory exercise and the foul of opponent players (10 persons each : 7.6% each), Instead, for women, excessive work was the cause of exercise injury in 13 persons (9.8%) and their carelessness was that of the injury in 11 persons(8.3%). 12) Male chose emergency treator as following : medical experts(19 persons : 14.4%), the person himself, a coach or an inspector (16 persons : 111%). Female chose emergency treaters following : medical expert (21 persons : 15.9%) and a coach or an inspector (16 persons : 12.1%). 13) Thorough warm-up & arrangement exercise (47 persons : 14.0%), complete recovery from tiredness, wearing protective device, being well-nourished, mental & psychological stability, reasonably held matches in numbers, and etc are shown in order as the protective way of exercise injury in males. On the other hand, in females, complete recovery from tiredness(43 persons : 12.8%), thorough warm-up & arrangement exercise, wearing protective device, mental & psychological stability, being well-nourished, reasonably held games in numbers, appear in the order of frequence.

      • 오이의 品質向上과 運作障害 경감을 위한 有機物 施用 및 輪換式 栽培의 효과에 關한 硏究

        處女地 沓田輪換 式栽培地, 3年 連作地, 5年 連作地에 園藝作物을 供試하여 各 土壤別로 標集施肥, 有機物, 및 이들의 조합處理를 함으로써 連作程度와 施肥方法에 따른 作物의 收量과 品質, 土壤의 鹽類濃度 및 土壤理化學性을 比較檢査 함으로써 現象을 하고 나아가서 連作障害를 輕減 또는 防止하기 위한 방안을 모색하기 위하여 몇가지 實驗을 수행하였던 바 그 결과를 모색하면 다음과 같다. 1. 供試土壤의 實驗前 pH는 連作年數가 길어질수록 낮아지는 경향이 있었으며 반대로 유기물, 인산, 마그네슘, K, Ca 등은 連作年數가 길어질수록 높았고 C.E.C.도 비슷한 結果를 나타냈다. 2. 土壤內의 E.C.는 試驗前의 경우, 處女地, 沓田輪換式栽培地가 名名 0.35, 0.56이었고 3年, 5年 連作地가 名名 1.20, 1.30으로 連作土壤이 월등하게 높았으며 施肥後의 경우에는 3.00에서 4.35사이로서 全체的으로 높은 수준이었으나 土壤間에 큰 差異가 없었고 降雨에 노출시켜 일정한 기간이 지난후에는 0.39에서 0.43사이로 土壤에 관계없이 원래의 상태로 쉽게 회복되었다. 3. 土壤의 連作程度나 施肥方法에 따른 오이의 蔓長, 莖의 굵기, 節間數는 處理問에差異가 없었으며 유기물이나 미량요소의 施用에 의한 뚜렷한 증가는 나타나지 않았다. 4. 오이의 收量은 5年 連作地가 가장 많았고 다음으로 處女地, 畓田輪換式栽培地, 3年 連作地 順이었는데 이것은 1果의 果重, 果長, 果俓의 증대보다 수확과수의 差異에 의한 것이었다. 5. 連作程度와 施肥方法에 따른 오이의 品質反應중 外的인 品質 즉, 1果의 果重, 果俓, 果長의 差異는 없었으나 內的인 品質중 Vitamin C 含量은 連作年數가 길어질수록 낮아졌다. This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of application methods of organic material and minor elements, and difference of replanting year on the elevation of vegetable qualities and the reduction of replant-failure in cucumber plants which were cultivated under covering conditions. Used soils were Virgin soil, Paddy-Upland rotation soil, 3 year replanting soil, 5 year replanting soil. Application methods were Standard fertilizer, Standard fertilizer+Organic material, Standard fertilizer+Minor elements, Standard fertilizer+Organic material+Minor elements. Cucumber seeds were sown at August, 15 and transplanted at September, 15 in 1984. The results were summarized as follows; The pH value of the used soil before experiment was showed a decreasing tendency with extending the replanting year. On the other hand, the contents of the Organic material, ??, Mg, K, Ca and C.E.C. were increased with extending the replanting year. Before experiment, Electric Conductivity of 3 year replanting soil and 5 year replanting soil were notably higher than that of the non-replanting soil, Virgin soil and Paddy-Upland rotation soil. Their values were 1.20, 1.30, 0.35 and 0.56 mㆍmho respectively. But E.C. of the soil after fertilization was increased highly, from 3.00 to 4.35 mㆍmho with no relation of the replanting year. And after the soil being opened to the rainfall for about 4 weeks, the soil salinity was easily removed. Replanting year and fertilizer application methods didn't have an influence on the plant height, stem diameter and No. of node of cucumber plant. The yield was, however, affectected by it, not because of the fruit weight, diameter and length but because of the different quantity of the harvest fruits. Vitamin C content of cucumber fruit was decreased with extending the replanting year.

