A novel surface-active polymer (PCPAM) was synthesized by free-radical polymerization of acrylamide (AM), 2-acrylamido-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid (AMPS) and surfmer (ACP) which was previously prepared by reacting Nonaphenol polyethyleneoxy ether-10 (OP-10) and allyl chloride. The structure of PCPAM was characterized by FT-IR, 1H-NMR, GPC and TGA. In addition, the self-assembly properties of the copolymer were studied with viscosimetry and fluorescence probe method. Moreover, the activity of PCPAM solution was examined with surface tension, IFT and emulsifying ability. Results indicated that, the solution viscosity proportionally increased with PCPAM concentrations, leading in the formation of a three-dimensional network with surface activity and thermal stability, and the CAC of PCPAM was about 1.5 g/L, PCPAM can reduce the interfacial tension between crude oil and water, the IFT value was about 0.029 mN/m when the concentration of PCPAM beyond CAC and have good ability to form stable emulsions. Furthermore, the core flooding experimental demonstrated that the oil displacement efficiency of PCPAM increased by about 17.4%, which is better than 13.87% and 15.55% based on HPAM flooding and HPAM/surfactant flooding, respectively. All of these properties indicate that the PCPAM was an excellent chemical for chemical enhanced oil recovery.

Confirmation of material properties is an important research area for determining metals deformation behavior. In order to research the effect of flow stress calculation on aluminum alloy sheet deformation behavior,warm sheet bulging test was carried out to obtain bulging height - pressure curves with different bulging heightsand diameters in this study. Based on the bulging parts profile data measured by three coordinate measuringmachine, the least square circle fitting radius were fitted. Existing theoretical models for radius of curvatureand thickness were compared and best models were selected to obtain more accurate stress - strain curves bycalculating the bulging flow stress. Combination model was used to calculate the bulging height - pressurecurves obtained by bulging test and the stress-strain curves with different temperatures and pressure rates wereobtained. A monotonous increasing function was resulted which is of great significance in the area of formabilityand deformation behavior of warm sheet hydroforming.
Modeling and Emulation of 3d Dither Stability in Orthogonal Turn-Milling

Aiming at 4-axial orthogonal turn-milling by end mill, its theoretical 3d model for stable range of dither was put forward on the basis of its cutting principle by using analytical method. Based on modal trial, the stable range leaf figure of end mill’s dither in 4-axial turn-milling with eccentricity was simulated and analyzed. The results show that besides geometrical shape of mill, material of workpiece and frequency response function of machine-tool’s structure etc that can produce dither in 4-axial turn-milling, the rotating speed of mill and cutting depth are also related to dither. In trial of 4-axial turn-milling by end mill, the results of cutting force spectrum analysis show that: cutting is stable and un-dither when frequency of cutter tooth cutting-in plays leading role in force spectrum. Dither is produced when modal frequency of system plays leading role in force spectrum, the measured value of cutting force and surface roughness are also higher than those in the condition of un-dither. Thus the theoretical model and results of emulation can predict stability of end mill’s dither in 4-axial orthogonal turn-milling with eccentricity correctly and can provide theoretical guidance for surface quality and processing efficiency of workpiece.
