해외 전력거래소들의 전략집단 분석을 통한 한국 전력거래소의 전략방향

우리나라 전력산업구조 개편에 따라 전력산업에 경쟁개념을 도입하게 되었다. 전력산업에 경쟁을 도입한다는 것은 다수의 시장참여자가 존재하는 시장경제체제로의 전환을 의미하는 것이다. 이에 의거하여 새롭게 등장한 한국전력거래소는 경쟁적 전력시장에 참여하는 회원사, 이해관계자 집단 그리고 국민에게 엄청난 영향을 미칠 전망이다. 본 연구에서는 전략집단분석 (Strategic Group Analysis)을 통해 외국의 전력거래소들을 4개의 전략집단으로 그룹핑 하였다. 그리고 한국전력거래소가 지향해야 할 전략집단을 단기·중기차원에서 도출하여 한국전력 거래소의 단지·중기 전략방향을 제시하였다. 더 나아가 우리나라 전력거래소가 지향해야 할 선도 전력거래소들의 구체적 사례분석을 통해 한국전력 거래소가 추진해야 할 향후전략과 핵심역량강화 방안을 제시하였다. Korean government has introduced competition on power industry according to power industry restructuring. To introduce competition on power industry is to transform from monopolistic structure into market-driven system with multiple players. Conseguently, Newly created Korean Power Exchange will have heavy impact on members. interest groups and citizens which participate in the competitive power market. In this research, first, we made four groups of foreign power exchanges by using Strategic Group Analysis. Second, we found short and long term strategic directions of Korean Power Exchange(KPX) based on target strategic group. Third, we made case analysis of foreign leading power exchanges that Korean Power Exchange should follow. Lastly through case analysis. we presented future strategies of KPX and strategies of strengthening core competences.

기니픽에서 Salicylate에 의한 유발이음향방사의 변화

A Reversible hearing loss and tinnitus have been known resulting from large doses or longterm use of salicylate. The exact cause of salicylate ototoxicity is unknown. Cochlear electrophysiology and otoacoustic emission studies suggest that the drug may interfere with outer hair cell clectromotility. The changes in transiently evoked otoacoustic emission(TEOAEs) were observed in guinea pigs after the intramuscular injection of salicylate(150, 300, 450 mg/kg). TEOAEs decreased slowly after the injection salicylate in a dose-dependent manner. Absence of echo response was detected 3 hours after the injection of 300mg/kg in 2 of 5 guinea pigs, 2 hours after the injection of 450mg/kg in 3 of 6 guinea pigs, 3 hours after the injection of 450mg/ kg in 3 of 6 guinea pigs. Echo response returned to control level in 6 hours after injection of 300mg/kg, in 7 hours after infection of 450 mg/kg. Findings support that salicylate affect electromotility of outer hair cells.

한·중·일 FTA의 진출배경과 대응방안에 관한 연구

한 · 중 · 일 3국간에는 문화적 동질성과 지리적인 인접성, 그리고 경제적인 측면에서는 상호보완관계로의 발전가능성이 굉장히 높은 지역이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 향후 3국간 FTA를 추진함에 있어 그 가능성에 대한 사전적 검토를 하였다. 3국 간에는 매년 기술과 자본이 축적되면서 교역량이 증가하고 있으나, 교역구조면에서 한국의 대일 무역적자와 일본의 대중 무역적자, 그리고 중국의 대한 무역 적자라는 3국간 교역상의 균형관계가 좀처럼 개선되지 않고 있음을 재확인하였다. 이러한 교역국간 무역불균형이 심화되어 통상마찰의 우려가 있을 시에는 3국간 무역과 투자의 연계전략을 통해서 해결되어야 한다. 즉 무역과 투자는 세계화의 추세에 적극적으로 부응하는 전략이므로, FTA 체결 시 전제조건은 3국간의 무역과 연계한 투자가 이루어진다면 경제통합의 가능성은 충분히 발전되어질 것으로 전망된다.

Primary unruptured appendiceal mucocele is a rare disease. It is very difficult to diagnose preoperatively because of the rarity of classical symptoms and low incidence. Usually it is discovered incidentally during abdominal ultrasonography(US), computed tomography(CT), or appendectomy for acute appendicitis. If untreated, one type of mucoceles may rupture producing a potentially fatal entity known as pseudomyxoma peritonei, therefore preoperative diagnosis is very important. With the advent of colonoscopy, abdominal US and CT, it has been possible to preoperatively diagnose mucocele of appendix. We experienced a case of appendiceal mucocele in a 60 year-old woman who had symptoms of lower abdominal discomfort and right lower quadrant abdominal pain, and it was diagnosed preoperatively by colonoscopy, abdominal US and CT. So we present this case with review of literature.

