Studying of Pre-Forming Method Applying on Refrigerator
Jian-Guang Zhai,Jong-Rae Cho,Jung-Il Song 대한기계학회 2011 대한기계학회 춘추학술대회 Vol.2011 No.4
In this studying, we developed a named Pre-Forming method in order to decrease thermal bowing deformation of refrigerator. Finite element method (FEM) was applied to calculate thermal deformation of the specified refrigerator model. The sequential thermal-mechanical coupling analysis method was used in ANSYS V12.0. The finite element (FE) model of convex, concave and convex-concave pattern were analyzed comparing to the refrigerator model without any special structure on the side wall of inner case. After calculating, temperature distribution conditions are almost the same as each other of pre-forming models. The pre-forming models obviously decrease thermal deformation by means of creating pre-deformation which would make inner case keep ideal shape that we anticipate.

Catalytic oxidative desulfurization (Cat-ODS) of benzothiophene (BT) in n-octane has been investigated with hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) over catalysts of activated carbon (AC) supported iron oxide under mild conditions. The catalyst was characterized by N2 adsorption, XRD, SEM/EDS, TPR and XPS. Under the best operating condition for the catalytic oxidative desulfurization--temperature 60 oC, atmospheric pressure, 0.15 g Fe/AC, 18 molar ratio of hydrogen peroxide to sulfur, using acetonitrile as extraction solvent for double extraction--the sulfur content in model diesel fuel (MDF) was reduced from 700 ppmw to 30 ppmw with 95.66% of total sulfur was removed.
Borehole stability analysis in oil and gas drilling in undrained condition
Wei, Jian-Guang,Yan, Chuan-Liang Techno-Press 2014 Geomechanics & engineering Vol.7 No.5
Borehole instability during drilling process occurs frequently when drilling through shale formation. When a borehole is drilled in shale formation, the low permeability leads to an undrained loading condition. The pore pressure in the compressed area near the borehole may be higher than the initial pore pressure. However, the excess pore pressure caused by stress concentration was not considered in traditional borehole stability models. In this study, the calculation model of excess pore pressure induced by drilling was obtained with the introduction of Henkel's excess pore pressure theory. Combined with Mohr-Coulumb strength criterion, the calculation model of collapse pressure of shale in undrained condition is obtained. Furthermore, the variation of excess pore pressure and effective stress on the borehole wall is analyzed, and the influence of Skempton's pore pressure parameter on collapse pressure is also analyzed. The excess pore pressure decreases with the increasing of drilling fluid density; the excess pore pressure and collapse pressure both increase with the increasing of Skempton's pore pressure parameter. The study results provide a reference for determining drilling fluid density when drilling in shale formation.
Macrophage-secreted Exosomes Delivering miRNA-21 Inhibitor can Regulate BGC-823 Cell Proliferation
Wang, Jian-Jun,Wang, Ze-You,Chen, Rui,Xiong, Jing,Yao, Yong-Liang,Wu, Jian-Hong,Li, Guang-Xin Asian Pacific Journal of Cancer Prevention 2015 Asian Pacific journal of cancer prevention Vol.16 No.10
Exosomes, membranous nanovesicles, naturally carry bio-macromolecules or miRNA and play impoetant roles in tumor pathogenesis. Here, we showed that macrophages cell-derived exosomes can function as vehicles to deliver exogenous miR-21 inhibitor into BGC-823 gastric cancer cells. Exosomes loaded with miR-21inhibitor significantly increased miR-21 levels in BGC-823, but miR-21inhibitor loaded in exosomes exerted an opposite effect. miRNA transfected with exosomes had less cellular toxicity to host cells compared to conventional transfection methods. The miR-21inhibitor loaded exosomes promoted the migration ability and reduced apoptosis of BGC-823 gastric cancer cells. These observations indicate that miR-21 acts as a tumor promoter by targeting the PDCD4 gene and preventing apoptosis of gastric cancer cells through inhibition of PDCD4 expression. Furthermore, exosome -mediated miR-21 inhibitor delivery resulted in functionally more efficient inhibition and less cellular toxicity compared to conventional transfection methods. Similar approaches could be useful in modification of target biomolecules in vitro and in vivo. These findings contribute to our understanding of the functions of miR-21 and exosomes as a carrier for therapy of gastric cancer.
