        In this nation, recently, non-regular employment is rapidly expanding under a non-liberal view that in any industry, the flexibility of labor supply and demand should be guaranteed. The view takes an assumption that individuals exert their ability better when under limitless competition rather than when permanently employed. There are very serious problems related to non-regular employment in this nation. Such problems may influence not only non-regular workers' basic labor rights or right of existence, but also regular workers' employment. Most of the existing laws and regulations including the Labor Standard Act focus on regular work and do not protect non-regular work, apparently discriminating regular and non-regular workers Such laws and regulations should be now changed to reflect many different types of employment, ensure balance between interests of employees and employers and further raise business competitiveness and all workers' benefit. To make ensure that all workers enjoy labor welfare equally, it is first required that the Labor Standard Act provides a comprehensive definition of workers. Other labor-related laws and regulations need to contain minimum exceptional provisions in accordance with the Labor Standard Act. The social insurance law should be rearranged to have all employees insured. To minimize businesses' financial burden, in addition, social insurance cost needs to be equally borne by waged and self-business workers. Furthermore, existing social insurance rates should be adjusted, not beyond the current size of social insurance finance.

      • 서비스종업원의 고용환경 변화 인식이 직무불안정성에 미치는 영향

        Fluctuation of employment condition in the service sector has led a necessary of industrial relation between employer and employee in these days, especially, a relaxation of restriction of lay-off have been leading that hotel employer try outsourcing and irregulars, also it destroy traditional relation of employment, after IMF(Intemational Monetary Fund). Employees of the service industry watching the environmental change of employment perceive that their job is unstable. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the impacts of the environmental change of employment on perception of employees' job insecurity. The results of this study are as follows, perception of fluctuation of employment condition effect significantly to decreasing of job effect and possibility of loss of job, which are included in job insecurity, but it does not effect to control factor of job environment. Therefore, in case of management, managers must endeavor many things to reduce perception of unstable employees* job.

      • 電流 制御形 PWM 초퍼에 의한 磁器 浮上用 電子石 驅動에 관한 硏究

        This paper designs a chopper system to drive a magnet of a magnetic levitation system. The chopper system consists of bridge type chopper with two switching devices and two freewheeling diodes. For the given system, harmonic component of source current is analyzed according to its freewheeling type. Also, its operating charateristic is analyzed by simulating the load current waveform according to the type of current controller. From the results of simulation and harmonic analysis, in terms of current controllability, current ripple and switching frequency, load freewheeling type chopper system wish ramp comparison controller is proven to be suitable. Thus the load freewheeling type chopper system with ramp comparison controller is designed and the feasibility of the proposed system is examined through experiment.

      • 組織變化에 대한 抵抗이 情報技術導入 成功에 미치는 影響에 관한 연구

        In modern organization, during process of change and crises in rapid changing environment, there're several barriers in managing strategic changes in organization to make successful information technology(IT). They are inadequate management technique lacking ability to communicate logically on change decision, vision in the member of on change process and lack of support and last the consequential resistance to change, from uncertainty and fear on the future. Therefore, We should focus on the fact that successful management of resistance is a prerequisite on successful information technology. In large view, the research is based on hypothesis. The resistance to organizational change will have negative effect on IT success. Research on the 23 small firms of information and communication industry showed that the resistance to organizational change influence the IT success. In this study, it is found that the resistance to organizational change was negatively related with IT success. In conclusion, if an organization copy quickly with motivate and stabilize itself through successful resistance management, it can have relative strong competitive edge to others. So, management of resistance in organizational change is the matter of IT success. The outcome of this study can provide some useful theoretical implications as well as practical ones.