재순환 버퍼 RLS 알고리즘의 탭 가중치 갱신을 통한 개선된 수렴 특성

We extend the sue of the method of least square to develop a recursive algorithm for the design of adaptive transversal filters such that, given the least-square estimate of this vector of the filter at iteration n-1, we may compute the updated estimate of this vector at iteration n upon the arrival of new data. The RLS algorithm may be viewed as a special case of the Kalman filter. Indeed this special relationship between the RLS algorithm and the Kalman filter is considered. We begin the development of the RLS algorithm by reviewing some basic relations that pertain to the method of least squares. Then, by exploiting a relation in matrix algebra known as the matrix inversion lemma, we develop the RLS algorithm. An important feature of the RLS algorithm is that it utilizes information contained in the input data, extending back to the instant of time when the algorithm is initiated. The resulting rate of convergence is therefore typically an order of magnitude faster than the simple LMS algorithm. This improvement in performance, however, is achieved at the expensive of a large increase in computational complexity

은행잎 추출물이 Salicylate에 의한 청성뇌간유발반응역치 변화에 미치는 영향

It was observed in our previous study that ginko extract could attenuate the hearing loss after the injection of salicylate in guinea pigs, however the difficulties of understanding the pharmacokinetics of ginkgo extract is brought forward. The variability about the effect of ginko extract on the hearing loss caused by salicylate are observed after administration of ginko extract with different schedules. Changes of auditory brainstem response(ABR) threshold were observed after administration of lysine salicylate(300㎎/㎏,IM) in each group of guinea pig: administration of EGb 761(100㎎/㎏, IP) at one hour before, of at one or two hours after salicylate injection. There was no effect of EGb 761 on the hearing loss within 2 hours after the injection of salicylate and it was observed the EGb 761 could attenuate the gearing loss after 2 hours following the injecftion of salicylate(p<0.05). The similar patterns of the effect of EGb 761 on change of ABR threshold caused by salicylate were observed in each group with different schedules in administrating of EGb 761. It seemed to be that there was no effect of EGb 761 on early some degree of the hearing loss caused by injection of salicylate, however, after the time the hearing loss could be attenuated by EGb 761. And EGb 761 had an effect on the gearing loss caused by salicylate within one hour, and the effect lasted more than 3 hours after administration.

Rheumatoid arthritis frequently involves the cervical spine and may lead to neurologic impairement. However, direct involvement of CNS structures by inflammatory cells has been reported infrequently. The prevalence of this complication of rheumatoid arthritis is unknown. Inflammatory CNS involvement in rheumatoid arthritis reportedly occurs in the setting of longstanding, active, erosive articular disease and is accompanied by extracranial and extraspinal nodules and vasculitis. This is diagnosed by radiologic finding of CNS nodules or meningeal thickening and by biopsy or autopsy. Treatment with corticosteroid, cytotoxic agent or surgical decompression is helpful. But the majority of patients die within several months of onset of neurologic symptom. Recently, we experienced a case of pachymeningitis caused by rheumatoid arthritis, which resolved repeatedly with azathioprine treatment.

전기 집진기의 집진 효율 향상에 관한 연구

This paper demonstrates the effects of dust electrical resistivity on electrostatic precipitability. The effects of gas temperature, velocity and humidity on the collection efficiency were considered by used of coal fly ashes from fluidized bed combustion boiler. The experiments for collection efficiency were carried out in the pilot plant. The ashes which have non-spherical geometry and high electrical resistivity were used. Electrical resistivity is an important property for the collection efficiency in the electrostatic precipitators. Fly ash resistivity as a function of temperature up 350℃ and water concentration(up to 15%) has been experimentally investigated using the resistivity test equipment consisted of the movable electrode, dust cup, and furnace. As the resistivity of fly ash in the operating temperature(150℃) of an electrostatic precipitator was measured higher than 1010Ω·㎝, flue gas conditioning in the electrostatic precipitator of reduce the resistivity of fly ash is required.

최근 모자이크의 시대 이후 인터넷의 폭발적인 발달로 인해 Client-Sever의 방식의 네트웍 서비스 방식뿐만 아니라 P2P(Peer to Peer) 등 분산 서비스 환경이 각광을 받고 있다. 사용자의 직접적인 자료의 공유를 위해서는 Peer to Peer 환경을 설정하여 분산되어진 자료의 효과적인 관리를 위한 통신의 주체가 되는 각각의 에이젼트들 간의 통신과 Sever와 Agent의 통신에 있어 악의적인 침입에 의한 정보누출이 문제가 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제의 해결방안으로 환경에 적합한 PKI(공개키 기반구조)를 기반을 이용하여 보안 메커니즘을 설계하였다. By greatly development of internet since age of mosaic recently, P2P (Peer to Peer) back breakup service environment as well as the network service way of Client-Sever's way is getting into the spotlight. Information leakage by invasion that is enemy of evil in communication of communications division Sever and Agent between each agents that become burden of communication for effective administration of become discrete data establishing Peer to Peer environment for share of direct data of user is becoming an issue. In environment by solution way of these problem in this treatise suitable PKI (PKI) using base security mechanism design.
