In recent years, open education has been regarded as alternative proposal of traditional classroom. However, open education is not an innovation of educational goals but methological innovation of teaching. The purpose of this study is to analyze the teaching method on open education and to develop cooperative learning strategies for earth science on open education. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, the contents of open education were mostly integrated curriculum and the teaching method of open education were mostly small group learning. Second, the teaching method of open education were simillar to traditional small group. For the purpose of synergy in small group, the small group learning of open education will be fulfill of principal conditions of cooperative learning method of composition team, will to cooperate, cooperative skill. Third, through the analyzing of current cooperative learning model, the STAD(Student Team Achivement Division) model is one of the best model for earth science on open education. The five steps of cooperative learning strategies for earth science on open education which was developed in this study were teacher's lecture → team study → quiz (formative evaluation) → marking the elevation grade of each team or student → a notice and compensation of excellent team. The above results therefore implied that; First, it is required to investigate the effects of the cooperative strategies which was developed in this study on open education. Second, it is required to develop effective learning strategies which can be applied to earth science on open education.

수박종자의 크기에 따른 발아율과 배축 굵기, 뿌리발육상태, 접목묘 생육 및 과실 품질에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 종자 크기별 발아율은 대립은 97%, 중립은 94%, 소립은 91.9%로 종자의 중량이 큰 대립종자 일수록 발아율이 높았다. 2. 종자의 크기별 배축 굵기는 대립이 1.63mm, 중립이 1.45mm, 소립이 1.29mm로 종자의 중량이 클수록 배축이 굵고 뿌리무게도 무거운 것으로 나타났다. 3. 종자의 크기별 접수의 소질은 종자의 중량이 큰 것일수록 좋은 경향이 있었으나 초장, 엽장 등은 소립종자에서 유의적인 경향이 나타났다. 4. 종자의 크기별 접목묘 소질은 대립종자에서 유의적인 차이를 보였고, 뿌리중량은 중립종자에서 다소 높은 경향이었으나 통계적 유의성은 인정되지 않았다. 5. 종자 크기별 착과 절위별로 과중은 자만 7~8절에서 6.6kg, 자만 9~ 10절에서 7.4kg, 자만 11~13절에서 7.2kg으로 자만 9~10절에 착과시킨 처리구가 가장 좋았다. 6. 접목융합의 정도에 따라 생육과 과실의 품질에 유의성이 있었다. 7. 종자의 크기가 클수록 발아율과 배축 굵기, 균일도 등이 높아 접목작업이 용이하여 접목능률을 향상시켰다. Effects of seeds size(small, medium and large) in watermelon(citrulus vulgaris schard) on seed germination, seedlings growth and the quality of fruit were investigated. The results are as followings. The seeds of watermelon were classified according to the weight of seeds into 3 groups, small (〈34mg), medium(44-35mg) and large( 〉45mg). Germination rate increased from 91.9% to 97% as the seed size increased. Hypocotyle thickness increased from 1.1mm to 1.5mm as the size of seeds increased. The heavier root weight was the larger the seeds were. The quality of seedlings improved as the seed size increased. Fruit quality was better at larger seed. At the same time, the efficiency of grafting improved since larger seeds produced higher uniformity at germination rate and hypocotyl thickness. The fruit weight was 6.6kg at 7-8 node, 7.4kg at 9-10kg and 7.2kg at 11-13kg.
Subspace-Based Iterative Semiblind Channel Estimation for MIMO-OFDM Considering Residual Error

<P>A new approach to subspace-based channel estimation for multiple-input-multiple-output orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing (MIMO-OFDM) systems is proposed. The proposed method exploits both the receive diversity and the statistical property of the received signal based on the iterative algorithm. To reduce the effect of residual error affecting the accuracy of the noise subspace, a measure called the Hermitian angle is introduced. In addition, the forgetting factor is used to consider a time-varying channel.</P>
MAP-Based Channel Estimation for MIMO–OFDM Over Fast Rayleigh Fading Channels

<P>This paper presents a channel estimation scheme for multiple-input multiple-output with orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing (MIMO-OFDM) in fast varying Rayleigh channels. To handle rapid variation of channels within a transmission block, we propose a novel maximum a posteriori probability-based channel estimation scheme using pilot symbols. With the estimate of the channel matrix for the current symbol interval, a zero-forcing (ZF) receiver is applied to detect the spatially multiplexed data. In simulation results, the effectiveness of the proposed method is shown, as compared with the polynomial and the perfect channel estimates.</P>
Semi-Blind Channel Estimation for OFDM with Multiple Receive Antennas

This paper presents a semi-blind channel estimation scheme for OFDM systems with multiple receive antennas. Using the statistical property of the received signal, we combine the pilot-based least-squares estimator with the subspace-based blind estimator. To improve the performance of the subspace-based method, we reduce the effect on the residual error which affects the accuracy of the noise subspace. Simulation results show that the proposed method is effective and improves the performance.

