본 연구는 천리대본(天理大本) 「비평신증요로원기(批評新增要路院記)」에 보이는 평비의 특징을 중심으로 평비자들의 소설 향유 양상의 일면을 고찰하고 그 의의에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 「요로원기」의 평비는 완결된 평비본 소설의 형식을 갖추었다기보다는 평비자의 즉각적인 감상과 해설이 짧은 주석의 형태로 제시되는 양상을 띤다. 대부분의 평어의 성격은 해설과 감상의 일환으로 귀속되며 비점의 성격은 열독과 문체의 전환을 알리는 표지로 위치시킬 수 있다. 이러한 평비본 소설은 ‘평비자-독자-작품’ 간의 상호교통(Transaction)을 통해 다층적인 교류를 보여주는 자료로 평비자는 자신의 감상과 이해의 흔적을 통해 향후 독자의 독서 과정에 많은 영향을 끼치게 되는데, 특히 「요로원기」의 평비자는 ‘박장봉복(拍掌捧腹)’의 관점에서 비평을 시도하여 해당 작품의 오락성을 강화하고 있다는 사실이 주목된다. This study sheds light on how critics appreciate the novel and further what meaning their commentaries have, paying particular attention to the aspects of criticism in Pip'yŏng sinchŭng Yorowŏnki(批評新增要路院記) in Tenri(天理) Central Library. Rather than being in the form of complete critical novel, Yorowŏnki includes critics’ immediate appreciation of the novel and short expositions. The quality of most commentaries can be thought of as a kind of commentary and appreciation, and commentary dots(批點) can be considered as an indicator of impassionate reading and conversion of style. These p'yŏngjŏm commentary novels show multilayered interactions through transaction between critics, readers and works. Critics’ appreciation and understanding of the work tend to have influences on readers. Critics of Yorowŏnki try to bolster the entertainment of the work, attempting to review the work in a applause mingled with laughter(拍掌捧腹) perspective.

<P>We fabricated an elliptical hollow-core photonic bandgap fiber (EC-PBGF) by controlling lateral tension in the hollow core region during the fiber drawing process. The absolute value of group modal birefringence becomes relatively high near the bandgap boundaries. We also experimentally measured the strain and temperature sensitivities of the fabricated EC-PBGF-based Sagnac loop interferometer. The strain and temperature sensitivities were very much dependent upon the wavelength. Moreover this PBGF-based interferometer can be a good sensor of physical parameters such as strain and temperature.</P>
보훈병원 통합의료복지서비스가 의료이용과 의료비 절감에 미치는 효과 분석

This study aims to examine the effect of integrated health and welfare(IHW) services on medical use and medical expenses in Korean Veteran Hospitals. Data on the volume of medical use and medical expenses were collected from two patient groups of 5 Veterans' Hospitals: the beneficiary group who has received IHW services and the non-beneficiary group who has not. Each group was composed of 265 patients respectively. The results of the study revealed that the volume of home nursing services, home rehabilitation services, ambulatory services have increased significantly, whereas the average length of stay, number of using emergency services, and average medical expenses have decreased after receiving integrated health services in the beneficiary group. In contrast, the non-beneficiary group showed much more increase both in the volume of inpatient and outpatient services, as well as the average medical expenses, compared to those of the beneficiary group. This results imply that the provision of IHW services have positive impacts on the enhancing the effectiveness of the medical resources utilization for the veteran patients.

착화기는 외부로부터 인가된 전기에너지를 화학에너지로 변환하는 일종의 에너지 변환장치로서 유도탄 및 우주발사체의 추진기관 점화 및 다양한 기계장치(PMD)의 작동 에너지원으로 사용된다. 본 연구에서는 착화기의 주 에너지원인 화약(ZPP, THPP) 최적화 설계를 통해 에너지 방출이 정밀한 고성능 화약을 제작하였으며, 압력별 착화기 2종을 제작하였다. 제작된 착화기는 밀폐용기를 이용한 성능시험을 통해 기존 착화기와 에너지 방출 성능을 비교 평가하였다. Electric initiator is an energy converting device which transforms applied electrical energy into chemical energy. It is utilized in various areas such as in igniting guided missile, rocket propulsion motors, or as PMD’s energy sources. In this study, three explosives which are used as main energy source (ZPP, BKNO3, THPP) were designed optimally for bursting energy in as accurate range as possible. Three initiators were manufactured. Then The initiators went through a test to compare their performance with existing products, in a closed bomb shell.
치아 근관 세척용 마이크로 기포 세정 시스템 개발 및 성능평가

Elimination of the smear layer and bacteria in the root canal is the most important in the endodontic treatment, and various irrigation devices have been developed. Nevertheless, it is hard to eliminate the smear layer and bacteria completely. In this paper, a micro bubble irrigation system has been developed for the root canal cleaning of tooth. Micro bubbles are generated when pressurized fluids passing through a porous material inside a hand-piece nozzle, and the bubbly flows excited by ultrasonic vibration are observed using a high-speed camera and a microscope. The results show that the diameter and number of bubbles increases with the applied pressure, and there found an optimum excitation frequency in order to minimize the bubble size. From in-vitro tests, it is also verified that the developed bubble irrigation system has the ability of antibacterial and infection removal. Thus, this biocompatible system would be well suited for root canal cleaning.
Control of hollow-core photonic bandgap fiber ellipticity by induced lateral tension

<P>We describe the fabrication of elliptical hollow-core photonic bandgap fibers (EC-PBGFs). It was shown that the aspect ratio of the hollow core can be controlled by tuning the negative pressure in the space between the intermediate preform cane and outer jacketing tube, and by placing this preform assembly off-center in the furnace, resulting in lateral tension during the final draw. Modal birefringences of fabricated PBGFs with different aspect ratio were measured using a Sagnac loop interferometer. For the elliptical hollow core PBGF with aspect ratio of 2.34, the modal birefringence was measured to be about 4.6x10(-2) at 1,550 nm.</P>

착화기에 많이 사용되고 있는 금속복합화약인 THPP(Titanium Hydride Potassium Perchlorate)는 금속연료로 타이타늄 수소화물(TiH₂), 산화제로 과염소산칼륨(KClO₄)을 주요 구성 성분으로 하는 파이로 테크닉 조성물이다. 그러나 산화제로 사용되는 과염소산칼륨은 갑상선 기능부전이나 종양 등을 일으킬 수 있는 유해물질로 염소 성분인 과염소산(ClO₄-)이 포함되어 있다. 본 연구에서는 과염소산칼륨의 대체물질로서 과옥소산칼륨(KIO₄)을 적용하여 친환경 화약을 개발하였으며, 착화기에 적용하여 THPP 대체가능성을 확인하였다. THPP is a type of metallic complex explosive used in initiators, consisting of TiH₂ and KClO₄. In this case KClO₄ includes ClO₄ - which is a harmful substance that may cause thyroid dysfunction or tumors. In this study KIO4 is applied to a new type of environmentally friendly explosive as a substitue to the convensional KClO₄. Tests were carried out to see if KIO₄ can be made a successful replacement for KClO₄.
