      • 식육산업의 발전을 위한 정육점에 관한 조사 연구

        This survey was carried out in order to investigate and analyse the current status of 81 total of fresh meat stores located in Chungnam, Seoul, Kyonggi, and Inchon districts for making a development strategy. The results obtained were as follows; 1. Of 81 total of fresh meat stores, family size were the largest in group of 4∼5 persons(77.8%), the number of stores below 10 pyeong were 63.0 percentage(51 stores), the number of stores for rent were 72.8 percentage(59 stores), the number of getting average monthly income below 1,500 thousand won 63.0 percentage(51 stores). 2. In duration of store management, the number of stores below 5 years-career were 42.0 percentage(34 stores), the number of stores over 16 years-career were 4.9 percentage(4 stores), and then, 52 total of stores answered that they would manage only duration of their generation(64.2%). 3. Fresh meats at 46 stores had been supplied through wholesale stores(56.8%), and those at 14 stores had been supplied through feeding and slaughtering at manager's farm(17.3%). 4. At sides of consumer's preference of fresh beef and pork, consumers preferred to loin muscle(40.7%) and bacon part(54.4%), respectively. 5. 22 total of managers would like to change the name of stores(27.2%), and then they answered to be changed in order of marketing center of animal products, fresh meat center, and marketing store of animal products. 6. All stores had been marketing beef and pork, chicken meat and eggs had been saled at 27 stores(33.3%) and 19 stores(23.5%), respectively. And then, other animal products had been supplied and saled at only 2 stores. 7. The sale price-down at 41 stores wanted to be controlled according to going down at farm price(50.7%). However, that at 25 stores didn't want to be gone down(30.9%).

      • 駝鳥産業의 流通情報와 經營戰略에 관한 硏究

        This research was undertaken in order to obtain the technological skill and good information on the feeding and raising of ostrich in Korea. Ostrich meat have been confirmed with edible meat in Korea since May, 2000. Ostrich meat contains reddish color, which is low calorie, high protein, and low fat. Most of people preferred to high protein meat contained plenty of nutrients except high fat including high cholesterol. We could utilize as edible and palatable foods such as pure meat, large egg, bone including bone extraction, and fur. Therefore, this animals could be called as an economical poultry. Ostrich husbandry, in the future, should be maintained with environmental agriculture. Without our desirable environment, we as well as animals also could eventually be destruction. The characteristics of raising ostrich as well as duck is the use of remains of extra food as a recycling. Especially, ostrich eats very well voraciously everything to be edible. Especially, ostrich, in poultry, grows very well in early stage in course of growth. On the other hand, it is difficult for most of farmer to market and to improve the strategy of high qualities of meat. Accordingly, many farmers who are raising ostrich try to improve and to enhance feeding skill as well as reproductive and genetic breeding. And then, we should establish logical and systematical marketing strategy through good management including improvement of meat.

