        With the trend of internationalization of Korean firms, when we see the management environment that are appeared a number of large firms as a world-wide scale today, there seem to be need the organization of corporate culture. So our enterprisers pick merits out of the typical confucian consciousness and the foreign culture. And then they engraft them into the cultural climate or enterprising climate, and make them Koreanize. That should be a proper way to make a Koreanized corporate culture. In order to design the corporate culture, workingman have to consult together and hold the value of management idea and policy in common, and there should be symbolic words, courtesy, sense, anecdote etc., and it is necessary to present the clear and definite value for the company's specific character. For acclimate to the interior and the exterior enviromment of enterprise, it should not be forgotten to recipience about changes of corporate culture. And then they have to make a Koreanized corporate culture. For study on corporate culture orgenization in Korea this paper consists and follows, 1. Introduction 2. Definition and formative factor of the corporate culture 3. Typical consciosness structure of the Korean and consciousness structure of the Korean manager 4.         두개강내 추골동맥의 박리성 동맥류 : 2부검례 보고

        Two autopsied cases of dissecting aneurysms of intracranial vertebral artery are reported and the appropriate literature is reviewed to investigate the pathological characteristics and pathogenesis. The location and pathological features of the aneurysms are similar in the two cases. The aneurysms in both cases are confined to the intracranial vertebral artery and massive subarachnoid hemorrhage in basal cistern develop caused by the rupture of the arterial wall. And the aneurysms show mainly subadventitial dissection and display intimal thickening, disruption of internal elastic lamina, and degeneration of the media. Based on their pathological investigation of these two cases and a review of reported cases, the authors propose that weakness of internal elastic lamina may be responsible for initiating dissection in susceptible individuals and hypertention is one of contributing factors that result in weakness of internal elastic lamina.

        Purpose of study was to exam influence of service positioning to sports product's positioning in sports marketing. T-test and x² analysis were used. Cronbach's a method was used to identify reliability of questionaries and α represented .7678. SAS program was used and P<.05. Results of study followed next. First. Product positioning has potential relation with demographics factors such as regional and ages. Second, Services is more effective factor to decide products positioning than price Third, Positioning change could be possible through service pattern provided - touchable, non touchable, or touchable and non-touchable. Fourth, Positioning change was possible based on service experience.

      • 침전지에서의 조류 및 SCUM 발생에 관한 실험적 연구

        본 연구에서는 정수장의 침전지 scum 부상을 제거하는데 인력 소모로 인한 행정수행의 공백, 여과지 폐쇄, 응집효율의 저하 등 여러 가지 정수처리에 장애를 주고 있는 scum에대하여 발생원인을 규명하고, 제거하는 방안 등에 관해서 시험과 분석을 실시하였다. 연구대상 정수장의 취수원을 조사한 결과, 원수에서 6종류의 조류가 기포와 부착되어 scum을 발생하였다. 가압장 펌프는 대용량이므로 계절적 수온 변화에 따라서 공동현상이 발생할 때 많은 기포가 생성되어 정수장의 착수정 도착시 응집제 투여로 응집되는 미세 플록에 기포가 부착되어 scum이 가압부상 되었다. Scum 제거방안으로서는 펌프장에서 가압펌프에 다량의 공기가 유입되지 않도록 유로를 개선하고, 펌프의 노후 부속시설물 교체, 즉 패킹(Packing)교체로 scum 발생을 완전히 제거할 수 있었다. 정수장 주변여건에 따라서 응집상태가 달라지므로 응집효율을 최대로 높일 수 있도록 각 정수장에 맞는 정수처리에 관한 실험이 매우 필요하다고 생각된다. In this study, lots of experiments and analyses about the methods finding out and removing the facts cause the scum giving difficulties in Water Treatment, that is a closing of filtration, a falling-off in flocculation efficiency etc., to remove the scum occurrence of sedimentation basin have been excuted. At the result of investigation the source of a river of the study purification, the fact that six kinds of algae adheres to the air bladder and occurs the scum was known. Because the pumping station is quite large scale, scum was flotation presses when the cavitation occurs following the changes of water temperature, many air bladders are formed and adhered to the micro-floc cohered by injection of coagulation chemicals arriving at junction well. The occurrence of scum was able to be removed by the plants improving the channel not the lots of air bladders to flow in pump presses at pumping station and exchanging an old pard of the pump, that is packing. It is thought that some experiments about the water treatment fitting into each purification to make the flocculation efficiency maximum quite necessary because the state of flocculation is changed by the environments of the water treatment plants.

