        청소년이 지각한 가족기능과 희망과의 관계

        Purpose: This Study a descriptive correlation survey with the purpose of identifying the relationship between family function and hope in adolescents. It was done to provide basic data for developing family centered nursing strategies to promote adolescents' hope. Methods: The subjects of this study were 1030 high school students in J city. Data were analyzed with SPSS 10.0 program. Frequencies and percentages were used to compare the subjects' general characteristics. Minimum values, maximum values, mean scores and mean grades were used to identify the level of family function and hope. Pearson's correlation coefficient was used to analyze the relationship between family function and hope in adolescents, and t test, ANOVA, and Scheffe test were used to examine the level of family function and hope by general characteristics. Results: 1. The level of adolescents' family function ranged from 26 to 97, the mean score was 66.85±13.16, and the mean grade was 2.76±0.52. 2. The level of adolescents' hope ranged from 55 to 153, the mean score was 111.48±17.64 and the mean grade was 2.78±0.44. 3. It showed that there is a significantly positive correlation (r=0.546, p=.000) between adolescents' family function and hope. That is, the better family function adolescents have, the higher level of hope they have. 4. Adolescents' family function showed significant differences according to school record (F=6.363, p=.002), school life satisfaction (F=4.922, p=.007), father's education (F=2.640, p=.048), mother's education (F=3.586, p=.013) and domestic economy status(F=3.022, p=.049). 5. Adolescents' hope showed significant differences according to religion (t=2.018, p=.044), school type (t=2.567, p=.010), school record (F=9.712, p=.000), school life satisfaction (F=11.367,p=.000), father's education (F=4.632, p=.003), mother's education (F=4.709, p=.003), domestic economy status (F=4.235, p=.015), relationship with friends (F=8.187, p=.000), and subjective health condition (F=5.490, p=.001). Conclusion: First, in order to improve adolescents' family function, which encourages hope in adolescents, it is necessary to develop nursing interventions and to make further studies. Second, it is necessary to develop instruments for improving Korean adolescents' family function and hope. Third, further studies are required to improve adolescents' family function and hope in special situations such as disease, drug abuse and juvenile delinquent.

        유압관로의 비정상유동에 따른 임피던스 전달특성

        Design for quite operation of fluid power system requires the understanding of noise and vibration characteristics of the system. This paper presents a dynamic response of design of hydraulic circuit. Experimental investigations on the attenuation of pressure ripple in automotive power steering hydraulic pipe line is examined. Also, a mathematical model of hydraulic pipe is proposed to support a design of the hydraulic circuit. and the impedance characteristics of pressure ripple is analyzed. It is experimentally shown that power steering hydraulic pipe attenuates pressure ripple with high frequency.

      • 원심압축기의 선회실속특성에 관한 연구

        In the present study, the performance characteristics and the number of stall cell during rotating stall of a centrifugal air compressor were experimentally investigated. Rotating stall in the vaneless diffuser were investigated by measuring unsteady pressure fluctuations at several different diffuser radius using a high frequency pressure transducer. The number of stall cell and their rotational speeds are distinctive features of the rotating stall phenomenon. The present study is mainly forced on the analysis for the stall cell number and its propagation speed unstable operating region of the compressor. The interpretation method of visualization is based on the pressure distribution in the circumference pressure fields while plotting the pressure and its harmonics variations in time in polar coordinates. To obtain the visualize the existence rotating stall, auto-correlation function and the frequency spectra of the pressure fluctuations were measured at rh-2 = 1.52. When the flow coefficient is lower than 0.150, the static pressure at impeller inlet is higher than that at inlet duct of the Compressor. And the flow coefficient is lower than 0.086, several stall cell groups of discrete frequencies are observed.