A new approach to semi-blind channel estimation for single-input multiple-output orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (SIMO-OFDM) systems is proposed. The proposed method exploits both the antenna diversity and the statistical property of the received signal. By exploiting the receive antenna diversity, the residual error is reduced. In addition, we provide a method resolving ambiguity by using pilot symbols. Simulation results show that the proposed method results in better performance compared with the existing methods.

지난 세기 대립과 갈등 속에서 서유럽 국가들은 유럽통합을 향한 노력을 끊임없이 전개하였으며, 오랜 꿈이었던 국가 간의 갈등과 대립을 극복하는 항구적 평화체제인 하나의 통일된 유럽으로의 가능성은 점차 가시화되고 있다. 유럽연합은 서유럽 거의 모든 국가들이 가입한 이후, 유럽연합의 확대는 `포용(inclusion)과 배제(exclusion)원리`로 내부적으로 지극히 당연하게 여겨지고, 중·동구 유럽국가의 입장에서도 유럽연합의 가입은 자기나라의 체제전환과 국가생존을 위해서도 매우 중요한 사안으로 등장하게 되었다. 이제 통일된 유럽의 건설은 21세기의 가장 거대한 역사적 작업의 하나임을 의심할 수 없을 것이다. 여기서는 심화와 확대 과정을 겪고 있는 유럽연합의 탄생에서부터 최근까지의 변천, 유럽연합 기구의 구성, 그리고 유럽연합의 심화·확대와 그로 인한 정치적, 경제적, 그리고 국제·안보적 영향들을 살펴본다. This study aims to investigate the meaning of the eastern expansion of European Union. After World War II the western european countries, especially West Germany and France, had developed its own economic model and enjoyed material and social wellbeing without any fear of security. But they recognized the limits of economic growth against the rest of the world and america. The effort to overcome this shortage brings into the integration of western european countries and results in the European Union. The eastern expansion of European Union is the best solution to recover the competitiveness of commodity and to keep the national security.
발생 치배와 치성 종양에서 Osteonectin발현에 관한 연구

The osteonectin is a sort of glycoprotein which is secreted in human tissues. The osteonectin is generally detected in number of normal or neoplastic human tissues in vivo, but hasn t been studied the role of osteonectin in developing human teeth and odontogenic tumors. We evaluated degree of the expression of osteonectin immunohistochemically in 20 cases of developing tooth germ which growth from fetus 5 to 38 weeks, and total 51 odontogenic tumors whitch has taken from routine biopsy, such as 10 ameloblastomas, 5 cases of adenomatoid odontogenic tumors and odontomas and odontogenic fibromas, 4 cases of cementomas and calcifying epithelial odontogenic cyst and odontogenic keratocyst and dentigerous cysts and periapical cysts, and 3 cases of ameloblastic fibromas and myxomas. The results were as follows: 1. The osteonectin on the bud stage of tooth germ was strongly expressed in the epithelial dental lamina and in the outer dental epithelium on the early bell stage, and also strongly expressed in the inner dental epithelium on the late bell stage of tooth germs. 2. In ameloblastoma, the osteonectin was strongly expressed in the epithelial tumor component and especially in the acanthomatous types. 3. In both of calcifying epithelial odontogenic tumor and adenomatoid odontogenic tumers, the osteonectin was moderately expressed on the duct llke spindle cells and epithelial tumor cells around calcification areas. 4. In odontogenic tumors originated from epithelial-mesenchymal tissues, the osteonectin was moderately expressed on the epithelial tumor components and in odontogenic cysts, it was expressed in ghost cells and calcification areas only. These were summaried the osteonectin may be strongly related to the developing tooth germ and odontogenic tumors and could be regulated hard tissue of human tooth in morphogenesis and involved with calcification mechanism in development odontogenic tumors.
An Evaluation Formula for the Yeh-Wiener Integral

In this paper we find an evaluation formula for the Yeh-Wiener integral using the Paley-Wiener-Zygmund integral. And we use the formula to evaluate the Yeh-Wiener integral of a function which is the product of a Lebesgue integrable function and the stochastic Fourier transform of a complex measure.
