The course of Korean art education has been amended several times, and there have been various trends of thought which have emerged and developed about the contents in art education and how to teach them. There, however, is no denying that the education of art has always been aimed to encourage and develop students' artistic creativeness. Considering this 21st century to be an era of culture, internationalization and competition, Craft Design, which is focused on education of artistic creativity, seems crucial and closely linked to our life. The creative art education which prevails in western is children-centered education system without involving any existing technologies or imitations. The typical artists of it are Chizek, Herbert Read and Lowenfeld. It is announced that the entire amount of the content about Craft Design in the 7th National Curriculum which has partly been revised has increased by over 20%. Through this apparent enhancement of the education in Craft Design, not only can we attempt to make the exellent quality and the superiority of Korean culture more recognized among other globalized societies, but we can also enrich our life. 우리나라 미술교육과정이 여러번 개정되는 동안 미술교육의 지도내용과 지도 방법 미술교육의 여러 사조가 등장하고 변천되었다. 그러나 미술교육의 목표는 언제나 창의력 신장과 계발에 중점을 두고 있다. 특히 21세기는 문화의 시대, 국제화 시대, 경쟁력시대이며, 창조주의 미술교육에 근거로한 공예 디자인의 일상생활의 전부가 되었다. 서구를 중심으로한 창의성 중심의 미술교육은 기존의 기술.모방을 배제한 아동중심 교육에 근거한 창조주의 미술교육이다. 대표적 작가로 치젝, 허버트리드.로웬펠드가 있으며 부분 개편된 2007 개정교육과정 에서 공예디자인의 내용이 20%이상 늘었음을 알 수 있다. 이는 공예디자인 교육의 강화로 국제화 사회에서 한국문화의 우수성을 인식시키고 풍부한 삶의 질을 제고하는데 의의가 있다.
제조기업의 e-비즈니스 전략을 통한 공급사슬 통합에 관한 연구

This study examines how to achieve the supply chain integration by developing e-business strategy in the manufacturing company. In order to achieve this goal, the definition of e-business was introduced, first. Second,environment analysis for developing e-business strategy was conducted. Third,the process developing e-business strategy was explained, Forth, the supply chain integration developing e-business strategy was proposed. The proposed model showed the interaction among manufacturing goals(such as cost, quality,delivery,and flexibility), e-business strategy,suppliers and customers. The model was applied for the automobile and heavy weight machine industries. This model will be helpful to enhance the competitiveness in the age of e-bussiness management.

Recently, many manufacturing companies had increased interests in supply chain integration activities between customers and suppliers and their performances. The reasons are increasing costs in manufacturing, faster life cycle of products and lack of scared resources. The purpose of this study is to search the literature about the supply chain integration activities among manufacturers, suppliers and customers. First, supply chain integration was composed of four ; logistics integration, supplier integration, purchasing integration, and information integration. Second, we try to verify the relationship between supply chain integration strategy, supply chain integration performance, and manufacturing performance. Third, we proposed the conceptual framework of supply chain integration and performance in manufacturing. This proposed model will be helpful for achieving competitive advantage and will be analyzed empirically in the near future.
휴대용 다짐도 측정기의 현장실험을 통한 다짐도와 관입깊이 상관성 연구

전 세계적으로 토목공사 현장에서 토사의 다짐작업은 중요한 공종 중 하나의 공종이다. 특히 도로공사에서의 다짐작업은 공사 후에도 부실시공과 밀접한 관계를 가지고 있으므로 매우 중요하게 평가된다. 현재는 여러 가지 다짐도 측정방법 중에 평판재하시험이나 모래 치환법에 의한 흙의 단위 중량 시험방법을 가장 많이 사용하고 있으나 많은 시간과 장비가 필요하며 인력도 많이 소모되어 경제성을 확보하지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 중력에 의한 자유낙하 물체의 관입 깊이에 따라 다짐도 측정방법인 자유낙하 관입깊이별 다짐도 시험(Free-Fall Penetration Test, FFPT) 일명 휴대용 다짐도 측정기를 이용하여 현장실험을 실시하여 다짐도와 관입깊이 그래프를 작성하였고 낙하고 10cm에서 결정계수 값이 0.963으로 가장 정확도가 높았으며 그래프는 가로축과 세로축 모두 10진법 그래프로 작성하였으며, 허용오차범위는 관입깊이 기준으로 ±1.28mm로 작성되었다. 휴대용 다짐도 측정기를 통하여 현장에서 간단하고 신속, 정확한 다짐도 측정이 가능하여 경제성 확보와 공정 관리가 편리하게 진행될 것이다. Worldwide, soil compaction work is one of the most important activities that are carried out on civil engineering works sites. Compaction work, particularly in the area of road construction, is considered to be important, as poor compaction work is closely related with poor construction even after a construction is complete. Currently, the plate bearing test or the sand cone method relative to the unit weight of soil test are commonly used to measure the degree of compaction, but as these require a great deal of time, equipment and manpower, it is difficult to secure economic efficiency. The method that is used to measure the degree of compaction according to the penetration depth achieved by free fall objects through gravity is the Free-Fall Penetration Test (FFPT), which uses a so-called “portable compaction measuring meter (PCMM).” In this study, the degree of compaction was measured and a penetration depth graph was developed after the field test using the portable compaction measuring meter. The coefficient of determination was 0.963 at a drop height of 10 cm, showing the highest level of accuracy. Both horizontal axis and longitudinal axis were developed in a decimal form of graph, and the range of allowable error was ±1.28 mm based on the penetration depth. The portable compaction measuring meter makes it possible to measure the degree of compaction simply, quickly and accurately in the field, which will ensure economic efficiency and facilitate the process management.
Analysis of Health-related Microbes by Capillary Electrophoresis

Analysis of health-related microbes called probiotics was performed by capillary electrophoresis. A rapid and easy characterization for two important probiotics, Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Enterococcus feacalis, was obtained in the running buffer containing poly(ethylene oxide). Quantitation of probiotic (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) shows a good linearity between the peak area versus the concentration of microbe. From the comparison of electropherograms of antidiarrhea, it was found that capillary electrophoresis could be employed for the quality control and quality assurance for the production of a medicine containing the probiotics.

Direct analysis of microbes such as either gram-positive or gram-negative bacteria without cell lysis was investigated using capillary electrophoresis. Bacteria cells were directly introduced into the microbore fusedsilica capillary, then separated under high electric field in less than 15 min. It was found that a proper dispersion of bacteria cells was important for reproducible results. Migration behavior of bacteria at different storage condition was investigated and many unexpected peaks were observed from bacteria stored at room temperature due to the distortion of cells. This phenomenon was attributed to the change of size and shape of the same bacterium and confirmed by the scanning electron microscopic images.
