        자전거 피팅시스템을 위한 자전거신발클리트 조정방법에 관한 고찰

        The nation"s fraternity and elite players who have built up a global bicycle infrastructure often find it to be a problem with the bicycle"s speed and speed reduction, pain in knees and hip joints, or even with the bike itself, or with the bike"s own physical defects or a riding posture. However, we found that most cases of cleat adjustment errors were likely to be true. Accurate adjustment of the cleats is the most important of the entire fitting process and can be the basis for improving the ability of the bicycle rider and preventing injury. Therefore, the study was intended to give a prior study of bicycle fitting, which can improve bicycle efficiency and prevent injury when riding bicycle, and specific ways of adjusting bicycle shoe cleats, and the following results were obtained. First, the cleat characteristics of Shimano, LOOK and Speedplay, which are currently used in public, and the characteristics during the cleat adjustment process, were derived. In addition, the structure and characteristics of dedicated shoes using cleats and the method of using pedalling by the structure of shoes after adjusting the cleats were derived. Second, the position of the shoe and its relationship with torque in pedalling was discussed, and the method of adjusting front and back of cleats was derived. Third, leg length, ASIS, Q-Angle and Q-factor etc. were analyzed and the method of setting and adjusting cleat left and right values were derived. Fourth, the relationship between walking angle and cleat rotation was analyzed, the method was derived, and the torque size and angle behind the cleat adjustment were compared and analyzed using the spinner to indicate the torque and the effective mean torque angle after the cleat adjustment.

        부상예방을 위한 효율적 자전거 피팅 방법에 관한 고찰(자전거 피팅 시스템 개발을 위해)

        본 논문에서는 자전거 피팅을 좀 더 정교하고 신속하게 진행하기 위해 자전거 피팅 소프트웨어와 하드웨어를 통합한 시스템을 개발하기 위한 DB구축을 목표로 포괄적인 자전거 피팅 방법의 표준화가 요구됨에 따라 다수의 임상결과와 실험을 통해 이에 맞는 자전거 피팅 방법을 제안한다. 이 자전거 피팅 방법은 심층상담, 자전거체크, 정교한 신체사이징 및 분석을 통해 라이더를 위한 자전거 세팅 값을 결정할 수 있으며 이 세팅 값으로 조정된 자전거에서 고정 라이딩을 통해 자세와 페달링 토크를 분석하고 이을 통해 가장 효율이 높은 세팅 값을 찾아 자전거를 라이더의 요구에 맞게 최적화 할 수 있는 피팅 방법에 대한 결과를 도출 했다. 이와 같은 피팅 방법은 자전거 라이더의 만족도를 높일 수 있으며 정확한 자전거 세팅 값을 통해 부상예방도 기대할 수 있다. This paper proposes a corresponding bicycle fitting method through a number of clinical results and experiments, with the aim of standardizing the comprehensive bicycle fitting method with the aim of developing a system that incorporates bicycle fitting software and hardware to proceed more precisely and quickly. This bicycle fitting method can determine the value of bicycle setting for the rider through in-depth counseling, bicycle check, sophisticated body sizing and analysis, and from the bicycle adjusted to this setting, the posture and pedaling torque can be analyzed through fixed lading, which can be followed to find the most efficient setting value and optimize the bicycle to meet the needs of the rider. Such a fitting method can increase the satisfaction of bicycle riders and also be expected to prevent injury through accurate bicycle setting values. This paper can be established as a bicycle fitting technology that can be recognized even in the global market if the final bicycle fitting system is implemented as the result presented in the most concrete domestic and foreign countries.

        A Study on the Physical Measurement Method for the Development of Bicycle Fitting Integrated System

        Bicycle fitting used to depend on empirical adherence of bicycle Peter and intuitive judgment by hand, but recent developments in industry and the Fourth Industrial Revolution have continuously developed other related tools that can be applied to bicycle fitting. Depending on these circumstances, bicycle fitting technology is also developing, and due to the difficulty of the technicians, there is a limit to popularizing. The Bicycle Integrated Fitting System has the need for this study to make these problems easy for anyone to operate by the system of manual. The purpose of this study is to examine the methods of physical sizing among the various stages of developing these systems. Accurate physical measurements can improve the efficiency of bicycle riding and minimize the injury of bicycle risers issued by incorrect fittings. Thus, in this study, physical measurement methods for bicycle fitting were derived by body region and applied to the post-measurement fitting as well as the location and method of measurement. It has prepared a basis for establishing a core database for physical measurement of development of integrated bicycle fitting system. Research was conducted to enhance understanding and utilization of users after system development and results were derived for the purpose of the study. Research was conducted to establish a database for the development of a bicycle integrated fitting system, and future research on bicycle fitting methods, application of the system, and hardware development should be carried out.

