      • St.Ignatius와 예수會의 成立 : 敎育의 特徵을 中心으로

        This Study quote from The Characteristics of Jesuit Education(1986) as a reference document, which is edited by International Commission on the Apostolate of Jesuit Education. Since this commision was organized in 1982 for the first time, the commission drew up a draft through having meetings to self-examinate it repeatedly for four years. And then the commission distribute the draft to the Jesuit parishes and schools to ask reconsideration and re-examination for the draft. The processes for having meetings, making a draft, distributions to all over the world, re-consideration for the draft, and collecting opinions are interconnected with 'Ratio Studiorum'(1599) which drew up about four hundred years ago. It is interesting that the document is now completed sincec 'Ratio in 1586', the first draft, was already birthed four hundred years ago. Not only the members of the commision but the process for drawing up of the document has international chracter. The Jesuit educational system are ultimately based on spiritual vision in character. In other words, the characteristics of Jesuit education and the thought of St. Ignatius are related with inside of spiritual vision in each othe . It is, therefore, becomming to know as one of special features of Jesuit that a view of the world of St. Ignatius is applied to the Jesuit Education.

      • 心肺機能의 向上을 위한 Endurance Training의 處方 理論에 관한 硏究

        호흡순환 기능에 대한 신체 운동의 장기적인 효과는 관찰되었다. 대개 VO₂max심 박출량(cadiac output) 박출량(stroke volume) A-VO₂diff(Arterio venous oxygendifference) 작업능력은 지구력 training으로 향상되었다. 최대하 작업부화(at submaximal work load) VO₂와 Cardiac output 는 HR과 수출기혈압의 감소와 Stroke volume의 증가와 함께 상당히 부단히 일정하게 유지된다. 심장질환자가 지구력 Training에 중심적인 것과 말초적인 생리학적 적응을 보이는지는 알려지고 있지 않다. 심장질환자에 있어서 중심적인 변화는 Training의 증가된 강도 (85% HRmax reserve)와 정상의 좌심실 기능에 의존할지도 모른다. 연구조사 결과는 호흡 순환 지구력의 향상은 Training프로그램의 강도 지속과 빈도에 의존한다는 것을 제시한다. Training의 강도와 지속 시간은 상호 관계되는 것이 발견되었다. 그리고 총 에너지 Kcal는 중요한 요인이었다. 호흡 순환 적성의 향상을 위해서 최소의 발단(minimum thresold)이 있는 것을 제시한다하더라도 (50∼60%maximum)3∼5일 매주 실행되는 계속적인 운동으로써의 20∼40분의 프로그램은 일반적으로 호흡 순환적성에 유의한 향상을 나타냈다. Weight Training은 근력의 증가는 나타났지만 유산소 능력에는 거의 혹은 전혀 향상이 없었다. 근 골격의 상해 방지를 돕고 지구력 Training에 집착력을 향상하기 위해서 적절한 강도의 프로그램은 고강도 프로그램에 비해 월등함을 나타낸다. 여자는 남자와 비교해서 보다낮은 VO₂max를 갖는 것을 나타냈지만 그들의 Training에 대한 적응력은 유사하다. VO₂max에 대한 aging curve는 활동 집단과 정주성 집단은 같지 않을 수 있다. 10년 동안 일정한 형태로 Training을 계속한 middleaged and men은 유산소능력에 감소가 없는 것을 나타냈다. The chronic effects of physical activity on cardiorespiratory functions were reviewed. Generally, VO₂ max, cardiac output, stroke Volume, A-VO₂ difference, and working capacity improved with endurance training. At submaximal work loads, VO₂ and cardiac output remain farily constant, with HR and systolic blood pressure decreasing and stroke Volume increasing. Whether cardiac patients show both central and peripheral physiological adaptations to endurance training is not known. Central changes in cardiac patients may depend on increased intensity of training(85 percent HR max reserve)and normal left ventricular function. Research finding showed that improvement in cardiorespiratory endurance was dependent on the intensity, duration, and frequency of the training program. Intensity and duration of training were found to be interrelated, and total kilocalorie expenditure was the important factor. Arthough there appears to be a minimum threshold for improving cardiorespiratory fitness (50 to 60 percent of maximum), programs of 20 to 40minutes of continuous activity, performed 3 to 5 days per week, generally produced significant improvement in cardiorespiratory fitness. Weight training resulted in increased muscular strength but showed little or no improvement in aerobic capacity. To help prevent musculoskelteal injuries and improve adherence to endurance training, moderate-intensity programs appear to be superior to high-intensity ones. Although women have been shown to have a lower VO₂ max compared with men, their adaptation to training is similar. The aging curve for VO₂ max may not be the same for active and sedentary populations Middle-aged and elderly men who continued to train in a consistent fashion for 10years showed no reduction in aerobic capacity.

