      • 견과류에서 Ganglioside 분석

        소수성인 지방 부분과 친수성인 당 부분을 가진 양쪽성 물질로서 N-acetylneuraminic acid를 포함하는 ganglioside가 견과류에 존재하는지를 확인하기 위해서 잣, 호도, 살구씨, 아몬드로부터 Folch-Suzuki방법으로 당지질을 분리하였다. 또한 periodate-resorcinol 방법으로 N-acetylneuraminic acid를 정량한 결과 각각 10당 잣은 0.013㎛ol, 호도는 0.015㎛ol,살구씨는 0.05㎛ol, 아몬드는 0.015㎛을 포함하고 있었다. 견과류에서 추출해낸 당지질을 HPTLC로 분석한 결과 다양한 당지질의 존재를 확인할 수 있었다. 그 중 잣과 살구씨에서 분리한 당지질을 DEAE-Sephadex A-25 column chromatography를 수행한 결과 잣에서는 여러 종류의 중성 당지질과 monosialoganglioside를, 살구씨에서는 여러 종류의 중성 당지질과 disialoganglioside를 분리할 수 있었다. 본 연구결과 식물에도 ganglioside가 존재하는 것을 밝히게 되었다. The compositions of gangliosides in Pinus koraiensis S. et Z.(pine nut), Juglans sinensis DODE (walnut), Armeniaca semen (apricot seed), and Prunus dulicis D.A. Webb(almond) were investigated by Folch partition, HPTLC. DEAE Sephadex A-25 column chromatography. Total polar glycolipid was extracted in aqueous phase by Folch-Susuki method. Extracted glycolipids were separated on HPTLC glass plate in the solvent system(chloroforn: methanol: water containing 0.02% CaCl_2 ? 2H_2O=55:45:10,v/v/v). Glycolipids including ganglioside were visualized with resorcinol reagent or orcinol-ferric chloride-sulfuric acid reagent. The amount of total N-acetylneuraminic acid was determined using the periodate-resorcinol method. Pinus koreaiensis S. et Z.,Juglans sinensis DODE, Armeniaca semen, and Prunus dulicis D. A. Webb contained 0.013,0.015,0.050, 0.010㎛ol of N-acetylneuraminic acid per 10g samples respectively. Glycolipids extracted from pine nuts 100g and apricot seeds 100g were analyzed on DEAE Sephadex A-25 column (acetate form, 1.3×14㎝). The gangliosides were eluted with continuous gradient of ammonium acetate in methanol (0 to 0.6M) and our results suggest that monosialoganglioside exists in pine nuts and disialoganglioside exists in apricot nuts.

        They have their own exercises in any nation. There have also been traditional exercises as national observances inherited from long time ago in korea nation. We can see, however, meny of them disappears during the time. We ought to try to recover our own consciousness by enlightening and developing these vanishing exercises into live ones. On this occasion which we attracted the '88 Olympic games, our investigation and development of our own exercises is considered as a desirable thing. Here this paper will be proposed as an introduction according to the above purport.

      • 우리나라 기업의 그린마케팅 전개방안에 관한 연구

        A industrial development and the high level of industrial technology since the Industrial Revolution in 18th century result in the improvement of qualities of human's lives, while they bring about the shortage of natural resources and the destruction of environment. Today as qualities of human's lives are improved, a lot of consumers are concerned about the environment of the earth and these thoughts are expanded rapidly. Therefore this study is planed to search the desirable direction which Green Marketing should achieve, through the direct and practical cases of Green Marketing, which becomes the factors of threat and chance to enterprises, in the view of approaching of the environmental problems which let mankind realize the serious crisis. The meaning Green Marketing has as the survival strategy of enterprise is prior to all management strategy. The thing required in the situation like this is that the solution and means which can cope with the environmental pressure effectively should be developed and generalized. And then it should be able to realize the pursuit of the enterprise's profit with the result of environmental improvement. However, the basic solution of this environmental problem isn't solved only in endeavoring of enterprise. As the cooperating of each related subject and the social responsibility are required, Green Marketing is more and more important. As Green Marketing combines with consumers and government as well as enterprise unlike the existing marketing, if it has the strong will of environmental harmony, it can be the driving force enabled the environmental management of enterprise effectively. To enable the induction and development of Green Marketing, the construction of environmental management system and the environmental mind are stretched like a blood vessel to the system of enterprise and are managed synthetically. When this system is realized, the beginning of the environmental difference can be acquired.

