        유관순열사의 서훈등급 및 인식에 관한 연구

        우리나라의 1945년 해방은 일본제국주의의 패전에 따른 단순한 부산물만은 아니었다. 조선 말기 이후 일본제국주의의 강점기에 끊임없이 전개된 우리 민족의 독립을 향한 많은 독립운동가의 열망과 노력, 분투의 결과였으며, 유관순열사의 3.1운동도 그중의 하나이다. 유관순열사는 1919년 3·1운동 당시 병천아우내장터의 만세시위를 주도하다가 검거되었으며, 다음 해인 1920년 10월 형무소에서 옥사하였다. 이러한 역사적 사실에 근거하여 유관순열사는 1962년 정부로부터 건국훈장 독립장을 수여받았다. 정부는 2019년 유관순열사의 서훈을 1등급으로 상향추서 하였다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 시민들의 유관순열사의 서훈등급 및 서훈인식 등의 연구를 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구목적 달성을 위해 유관순 열사의 서훈등급, 서훈인식, 기타 사업 활성화 방안 등을 조사하였다. 먼저, 우리나라 서훈 제도, 독립유공자의 포상과 유관순열사의 서훈문제, 선행연구를 검토 하였다. 다음으로 기존 연구를 바탕으로 측정지표를 도출하였다. 그다음으로 유관순열사의 서훈 등급 향상, 유관순열사 정신 잇기 등과 관련 영역을 설문조사하였다. 마지막으로 유관순열사 관련 사업의 개선 및 발전방안을 제시했다. 유관순 열사의 사업활성화를 위한 방안은 다음과 같다. 먼저, 유관순열사 정신을 잇기 위해 ‘열사의 사적지보존 및 기념관 관리’, ‘초·중·고등학생 생가방문 활성화’, ‘유관순 열사체험관 건립’ 등이 필요하다. 다음으로 유관순열사의 사적지 및 기념관 방문객 증대를 위한 노력으로는 ‘보다 많은 공연 등 볼거리 제공’, 생가 방문을 위한 ‘셔틀버스 운영’, ‘시설개방과 이용시간의 연장’ 등이다. 마지막으로 홍보자료를 정교하게 만들어서 인터넷, 언론 등 다양한 방법으로 홍보를 강화해야 한다. Korea’s 1945 liberation was not just a byproduct of the defeat of Japanese imperialism. It was the result of the aspirations, efforts, and struggles of many independence activists toward the independence of the Korean people that developed during the Japanese imperialism period since the end of Joseon Dynasty, and the March 1 Movement of Yu Gwan-sun was one of them. Yu Gwansun was arrested during the March 1st Movement in 1919 while leading the Manse demonstration at the Aunae Site in Byeongcheon. He died in prison in October 1920 the following year. Based on this historical fact, Yu Gwan-sun was awarded the Order of Independence of the Order of National Foundation by the government in 1962. The government raised the honor of martyr Yu Gwan-sun to the first grade in 2019. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to conduct research on the rank of conferment and recognition of conferment of martyr Yoo Gwan-sun. In order to achieve the purpose of the research, a survey was conducted on the rank of conferment, recognition of conferment, and other measures to promote projects, etc. of martyr Yoo Gwan-soon. First of all, the Korean conferment system, the reward of independence fighters, the conferment of martyr Yu Gwan-sun, and prior research were reviewed. Next, measuring indicators were derived based on existing studies. Next, it surveyed the areas related to the improvement of the conferment of martyr Yu Gwansun and the connection of the spirit of Yu Gwansun. Finally, the government proposed ways to improve and develop related projects to the martyrs. Measures for the revitalization of the project of Yu Gwan-soon shall be as follows: First of all, to continue the spirit of martyr Yoo Gwan-sun, “preservation of the historical site and memorial hall management of the martyrs,” “activation of visits to birthplace of elementary, middle and high school students,” and “construction of the martyr Yoo Kwan-soon Experience Center” are needed. Next, efforts to increase the number of visitors to Yu Gwan-sun’s historic sites and memorial halls include “more performances and other attractions,” “shuttle bus operation” for visits to birthplaces, and “open facilities and extend use hours.” Finally, promotional public relations should be elaborated and promoted in various ways such as the Internet and the media.