      • 칡 전분의 첨가가 요구르트의 품질에 미치는 영향

        The plain yoghurt was manufactured by adding with 0, 1, 2, 3, 4% level of unit arrow root starch. As soon as the fermentation was over, the products were immediately kept in 5℃ refrigerator for 12 hours and analyzed pH, viscosity, viable cells lactic acid bacteria, organic acid and sensory property of the yoghurt. As the levels of arrow root starch in yoghurt mixture increased, the viscosity of the products increased, but the pH, the number of viable cells of lactic acid bacteria and the lactic acid of the yoghurt gave more value in 1% and 2% arrow root starch level yoghurt than any other levels. Generally high sensory evaluation scores were obtained from the yoghurt base treated with 2% arrow root starch.

      • 김치 熟成中의 有機酸의 消長에 關한 硏究

        These studies were conducted to find out the organic acids’vicissitudes in Kimchis fermented at 5 different conditions of temperatares and the results were as follows; In the degree of sugar of Kimchis fermented at Various temperatures, no variation difference was observed at 5℃ treatment but a little variation was observed at the other treatments. In the ph level of kimchis, pH at 5℃ treatment dropped slowly, but pH at the other treatments were dropped sharphly after 3days and where at their lowest level(below pH 4) during fermenting. In the changes of organic acid during fermenting, it was a little change with 320mg at the 5℃ treatment but the other treatments increased their changes like 780mg at 10℃, 1230mg at 15℃, 1680mg at 20℃ and 1760mg at 25℃.

        Two-degree-of-freedom H_2/H_∞ control problem is suggested. The input controller that takes care of tracking performance is designed by the H_2 method. The H_∞ approach is exploited to design the feedback controller that manipulates the feedback properties of the closed loop. Implementation of the two-degree-of-freedom controller is given by state-space parameters.

      • Prepackaging한 몇 가지 채소류의 저장성에 관하여

        Prepackaging한 채소류의 self-life 및 상품성에 미치는 영향을 보면 다음과 같다. 무우를 제외한 채소류는 Prepackaging함으로써 self-life의 연장이 가능한 것으로 나타났다. 오이는 Prepackaging함으로써 2배 이상의 self-life를 연장시켰다. 고추는 통기공이 8개인 것이 가장 self-life를 오래 유지하였다. 옆채류는 무통기로 Prepackaging한 것이 통기한 것보다 3배이상 self-life를 오래 유지하였다. This experiment was carried out to find out the possibility to prolong the self-life of a few vegetables packaged in polyethylene film treated with ventilating holes under atmosphere condition, and the results are summarised as follows; Most of vegetables exept radish was found to be the possibility to prolong their self-life with help of prepackaging. The cucumber was found to be the best self-life of all samples. It plolongs its self-life more than 4 days in all treatments. The pepper packaged in polyethylene film ventilated with 8 holes(4×2) showed the best self-life than any other treatments. The leafy vegetables like leaf mustard, gynmigit and welsh onion packaged with no hole showed the best self-life than any other treatments.

      • 마이크로 컴퓨터를 이용한 pH측정 시스템에 관한 연구

        Analog pH meter에 microcomputer 계측 시스템을 구성하여 pH 계측의 신속, 정확 및 신뢰성을 부여하고 계측 데이터의 분석을 용이하게 하여서 식품공학의 다른 물리, 화학적 특성의 계측 및 multi-system 구성의 기초 연구를 수행하기 위하여 본 연구를 실시하였으며 그 결科를 요약하면 다음科 같다. 본 시스템은 16 chanel18 bit A/D converter, apple Ⅱ microcomputer, analog pH meter와 OP AMP으로 구성하였다. pH 완충욕액과 시스템에 나타난 Digital value의 관계는 y=0.06x -0.487로 나타났다. Analog-computer system과 digital pH meter에서 나타난 pH 값의 관계는 y=1.033x-0.303으로 나타났다. 이 시스템은 만족할만한 성과를 보였으며 이 analog-computer pH meter system에 의한 pH 측정은 식품공학적 multisystem 구성시 pH 연속 및 제어등에 유용하게 사용될 것으로 사료된다. In order to measure the pH accurate, rapid and reliable, the microcomputer based pH measuring system was studied. This system were consisted of 16 chanels 8 Bit A/D converter Apple Ⅱ Microcomputer, conventional analog pH meter and signal conditioner usign OP AMP. The relationship between pH buffer(y) and digital valuesx from microcomputer resulted as y=0.058x-0.2436 and the relationship between the pH values read in digital pH metery and analog-computer pH meterx resulted as y=1.033x-0.303. The performance of this system was succesful in measuring the pH by analog-computer system and it is considered that this system can be applied for measuring the pH continuously and its control for further multisystem of the food industries.

      • 비지의 영양학적 품질특성

        This study was carried out to examine the qualities of soybean curd residue for utilizing as foodstuff. The content of moisture, crude protein, crude fat and ash were 80.98, 3.32, 0.94 and 0.82%, respectively. The major fatty acids were linoleic acid, oleic acid, linolenic acid and stearic acid. The hydrolysate of protein of sobean curd residue was composed chiefly of aspartic acid, glutamic acid, glycine, alanine, arginine and threonine, but the major free amino acids of soybean curd residue were arginine(234.1), ethanolamine (91.6), γ -amino-n-butyric acid(60.2), glutamic acid(55.8), valine(49.8), asparagine(47.3) and Iycine(48.3μ mol/100g).