        대전시 가로수 식재지 토양의 화학적 특성에 관한 연구

        This study was carried out to examine the effect of heavy traffic on chemical properties of soil in roadside trees of Daejeon city. Soil samples at 0~10cm and 10~30cm depths were collected from soil of the roadside trees, Platanus occidentalis. and Ginko biloba. Soil pH in heavy traffic regions were around 7.0 at 0~10 cm and 10~30cm soil depths because of spraying of calcium chloride for snow moving. The concentrations of Fe, Cd, Cu, Zn, and Pb in soil were higher in heavy traffic regions(Daejeon Station and Daehwa Industrial Complex) than in light traffic region(Chungnam National University). The result could be from rubbing and wear of car tire and metals when they travel.

      • Cyclosporin A의 肝毒性에 미치는 右歸飮의 影響

        The purpose of this study is to observe the effect of Woogyuyem on serum reaction and hepatic tissue in Cyclosporin A treated rats. In this study, the experimental rats divided two group(Contro1 group and Sample group). Under the Same condition, both control group and sample group were injected to abdomen with Cyclosporin A for 7days. And then, control group were administered water, sample group were administered Woogy-uyeum for 30days. The change of transaminase and bile acid and SOD activity in blood serum, hepatic tissue were measured at 3rd, 7th, 15th, 30th day. The obtained results are surnmarised as follows : 1. In the change of SGOT contents, as compared with control group, sample group was significantly decreased at 7th and 15th day. 2. In the change of SGPT contents, as compared with control group, sample group was signi�icantly decreased at 15th day. 3. In the change of serum bile acid contents, as compared with control group, sample group was significantly decreased at 7th and 15th day. 4. In the change of serum SOD activity, as compared with control group, sample group was significantly increased at 15th and 30th day. 5. In the change of hepatic tissue, as compared with control group, the vacuolation of hepatocytes in the sample group was reduced, the liver plates were reconstructed, and the epitherial cell wasn't destructed.

        브랜드 이미지, 브랜드 신뢰 및 브랜드 애호도의 구조적 관계 : 금융브랜드 이미지를 중심으로

        본 논문은 브랜드 이미지와 브랜드 신뢰 그리고 브랜드 애호도에 관한 구조적 관계를 실증분석을 통해 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 은행을 이용해 본 경험이 있는 고객들을 상대로 설문조사를 하였으며 수집된 자료를 이용하여 구조방정식에 의해 브랜드 이미지, 브랜드 신뢰, 그리고 브랜드 애호도 간의 인과관계를 검증하였다. 분석결과 브랜드 이미지는 브랜드 신뢰에 브랜드 신뢰는 브랜드 애호도에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 브랜드 이미지와 브랜드 애호도와의 관계에서 브랜드 신뢰는 부분적으로 매개적 작용을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 연구결과에 따른 실무적 시사점과 연구의 한계점 및 미래 연구방향에 대해 기술하였다. This study examines the structural relationship among brand image, brand trust, and brand loyalty in bank industry, and then how brand trust plays a role of mediating variables between brand image and brand loyalty. Findings of this study are as follows: First, the brand image is significantly related to brand trust. The more consumer arouses about brand image, the more he trust the brand.Second, brand trust affects brand loyalty. Creating and maintaining brand trust produces positive results in repeat purchase and word-of-mouth activities. Third, brand trust is definitely found as a mediating variables which illustrates the relationship of brand image and brand loyalty. This paper suggests some marketing implications. First, it is possible to place a powerful brand when a brand has strong, favorable, and unique brand image. Bank industry should endeavor to build and maintain a strong, favorable, unique brand image because the powerful brand leads to brand equity. Second, financial goods in bank do not still perform in their strong, favorable and unique brand image attributes. Therefore banks provide consumers the strong, favorable, unique brand image in financial goods through effective communications.