      • 흑염소 엑기스 식품의 소비성향

        This survey was carried out in order to collect basic data for the promotion of consumption of extracted juice from meat and bone of native goat. Data were gathered from a total of 148 peoples, who composed of 92 male and 56 female. Items investigated were experience and non-experience drunken, the kinds of healthy food , the reason of intake, intake frequency, intake season, the reason of non-intake, and supplementary item of goods at extract-making. The results obtained from answering after this survey were summarized as follows; 1. In answer about the drunken experience and non-experience for the healthy processed foods, the ratio of people surveyed was 85.14% and 15.86%, respectively. Male had tendency to be drunken much more than female with non-significance (P>0.05). And then, the older group showed tendency to be much more the drunken experience than the younger group. 2. The general herb-medicine among healthy foods used was the largest(50.0%), the extracted juice of goat meat and bone was used with the next largest(18.92%). The extracted juice was significantly(P<0.001) drunken much more in female than in male. And than, there was highly significant among age group in various healthy foods(P<0.01). 3. The healthy management among reasons of intake was answered in the largest(65.63%), the next answer was control after sickness(19.19%). There were not significant differences between gender group, and between age group, respectively. 4. The largest group at drinking times was answered to be two times a day(45.31%). There was not significant difference between gendergroup. However, there was highly significant between age group(P<0.001). 5. The drinking season was mostly answered to be in spring(35.94%), the next one was in winter(23.44%). The female group in spring was significantly(P<0.01) drunken much more than male. However, There was not significant between age group. 6. The largest reason for non-intakes of goat extracts was answered to be the decrease of the palatability(36.49%). There were significant differences between gender group, and between age group, respectively. 7. The supplementary item at extract-making was the promotion of palatability (44.95%). There was significant difference between gender group(P<0.05). And then, the group under 30 age answered mostly the promotion of palatability(50.95%), group more than 41 age answered price-down(41.38%). 8. 77.03% of questionnaire about drinking volume(80㎖) answered to be appropriate, 17.57% of those answered to be deficient. There were highly significant differences between gender group(P<0.01), and age group(P<0.01), respectively. 9. In the response after panel test of extract, 43.24% of questionnaire were good, while 10.81% of those were bad and very bad. Therefore, the scoring of sensory examination from 1(very bad) to 5 points(excellent) was 3.32. There was not significant difference between gender group. However, there was highly significant between age group(P<0.01).

      • 나프록센 함유 방출제어형 패취의 제제설계 및 평가

        The purpose of this study is to prepare he controlled release adhesive patch containing naproxen. Pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA)-type patch was fabricated by casting of polyisobutylene (PIB) and mineral oil in toluene. Membrane-controlled release (MCR)-type patch was prepared by the attachment of the controlled release membrane on the PSA-type patch. The membrane was mainly composed of Eugragit. polyethylene glycol(PEG) and glycerin. The drug release profile and skin permeation test with various patches were evaluated in vitro. The release of naproxen from PIB-based PSA-type patch with various loading dosed fitted Higuchi's diffusion equation. However, the permeation of naproxen through hairless mouse skin from PSA-type patch followed zero-order kinetics. In MCR-type patch, thickness of controlled release membrane affected on the drug release rate highly. In the composition of membrane the release rate was decreased as the ratio of Eudragit increased. The drug release from the MCR-type patch followed zero order kinetics. The permeation of naproxen through hairless mouse skin from MCR-type patch showed lag time for the intial release period and didn't fit the zero-order kinetics.

        선도농업인의 홈페이지 운영 및 전자상거래 활성화 방안

        This study aims to suggest an activating programs through leading farmers' preference analysis for homepage operation and e-commerce using binary logit model. The results showed that leading farmers' preference for homepage operation increased more as the period of internet using and livestock raising was longer, the intention of e-commerce was higher. They also showed that leading farmers' preference for e-commerce increased more as the period of internet using was longer, as age level was higher and non-livestock raising. Therefore the strategies for the activating programs of homepage operation and e-commerce are the strengthening of education about homepage operation and e-commerce for leading farmers, the linkage with a e-commerce, the enlargement of budget for them, the considerations of age level and items of crops or livestock, the support for leading farmers for e-commerce.

      • 흰쥐 이자 Insulin과 Neuropeptide Y 분비세포의 발생에 관한 면역조직화학적 연구

        Cells immunoreactive to insulin(INS-IR) and neuropeptide Y(NPY-IR) were found in prenatal(E15, 17, 19) and postnatal(P0, 5, 10, 15, 30, adult) rat pancreas using immunohistochemistry. Pancreatic INS-IR and NPY-IR were detected by day E17. They were found initially in the interlobular pancreatic duct, intralobular pancreatic duct and pancreatic islet gradually. Especially, INS-IR was detected in the dorsal pancreatic bud by day E19. The INS-IR and NPY-IR patterns were nearly similiar to each other, and many cells revealed colocalization of INS and NPY until day P10. But there was a change between them by the day P15 ; central INS-IR cells and peripheral NPY-IR in the pancreatic islet. The number of pancreatic islets per square millimeter of pancreatic tissue were decreased, and the number of immunoreactive endocrine cells per islet was increased according to development. These results suggest NPY may play a role in the development of the pancreatic endocrine cells.

