Throughout China ethnic Koreans' folk sports study, although many scholars and graduate students on Chinese Korean folk sports present situation, reasons and effect factors were studied in detail and has obtained a lot of valuable research results for the Chinese Korean folk sports culture inheritance and development. But these studies are confined to the cultural about Korean folk sports, still belong to the local studies. So far nobody to comprehensive, scientific, systematic digs Korean folk sports many aspects, analyzes their cultural characteristics and nature, especially not from interdisciplinary, multidisciplinary comprehensive analysis of Korean folk sports culture of the diversified development of the integrated research. In 2001 Yanbian made" western big development" this express. A review of 10years of development, the Korean sports career gained brilliant achievements of hitherto unknown; in 2009 the State Council formally approved the "China Tumen river area joint development program compendium in Changji mapbar guide zone" become so far the only a state approved the implementation of the border area development and opening. From the policy perspective, Yanbian area to enjoy the great western development, ethnic regional autonomy, the Tumen river area the development of a number of preferential policies in a body, the Korean sports development brings new opportunity and challenge. This paper studies the characteristics of Chinese Korean folk sports culture the comprehensive system research, analysis of Chinese characteristics of Korean folk sports culture and its development trend, reveals its cultural function and characteristics, clarify Chinese characteristic of Korean folk sports culture, in order to get scientific and reasonable conclusion, as the Korean folk sports culture inheritance and protection to provide a solid theoretical foundation; find out the crux of the problem, the breakthrough development bottleneck, to the Chinese characteristics of Korean folk sports culture inheritance and development to practice guidance effect.

Spontaneous retroperitoneal hemorrhage due to hemophilia A with impaired coagulopathy is very rare. Spontaneous retroperitoneal hemorrhage has been recorded as having originated from many retroperitoneal organs and blood vessels, and it may be due to local and/or systemic factors. In the majority of the patients, kidney and adrenal gland were the major site of hemorrhage. The systemic causes of spontaneous retroperitoneal hemorrhage are anticoagulation therapy and chronic hemodialysis. During the course of these treatments, hemorrhagic complications may occur at many site, including the retroperitoneal space. Blood dyscrasias including leukemia, polycythemia, sickle cell trait and hemophilia have been reported associated with spontaneous retroperitoneal hemorrhage. Performances of common zone with various sizes are examined for possible demand rate variations for an AS/RS. Common zone is a middle area located between the 1st class and the 2nd class to be used by the 1st class items if the assigned racks are not enough. This area is designed to resolve the rack shortage problem associated with a particular class. In the previous researches, effect of demand rate variation is ignored since fixed demand rate is assumed. It is found that rack shortage rate is decreased up to 60% of common zone size. However, no difference id found at above 70%. Waiting time tends to be longer with increased common zone while travel time and throughput are not affected at all with the common zone size.

An extremely rare case of primary melanoma involving only rectum is reported. This 59 year-old male patient was admitted to the hospital because of hematochezia, difficulty of defection. Endoscopic examination and radical excision showed polypoid lesion with ulceration which measured 6x6x3cm in 2cm from the anal verge. Histopathologic, H&E stain and electron microscopic examination(EM) were performed from endoscopic biopsies and excisional mass. We are reporting a case primary rectal melanoma with brief review of literature.

소아복부둔상시 저혈량성 쇽과 연관된 복부전산화 단층촬영술의 유용성

Background: We reviewed retrospectively the clinical features and contrast material-enhanced computed tomography(CT) after blunt abdominal trauma demonstrated a characteristic hypoperfusion complex. Our purpose were to evaluate the hypothesis that children with this "hypoperfusion complex" CT finding were associated with a tenuous hemodynamic state, severe injury and a poor outcome. Methods: Between January 1996 and December 1999, 39 consecutive children who sustained blunt trauma and were suspected clinically of having intraabdominal injury underwent CT. Demographic data, blood pressure, indication for CT, pediatric trauma score(PTS) and Glasgow coma score(GCS) were recorded at the time of the initial examination. Results: Three of the 39 children(8%) demonstrated a characteristic finding at CT which was described as the hypoperfusion complex. The "hypoperfusion complex" was present in the 3 of the 39 traumatized children(8%), but was the main radiographic finding in the 3 of the 14 children with a severe pediatric trauma score(PTS<8) and in the 3 of the 6 children with a Glasgow coma score(GCS<8) who were examined with CT. Conclusion: The CT findings in all children with the hypoperfusion complex by definition included marked, diffuse dilatation of the intestine with fluid; abnormally intense contrast enhancement of the bowel wall, mesentery, kidney and/or pancreas; decreased caliber of the abdominal aorta and inferior vena cava(IVC); and moderate to large peritoneal fluid collection. This "hypoperfusion complex" is a relatively rarely observed in injured children but appears to be associated with severe injury and a poor outcome. The pediatric trauma score provides a useful profile of injury severity in children. Prompt diagnosis of hypovolemic shock is important so that supportive therapy can be instituted to prevent further metabolic abnormalities and their potential cardiotoxic effects. In summary, the intense multiorgan enhancement pattern seen in the hypoperfusion complex indicates tenuous hemodynamic stability and is associated with a poor outcom.

