      • Ecological characteristics and trap plant attraction effect of Metcalfa pruinosa in red pepper cultivation area of Korea

        Metcalfa pruinosa is the agricultural pest, first reported in Seoul, Gyeong-gi, Gyeongnam, Korea in 2009. This pests are difficult to control due to the wide range of hosts such as beans, apples, ginseng, pears, persimmon, and peaches. This study was carried out to investigate the ecological characteristics of M. pruinosa in pepper cultivation area. As a result of the density of M. pruinosa survey in Chungnam, Korea in 2018, the density of wintering-eggs, nymph, adult was the largest in Dang-jin area. And the results of the ecological characteristcs survey of M. pruinosa in red pepper cultivation area of Korea, M. pruinosa didn’t enter a red pepper field. In addition, the possibility of using three kinds of plants as attraction plants was examined in order to control environmentally friendly M. pruinosa. Among them, the greatest number of M. pruinosa nymph were attracted to Sunflower and Green perilla during nymph stage.

        SWMM 과 희귀분석법에 의한 유역의 오염부하량 산정 비교

        Rating curve method and SWMM (Storm Water Management Model) were applied to estimate pollution loading from Hwa-Ong watershed in Kyunggi-Do. Sampling data from monitored sites were used to derive rating curves and calibrate SWMM, and they were applied to the whole watershed including non-monitored subcatchments. Overall, the results from these methods were comparable and the loadings were in the same range and the difference was acceptable considering complicated natural pollutant loading processes. However, inconsistency was observed among the subcatchments. The pollutant loading estimates from two subcatchments with similar area were almost identical in rating curve methods, while the difference was significant in SWMM methods. Rating curve method can be a reliable tool to estimate pollutant loading from watershed if it is fully monitored, but it may generate large error during extrapolation to non-monitored area. SWMM is a comprehensive hydrologic model with great diversity that it can incorporate watershed characteristics like land use effects which is not available in rating curve methods. Therefore, it is recommended to use reasonable watershed model rather than rating curve and unit loading methods for the estimation of pollutant loading from watershed

        한글 해득 능력이 학급 공동체 네트워크 형성에 미치는 영향

        이 연구는 한글 해득 능력이 학급 공동체 네트워크 형성에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 한글 해득 능력 검사 도구, ‘친구’ 관계 네트워크 검사 도구, ‘학습 조언’ 관계 네트워크 검사 도구를 개발하였다. 경기도 소재의 한 초등학교 1학년 3개 학급을 대상으로 기술 통계, 상관 분석의 통계적 방법과 사회 연결망 분석(Social network analysis) 방법을 병행하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 한글 해득 능력의 하위 요소로 음독 유창성의 평균값은 191.9개, 음독 정확성의 평균값은 98.92%, 받아쓰기의 평균값은 8.34점으로 측정되었다. 둘째, 각 학급의 학급 공동체 네트워크 분석을 위한 ‘친구’ 관계 네트워크와 ‘학습 조언’ 관계 네트워크분석 결과 관계 밀도는 0.612에서 0.663 사이에 형성되어 비교적 높게 나왔으며, 연결도는 0.11에서 0.18 사이에 형성되어 학습 공동체 구성원들은 11%에서 18% 정도의 연결도를 형성하고 있는 것으로 파악되었다. 셋째, 한글 해득 능력과 학급 공동체 네트워크의 상관관계를 분석한 결과 읽기 능력과 쓰기 능력은 내향 연결 중앙성과 통계적으로 유의미한 정적 상관을 성립하였다. 이 연구는 한글 해득 능력과 학급 공동체 네트워크 형성의 관계를 실증적으로 밝힌 점, 언어의 사회적 기능을 강조한 한글 해득 교육의 필요성을 확인한 점, 언어를 통한 공동체 네트워크 형성의 특징을 파악한 점에서 의의가 있다. This study aims to analyze a relationship between students’ Hangeul comprehension abilities and a class com munity network. An analysis was conducted for 3 classes, first grade of an elementary school located at Gyeong-gi Do together with the descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and the Social network analysis. Research findings are as follows. Firstly, as for sub factors of Hangeul comprehension abilities the mean value of the oral reading fluency was 191.9, that of the oral reading accuracy was 98.92%, and that of dictation was 8.34 points. Secondly, analysis results of ‘friendship’ network and learning advice relational network for analyzing a class community network shows a relatively higher a relational density. Thirdly, as a result of analyzing the correlation between Hangeul comprehension ability and class community network, reading and writing abilities had a significantly positive correlation with the introversive degree centrality. This study has significance in that it identified empirically the relation between Hangeul com prehension ability and class community network, suggested basic data for set ting a direction of Hangeul com prehension education, examining students`` attributes, connection among class members and characteristics of a class community network.

      • 습지-저류지에 의한 하구 담수호 수질개선 효과 예측

        Investigated was the effectiveness of a constructed wetland system on water quality in Hwa-Ong estuarine reservoir, located in Hwasung-Gun, Kyunggi-Do. Procedures for estimation of pollutant loading from watershed and required area for natural systems, and simulation of corresponding reservoir water quality were reviewed. Generally, simulated reservoir water quality was within the reasonable range, and about 15% of total polder farmland was required to meet the agricultural water quality standards. The model was applied based on the current loading condition without additional treatment systems. Wetland system is an ecologically sound treatment system. Therefore, natural systems can be an alternative measure for water quality improvement in polder projects. The area for natural systems was estimated using literature value which might be acceptable at the planning stage. However, pilot system and its experimental data are requisite for large scale field application. WASP5 was proved to be a useful and versatile model, and its application to estuarine reservoir water quality simulation was thought to be appropriate.

