It is important to interpret the soil chemical properties in order to effectively manage the farmland. This study was conducted to investigate the soil chemical properties of upland soybean field according to the soil series at 32 upland fields located in the parts of Gangwon-do. Soil sampling sites were selected by using the National Statistics DB and KSIS DB that is a soil environment information system provided by the Rural Development Administration. Soil samples were collected from 0~15 cm of top soil before seeding or transplanting, air-dried, passed through a 2 mm sieve, and analyzed for soil pH, EC, organic matter, available phosphorus (P2O5), exchangeable potassium, exchangeable calcium and exchangeable magnesium. The average chemical properties have exceeded the each nutrient optimum range level of RDA, except the organic matter in experimental soil 2015. And despite application of conventional fertilization, each soil series nutrient contents were change respectively. The results of this study suggest that conventional fertilization should be applied based on the analysis about the amount of accumulated nutrient contents in the soil.

Electronic Speckle Pattern Interferometry for quantitative evaluation of a impact defect inside of composite material plate are described. The impact on composite material makes inside delamination which is difficult to detect visual inspection and ultrasonic testing due to non-homeogenous structure. This paper proposes the quantitative evaluation technique of defects under real impact. Artificial defects are designed inside of composite plate for development of inspection technique and real defects under impact are inspected and compared with results of visual inspection.

Rheumatoid arthritis frequently involves the cervical spine and may lead to neurologic impairement. However, direct involvement of CNS structures by inflammatory cells has been reported infrequently. The prevalence of this complication of rheumatoid arthritis is unknown. Inflammatory CNS involvement in rheumatoid arthritis reportedly occurs in the setting of longstanding, active, erosive articular disease and is accompanied by extracranial and extraspinal nodules and vasculitis. This is diagnosed by radiologic finding of CNS nodules or meningeal thickening and by biopsy or autopsy. Treatment with corticosteroid, cytotoxic agent or surgical decompression is helpful. But the majority of patients die within several months of onset of neurologic symptom. Recently, we experienced a case of pachymeningitis caused by rheumatoid arthritis, which resolved repeatedly with azathioprine treatment.

Perioperative cerebral infarction is rare but may be fatal. This is a case report of acute cerebral infarction following general anesthesia in geriatric patient. A 72 year old female patient was admitted for transabdominal hysterectomy and bilateral saipingooophorectomy and pelvic lymphnode dissection. Preanesthetic assessment revealed a history of hypertension and diabetes mellitus. After surgery, she was alert but she gradually appeared to have right hemiparesis and confusion. Emergency CT brain scan showed early cerebral infarction in the middle cerebral artery territory. She was transferred to the depart ment of neurology and received treatment. She was discharged at 19 days after surgery with improved symptoms.
스트레스 측정 도구로서의 Hemoglobin AHemoglobin A₁c 유용성 평가

To assess the possibility and usefulness of glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA₁c) as a screening tool for measuring stress; single-item for stress, BEPSI(Brief Encounter Psychosocial Instrument), PWI(Psychosocial Wellbeing-Index), FBS(Fasting Blood Sugar) and other demographic variables were assessed in 89 healthy male workers at periodic health examination. HbA₁c was not correlated with any kind of stress scores used in this study, but correlated with age(r=0.226). The single-item for stress, BEPSI, PWI were correlated each other(p<0.05). This result suggests well-organized brief questionnaire for stress might be enough to evaluate the stress level of workers in periodic health examination.

This research tried to clarify the impact of service quality on the customer satisfaction, customer retention and switching barriers in the competitive structure between department store and discount store. We measured the level of service quality by using the methodology which had been adopted in the service quality research area. Using the internet survey method, we gathered data from 750 consumers of each industry. We used various analysis methods such as the regression analysis, t-test, and hierarchical regression analysis. The results reveal different patterns in the two sectors in the retail industry with respect to switching barriers. We conclude that switching barriers play an important role in consumer satisfaction and retention.

In the semiconductor and optical industry the non-contact transportation is required for reducing the damages. The ultrasonic levitation is the solution of the problem. In this paper, the ultrasonic levitation system and 3 disk-type stator for levitation various object are proposed. The vibration modes of disks are analyzed with FEM and designed with the analysis results. The 3D vibration profiles of the disks are measured by Laser scanning vibrometer for verifying the vibration characteristics of the system. The amplitudes of the disks and the levitation heights of object are measured for evaluating the performance.