      • 모 연취급장 근로자들의 연폭로지표들과 혈압과의 관련성

        In order to investigate the relationship between blood lead with other lead exposure indices and blood pressure in occupationally lead exposed male workers, 629 workers(515 lead exposed workers and 114 non lead exposed workers) in a storage battery factory were studied. Blood lead(PbB), zinc protoporphyrin(ZPP) and urinary δ-aminolevulinic acid(ALAU) were selected as an index of lead exposure. Height and weight were also meaured with calibrated automatic height-weight machine to produce fatness index directly. Personal information on smoking and drinking history were also collected. Blood pressure was mearured by trained nurses with automatic sphingomanometer. All workers took at least 30 minute rest before their measurement of blood pressure. The results obtained were as follows: 1. The prevalence rate of hypertension of lead exposed and non-exposed workers were 3.5% in both group without any difference. 2. There were no differences of systolic and diastolic pressure between groups divided by lead exposure, smoking habit, drinking habit. but the increase of age group made the difference of diastolic pressure, and only differenct of systolic pressure observed in age group of less than 20 and that of more than 40. 3. In pearson's correlation analysis, PbB was correlated with systolic pressure significantly, but not with diastolic pressure. PbB was also correlated with pressure difference(systolic pressure-diastolic pressure). 4. There were no significant increase of systolic, diastolic pressure and pressure difference by the increase of PbB and ZPP grouping. 5. Stepwise multiple regression analysis using systolic pressure as dependent variable and PbB, ZPP, ALAU, age, work duration, smoking habit, drinking habit and fatness (weight*0.9/height-100) as independent variables, revealed that PbB, age, drinking habit and fatness in order were significantly contributed to the dependent variable. 6. Stepwise multiple regression analysis using diastolic pressure as dependent variable and PbB, ZPP, ALAU, age, work duration, smoking habit, drinking habit and fatness (weight*0.9/height-100) as independent variables, revealed that ALAU, age and fatness in order were significantly contributed to the dependent variable. 7. Stepwise multiple regression analysis using pressure difference as dependent variable and PbB, ZPP, ALAU, age, work duration, smoking habit, drinking habit and fatness(weight*0.9/height-100) as independent variables, revealed that PbB, age and fatness in order were significantly contributed to the dependent variable. 8. Logistic analysis of hypertensive conditions with categorized blood lead and other selected categorized independent variables indicated that only age(40> and 40≤) and fatness(1.0> and 1.0≤) were significantly contributed to dependent variable with 95% significant odd ratio confidence interval. With above results, lead exposure in terms of blood lead seemed to be minimally contributed to the raise of blood pressure, and the effect of blood lead was found to be more prominent on the pressure difference than the systolic and diastolic pressure themselves.

      • 납 노출자에 ALAD 및 VDR 유전자의 다형성이 혈중 납과 혈압과의 관련성에 미치는 영향

        To evaluate the effect of ALAD and VDR polymorphism on the relationship of blood lead with blood pressure in lead exposed workers, 801 lead exposed workers were selected. Blood lead was selected as parameters of lead dose and systolic and diastolic blood pressure using Random Zero Sphygmomanometer were chosen as blood pressure. ALAD and VDR genotype of each subject was assayed. Demographic information such as sex, age, education, past and family history, and personal habit of smoking and drinking were collected. Job duration of lead exposed workers was also obtained. The means of age and work duration of the subjects were 40.4±10.1 years and 8.2±6.5 years. The means of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the subjects were 123.2±16.3 mmHg and 75.8±11.9 mmHg. The overall prevalence of hypertension was 9.7%. ALAD2, the variant allele, in lead exposed workers was 10% and ALAD1 was 90%. For VDR genotype, the Bb or BB genotypes were 11.2%, while the bb genotype was 88.8%. The mean blood lead of subjects was 25.4±10.9 ㎍/㎗ (range 8.0-65.6). In the multiple regression analysis, blood lead was the significant positive predictor of systolic blood pressure and not the significant negative predictor of diastolic blood pressure after adjusting for possible confounders (age, sex, body mass index, use of anti-hypertensive drugs, drinking and smoking habits, VDR and ALAD genotypes. Also the subjects with the VDR Bx had 2.9 mmHg higher than those with the VDR bb (p=0.09). There was no interaction of VDR and ALAD genotypes between blood lead and systolic blood pressure. In multiple logistic regression analysis, the Odd's ratio of VDR genotype(BB or Bb vs. bb) for hypertension was 1.7 (95% confidence interval: 0.8-3.2). This study suggests that blood lead increases systolic blood pressure controlling covariates.

      • 지방산의 산화에 미치는 양조간장과 Glucose-Lysine Model melanoidin의 영향

        To observe the antioxidative effect of Maillard rection products(MRPs) to fatty acid compositions, corn oil and sardine oil emulsion were prepared and detected the changes of fatty acid compositions by gas chromatography with or without soybean sauce or glucose-lysine model melanoidin as MRPs during 10days at 40℃ incubation. The main fatty acid composition in corn oil made by J company in Korea was linoleic acid (54.94%), oleic acid (28.63%) and palmitic acid (11.95%), respectively, which is very similar with other references about corn oil. The composition of sardine oil contained major 6-7 fatty acids. The major saturated acids were palmitic (22.44%) and myristic (9.12%). Monoethylenic fatty acids were composed mainly of palmitoleic acid (14.37%) and oleic acid (18.51%). The major polyenoic acids are eicosapentaenoic acid (9.77%) and docosahexaenoic acid (5.47%), which is the most characteristic feature of marline oils. The fatty acid composition in corn oil was very stable during 10days at 40℃ incubation because of its tocopherol contained in corn oil. So MRPs no effected the fatty acid composition in corn oil during incubatuon epriod. But fatty acid composition of sardine oil severe changed during 10days at 40℃ incubation, especially in polyenoic acids. When added glucose-lysine model melanoidin and soybean sauce to sardine oil, the polyenoic acid decomposition protected effectively. Especially soybean sauce stabilize fatty acid composition than model melanoidin in sardine oil.