      • 고주파 마그네트론 스퍼터링 방법에 의해 MgO(100) 기판위에 증착된 (Pb, La) TiO_3 박막의 제작과 특성연구

        Pyroelectric (Pb, La) TiO_3 (PLT) thin films have been prepared on Pt coated MgO(100) substrate by RF magnetron sputtering method in an atmosphere of mixed gas of Ar and O_2. PLT file deposited at 580℃ showed perovskite single phase with prominent C-axis orientation perpendicular to the substrate surface. The full width at half maximum (FWHM) of the PLT film was 0.45 degree indicating good crystallinity. From the RHEED observation, the PLT film showed spotty pattern, indication a single crystal phase with rough film surface. The relative dielectric constant(ε_r) and dielectric loss(tanδ) of the perovskite PLT film deposited at 580℃ were 75 and 0.006 at 1kHz, respectively. From the hysterisis loop analysis using sawyer-tower circuit, the remanent polarization(P_r) and coercive field(E_c) were about 10μC/㎠ and 160kV/㎝, respectively.

      • 급속 열처리 방식에 의한 Ti-실리사이드의 상전이 및 형성에 관한 연구

        n-type Si (100) 웨이퍼를 precleaning하고 HF용액에 dip etching한 후 e-beam evaporator에서 두께 800Å의 Ti 박막을 성장시켰다. Ti/Si 박막의 rapid thermal annealing 과정에서는 열처리 온도, 시간 및 가스 분위기(Ar/N_2)를 변화시켜가며 TiSi_2 형성을 실험하였고, 열처리 시 정상온도까지를 computer programming에 의해 다단계 step 방식으로 승온시켰다. 열처리 후 4단자 탐침법(4-point probe method)으로 면저항(Rs)을 측정한 결과, 형성된 TiSi_2의 면저항 값은 RTA의 가스분위기에는 크게 의존하지 않으며 열처리 온도에 민감하게 변화하였다. RTA 온도에 따른 Ti-실리사이드의 면저항 값이 T=500℃ 부근에서 가장 크게 나타나고 T=700℃ 이상에서는 일정한 낮은 값(Rs≤1.2Ω/□, p=13∼16μΩ·cm)을 보였는데 이는 T≥700℃ 이상에서 C54의 안정된 TiSi_2 상이 형성된 결과이다. 또한, 시편을 N_2 분위기에서 500℃, 600℃, 700℃, 800℃의 온도로 20초간 열처리한 후 Ti-silicide 박막의 결정구조와 상전이를 X선 회절(X-ray diffraction, XRD) 분석한 결과, 500℃에서 20초간 RTA 열처리한 시료는 TiSi상과 불안정한 tiSi_2 초기상(C49)이 형성되었으며 열처리 온도가 700℃ 이상에서는 고온 안정상인 TiSi_2 상(C54)이 성장되었음을 보여주었다. C54의 TiSi_2에 대한 결정성장방향은 (040) 방향으로 배향(oriented) 성장하는 경향을 나타내었다, N_2 분위기로 600℃와 850℃의 온도에서 20초간 열처리한 실리사이드의 표면과 단면을 주사전자현미경(Scanning Electron Microscope, SEM)으로 관찰한 결과, 온도가 증가됨에 따라 TiSi_2의 결정입계 크기가 증가하였고, 약 800Å 두께의 as-deposited Ti 박막에 대한 TiSi_2/Si 시편은 850℃에서 20 sec간 열처리한 경우 약 1500Å의 실리사이드 두께를 보여주었다. The substrates, n-type (100) Si wafers with the resistivity of 1∼10 Ω·cm are subjected to standard cleaning procedures followed by a diluted HF solution (HF : H_2O=1 : 50) dip immediately prior to loading into e-beam chamber. Thin Ti films with the thickness of 800Å are deposited by e-beam evaporation with base pressure of 4×10^6 Torr. The samples are annealed over a range of temperatures (T=450∼850℃) in an atmosphere of N_2 and Ar with annealing times (t=5∼60 sec) in a RTA system. After selective etching of unreacted Ti in a solution of (NH_4OH : H_2O_2 :H_2O=1 : 1 : 5), the reacted Ti-silicides are characterized by in-line four point probe, x-ray diffraction(XRD), and scanning electron microscopy(SEM). the results of four point probe measurements show that sheet resistances of TiSi_2(C54) are not greatly affected by the RTA process variables such as annealing temperatures, times and gas ambinets. the deposited Ti films start to convert into Ti-silicide phases at the annealing temperature of about 450℃, showing sheet resistance of about 1Ω/□ between 750℃ and 850℃ for 20 sec. The annealed samples show the mixed phases of TiSi-TiSi_2(C49) at 500℃ and the (040) oriented growth of TiSi_2(C54) above 700℃. SEM micrographs exhibit that the thickness and resistivity of TiSi_2 annealed at 850℃ for 20 sec is 1500Å(about 2 times of Ti thickness) and 15 μΩ·cm.

