      • 삼각측량 시스템을 이용한 3-D 형상 복원

        The 3-D shape use to effect of movie, animation, industrial design, medical treatment service, education, engineering etc... But it is not easy to make 3-D shape from the information of 2-D image. There are two methods in restoring 3-D video image through 2-D image; First the method of using a laser; Second, the method of acquiring 3-D image through stereo vision. Instead of doing two methods with many difficulties, I study the method of simple 3-D image in this research paper. We present here a simple and efficient method, called direct calibration, which does not require any equations at all. The direct calibration procedure builds a lookup table(LUT) image and 3-D coordinates by a real 3-D triangulation system. The LUT is built by measuring the image coordinates of a grid of known 3-D points, and recording both image and world coordinates for each point; the depth values of all other visible points are obtained by interpolation.

        The purpose of this study was to analyze of as aspect and consequence for family rite in korea after in inflow a 『JuJaGaRae』 at the Goryeo end. And this study reviewed religious ceremonies's consciousness, performingcit's an implement, foods, place and orders...), foods setting in examining original literature such as 『Ga Rae』by JuJa and 『Sa rae pyun ram』by Lee Jae. From this analysis in original literature, the results of this study are as follow. Generally the main idea of religious ceremonies represented in literature is a true heart, but 『Sa rae pyun ram』 is different from 『Ga Rae』 on the stress. Examply 『Sa rae pyun ram』 was stress an anniversary of one's death the other side 『Ga Rae』 was stress on Sadang. And religious ceremonies's is difference 『Ga Rae』 from 『Sa rae pyun ram』implement and foods. That is 『Ga Rae』's implement was contain the Green tea's fixtures but 『Sa rae pyun ram』's foods was contain the for Shikhyae, Jang, Chimchae[Gimchi]. In conclusion, Lee Jae's 『Sa rae pyun ram』 is not imitate from JuJa' 『Ga Rae』 in the china, even if was imply on a point of similarity.

        Studies on the variation state and the structural features of the Great tit's song due to geographical isolation were analyzed among Cheju-do, a geographically fully-isolated region and two inland areas far from being isolated each other. It was found that the variation coefficient of the Great tit's song was higher in the time factor of notes than in its frequency factor, irrespective of the geographical isolation. Each frequency factor of three areas was found to be remarkably correlative with its area, and to have a certain frequency range. After an analysis to measure the variation state among the above areas, it was found that whereas the voice features were common the great extent between Mt. Y□nwha and Mt. Y□hang, those in Cheju-do were considerably different from those in the other areas.

        체납관세의 민간위탁징수방안에 관한 연구

        This study investigate unofficial consignment as a part of collection device size of the customs duties arrears. Customs duties arrears is one of serious problems that Korea Customs Service has faced, there is no systematic incentive to prevent the customs duties arrears. So that the unofficial consignment obtain good results collection of customs duties arrears, the unofficial consignment carry forward following device : First, unofficial consignment company is under competent institutions because unofficial consignment company fulfill statutes, taxpayers right care, etc. Second, maximization collection of the customs duties arrears grant reasonable collection discretion for unofficial consignment company. Third, it need the foundation of computer system in order to classification, management, delivery for information of the customs duties arrears.

        패혈증 백서 모델에서 비타민-C의 효과

        Background : Multi-organ failure from sepsis is very lethal disease entity, which is suspected to be caused by activated inflammatory cells. Inflammatory cells activated by endotoxins generate oxidants and cytokines such as TNF-α and IL-6, which in turn stimulate macrophages and neutrophils. Augmented inflammation makes an organ-injury deteriorate into an organ-failure, which may progress to multi-organ failure. This study is designed to evaluate the therapeutic effects of vitamin-C, a scavenger of oxidants, in sepsis. Methods : Male Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into 3 groups : a control group, a group injected intrapetoneally with LPS(lipopolysaccharide), and a group injected intraperitoneally with LPS and vitamin-C. Each eight rats were sacrified 24 hours and 48 hours after injection, and samples of the blood, the liver and the lung were obtained. Biochemical assays of TNF-α level in the blood and malondialdehyde(MDA)level, catalase activity and nitric oxide synthase(NOS)activity in the liver and the lung tissues were performed. Results : Serum TNF-α level, tissue lipid peroxidation and tissue i-NOS activity were dramatically increased, and tissue catalase activity was exhausted rapidly in sepsis. High dose vitamin-C administration decreased serum TNF-α level, tissue lipid peroxidation and tissue i-NOS induction, and protected against catalase exhaustion. Conclusion : high dose vitamin-C therapy was proved to have definite antioxidant effect in septic condition.