      • 전신마취하 제왕절개수술 40례에 있어서의 수술중 각성상태와 수술후 기억현상에 관한 연구

        Background: Wakefulness during Cesarean Section after anesthetic induction has been one of the well known issues of anethesiologists. In literatures, they said different induction agents might bring different results. The author intended to evaluate intraoperative wakefulness and postoperative recall at Dankook University Hospital. Methods: Forty pregnant women (ASA class Ⅰ or Ⅱ) at term who underwent general anesthesia for cesarean section received thiopental. 4㎎/㎏. A pressure tourniquet inflated to 250 ㎜Hg isolated her one arm from the effects of muscle relaxant so that wakefulness during anesthesia could be assessed by asking the patient to move her hand. To assess wakefulness, the patient was commanded to squeeze the investigator's hand a specified number of times. If the patient promptly squeezed the investigator's hand the appropriate number of times, the command was repeated but a different number of times specified. Only if the patient responded correctly both times, then we noted as a positive response. This test was repeated at 1 munute intervals beginning 1 minute after thiopental injection through the delivery. The tourniquet was deflated after the delivery. The author evaluated the postoperative recall by asking about the verbal commands'. Results: 1) Five of the forty patients responded o the verbal commands. 2) Twenty nine patients made the reaching movements. 3) The patients who had followed commands and the others did not have recall. Conclusions: The author concluded that the conservative general anesthetic method for Cesarean Section should be changed to lower the incidence of the intraoperative wakefulness.

        It is the communist North Korea whice had intensely influenced by the Sino-Soviet dispute durini the last twenty years. Kim, Il-Sung Regime had been dragged on awkward situation when the dispute of the two countries had been intensified. His friendliness of one side, either Mosco or peking, seemed to have regarded as his betrayal to another side or an act of hostility. However, it is not so easy to maintain Congenial relations for both sides when the dispute of ideology and the struggle for hegemony has become intensified between the two countries. Therefore, Kim 11-Sung had to taken more fleyible and opportunistic attitude in the middle of the corfrontation among the super power. North Korea had pursued pro-Soviet and Pro-peking policy simultaneously from 1956 to 1959, had maintained neutrality from 1961 to 1962, Pro-peking from 1962 to 1963, anti-Soviet from 1964 to 1965 and has been taken autoromous line since 1966. Kim Il-Sung's autonomous policy is a product of a trend of diversification as the international communism has become disintegrated caused by the Sino-Soviets dispute. In the middle of this diversified pheromena of the international communism, North Korea has been obtained the right to a voice and a political stand in internal stand in internal and external affairs as an ally of Communist China and the Soveit Union. Sino-Soviet dispute which had expanded from a ideological dispute in the latter 1950s to the open attacking period had influenced not only the political situation of communist countries but also the international relations all over the world. The altitude of the leaders of North Korea has offered some interesting clues about the characters and scope of the dispute itself, and has provided an attitude of foreign policy such a minor Country like North Korea whice had to caught up in a dispute. Scholars on North Korean issues shared the Same feeling that North Korean leaders had pursued neutral policy during the period of 1956∼1961 when the Sino-Soviet dispute was under progress as way of dialogue. But internal affairs of North Korea showed completely different aspect in the same Span of time. Analizing strategy of North Koreas as year of North Korea as year of 1956 to 1961, we can see that the ecomomic development Policy of North Korea wsa largely based on Mao Tae-tung's developmental mode not only the autonomous policy and the policy towards the masses, and political control were practiced in Red China and in North Korea sa well. Collectivizing movement, 'Chunrima Movement, and 'Chungsan Ri Movement(mode)' were probably came from the Great Leaf Movement in Communist China. The purpose of this thesis is to examine the relationship between Red China and North Korea and their gradual improvement of relations dated back Chou En-lae's the first official visit to North Korea in February ly58 and his many other visits of the country though April 1970, and I intended to prove some important factors of political changes which has made cooperation of loaders in both sides. Following are the issues which have risen and have discussed in this thesis; (1) Firstly, Sino-Soviet dispute and automomous policy of North Korea, and what are the most important factors which have influenced on gradual collectivitism for political System, and what are the central issues which have leaders of the both parties? (2) Secondly, what are the fields in which Red China and North Korea have different views? What is the common interests of the leaders of above two developmental strategies on same processes of developmental stages according to the beginning of the Sino-Soviet dispute. (3) Thirdly, North Korea suffered greatly in the Swirl of the Severe hostility of Sino-Soviet relationship by maintaining close ties with the Soviet Union and has estranged to Communist China vice vdrsa, has been made great efforts in maintaining same distance policy(등거리정책) toward Communist China and the Soviet Union. (4) Fourth , the purpose of this thesis is to analize influence on North Korea caused by Sino-Soviet dispute.