        아동의 성장 배경과 아동기 운동능력 발달에 관한 연구

          아동들에게 있어서 체계적인 체육교육이 필요하다는 것은 누구나 공감하고 있으며, 실제로 유아교육 현장에서는 유아들에게 제한적이나마 체육교육을 적용하고 있지만, 유아체육프로그램을 적용함에 있어서 아동들에게 운동발달향상에 직접적인 영향을 미치는지 아니면, 그 외 다른 변수들에 의해 아동이기 운동발달에 미치는지는 아직 명확치 않다. 그러한 이유로 이 연구는 아동의 성장배경과 운동발달과의 관계를 규명하는데 그 목적을 설정하였다.<BR>  이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해서 아동기 성장배경, 운동발달 변인을 중심으로 가설적 관계모형을 설정한 다음 각 변인들 간에 인과적 관계를 검증하였다.<BR>  첫째, 부모의 사회인구학적 특성은 소근육 발달에 영향을 미치고 있으며, 둘째, 부모의 스포츠 참여는 소근육 발달에 영향을 미치고 있었고, 셋째, 아동의 스포츠 참여는 운동발달에 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다.   Anyone would respond to the necessity of systematical physical education for infants, and in the actual infant education grounds, physical education that is restrictive is applied. However, it is still not clear whether the infant physical education program directly influences the enhancement of motor development and prosocial behavior in infants, or if other variables effects the motor development and prosocial behavior of infants. Accordingly, the aim of this study is to investigate the relation of the infants’ growth backgrounds on their motor development and prosocial behavior.<BR>  In order to achieve the aim of this study, hypothetical relation patterns focusing on the variables of infanthood birth background, growth background, motor development and prosocial behavior were set, then the causal relation between each variable was investigated.<BR>  Four children’s home in Gyeonggi province were selected and eighty kindergarten children, aged six and a half were selected as the subjects for this study. The data of 146 children was analyzed and used. Regression analysis were used to analyze the collected data. Through this process, the following results were derived by analyzing the collected data.<BR>  First, the socio-demographic characteristic of the parents influenced the development of fine muscles.<BR>  Second, the sports participation of the parents influenced the development of fine muscles.<BR>  Third, the sports participation of the infants did influence the motor development.<BR>  In other words, in can be concluded that the growth background of infants influences the motor development.

        유아신체활동놀이 지도자 양성실태 및 육성방안

        This research is to look into actual condition of the education and authorization of courses for training physical educators for infants implemented in various educational organizations and social education facilities now and to grope a method for establishing and applying an effective training system. Searching organizations which train physical educators for infants through the investigation of relating documents, the Internet and telephone inquiries, examining the present condition of education and studying a method for reaching the researching subject by analyzing the contents of previous researches and investigating documents to draw a method for improving and training physical education for infants are to accomplish the purposes. It is drawn the following conclusions through the research methods mentioned above. First, the political criteria should be laid down for hours and coursed to be taken and qualification to tested for training physical educators for infants. Second, the physical education for infants should be added to the qualification courses of physical educators for living and the separate training course should be laid down Third, the assignment of physical educators for infants to educational organizations for infants should be reorganized to be a compulsory provision gradually. Forth, considering the specialty of infants, the method for appointing physical educators for infants who takes a special education by the country should be devised in order to prepare for the change of kindergarten education into public education.

        유아의 출생순위, 형제유무와 운동발달과의 관계에 관한 연구

        이 연구의 목적은 출생순위, 형제유무와 운동발달과의 관계를 지금까지 연구되어 왔던 기존의 유관학문 분야의 연구결과와 사실적 모형을 기초로 하여 분석하고 유아기 출생순위, 형제유무와 운동발달과의 인과 관계를 실증적으로 규명하는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 이 연구에서는 구체적으로 유아기 출생순위, 형제유무, 운동발달의 변인을 중심으로 가설적 관계모형을 설정한 다음 각 변인 간에 인과관계를 검증하였다. 이 연구에서 출생순위와 형제 유․무와 운동발달과 관련하여 출생순위는 소근육 발달에 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났고, 유아의 형제 유무는 대근육 발달에 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 출생순위와 소근육 발달과의 관계에서 첫째, 둘째, 셋째 순으로 순위가 우위일수록 운동발달이 긍정적인 것으로 나타났다. This study aims to make an empirical identification of causal relationship between birth order, existence and non-existence of siblings and motor development by analyzing the relationship based on realistic models and the findings of previous research in related fields. In order to achieve such aim, we have established a hypothetical model that shows causal relationship between variables such as birth order, existence of sibling and motor development during infancy. We have then, tested the causal relationship between each independent variable(birth order and existence of sibling) and dependent variable(motor development.) What we have found is as follows:Birth order is shown to have impact on the development of fine motor skill development; Existence of sibling during infancy is shown to have impact on gross motor skill development. More specifically, in the relationship between birth order and fine motor skill development, it is shown that the birth order is positively correlated with the motor skill development, i.e. the higher the birth order, the better the fine motor skills.
