The purpose of this study is to find out the temporal and spatial characteristics of the diurnal wind variation between coastal and inland areas using the hourly wind data of 58 AWS-stations in the South Korea which are collected during the 10 years from 1980 to 1989. Diurnal variation is investigated by using the Fast Fourier Transform(FFT), and the wind direction is investigated by comparing C_r with C_v represented the constancy of wind. For the scalar wind speed, the maximum wind speed occurs in the daytime from 14h to 16h. The maximum diurnal amplitude at coastal areas occurs from 12h to 16h, and is about 2 hours faster than that at inland areas. Vector mean wind speed is strong at coastal areas and Chupungnyong, Kumi, Taegu of inland areas. The diurnal variation ellipses make a right angle with coastline show that the land. and sea breezes are prevailing. The constancy of wind is strong at all observations in January. In the relationship between C_r and C_v , C_v is higher than C_r.

The optimal method is used to get optimal solution in engineering design including scheduling problems. This study is to get rid of the inconvenience and produce initial solution as insertion method in order to promote effectiveness of search and describe the way that mixes genetic algorithm which has been studying to improve this initial solution. Heuristics based on hybrid genetic algorithm can be expanded easily to solve flow shop problems in proving NP-hard problems using a different criterion like total flow time, maximum tardiness and total tardiness and moreover, applied to job shop scheduling problems which are more general and complex than flow shop.
중고령 성인학습자의 대학생활적응이 행복감에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 중고령 성인학습자의 대학생활적응이 행복감에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 목적을 둔다. 이를 위해 대구광역시 및 경북에 위치한 2년제 전문대학과 4년제 대학교에 재학 중인 중고령 성인학습자 321명을 대상으로 조사 및 분석하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중고령 성인학습자의 일반적 특성에 따른 대학생활적응은 50대와 2학년, 건강상태가 좋은편이다가 높게 나타났고, 행복감은 여성과 60대, 3학년, 부부만 사는 가구형태에서 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 중고령 성인학습자의 대학생활적응과 행복감 간에는 정적 상관관계가 있으며, 그 중 내적성장 만족과 의미추구 만족의 상관관계가 가장 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 중고령 성인학습자의 대학생활적응이 행복감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 대학생활적응의 하위요소인 성인학생관계적응이 행복감에 가장 큰 영향을 미쳤다. 이상의 연구결과는 대학생활에서 경험하는 다양한 긍정적인 경험이 학생 관계와 심리적인 안정감 및 육체적인 긴장을 완화시키고 내적인 성장에 대한 스스로의 만족감을 향상시킴으로 행복감에 영향을 줄 수 있음을 시사한다. This study tried to investigate the effects of the adaptation of middle-aged and elderly adult learners to college life on happiness. For this purpose, a questionnaire survey and analysis were conducted on 321 middle-aged and older adults studying at two-year and four-year colleges in Daegu and Gyeongbuk Province, and the results are as follows. First, college life adaptation according to the general characteristics of middle-aged and elderly learners are higher for those in their 50s and 2nd grade in good health condition. Happiness was the highest women, 60s and those in the form of households where only couples live. Second, there is a static correlation between the adaptation of middle-aged and elderly adult learners to college life and happiness, and the correlation between satisfaction with internal growth and satisfaction with meaning was the highest. Third, it was found that middle-aged and elderly adults' adaptation to college life influenced happiness, and the adaptation to adult student relationships, which is the lower part of the adaptation to college life, had the greatest impact on happiness. The above research results suggest that the various positive experiences experienced in university life can affect happiness by easing student relationships, psychological stability, and physical tension, and improving one's own satisfaction with internal growth.
The cytotoxic effects of bisphenol A alternatives in human lung fibroblast MRC5 cells

Background Endocrine-disrupting compounds (EDCs) disrupt homeostasis via the dysregulation of hormone synthesis and metabolism. Bisphenol A (BPA) is widely used in consumer products, such as thermal receipts, water bottles, and baby bottles. However, BPA is also an EDC that acts as an estrogen agonist, and human exposure to BPA can lead to estrogenic effects. Consequently, manufacturers have started investigating the properties and effects of alternatives to BPA, molecules such as bisphenol F (BPF) and bisphenol S (BPS). Objective Although multiple studies have demonstrated the adverse effect of bisphenols, it remains unknown whether bisphenols affect human lung fibroblast cells. In this study, we investigated the cytotoxic effects of BPA, BPF, and BPS on the MRC5 human lung fibroblast cell line. Results We examined and compared the effects of BPA and its alternatives on cell proliferation, cell cycle progression, and apoptosis. Conclusion Brief exposures to low concentrations of BPA, BPF, and BPS had no effects on cell viability, cell cycle progression, or apoptosis among MRC5 human lung fibroblast cells.