        This thesis investigates conceptual and practical issues in understanding and implementing Customer Relationship Management(CRM) of manufacturing firms. CRM of manufacturing firms is an integrated market processing approach to understanding and influencing customer behavior through meaningful communications in order to improve ultimate customer acquisition retention, loyalty and profitability. An examination of theoretical supports the view that CRM System can enhance the long term growth and return on investment of manufacturing firms. Success factors(conditions) for CRM system introduction to manufacturing firms could be summarized as follows : First, firms need to convert from being products and selling-oriented organizations to consumer-oriented organizations in a timely manner. Second, because the distribution channels of industrial goods are composed of multi-channels, there needs to be more support for channel-oriented CRM. Third, off-line channels need strengthening in close co-operation with on-line channels(e-business and m-business). Finally, accelerating customer relations using CRM and information technologies(IT)are beneficial to both customers and manufacturing firms.

        Ⅰ. Foreword It is likely for me to say that even though everybody acknowledges the values of the appreciation of poetry in the light of emotional education, and that the works of poetry are produced in a large quantity, but factually, to say that they do not put the emphasis appreciation. It have always felt indeed the necessity of the solution of "How can we appreciate the poetry?" or "How can we let the students appreciate the poetry?"; but I have not yet seen or heard its thesis being ever published, whether it is maybe my ignorance or not. Eventually, having felt its urgent necessity, I have started this study. This study has two kinds of purposes: 1. To research the problems of teaching the poetic appreciations in the past. 2. To have the desirable establishment of the principles on its appreciation. Ⅱ. The facts and principles of the guidance of the appreciation of poetry 1. Background. (1) The background of the meaning and the sense recognition-even though it treats the same object, it is recognized differently from the seer's psychological situation. For example, a copper with the same size seen in the eyes of a poor boy seems much bigger than the one in the eyes of a rich boy. Here, the sense background means something basic that supports its recognition or intuition, when we catch the meaning. The sense background, as we read the poems or proses, influences so strongly our minds that our individual colors are shown in the realization of the sense. (2) Multisense of the arts-in one work or one poetic verseis thers implied only one sense, but various senses there. Consequently we may accept one expression differently in the way of understanding it. That one work can be explained in the various ways, it tells us that it has so much values. 2. General trends and its problems to guide "how to appreciate the poems." (1) The work and its writer-too often we introduce its writer, when teach the students' poetic appreciation, before the work's being fully appreciated, this way is not good because it permits them to have their prejudices on it. (2) The problems accompanied by the poetical peculiarities-the poetic peculiarities; its ambiguity, multisense, suggestivity, and its implication; the teacher usually tends to explain in advance. (3) The wants of the subjectivity of appreciation and the unitary realization and appreciation-without the consideration of the students' individual differences, as the teacher asks them the monistic appreciation, they lose their subjectivity and are inclined to rely themselves only their teacher. (4) The exclusive use of the text-the text contains no single contemporary poem, but all of them are only modern poems. And thus it is impossible for us to attain one half of the teaching goal by its single use. (5) The influence from the entrance exam of the higher school-through its preparation the appreciation of poetry is being treated lightly. 3. The teaching methods of poetical appreciations. (1) A comparison of monism with pluralism-as the linguistic sense might be understandable differently according to the individual background of the meaning, one verse or one literary work means not always a singly meaning but many, and so the work's realization or appreciation brings the individual differences of necessity, and it can not be evaluated or understood in a monistic way. Consequently, pluralistic guidence must be needs followed by the poetic appreciation. In fact, however, most of the teachers are forcing the poems to be monistically appreciated, strictly speaking, this said to be meant by the denial of appreciation itself. (2) The appreciatory steps-after having researching and studied the processes of the appreciation and guidance I have classified the steps of the appreciation into four kinds stages, and the one stage into 22 items. The four kinds of stages are here to be introduced briefly: The First : the explanation of The vocabularies : basic preparation explanatory process The second : the grasping of process of the inward meaning appreciation The third : Betrachten, appreciatory jouissance Genuss climax process the Fourth : the evaluation, adjustment evaluativeadjusting process (3) The experience of apperiication and its deepening-thsi lies on the experience of one's everyday life. The wholy-unexperienced emotion in his daily life can never he experienced suddenly in a work of appreciation. And to deepen the appreciatory experience: (a) to think highly of individual difference, (b) to remind one of real experience, (c) to harmonize one's real experience with the writer's personality, (d) to be submerged into the work, (e) to show the reader's creativity, and (f) to amplify one's real experience in one's daily life. 4. The evaluation of poetic appreciation. This in necessary to teach poetic appreciation, not only (a) before the guidance and (b) while guiding, but also (c) after it, in the case of (a), for the purpose of making a guidance plan; and in the case of (b), of avoiding one's deviation; in (c), of measuring the degree of appreciation; three are necessary respectively. Ⅲ. Conclusion As in the above-mentioned, I have attempted the establishment of desirable principles of poetic appreciation, by means of researching and studying its problems and essences of it. In this thesis, which has been tried to establish the basic principle on the long disregarded teaching guidance of poetic appreciation, without its solid guiding principle, there is no single unreasonableness. "The absence of definite teaching principles" in one of the strongest faults in the past education of poetic appreciation. The inclination fond of letting the students have the monistic realization and appreciation of poetry must be inevitably disappeared, and so the inclination of disregarding the individual differences. We must not make mistakes in the poetic appreciation, with full consideration of the effectiall characters; poetical ambiguity, multisense, suggestivety, one. A and through the definite steps of guidance, the appreciation can be much more effective one. Even so, this does not mean to say that we can bring the successful effects by means of using the definite guidance principles only. His background works strongly: his interest, knowledge, attitude, and personality.

