The purpose of this study is to investigate the result of egg laying by queen bees concerning to the adding of hollow honey combs and the removing materials of keeping warmth, in spring, the most important season for managingthe honey bees through theyear. The result studied is as follows: 1) To add hollow honey combs every seven daye after winter acording to the queen bees propagating is better for egg laying than to add every five days. So it is undisirable for egg laying to add hollow honey combs too often. 2) When writer removed materials for keeping warmth in spring it was more desirable foreegg laying to remove materials at three times acording to the weather than to remove them at a time.

These studies were enforced to compare and examine all essencial conditions to the making honey comb of honey bee group. And the result studied are as following: 1. In the power of making honey—comb, the natural hiving off group was more excellent than that of artificial hiving off group. 2. There was much drone cells in the natural hiving off group, but less in new hiving off queen bee group and artifiual hiving off group. 3. If we keep the honey一Comb rationally which was made within one year, there was no any harms in the making honey一comb by the honey bee which Was made within oneweek was bad. 4. The power of honey bees influenced by the making honey—combthat we must keep the honey comb carefully.

한 · 중 · 일 3국간에는 문화적 동질성과 지리적인 인접성, 그리고 경제적인 측면에서는 상호보완관계로의 발전가능성이 굉장히 높은 지역이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 향후 3국간 FTA를 추진함에 있어 그 가능성에 대한 사전적 검토를 하였다. 3국 간에는 매년 기술과 자본이 축적되면서 교역량이 증가하고 있으나, 교역구조면에서 한국의 대일 무역적자와 일본의 대중 무역적자, 그리고 중국의 대한 무역 적자라는 3국간 교역상의 균형관계가 좀처럼 개선되지 않고 있음을 재확인하였다. 이러한 교역국간 무역불균형이 심화되어 통상마찰의 우려가 있을 시에는 3국간 무역과 투자의 연계전략을 통해서 해결되어야 한다. 즉 무역과 투자는 세계화의 추세에 적극적으로 부응하는 전략이므로, FTA 체결 시 전제조건은 3국간의 무역과 연계한 투자가 이루어진다면 경제통합의 가능성은 충분히 발전되어질 것으로 전망된다.

This studies were enforced with a view to, investigate the organism of the bss-mite, Varroa jacobsoni OUDEMANS, the exterminatory effects of chemicals, and the influence on the group of bee strong. And the result studied are as following; 1. The parasitism-rate of the bee-mite, Varroa jocobsoni in drone was more higher than that of the worker bee. 2. The parasitism-rate of the worker bae was higher in spring and fall thin that of summer, and it' s low in laying egg season. The parasitism-rate of the worker bee in the sealed cells were higher in spring and fall, and that of the drone was higher in summer. 3. The exterminatory effects of Hyang-Su No. 1 by the spray treatment was higher than of Neobex and Folbex by the fumigation treatment, but death of the worker bees were higher than that of chlorobenzilate humigation treatment. 4. In the using of exterminatory chemicals, late fall is the most suibable season when the laying eggs are stopped. 5. In the exterminatory treatment, it was effective not to exceed three times at seven day intervals. 6. In the using of exterminatory chemicals, it was effective to enforce three times in spring, summer, and fall all the year round. 7. It was problem that in using of fumigation papsr, ths worker bee attack the queen bee in spring and fall, and the deaths of the worker bees are too much in using of Hyang-Su No. 1. 8. During the laying egg season, it was effective indirectly that remove the sealed cells of drone artificially.

The purpose of this work is to investigate fatigue damage of quasi-isotropic laminates under tensile loading in different directions. Low cycle fatigue tests of [O/-60/+60]s laminates and [+30/-30/90]s laminates were carried out. Materials systems used are AS4/Epoxy and AS4/PEEK. The fatigue damage of [+30/-30/90]s is very different from that of [O/-60/+60]s. The position of delamination generated at AS4/Epoxy and AS4/PEEK laminates were differentiated by the matrix difference that is, we suppose, the value of both G (critical energy release rate of mode-I) and G (critical energy release rate of mode-Ⅲ) difference. The experimental results are compared with the result obtained from the method of determining strain energy release rate components proposed by the authors.

Trousseau's syndrome refers to an association of thrombosis with visceral malignancy. The thrombophlebitis is usually recurrent and migratory. An episode of thrombosis may precede clinical recognition of malignancy by weeks or months and in many cases, the underlying malignancy was occult. Patients with a recurrent deep venous thrombophlebitis without a known predisposing factors for hypercoagulable state deserves a consideration for underlying malignancy. We report a patients with lung cancer who initially demonstrates the clinical features of the Trousseau's syndrome.

We synthesized a novel cationic dendrimer consisting of a poly(amidoamine) dendrimer (PAMAM, generation 4) backbone with both L-arginine (Arg) at the termini and 6-aminohexanoic acid (Ahx) between the original core polymer and the peripheral Arg units. The sequential chemical modification of PAMAM G4 with Ahx and Arg resulted in higher transfection efficiency with much less cytotoxicity. PAMAM G4-Ahx-Arg formed stable polyplexes at weight ratios of 8:1 or higher (polymer: plasmid DNA), and the mean polyplex diameter was 180 ± 20 nm. PAMAM G4-Ahx- Arg showed much higher transfection ability than PAMAM G4 or PAMAM G4-Ahx. Furthermore, PAMAM G4-Ahx-Arg was much less cytotoxic than PEI25KD and PAMAM G4-Arg. In addition to Arg grafting of the PAMAM dendrimer, which endows a higher transfection capability, the addition of Ahx spacer increased dendrimer hydrophobicity,introduced flexibility into the conjugated amino acids, and reduced cytotoxicity. Overall, it appears that the concomitant modification of PAMAM with Ahx and Arg could lead to new PAMAM conjugates with better performances.