      • 태권도 코치의 지도행동유형에 따른 선수 만족도에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between player's satisfaction and leadership behavior style of coaches. 300 subjects were selected from the players registered at the Korea Kaekwondo Association by the stratified cluster random sampling method in 2000. The questionnaires were used to collect data, Questionnaire for coaching behavior used by Chelladurai & Salehk(1978) was adopted to measure the leadership behavior style of Kaekwondo coaches. Questionnaire for player's satisfaction used by Lee, Chang-Kook(2000) was adopted to measure player's satisfaction. In order to analyze the data, frequencies, one way ANOVA, standard multiple regression were used on SPSS window version 8.0 program. The implications of the study are as bellow: Firstly, the leadership behavior style of Kaekwondo coaches classified by socio-demographic trait was different in part. Players who belong to the company team prefer democratic behavior style, social support behavior style and positive reward behavior style. Players who have a lot of entry experiences for competition recognize the present coaches and accept all types of trait on Kaekwondo coaches. Players' satisfaction classified showed much satisfaction in task performance, while players who belong to the university team showed much satisfaction in coaching behavior satisfaction. Players who have often participated in the competitions showed higher satisfaction in task performance and social relationships. Secondly, there were partial relations between leadership behavior style of Kaekwondo coaches and players' satisfaction. Players prefer training and instructing behavior style, social support behavior style, and tyrant behavior style. However, players who prefer tyrant behavior style recognize their present coaches as social.

      • 매실박, 당근박, 감귤박 급여가 산란계 난황의 Vitamin E, K 함량에 미치는 영향

        This experiment is a quantitative experiment where insoluble Vitamins E and K are extracted from the yolk of the spawning which was fed by by-products of tangerine, carrot, or Japanese apricot. Finally the purpose is to raise contents of the insoluble Vitamins E and K inside the yolk of the spawning. The saponification method through α, α - dipyridyl was used to determine the content of Vitamin E. Diethyl dithiocarbamate assay was used to examine the content of Vitamin K. The contents of Vitamin E in egg yolks of chicken fed by by-products of tangerine, carrot, or Japanese apricot increased 2 - 3 times compared to control egg, while the contents of Vitamin K almost no changed. 본 실험에서는 감귤, 매실, 당근의 껍데기로 감귤박, 매실박, 당근박을 먹여 산란계의 난황에 들어있는 Vitamin E와 K 함량을 높이고자 했다. Vitamin E 추출방법에는 검화방법인 α, α -dipyridyl에 의한 비색정량법을 사용하였으며 전처리 과정 중 석유 ether를 가하여 층을 분리하는 과정과 증류수를 가하여 층을 분리하는 과정에 있어서 신중을 가하였고 신속한 시료 전처리과정이 요구되었다. Vitamin K 추출에는 Diethyl dithiocarbamate에 의한 방법이 사용되었다. 실험결과 일반난황에서의 Vitamin E 함량보다 실험난황에서의 Vitamin E 함량이 2배 이상 높아졌음을 알 수 있었던 반면 Vitamin K의 함량은소량 증가하여 큰 변화가 없었다. 위의 결과를 통해서 난황에 이전된 Vitamin E의 종류가 무엇이며 어떠한 형태의 Vitamin E가 이전이 많이 되었는지를 확인하는 실험이 필요할 것이다. 이러한 추가적인 실험이 이루어졌을 때 상업적으로 이용한 가치가 있는 가를 고려하여야 할 것이다.

      • Clay/Epoxy 하이브리드 나노복합재료의 합성

        In this study, octadecyltrimethylammonium ion was intercalated in the gallery space of layered sodium montmorillonite(MMT) via an ion-exchange reaction. The gallery space was further modified by grafting of the aminopropyl groups via a reaction between a octadecyltrimethyl-ammonium-MMT intercalation compound and 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane(APS) in order to use as a filler for epoxys-clay hybrid nanocomposites. The interlayer modification of MMT was confirmed by XRD, IR, and 29Si MAS NMR. Furthermore, the resulting hybrid nanocomposites were characterized by XRD, transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The results proved that the organomontmorillonite could be exfoliated into ca. 100Å thickness and uniformly dispersed in the epoxy matrix.