        경상북도 후포와 강원도 장호에서 정치망으로 채집된 어류 종조성 비교

        Two major temperature fronts, the Subpolar (Gosung, Gang-won-do; 38°-41° N) and Thermal (Jukbyun, Gyeong-sang-buk-do; 36°-37° N) fronts, are found in the East Sea along the east coast of Korea. These are located roughly where the Tsushima Warm Current and North Korea Cold Current intersect. To clarify the effect of the Thermal Front, we investigated seasonal variation in fish species composition using set nets in two areas located north (Jangho, Gang-won-do) and south (Hupo, Gyeong-sang-buk-do) of Jukbyun, Gyeong-sang-buk-do, and compared the sea water temperature and salinity. We collected a total of 38 fish species in Hupo and 25 in Jangho. Trachurus japonicus was the most common species at both sites, but the subdominant species differed. At Hupo, the subdominant species were Konosirus punctatus and Diodon holocanthus, whereas Clupea pallasii and Scomber japonicus were subdominant at Jangho. Based on Froese and Pauly (2014), subtropical fishes accounted for 55% of fish in Hupo but only for 33% in Jangho. The difference in fish species composition was most obvious in May and August. According to the Korea Hydrographic and Oceanographic Administration, sea surface temperature and salinity were slightly higher at Hupo than at Jangho. Our findings suggest that the oceanographic boundary resulting from the Thermal Front near Jukbyun, Gyeong-sang-buk- do may have a major effect on the distribution of migratory fish species.

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of preschoolers' experience of attending private institutes on elementary school students' academic self-concept, study-habit, relationship with teachers and friends, and interests about the subjects. In conclusion, the duration and experience of attending private institutes did not affect the affective traits of elementary students. However, the type of institutes and subjets influenced the elementary school students affective traits. Especially, students attended musical institute showed more interest and confidence in music compared to other subjects. However, the students attended Korean language institute showed less interest and confidence in Korean language compared to other subjects.

        점오염원의 대기확산에 관한 민감도 분석과 모델링

        The sensitivity analysis of two short-term models (ISCST3, INPUFF2.5) is performed to improve the model accuracy. It appears that the sensitivities on the changes of wind speed, stack height and stack inner diameter in the near distance from source, stability and mixing height in the remote distance from source, are significant. Also, the gas exit velocity, stack inner diameter, gas temperature and air temperature which affect the plume rise have some effects on the concentration values of each model within the downwind distance where final plume rise is determined. And in modeling for the atmospheric dispersion of point pollutant source INPUFF2.5 can calculate amount, trajectory of puff and concentration versus time at each receptors. So, it is compatible to analyze distribution of point pollutants concentration at modeling area.

        세계경제는 날로 국제교역의 증대로 각국간에 경제의 상극의존도가 첨차 심화되고 있다. EU는 일찍이 경제통합을 목표로 회원국간에 사람, 돈 및 재화의 자유로운 이동을 가능케 하기 위한 전제로서 세제의 조화를 요구하고있다. 중국의 세제는 1994년에 현행 세제모습을 갖춘 것으로서 경제의 글로벌화, WTO의 가입등 새로운 경제환경이 빠르게 대두되는 오늘날 더는 시장경제 발전의 수요를 만족시킬 수 없게 되었으며 갈수록 그 문제점들이 두드러지고있다. 세제구조의 불합리, 세부담의 불공평, 징수관리 및 법규의 미비 등등. 중국은 마땅히 개발도상국과 선진국의 경험교훈을 참고로, 중국의 실정에 비추어 세제개혁을 진행함으로써 시장경제체계에 더욱 잘 부합되는 조세제도 및 조세행정상의 변화를 가져와야 한다. 이를 위해서는 상기 문제점들에 조준하여 비용을 세금으로 전환하는 방법으로 거시적 조세부담구조를 조정하고, 새로운 조세항목의 개설과 소득세 수준에 대한조정을 통하여 세제구조의 최적화를 실현하여야 하며; 내 · 외 자기업소득세를 통일하고 포괄적 개인소득세모식을 도입하는 방법으로 공평과세를 실현하며; 관세를 점차 인하하고, 기존의 생산형 증치세를 소비형 증치세로 전환하며; 조세징수관리제도에 대한 개혁을 통하여 조세징수관리의 숫자화 · 전자화 · 정보화 · 현대화를 실현하며;조세법규를 진일보 완벽해지게 하여야 한다.

        SWMM 과 WASP5 모형을 사용한 하구담수호의 수질 예측

        SWMM and WASP5 were applied for pollutant loading estimate from watershed and reservoir water quality simulation, respectively, to predict estuarine reservoir water quality. Application of natural systems to improve estuarine reservoir water quality was reviewed, and its effect was predicted by WASP5. Study area was the Hwa-Ong reservoir in Hwasung-Gun, Kyonggi-Do. Procedures for estimation of pollutant loading from watershed and simulation of corresponding reservoir water quality were reviewed. In this study, SWMM was proved to be an appropriate watershed model to the nonurban area, and it could evaluate land use effects and many hydrological characteristics of catchment. WASPS is a well known lake water quality model and its application to the estuarine reservoir was proved to be suitable. These models are both dynamic and .the output of SWMM can be linked to the WASP5 with little effort, therefore, use of these models for reservoir hater quality prediction in connection was appropriate. Further efforts to develop more logical and practical measures to predict reservoir water quality are necessary for proper management of estuarine reservoirs.