        Cells immnunoreactive for somatostatin(SOM) and glucagon(GLU) were investigated in postnatal day 0, 7, 14, 28, 90, 180 and adult canine pancreas using light microscopic immunohistochemistry. Pancreatic SOM-immunoreactive cells were found in pancreatic acini, pancreatic duct, and pancreatic islet gradually. Pancreatic SOM-immunoreactive cells were more located in pancreatic parenchyme than pancreatic islet throughout pancreas by postnatal day 28. But there was change by the postnatal 3 months : pancreatic SOM-immunoreactive cells were more located in pancreatic islet than acini and duct. It is suggested that the number of the SOM-immunoreactive cells may not increase with age apparently. A small number of SOM-immunoreactive cells that showed GLU-immunoreactivity were also observed in canine pancreatic islet. The physiologic consequences of these changes remain to be determined. These results sugegest that SOM in the developing pancreas may relate to the secretion of pancreatic hormones.

        Fabrication of β-FeOOH@Hollow SiO2 particles and their coloration behavior via annealing temperature

        In this study, we synthesized a hollow structured core-shell β-FeOOH@SiO2 particles via etching treatment with mild basic solution. The rod shaped β-FeOOH particles were prepared by hydrolysis of FeCl3 as a raw material and subsequently coated with silica via sol-gel method. The hollow shell layer was fabricated by dissolution of SiO2 shell from core-shell β- FeOOH@SiO2 particles in certain NH4OH solution. We have been found that the thermal stability of a hollow SiO2 coating layer having a relatively low density is sufficiently maintained to a temperature at a very specific high temperature equivalent to common core-shell structure. Particularly, the crystal phase and morphology of core shell particles, which have a large effect on the chromaticity, were transferred at about 500 o C. Moreover, the chromaticity of the core-shell particles was not significantly decreased due to individual phase transition in the state of being trapped in the coating layer.

      • Regulation of estrogen sulfotransferase expression by estrogen receptor alpha in mouse testis

        Estrogen sulfotransferase (EST) is a cytosolic enzyme that catalyzes the sulfo-conjugation of estrogens at the 3-hydroxyl position. Sulfated estrogens lose their ability to interact with the estrogen receptor (ER). Previous studies have reported that testicular expression of EST is under the regulation of LH and androgen. In an effort to understand the biological significance of estrogens in the testis, we analyzed the EST gene expression in the developing mouse testis and Leydig cells and its regulation by estrogen receptor alpha (ERα). Male mice at postnatal day (PND) 1, 7, 14, 28, and 56 and ERα flox/flox Cyp17iCre male mice which show deletion of ERα specifically in Leydig cells were used for this study. Testes and Leydig cells isolated from these mice were subjected to quantitative RT-PCR analysis and immunohistochemistry. In addition, 17β-estradiol (E2), ERα-selective agonist PPT, ERβ -selective agonist DPN, and ER antagonist ICI 182,780 were treated in primary adult Leydig cell culture. These cultured cells were subjected to quantitative RT-PCR analysis. In testis, EST mRNA level was excessively low by PND 14 and markedly increased from puberty (PND 28) onward. In the interstitium, EST mRNA was not detected by PND 14 but considerably expressed from PND 28 onward. EST immunoreactivity was moderate in the interstitium by PND 14. Strong EST immunoreactivity was found in the interstitium from PND 28 onward. In ERαflox/flox Cyp17iCre mouse testis and Leydig cells, EST mRNA level was significantly lower than wild type (ERαflox/flox). In primary adult Leydig cell culture, the expression of EST mRNA was increased by E2 and PPT, but was not changed by DPN. The expression of EST in the testis is developmentally regulated. In adult Leydig cells, EST could play an important role in the steroidogenesis by modulating the activity of estrogens. Estrogen as well as LH and androgen may play a role in the regulation of EST expression in Leydig cells via ERα signaling.
