        Effect of Welding Time on Resistance Spot Weldability of Aluminum 5052 Alloy

        In the study, the effect of welding time on resistance spot weldability of aluminum 5052-H32 alloy was analyzed throughsimulation and experiments. The resistance spot weldability was evaluated by measuring the tensile shear strength, nuggetsize, and hardness of welds with variations in the welding time. The simulated results of parameters such as tensile shearstrength and nugget size obtained using the SORPAS program were compared with the experimental results. Furthermore,a simulation was performed to calculate the temperature inside the weld nugget based on the distance from the center of thenugget. Hence, an optimum welding time to retain the required weld strength of the aluminum 5052-H32 alloy was obtained.

        산불 피해 소나무재의 역학적 특성 및 급속오븐 건조특성

        본 연구에서는 산불 피해 소나무재의 이용을 위한 기초자료를 얻고자 역학적 및 건조 특성을 조사하였다. 산불피해재는 종압축 특성, 전단강도, 충격휨흡수에너지 등에서 건전재와 거의 유사한 결과를 보여주었으며, 산불피해재 변재부의 휨특성은 건전재보다 양호하게 나타났다. 건전재와 산불피해재 변재부의 생재함수율은 산불피해재가 다소 낮았으나, 건조속도는 거의 차이가 없었다. 건조시 발생되는 초기할렬은 건전재가 산불피해재보다 발생율이 높았고, 내부할렬은 건전재와 산불피해재에서 발생되지 않았다. 따라서 산불에 의해 피해를 입은 목재의 대부분은 수피부를 제거하여 이용할 경우 건전재와 거의 동일한 용도로서 사용이 가능할 것으로 생각된다. The Mechanical and drying characteristics of Pinus densiflora wood, which was damaged by forest fire, and sound wood were examined. There were no significant differences in axial compressive properties, shearing strength and impact bending absorbed energy between damaged and sound woods. But the bending properties of damaged wood were slightly higher than those of sound wood. The green moisture content of sapwood in damaged wood was lower than that in sound wood, but oven-drying rate was similar in both woods. Number of initial check in damaged wood was smaller than that in sound wood, and inner check in damaged and sound woods was not observed. Consequently, it is considered that mostly damaged wood by forest fire can be used for wood material after removing the considered that mostly damaged wood by forest fire can be used for wood material after removing the bark.

The higher scientific techniques in present day are making the life of mankind happy, while it is fact that the freedom of mankind is much menaced by them, too far improving education of children that modern education will be mode the foundation of the nitellectual development of human, it is fronting on ther reorganizing of curriculum and the reforming of educational system. Our country getting to in the year 1973, they are practically ppalying just after reoganizing some parts of curriculum of elementary school now. It is also, on account of contents for elevating of intellectual dimension on elementary education, stressing to necessitate that as nursery education which will be supported for it, the examiner has to practically apply the education of preschool for all the children in our country.

      • 공연향상을 위한 목표설정 관련 요인분석

        In this study, I deal with four different aspects with the view of developing motivation for the enhancement of dance performance: 1) physical aspects such as strength, flexibility, and stamina 2) mental aspects such as motivation, confidence, intensity, and concentration 3) techniques such as double turns, and jumps 4) lifestyle such as sleep, diet, school, and society. I interviewed thirty dance major students at H University in Seoul for these aspects of dance-related aptitude and I reached the following results. The strengths for the physical aspect are flexibility of the body, ability to balance, ability to jump, good speed, inborn good body type, and high energy. The weaknesses are tension of the body, bad body alignment, lack of physical strength, and undesired inborn body type. The strengths for the mental aspect are high motivation, confidence for expression, and concentration. The weaknesses are changing moods, lack of concentration, frequent slumps, and difficulty to control anxiety. The strengths for the technical aspect are expression of various movements, mastery of highly difficult techniques, good use of eyes, and good expression of emotions. The weaknesses are avoidance of movements one feels incompetent for, inaccuracy of movements, bad use of eyes, and bad expression of emotions. The strengths for the lifestyle are regularity of life, ability to adjust to social life with other people, good eating habits, and positive attitudes for life. The weaknesses are irregularity of life, bad eating habits, and lack of sociability.

      • 국민학교 교사의 통합교육과정 운영에 관한 이론적 탐색 : 영향변인 및 의사결정방식

        The purpose of this study is to examine and discuss the effect factors on the teacher's management of the elementary school curriculum, to review the preceding researches on the changes of the teacher's role in the curriculum management and to discuss the elementary school teacher's decision-making style on the management of the integrated curriculum. Various effect factors influence the process of teacher's decision making related to the school curriculum management. These factors can be classified by some kinds of standards and the degree of the influence of each factor differs according to the phase of the curriculum management and the characteristics of the school, student and teacher organization. Teacher's roles in the curriculum management are classified into two types : one is the role to believer the fired curriculum and the other is the role to participate in the decision-making process on the curriculum The fact that the 6th revised elementary school curriculum involves more flexibility on the curriculum management suggests that teachers will have more chance to take part in the process of decision making on the curriculum management, This change of teacher role requires that teachers hale more professionalism and autonomy on the curriculum management. All the staff members in school should decide collegially and cooperatively about the curriculum management. Preceding research results show that teachers generally want to participate in the decision-making process in the school, but the needs level of participation depends on the decision domains. On the curriculum management, teachers make a decision at a perspective that is placed between perceived and reflective perspective. The perceived decision-making perspective focuses the division of subject-matters, strict disciplines arid student achievement. In contrast, the reflective decision-making perspective puts emphasis on student's development and individuality, integrated curriculum and flexible curriculum management. Therefore the management style of the integrated curriculum approaches the reflective decision-making perspective.