      • 연폭로 근로자들의 연폭로 수준에 따른 혈압변화에 관한 연구

        To evaluate the blood pressure change of lead workers by lead exposure level, authors analyzed 1,009 lead workers. Study variables were systolic and diastolic blood pressure, smoking and drinking habit, age, work duration, blood lead concentration(PbB), ZPP, hemoglobin, BMI and cholesterol. The results were obtained as follow; 1. Means of systolic and diastolic blood pressure were 126.93mmHg and 74.08mmHg. Systolic pressures were significantly higher in males and drinkers than in females and non-drinkers. Blood pressure was increased as age and work duration were increased. 2. Means of PbB and ZPP were 26.79㎍/㎗, 61.38㎍/㎗ respectively. Male workers' PbB was higher than female workers', and ZPP was contrary. PbB and ZPP were increased as age and work duration were increased. Smokers' and drinkers' PbB were not different from nonsmokers' and nondrinkers' but ZPP were lower. 3. As PbB was increased, systolic pressure was increased, but diastolic pressure was not increased. 4. There were no significant increase in both systolic and diastolic pressure by increase of ZPP. 5. In pearson's correlation analysis, systolic pressure was correlate with BMI(R^(2)=0.2618), hemoglobin (R^(2)=0.1794), cholesterol(R^(2)=0.14334), PbB(R^(2)=0.12616) and alcohol consumption per week(R^(2)=0.10925). 6. In pearson's correlation analysis, diastolic pressure was correlate with BMI(r-square : 0.25037), age, hemoglobin, cholesterol and work duration, but not correlate with PbB. 7. Forward multiple regression analysis using systolic pressure as dependent variable revealed that BMI, PbB hemoglobin and cholesterol in order were significantly contributed to dependent variable. 8. Forward multiple regression analysis using diastolic pressure as dependent variable revealed that BMI, age, hemoglobin, smoking and cholesterol in order were significantly contributed to dependent variable.

      • 淨水場 單位工程의 最適化 自動制御 시스템에 관한 硏究

        본 연구는 상수도 공급의 합리적 방안 연구의 일환으로서 수질개선과 효율적인 공급관리 체계확립을 연구하였다. 먼저 상수도 체계도를 각각 단계별로 분류하였으며, 정수장의 수처리 공정에서 발생하는 근원적인 문제점과 실태를 조사ㆍ분석하여 개선책과 대안들을 제시하고자 하였다. 또한 상수도 관리공정의 자동화 및 계측제어 system 방식의 도입을 통하여 비효율적인 기존의 인위적 생산방식을 탈피하고, 제한된 용수자원을 최대한 호라용하여 능률적인 상수원 공급체계를 확립하고자 하였다. Water Supply in Water Treatment Plants has been accomplished at a great extent for last decade in Anyang City. Some problems to be solved were disclosed in the survey which dealt with operation and the installation procedure. Optimum Auto-Control System is a kind of preventive maintenance equipment which monitors continuously the operating condition of equipment and alarms to the operator in case of abnormal condition to prevent equipment from transition to big trouble. This system monitoring the efficiency of water treatment plants. By suggesting standard model of Optimizing Control System after completion, it will be possible to adapt this model to the renewaland/or new construction of other Water Supply System. Also it will contribute to the effective equipment operation by maintenancing cost cut-down and remote monitoring and control.

      • 文學의 社會的 諷刺 : Huck Finn을 中心으로

        A writer's personality, ideas and feelings are often reflected on his works. The Adventures of Huckleberry Huckleberry Finn might reflect those of the author Mark Twain. Huck Finn, though it is a great work, is interpreted and evaluated in diversity from varions points of view, because of variety of its character. Huck Finn may be read as a picaresqne novel, a myth of passage from innocence to initiation, a test of American dilenma between individualism and the mass, the story of a yonng nation growing into awareness, or an attack on slavery and racial discrimination. Twain grew up into manhood with conscience and good sense, especially with warm heart, He had a brilliant intelligence and humanity as a writer, and as a journalist. He influenced many modern American writers, especially Stephen Crane Sherwood Anderson, Sinclair Lewis, William Faulkner, and Ernest Hemingway. Huck Finn may be interpreted as a social satire, which suggests Twain's ideas and feelings about slavery and the absurdity, evil, cruelty of men who compose a society. Twain's personality and sensitivity which respected humanity necessarily evoked social criticism. Yet he took part in it in satire through humour in Huck Finn. If we comprehend Huck Finn as a social satire, the work might newly suggest a modern significance that humanity is superior to individualism which seeks for wants and desires in deformed ways, and a social institution which defends it. Huck Finn may be recognized as Twain's masterpiece, and be highly evaluated as a social satire which has a modern significance.