      • 모기유충에 대한 살충성 Bacillus thuringiensis H9B 균주의 특성

        One strain of mosquitocidal Bacillus thuringiensis, H9B, was isolated from soil. The biochemical characteristics and flagella antigenicity of the strain H9B is similar to that of B. thuringiensis subsp. darmstadiensis. The delta-endotoxin of the strain H9B coincided with that of B. thuringiensis subsp. darmstadiensis strain 73E10-2 on agarose double immunodiffusion test. The delta-endotoxin of B. thuringiensis subsp. israelensis contains hemolysin fragment (28 kd) on SDS-PAGE when the delta-endotoxin was solubilized in alkali, while that of the strain H9B does not contain 28 kd protein. In the biological activity, the delta-endotoxin of strain H9B was 2 or 3 times stronger than that of the strain 73E10-2; The LC_50 against mosquito larvae (Aedes agypti) of delta-endotoxin from the strain H9B is 70 ng/ml, and that from B. thuringiensis subsp. israelensis and the strain 73E10-2 26 ng/ml, 186 ng/ml respectively.; The hemolytic activity of delta-endotoxin from the strain H9B has twice stronger than that from the strain 73E10-2.

      • 운동부하양식에 따른 심폐 능력의 비교분석

        The purpose of this study this study was to comparative analysis the V02max and HR through arm ergometer exercise, bicycle ergometer exercise, and treadmill exercise and to propose correct data of aerobic ability according to GXT. Subjects for study were 8 healthy male students. The process of the test were performed maximal GXT on arm ergometer exercise, bicycle ergometer exercise, and treadmill exercise and measured V02max, max heart rate and recovery time of 3 VO2 and heart rate respectively. The conclusions were supported by the findings of this study: 1.There were significant differences between test style and V02/kg/min(p<.05). 2.There were significant differences between test style and test stage at heart rate(p<.05) There were no effect of reciprocal action. Therefore, V02/kg/min should be on individual exercise prescription guiedlines for health promotion should be provided proper GXT which are arm ergometer exercise, bicycle ergometer exercise, and treadmill exercise.

      • 정사각 덕트의 출구 영역에서 속도분포에 대한 실험적 연구

        A numerical simulation has been performed with the non-linear turbulence model proposed by Speziale(1987) coupled with the k-ε equations coming from the renormalization group theory(RNG) derived by Yakhot et al(1992). The fully developed turbulent flow through a straight square duct, involing secondary motion is simulated. This paper represent computations of the interaction between measurement and numerical computation of turbulent flow on velocity distribution of outlet region in a square duct. RNG turbulent model was adapted and compared with the experimental data and the result of Standard k-ε turbulent model. The predictions obtained with the RNG k-ε model show improvements when compared with the Standard k-ε model. Mean velocity, turbulence kinetic energy and Reynolds shear stresses are in quantitiative agreement with the experimental data. We feel that the RNG k-ε model suggested in this paper can be a useful turbulence model for practical engineering