의식하 진정법에 관한 보호자의 인식도 및 만족도 조사

본 연구는,보호자가 바라보는 진정법의 모습과 이를 통해 보호자들이 얻고자 하는 것과 원하는 것이 무엇인지를 알고 보호자들의 높은 만족도와 능동적인 협조를 이끌어 내기 위한 목적으로 시도되었다. 2006년 7월부터 9월까지 경희대학교 병원 소아치과에 내원한 신환 보호자 168명과 의식하진정법을 경험한 환자의 보호자 50명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문지는 신환 보호자용과 진정법 경험 보호자용으로 제작하여 설문을 실시하였다. 조사결과 다음을 알 수 있었다. 1. 일반적인 의식하진정법에 대한 정보의 제공이 주로 주변 사람들에 의해 제한적이고 수동적으로 이루어 졌으며,비전문 적인 성향임을 알 수 있었고,또한 소아치과 진료영역에서의 의식하진정법에 대한 정보의 제공이 부족함을 알 수 있었다. 2. 신환 보호자와 진정법을 경험한 환자 보호자 모두에서 환아의 공포감 감소에 가장 큰 관심을 가지고 있었다. 3. 행동 개선보다는 환아의 심리적 개선에 있어 보호자가 느끼는 만족감이 크며,따라서 진정법 시 행동 개선의 목적 보다는 환아의 공포감및 불안감감소에 초점을 두어야겠다. 4. 신환 보호자의 경우 진정법의 안정성에 대한 인식이 정립되어 있지 않았고,진정법을 경험한 보호자의 경우 모르겠다는 것과 불안하다는 대답이 대부분을 차지하여 경험을 하였음에도 올바른 안전성에 대한 인식을 하지 못하고 있었다. The aim of this study was to recognize guardians' desire and awareness on sedation. and to guide guardians' satisfaction and cooperation. Followings are the conclusion : 1. Information supply about conscious sedation were restrictive and insufficient. 2. Both first-visit guardians and guardians of sedated patients were interested in decrease of dental fear. 3. Doth first-visit guardians and guardians of sedated patients were satisfied with psychological improvement better than behavior improvement. Therefore. decrease of patients' fear and anxiety was essential. 4. Both first-visit guardians and guardians of sedated patients didn' t recognize accurate safety of conscious sedation.

해외 전력거래소들의 전략집단 분석을 통한 한국 전력거래소의 전략방향

우리나라 전력산업구조 개편에 따라 전력산업에 경쟁개념을 도입하게 되었다. 전력산업에 경쟁을 도입한다는 것은 다수의 시장참여자가 존재하는 시장경제체제로의 전환을 의미하는 것이다. 이에 의거하여 새롭게 등장한 한국전력거래소는 경쟁적 전력시장에 참여하는 회원사, 이해관계자 집단 그리고 국민에게 엄청난 영향을 미칠 전망이다. 본 연구에서는 전략집단분석 (Strategic Group Analysis)을 통해 외국의 전력거래소들을 4개의 전략집단으로 그룹핑 하였다. 그리고 한국전력거래소가 지향해야 할 전략집단을 단기·중기차원에서 도출하여 한국전력 거래소의 단지·중기 전략방향을 제시하였다. 더 나아가 우리나라 전력거래소가 지향해야 할 선도 전력거래소들의 구체적 사례분석을 통해 한국전력 거래소가 추진해야 할 향후전략과 핵심역량강화 방안을 제시하였다. Korean government has introduced competition on power industry according to power industry restructuring. To introduce competition on power industry is to transform from monopolistic structure into market-driven system with multiple players. Conseguently, Newly created Korean Power Exchange will have heavy impact on members. interest groups and citizens which participate in the competitive power market. In this research, first, we made four groups of foreign power exchanges by using Strategic Group Analysis. Second, we found short and long term strategic directions of Korean Power Exchange(KPX) based on target strategic group. Third, we made case analysis of foreign leading power exchanges that Korean Power Exchange should follow. Lastly through case analysis. we presented future strategies of KPX and strategies of strengthening core competences.