      • 폐허탈 및 농흉을 유발한 기관지 지방종 1예

        저자들은 객혈을 주소로 내원한 75세 남자 환자에서 기관지내시경 육안 소견상 양성 종양이 의심 되었으나 조직 검사상 지방종을 확진하지 못하였고 악성종양을 배제할 수 없는 상황에서 종괴에 의한 왼쪽 폐의 허탈과 농흉 때문에 수술적 치료를 시행 하였으며, 수술 결과 기관지 지방종에 의한 폐허탈, 농흉 및 기관지 확장증, 이로 인한 객혈이 발생한 예가 있어 보고하는 바이다. Lipoma is a common neoplasm on soft tissues. However, bronchial lipoma is rare benign tumor. Patients with bronchial lipoma might have a malignant potential, and there were case reports of lung cancer accompanied with lipoma. Therefore, it should initially be treated by fibrotic bronchoscopy or surgery. We encountered a 75 year-old male patients with bronchial lipoma, causing hemoptysis.

        Input shaping is widely accepted to be a useful tool for removing residual vibration in cranes. The UMZV(unity magnitude zero vibration) input shaper is often employed for cranes driven by on-off type motors. However, the UMZV input shaper makes the cranes move slightly further than expected from the original command while it can remove the residual vibration out of the cranes. This paper deals with a method of input shaping scheme which can compensate the position inaccuracy as well as remove the residual vibration of cranes. The proposed method is illustrated through a numerical simulation.

      • 기관지 탄분 섬유화증 환자의 임상 경과와 고감도 C-반응 단백(high sensitivity C-reactive protein, hsCRP)과의 상관 관계 비교

        Background: To investigate the association between bronchial anthracofibrosis(AF) and tuberculosis(TB). and the clinical utility of high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hsCRP) for diagnosis of active pulmonary TB in patients with bronchial AF. Method: Eighty three patients(62 women and 21 men ranging in age from 55 to 87), who were diagnosed with bronchial AF by a bronchoscopy, were enrolled in this study. The hsCRP was measured in patient's blood. The hsCRP results were compared with the bacteriological, and clinical finding. Results: The common respiratory symptoms were cough(70%), sputum(35%), dyspnea(20%), and hemoptysis(10%). The sputum AFB smear, culture were positive in 20(22.8%) and 37(44.5%) patients, respectively. The level of hsCRP in patients with postive culture was significantly higher than that of patients with negative culture.(4.67±7.5, 0.90±1.59, p=0.005). Of 63 patients with negative smear, the level of hsCRP in patients(n=18) with positive culture was higher than that of patients(n=45) with negative culture.(3.39±5.78, 0.92±1.50, p=0.013). Of 20 patients with negative smear and positive culture who were empirically treated with anti-TB medication, 11 patients showed radiologic response. and their level of hsCRP was higher than that of 9 patients who showed no radiologic response.(1.56±1.89, 0.81±0.10,p=0.03) Conclusion: hsCRP appears to be useful diagnostic tool for predicting active pulmonary tuberculosis. in patients with bronchial AF.

        대구지하철화재 소방 활동 조사 분석을 통한 지하 공간 대형화재 시 소방 활동 개선방안에 관한 연구

        Underground spaces are actively being developed. Especially, the trend of this development is horizontally to connect other buildings by underground floors, that is, to make underground passages among buildings, it seems to be a great network space. Many inexperienced pedestrian are not aware of these passages and are anticipated to be exposed to a great of danger when there is a fire. It happened that the fire at Joong-Ang Ro station of Daegu. It might be ended as fire happening. However, it proceeded to the disaster giving a number of damage because of the incomplete system of disaster prevention. Now we will need the new fire fighting activity's system at the conflagration of underground space. This study is to research the fire fighting activity and to analyze the fire fighting system at the Daegu subway fire. And This data will use in base of fire fighting activity at the conflagration of underground space.

        대형 건축물의 태양광 발전시설 도입에 따른 경제성 및 환경성 효과분석 : 대구 컨벤션 센터(EXCO)를 중심으로

        The purpose of a paper is to know the first invest cost, a payback period, and an environmental result on EXCO when we apply a photovoltaic system to it Today, the need for alternative energy has increased due to the global environmental problems and energy depletion Buildings built nowadays have a tendency of getting innovative facilities and play important roles themselves as education and ads After Daegu City has tried to be selected as a Solar City, it makes alternative energy necessary for many public buildings Following this trend, Daegu City has a plan of putting a photovoltaic system on large buildings For instance, EXCO, exhibition and convention building in Daegu, is on the process of having a photovoltaic system. When assuming this project, the first thing we should have is an amount of hourly energy consumption for EXCO The hourly data for the electric energy were gathered by field survey for EXCO. Then, three places on EXCO were regarded of a photovoltaic system Every energy on each place was calculated respectively Considering the first invest cost, the payback period needs about 15 years in an environmental evaluation, the deduction of carbon 야oxide was also obtained with a certain chemistry equation. Evaluating the first invest cost, a payback period, and an environmental result, this paper Will give some information of choosing where to place the photovoltaic system on EXCO
