4-point probe is widely used to measure sheet resistance of thin films in semiconductor and LCD industries. In case that the resistivity of the film is very high and the injection current is not properly selected, the voltage across the measuring point is so high that voltage measuring stage could be damaged. In this study a protect circuit for the low current source(sink) and voltage measurement stage is designed. It is concluded that the protection circuit improves the reliabilites of the low current circuit part.

In this work, a new 1-D dopant profiling determination method is presented, which extends to the quantitative 3-D doping profile extraction. This is the non-destructive method without a sample cross-cutting, and can directly measure at real MOSFET device having 3-D structure. Through SCM (Scanning Capacitance Microscopy) modeling, it is found that the depletion layer in silicon was of a form of a spherical capacitor with SCM tip biased. Then, the spherical and determined total depleted volume charges (Q), capacitances () and the rate of capacitance change with bias (dC/dV) was theoretically analyzed. Comparing SCM signal output with the calculated dC/dV, a 1-D inversion algorithm to convert SCM output into real dopant concentration measurements of 2-D and 3-D dopant profiles.

The energy level of tungsten in p-type silicon was studied by means of deep level transient spectroscopy(DLTS). Tungsten was implanted in p-type silicon with various doses and anealed by rapid thermal process(10000C. 30sec). One donor level of Ev+0.41[eV] was observed. its capture cross section was 3*l0^(15)[cm²]. The measured concentrations of tungstenlevel in silicon were proportional to implantation doses.

In this paper, a new architectural concept for network processor is presented. In order to know the state of arts of the conventional netwok processor architectures, several well-known commercial network processor architectures are introduced. There is still no industry-standard network processor architecture. A new idea is to systematically map network processor application sub-function onto both SW programmable processor (CPU) resources and (re-)configurable HW building blocks, such that different packet flows are forwarded via different, optimized processing paths though the network processor. Packets with well understood, relatively simple processing requirements may even bypass the central CPU complex. In consequence, CPU processing resources are more effectively used the overall network processor performance and throughput are improved in comparision with conventional network processor architectures. Analatical performance estimations to quantify the performance advantage of the new architectures are presented.

Flat panel displays(FPDs) are recently widely used for whole industry application. The yield improvement of FPD is strongly desired, because the portion of material cost in FPD production is extraordinarily high in comparison with other industry branch, for example semiconductor chip production. So the repair techniques for FPDs are strongly needed. In this study several repair techniques are reviewed and developed. Process variables for the laser-short-repair are analyzed. Open repair technique by means of dispensing is mainly developed.
보건교사와 일반교사의 성교육 수업실태, 자료 활용도 및 문제해결 요구도 비교

Purpose : This descriptive study was conducted to compare the teaching status, utilization of the teaching materials, and the need to solve matters of sex education between the school health educators and teachers working in an elementary school in Busan. Method : 182 school health educators and 125 teachers participated in the research. Data was collected using a self-administered questionnaire, and analyzed by frequency and x2 .test using the SPSS WIN 10.0 Program. Results: While school health educators carried out most of the sex education in the extra curriculum and physical education class, teachers did in the regular curriculum and physical education class. Regarding the utilization of the teaching materials on sex education, although the majority of school health educators used the teacher's manual, only a few teachers used it. Most of the school health educators used the ICT teaching materials while only half of the teachers did. Regarding the methods to solve matters on sex education, school health educators responded that a sex-related subject should be combined with a health subject, and an independent sex-related subject was necessary. The teachers, however, responded that it was necessary to secure enough time for sex education, the sex-related subject combined with a health subject was necessary, and there is a need to designate a sex educator. Conclusion: School health educators utilized more teaching materials for sex education and suggested more active methods to solve matters related to sex education. Therefore, school health educators should be more active as sex educators, and the subject of sex education should be adopted as a regular course.

Purpose This study was aimed to investigate the effect of knowledge and competence of first aid treatment among middle school students after the education on the injury treatment. Methods : The study design was randomized pretest and post-test control group nonsynchronized design. Study subjects were 32 Srd-grade students of Y middle school in P city and 34 Srd-grade students of M middle school in P city in this research. Among two Srd-grade classes. one classes were randomly assigned to experimental group (32 students) and two were control group (34 students). The intervention for experimental group was providing five-time 45-minute injury treatment education. Results : 1. The First hypothesis : After intervention on the injury treatment education, knowledge of injury treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(t=-6.480, p<.001). 2. The Second hypothesis After intervention on the injury treatment education, competence of injury treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(t= -15.121, p<.001). Conclusion These findings suggest that the injury treatment education can facilitate knowledge of injury treatment, competence of injury treatment in the middle school student. Therefore, it is considered that the injury treatment education can be utilized as a effective way to implement the 7th nation curriculum.