      • 기업문화 유형이 정보기술 도입에 미치는 영향

        The information technology should be introduced for firms to cope with the environment and in the introduction of information technology means that the infrastructure or ability for organizational change is established. But whether the firm is successful to the introduction of information technology or not depends on its specific corporate culture. Therefore. the success in the introduction of information technology is prerequisite for a firm to success in the organizational change, and there are corelationships among these three factors. The result of empirical test and the implication of managerial aspects are as follows, In case of the relationships between the type of corporate culture and the introduction of information technology, If we classify the corporate culture as 4 types (development, group, rational, hierarchical culture), control-oriented culture has a negative impact on the success, In the case of the relationship between the type of corporate culture and the resistance against organizational change, If we classify as 4 types, control-oriented culture has a positive impact on the resistance. Therefore, in order to improve the success in the introduction of information technology we should change rigid, multi-hierarchical, skyscraper organization to flexible, small-hierarchical, flat organization. The change lessens the degree of resistance and increases the degree of success in the introduction of information technology. As a result, flexibility-oriented culture is critical to the success in introduction of information technology. Korean firms should make an effort to establish the flexibility-oriented corporate culture. We must promote the decentralization, open communications, democratic decision-making and strategic management in the long-run perspectives. Further research regarding this topic will contribute to increase the competitive power of Korean firms by improving the corporate culture.

        조직특성이 정보기술도입성공에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        This paper suggests a contingent perspective for analyzing critical success factors of information systems by organizational characteristics in Korean firms. The contingent perspective includes such corporate characteristics as industry, strategy, value-added application, and corporate culture. The information technology should be introduced for firms to cope with the environment and in the introduction of information technology means that the infrastructure or ability for organizational characteristics is established. But whether the firm is successful to the introduction of information technology or not depends on its specific corporate culture. This research analyzed 25 firms in various industries, and that the domestic small and medium firms consider some issues-support of top management, for malization of standard architecture, user involvement, high quality software, etc.- as the necessary ones. It also found through ANOV A that organizational characteristics highly influences the critical success factors of IS the corporations face.

      • A Study on the Relationship between ESG Performance Information and Value-Relevance: Focusing on Travel & Tourism Industry in Korea

        Purpose - This study investigates the value-relevance of ESG performance information in the Korean travel & tourism industry. ESG activities (environment, social, and governance) are critical factors for evaluating corporate value. However, when it comes to the travel and tourism section, whether the ESG performance information is incorporated in financial corporate value is questionable since the distinct guidelines on ESG performance does not exist. Design/Methodology/Approach - This study hypothesizes that ESG performance information is not relevant to the corporate value in the travel and tourism industry. Using the KSE and KOSDAQ listed-firms in the travel & tourism industry for 2011-2020, this study conducts a univariate test as well as multiple regression analysis which estimates the relationship between stock price and ESG ratings. Ohlson (1995)’s model estimating value-relevance of accounting information is employed to test the hypothesis. Findings - The analysis shows that both ESG reporting itself and ESG integration ratings are positively related to stock price as a proxy for corporate value. But the governance (G) factor only out of three- ESG individual components has a significantly positive relation with the corporate value. The findings hold after addressing a self-selection bias which is due to ESG reporting incentives. Research Implications - In perspective of the usefulness of accounting information, this study extends the literature on value-relevance of ESG ratings as a nonfinancial accounting information. In addition, it adds the document on the effectiveness of ESG initiative by empirical results. Finally, it suggests the needs for guidelines which are appropriate for pricing the performance of social responsibilities (S) including sustainable environment € to be incorporated in corporate value.

        Affinity Maturation of an Anti-Hepatitis B Virus PreS1 Humanized Antibody by Phage Display

        In a previous study we generated an anti-Hepatitis B Virus (HBV) preS1 humanized antibody (HzKR127) that showed in vivo HBV-neutralizing activity in chimpanzees. However, the antigen-binding affinity of the humanized antibody may not be sufficient for clinical use and thus affinity maturation is required for better therapeutic efficacy. In this study, phage display technique was employed to increase the affinity of HzKR127. All six amino acid residues (Glu95-Tyr96-Asp97-Glu98-Ala99-Tyr100) in the heavy (H) chain complementarydetermining region 3 (HCDR3) of HzKR127 were randomized and phage-displayed single chain Fv (scFv) library was constructed. After three rounds of panning, 12 different clones exhibiting higher antigen-binding activity than the wild type ScFv were selected and their antigen-binding specificity for the preS1 confirmed. Subsequently, five ScFv clones were converted to whole IgG and subjected to affinity determination. The results showed that two clones (B3 and A19) exhibited an approximately 6 fold higher affinities than that of HzKR127. The affinity-matured humanized antibodies may be useful in anti-HBV immunotherapy.