        忠淸南道 中學校 漢文敎育의 實態 分析

        제7차 교육과정이 시행된 지 3년이 지난 현재 바람직한 한문교육의 방향을 모색하기 위하여, 교육현장에서 한문교육이 어떻게 이루어지고 있는지에 대한 검증이 필요하였다. 이에 중학교교육과정에서 재량활동 중의 선택교과인 한문을 가르치는 한문담당교사들은 한문과 교육과정에 대하여 어떻게 생각하고 있으며, 교육현장에서 한문 담당교사들의 구성은 어떻게 짜여져서 운영되고 있는지, 학생들의 주당 한문수업시수는 어느 정도인지, 한문수업의 문제점은 무엇이며 그 대책은 무엇이 있는지 등을 조사하였다. 7차 교육과정에서 중학교 재량활동은 크게 교과 재량 활동, 창의적 재량 활동의 2개 영역으로 나누어진다. 교과 재량 활동은 국민 공통 기본 교과의 심화·보충 학습과 선택 과목 학습을 위한 것이며, 한문은 선택과목으로 교과재량 활동 시간에 지도하게 되어 있다. 각 학교에서는 교육과정을 편성하면서 교과재량활동 시간에 선택 과목을 설치하기보다는 국민공통교과의 심화 학습에 대한 비중을 높이거나, 학교의 교사 구성 등 학교형편에 따라 적당히 편성하고 있는 것이 현실이다. 한문교과는 각 학교에서 선택에 따라 운영할 수도 있고 운영하지 않을 수도 있는 교과가 되었다. 더구나 학생의 중학 기간 동안의 내신성적에도 반영되지 못함에 따라 평가에 있어서도 부담이 없는 교과로 전락하였다. 따라서 실제의 교육현장에서 한문교과는 소외 될 수밖에 없다. 그러나 한문과 교육과정에서는 한문과의 성격과 교육용 기초한자 지도 등을 내세워 한문교육의 필요성을 강조하고 있다. 한문담당교사들도 한문교육의 필요성에 강한 긍정을 보이고 있으며, 현재의 한문교육에 많은 문제가 있음을 인정하고, 앞으로의 한문교육은 현재보다 강화되어야 한다는 의견이 지배적이다. Three years have passed since the seventh education course was enforced. For seeking the method of a desirable Chinese character education, it is deemed necessary to verify that how students are educated in a Chinese character education. A subject of a Chinese character was organized as a selection subject which belongs to discretion activities in the seventh education course. This study inquired into what idea the teachers in charge of a Chinese character have about a Chinese character and a education course, how are the teachers in charge of a Chinese character composed and how they teach a Chinese character, how many hours the students get a Chinese character education per week, problems with a Chinese character education and a method for solving such problems, etc. The teachers who take charge of a Chinese character strongly stress the necessity of a Chinese character education, acknowldedging that a present Chinese character education has many problems, contending that a Chinese character education must be strengthened more.

      • 제주도 남부해안에서의 지하해수에 대한 화학적 특성에 관한 연구

        Geochemical characteristics of ground-seawater have been studed in the souterncoast areas(F'yose0n) of Cheju Island from July to Sptember 1994. The results are summarizedas fobws. 1) The water temperature of the ground-seawater was approximately 17±1℃ and remained almost constant. 2) As to the chemical compositiOn of standard-seawater contained 38.7% of Na^(+) and ground-seawater contained 39.5%, on the other hand the etandard-seawater contained 8.8% Mg^(2+) the ground-seawater contained 7.9%. 3) The chemical charadexistics of ground-seawater seem to be determined by Na^(+) and Mg^(2+) contents, therefore these two elements are considered to be important for detemmmg the chemical composition.