        미국의 식물유래약용물질(Plant-Made Pharmaceuticals, PMPs)의 안전성 규제

        1. 식물유래 약용물질 (PMP)은 살아있는 식물에서 생산된 치료용 단백질로, 발효조에서 세포계통을 이용하는 것보다 적은 비용으로 높은 순도의 단백질을 생산할 수 있어 이에 대한 연구개발이 확대될 전망이다. 2. 식물유래 약용물질의 재배시험을 감독하는 주관부서는 미농무부(USDA)의 동식물 검역청(APHIS)이다. 3. PMP의 생산에는 알팔파. 옥수수, 벼 잇꽃과 담배 등이 이용되고 있다. 4. 현재 상업화된 PMP는 없으나 ProdiGene, Inc사 등 몇몇 생명공학 회사에서 이들의 연구개발이 진행되고 있다. 5. 2002년에 PMP 재배시험은 130에이커 규모로 34개 시험장에서 20건이 허가 되었으며 주별로는 애리조나, 네브라스카 등 14주에서 시험이 이루어 졌다. 6. 미국 USDA의 PMP 재배 지침에 의하면 PMP의 재배생산에는 안전성확보를 위한 별도의 전용장비를 필요로 하며 파종에서 생산까지 엄격하게 관리된다. 7. 미국 USDA의 APHIS는 2002년 PMP 옥수수를 생산하는 ProdiGene, Inc사에 대하여 2건의 포장시험허가 위반사항을 적발하여 벌금 조치를 한바있다. Plant-made pharmaceuticals(PMPs) are therapeutic agents(pharmaceutical proteins) produced in genetically engineered plants. To yield these valuable products plants offer several advantages that include large-scale production capacity at a reduced cost, equivalent purity/activity to other manufacturing systems, and freedom from contamination with animal pathogens, prions, or disease-causing germs. But there are risks of contamination of the food supply and unintended effects on ecosystems. In the U.S. PMPs are regulated under stringent requirement of the U.S. Department of Agriculture(USDA) and the Food and Drug Administration(FDA). In this article, contamination incident with PMP corn engineered by ProdiGene, Inc will be briefly introduced and regulations of PMPs will be discussed.

      • Synthesis of monoacylglycerol containing pinolenic acid via stepwise esterification using a cold active lipase.

        <P>High purity monoacylglycerol (MAG) containing pinolenic acid was synthesized via stepwise esterification of glycerol and fatty acids from pine nut oil using a cold active lipase from Penicillium camembertii as a biocatalyst. Effects of temperature, molar ratio, water content, enzyme loading, and vacuum on the synthesis of MAG by lipase-catalyzed esterification of glycerol and fatty acid from pine nut oil were investigated. Diacylglycerol (DAG) as well as MAG increased significantly when temperature was increased from 20 to 40 C. At a molar ratio of 1:1, MAG content decreased because of the significant increase in DAG content. Water has a profound influence on both MAG and DAG content through the entire course of reaction. The reaction rate increased significantly as enzyme loading increased up to 600 units. Vacuum was an effective method to reduce DAG content. The optimum temperature, molar ratio, water content, enzyme loading, vacuum, and reaction time were 20 C, 1:5 (fatty acid to glycerol), 2%, 600 units, 5 torr, and 24 h, respectively. MAG content further increased via lipase-catalyzed second step esterification at subzero temperature. P. camembertii lipase exhibited esterification activity up to -30 C.</P>