A simulant study of the Network of Five Elements by using the computer
Yang, jian hua,Zhang, zhi guang,Zhang, guang nian,Lin, Shu huang 한국정신과학학회 1997 한국정신과학회 학술대회 논문집 Vol.7 No.-
The theory of Chinese medicine is a based theory to research the paranomarl function of human body including ESP and PK etc. The theory of the traditional Chinese medicine indictes that the life prosesses can be discribed by the system of five elements (SFE), which are: wood, fire, earth, metal and water. We take the SFE for a network consisted of this five elements (NFE), and study the characteries of the structure of this NFE. they include multi-cross character; directiong and irreversible character; mesomerism character; "open" character and Fuzzy character etc. Then, based on these characters, we simulate the partial function of NFE by using computer. The results of simulation show that the NFE is a very useful network to explain the physiological and pathological phenomenan of human body according to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine.
OPE molecular junction as a hydrogen gas sensor
Jian-Guo Xin,Chuan-Lu Yang,Mei-Shan Wang,Xiao-Guang Ma 한국물리학회 2018 Current Applied Physics Vol.18 No.3
Oligo(phenylene ethynylene) (OPE) molecular junction has been suggested as a H2 molecule sensor based on calculations using the first principles of density–functional theory and non-equilibrium Green's function. The electronic transport properties of the OPE molecule between two Au electrodes with or without adsorbed H2 molecules are investigated. Results show that the adsorbed H2 molecule significantly changes the characteristics of the current–voltage curve of the OPE molecular junction. The pure OPE molecular junction exhibits a significant negative differential resistance, but this kind of phenomenon will disappear or weaken after hydrogen molecules are adsorbed. The conductance of the junction also obviously decreases in the bias range of [−0.4, 0.4] V after adsorbing H2 molecules. These effects can be used to design a H2 molecule sensor.
LDL Coating pVEGF/polyethylenimine Complex Enhances Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Expression
Jian Li,Guang Yang,Min Feng,Hailong Liang,Jun Zhang,Danhong Huang,Siyun Deng,Yuan Shen 한국생물공학회 2012 Biotechnology and Bioprocess Engineering Vol.17 No.6
The major limitations to non-viral gene delivery are relatively low efficiency and cytotoxicity, which need to be addressed in the design of new vectors. In this study, negatively charged low density lipoproteins (LDL) were coated onto positively charged pVEGF/PEI complexes to form pVEGF/PEI/LDL terplexes by a two-step procedure. The biocompatible LDL was introduced to reduce the cytotoxicity of the gene delivery system and increase its affinity to cells. The successful formation of pVEGF/PEI/LDL terplexes was confirmed by their near-neutral and slightly negative surface charges. The pVEGF/PEI/LDL terplexes were well-defined sub-micron spherical particles. On the cell viability assay, both of the PEI/LDL combined vector and pVEGF/PEI/LDL terplexes exhibited much lower cytotoxicity to HeLa cells and HUVE cells than those of PEI and pVEGF/PEI complexes, attributed to the shielding effect of the LDL. pEGFP/PEI/LDL terplexes showed significantly higher transfection efficiency in comparison to pEGFP/PEI complexes in serum-containing medium. pVEGF/PEI/LDL terplexes at their optimal N/P ratio and LDL/PEI weigh ratio induced higher expression levels of VEGF protein in HUVE cells than those of pVEGF/PEI complexes. Therefore, the pVEGF/PEI/LDL terplexes could be used as a promising gene delivery system to enhance VEGF protein expression.
Collaborative Sub-channel Allocation with Power Control in Small Cell Networks
( Guang Yang ),( Yewen Cao ),( Deqiang Wang ),( Jian Xu ),( Changlei Wu ) 한국인터넷정보학회 2017 KSII Transactions on Internet and Information Syst Vol.11 No.2
For enhancing the coverage of wireless networks and increasing the spectrum efficiency, small cell networks (SCNs) are considered to be one of the most prospective schemes. Most of the existing literature on resource allocation among non-cooperative small cell base stations (SBSs) has widely drawn close attention and there are only a small number of the cooperative ideas in SCNs. Based on the motivation, we further investigate the cooperative approach, which is formulated as a coalition formation game with power control algorithm (CFG-PC). First, we formulate the downlink sub-channel resource allocation problem in an SCN as a coalition formation game. Pareto order and utilitarian order are applied to form coalitions respectively. Second, to achieve more availability and efficiency power assignment, we expand and solve the power control using particle swarm optimization (PSO). Finally, with our proposed algorithm, each SBS can cooperatively work and eventually converge to a stable SBS partition. As far as the transmit rate of per SBS and the system rate are concerned respectively, simulation results indicate that our proposed CFG-PC has a significant advantage, relative to a classical coalition formation algorithm and the non-cooperative case.
