Osteosarcoma is a primary malignant tumor arising most often in the long bone, but rare in jaw bone. Especially osteogenic sarcoma of the mandible is a rare tumor, comprising less than 0.5% of all head and neck tumors. Osteosarcoma occurs cheifly in young persons, and presenting very survival rates. Histopathologically this tumor can be classified three types, osteoblastic, fibroblastic, chondroblastic and classified from low grade to high grade by anaplasia or mitosis of the tumor cells. Sometimes, the exact diagnosis of osteosarcoma is difficult especially in low grade osteosarcoma, even if clinical or radiographical findings suggest to osteosarcoma. So suspcious to malignant bone tumor in clinical or radiological findings, biopsy should be taked from deep portion and multiple area, and sharing the patient history and radiographs with pathologist will assist in the development of the diagnosis. We report a case of low grade osteosarcoma on the mandible initially difficulty in accurate diagnosis. The patient visited our hospital for routine dental treatment but radiographic findings displayed ill-defined radiolucency with osteoid formation on the mandible. Final diagnosis was difficulty in initial biopsy but subsequent biopsy taked from deep portion presented infiltrative growth and mitosis of the tumor cell in some area with small osteoid bone formation, so we could reach final diagnosis as low grade sarcoma. We treated this patient with bloc resection of the mandible and immediate reconstruction with iliac corticocancellous block.

최근 코로나 19 팬더믹 이후 원격근무의 확대와 더불어 랜섬웨어 팬더믹이 심화하고 있다. 현재 안티바이러스 백신 업체들이 랜섬웨어에 대응하고자 노력하고 있지만, 기존의 파일시그니처 기반 정적분석은 패킹의 다양화, 난독화, 변종 혹은 신종 랜섬웨어의 등장 앞에 무력화될 수 있고, 실제로 랜섬웨어의 피해 규모 지속 증가가 이를 설명한다. 본 논문에서는 기계학습을 기반으로 한 단일 분석만을 이용하여 탐지모델에 적용하는 것이 아닌 정적분석 정보(.text Section Opcode)와 동적 분석 정보(Native API)를 추출하고 유사도를 바탕으로 연관성을 찾아 결합하여 기계학습에 적용하는 탐지모델을 제안한다.
The Candlelight Vigils in South Korea: Neoliberal Protestors with National-Democratic Discourses

이 논문의 목적은 한국의 2008년 촛불집회에서 나타난 정치행위자의 한계를 ``시민적 책임성``이라는 측면에서 비판적으로 검토하는 것이다. 미국산 쇠고기 수입반대 촛불집회에 대해서는 서로 다른 두 가지 해석이 존재한다. 하나는 이 시위가 ``다중`` 또는 ``집단지성``이라는 새로운 정치행위자의 출현을 예시하며 새로운 형태의 민주주의가 도래했음을 보여준다는 해석이다. 다른 하나는 촛불시위는 제도화될 수 없는 반정치적이고 민중주의적인 운동이라는 회의적 시각이다. 비록 두 가지 해석들은 촛불집회에서 나타난 정치행위자나 운동 형태에 대해 흥미로운 설명을 하고 있지만, 촛불집회와 같은 대중적 사회운동이 최초에 예상되었던 정치사회적 변화를 결과하지 못하고 갑자기 사라진 이유를 만족스럽게 설명하지 못하고 있다는 비판으로부터 자유롭지 못하다. 이런 전제에서, 이 논문은 그 원인을 부분적으로 한국 사회의 후기 민주주의적 특성과 신자유주의적 변화에서 찾으려고 한다. 구체적으로 두 가지 주장을 피력된다. 첫째, 촛불시위는 개인화된 정치행위자들과 한국 사회에서 오랫동안 구조화된 민족주의적·민주적 담론이 접합되어 나타난 현상으로 볼 수 있다는 것이다. 둘째, 촛불시위는 시민적 책임성 없이 드라마틱한 이슈에만 즉흥적으로 반응하는 후기 민주주의의 원자화된 개인들의 정치적 삶이 지닌 한계를 보여준다는 것이다. This paper explores the limit of a political agency as an impromptu aggregation of individuals in the context of civic responsibility. The 2008 anti-U.S. beef Candlelight Vigils in South Korea have generated two opposite interpretations: some regard the protests as the advent of the ``multitude,`` or ``collective intelligence`` that foreshadows the emergence of a new type of democracy, while others denounce them as anti-political populist movements which cannot be institutionalized. Of particular concern here is the reason why such a mass social movement disappeared abruptly without leaving any social repercussion. We argue that the volatility of the movement is in part attributed to the society`s neo-liberal changes as well as post-democratic features. We also interpret the appeal of participants to popular sovereignty as an articulation of neoliberal individualization with nationalistic-democratic discourses. The Candlelight Vigils showed the internal discrepancy of the citizen who oscillates between collective political agency only reacting to dramatic issues and the atomized neo-liberal individual without civic responsibility.
WASHING-ELECTROKINETIC DECONTAMINATION FOR CONCRETE CONTAMINATED WITH COBALT AND CESIUM

A great volume of radioactive concrete is generated during the operation and the decommissioning of nuclear facilities. The washing-electrokinetic technology in this study, which combined an electrokinetic method and a washing method, was developed to decontaminate the concrete generated in nuclear facilities. The results of only an electrokinetic decontamination for the concrete showed that cobalt was removed to below 1% from the concrete due to its high pH. Therefore, the washing-electrokinetic technology was applied to lower the pH of the concrete. Namely, when the concrete was washed with 3 M of hydrochloric acid for 4 hours (0.17 day), the $CaCO_3$ in the concrete was decomposed into $CO_2$ and the pH of the concrete was reduced to 3.7, and the cobalt and cesium in the concrete were removed by up to 85.0% and 76.3% respectively. Next, when the washed concrete was decontaminated by the electrokinetic method with 0.01M of acetic acid in the 1L electrokinetic equipment for 14.83 days, the cobalt and the cesium in the concrete were both removed by up to 99.7% and 99.6% respectively. The removal efficiencies of the cobalt and cesium by 0.01M of acetic acid were increased more than those by 0.05M of acetic acid due to the increase of the concrete zeta potential. The total effluent volume generated from the washing-electrokinetic decontamination was 11.55L (7.2ml/g).
