인체 특성 데이터 기반 개인 맞춤 Generative Design Framework 제안

Parameter를 조작하여 원하는 형상을 생성하는 Generative Design이 엔지니어링, 건축, 디자인 분야에 다양하게 활용되고 있다. Parameter를 프로젝트 목적에 따라 다양하게 정의하여, 각 Parameter값을 조작할 때, 역동적으로 생성되는 형상은 매력적이며 새로운 영감을 주기 때문이다. 이러한 Generative Design의 특성을 활용하면, 표준화된 획일적 형상에서 벗어나 개인화된 맞춤형 형상을 디자인하는 것이 가능해진다. 우리 일상의 많은 사물은 표준화된 인간에 맞추어 디자인되어 있고, 이는 인간중심 디자인 관점에서 불합리하다고 볼 수 있다. 따라서, 본 연구는 인체 특성 데이터를 Parameter로 활용하는 Generative Design Framework 제안을 목표로 한다. 연구 방법으로는 인체특성 데이터의 종류의 체계화, 인체 특성을 활용한 Generative Design 사례의 유형화를 사용하였다. 또한 Generative Design Process를 정의하고, 안경을 예시로 인체 특성 데이터를 이 Process에 결합한 Framework를 제안하였다. 이 연구를 통하여, 인체 특성에 따른 개인 맞춤형 디자인, 즉 3D 프린터로 제품 제작이 가능한 Rhinoceros와 Grasshopper 및 Arduino를 활용한 도구 디자인을 위한 기반을 수립할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
Data Fusion Based Phase Space Reconstruction from Multi-Time Series

Focused on the problem of imperfect information in the process of reconstruction from single time series, a new technology for phase space reconstruction from multi-time series based on the data fusion is proposed. Firstly, the methods Cao and mutual information are used to select the reconstruction parameters, time delay and embedded dimension; secondly, the social cognitive optimization algorithm is brought to calculate the weights for each variable; thirdly, an adaptive weighted fusion estimating method is applied for data fusion; lastly, the effectiveness of the methods mentioned in this paper is demonstrated by the analysis results of one case study of real chemical plant data sets, and the proposed methods in this paper can improve the completeness of the information of the reconstructed phase space, which is also a good foundation for further analysis of complex system.
Mechanical behavior of coiled tubing over wellhead and analysis of its effect on downhole buckling

This study build finite element analysis (FEA) models describing the bending events of coiled tubing (CT) at the wellhead and trips into the hole, accurately provide the state of stress and strain while the CT is in service. The bending moment and axial force history curves are used as loads and boundary conditions in the diametrical growth models to ensure consistency with the actual working conditions in field operations. The simulation diametrical growth results in this study are more accurate and reasonable. Analysis the factors influencing fatigue and diametrical growth shows that the internal pressure has a first-order influence on fatigue, followed by the radius of the guide arch, reel and the CT diameter. As the number of trip cycles increase, fatigue damage, residual stress and strain cumulatively increase, until CT failure occurs. Significant residual stresses remain in the CT cross-section, and the CT exhibits a residual curvature, the initial residual bending configuration of CT under wellbore constraints, after running into the hole, is sinusoidal. The residual stresses and residual bending configuration significantly decrease the buckling load, making the buckling and buckling release of CT in the downhole an elastic-plastic process, exacerbating the helical lockup. The conclusions drawn in this study will improve CT models and contribute to the operational and economic success of CT services.

Cardiac fibrosis occurs after pathological stimuli to the cardiovascular system. One of the most important factors that contribute to cardiac fibrosis is angiotensin II (Ang II). Accumulating studies have suggested that reactive oxygen species (ROS) plays an important role in cardiac fibrosis and sodium tanshinone IIA sulfonate (STS) possesses antioxidant action. We therefore examined whether STS depresses Ang II-induced collagen type I expression in cardiac fibroblasts. In this study, Ang II significantly enhanced collagen type I expression and collagen synthesis. Meanwhile, Ang II depressed matrix metalloproteinase- 1 (MMP-1) expression and activity. These responses were attenuated by STS. Furthermore, STS depressed the intracellular generation of ROS, NADPH oxidase activity and subunit p47phox expression. In addition, N-acetylcysteine the ROS scavenger, depressed effects of Ang II in a manner similar to STS. In conclusion, the current studies demonstrate that anti-fibrotic effects of STS are mediated by interfering with the modulation of ROS. This study discusses challenges of running expandable profile liners (EPLs) to isolate trouble zones in directional section of a deep well, and summary the expandable profile liner technology (EPLT) field trial experience. Technically, the trial result reveals that it is feasible to apply the EPLT solving lost-circulation control problem and wellbore instability in the deep directional section. Propose schemes for optimizing the EPLT operation procedure to break through the existing bottleneck of EPLT in the deep directional section. Better-performing transition joints are developed to improve EPL string reliability in high borehole curvature section. High-performing and reliable expanders reduce the number of trips, offer excellent mechanical shaping efficiency, simplify the EPLT operation procedure. Application of the expansion and repair integrated tool could minimize the risk of insufficient expansion and increase the operational length of the EPL string. The new welding process and integrated automatic welding equipment improve the welding quality and EPL string structural integrity. These optimization schemes and recent new advancements in EPLT can bring significant economic benefits and promote the application of EPLT to meet future challenges.

The leaves of Stauntonia hexaphylla (SHL) are a very popular herbal medicine in Korea because it can be used to treat rheumatic osteoporosis and other diseases. However, owing to the inconsistency in harvesting time and growth years, their quality is uneven, which indirectly negatively affects the safety of this medication. Therefore, the difference of constituents in SHL harvested at different seasons and years were analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography coupled to photodiode-array and electrospray ionization mass spectrometry detectors (HPLC–PDA–ESI/ MS). A total of 15 components were tentatively characterized in samples of SHL, including 5 compounds reported for the first time in this plant. Moreover, the relative content of these constitutions was simultaneously determined by HPLC coupled with evaporative light scattering detection (ELSD). Hierarchical clustering analysis (HCA) and principal component analysis (PCA) revealed that the quality has a certain extent difference in different harvest times, the best harvest time was 3 years old growing in autumn. The same harvest time was also suggested based on the anti-inflammatory evaluation.

Objective: The aim of this study was to select the candidate genes affecting meat quality and preliminarily explore the related molecular mechanisms in the Mashen pig. Methods: The present study explored genetic factors affecting meat quality in the Mashen pig using RNA sequencing (RNA-Seq). We sequenced the transcriptomes of 180-day-old Mashen and Large White pigs using longissimus dorsi to select differentially expressed genes (DEGs). Results: The results indicated that a total of 425 genes were differentially expressed between Mashen and Large White pigs. A gene ontology enrichment analysis revealed that DEGs were mainly enriched for biological processes associated with metabolism and muscle development, while a Kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes analysis showed that DEGs mainly participated in signaling pathways associated with amino acid metabolism, fatty acid metabolism, and skeletal muscle differentiation. A MCODE analysis of the protein-protein interaction network indicated that the four identified subsets of genes were mainly associated with translational initiation, skeletal muscle differentiation, amino acid metabolism, and oxidative phosphorylation pathways. Conclusion: Based on the analysis results, we selected glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase 1, malate dehydrogenase 1, pyruvate dehydrogenase 1, pyruvate dehydrogenase kinase 4, and activator protein-1 as candidate genes affecting meat quality in pigs. A discussion of the related molecular mechanisms is provided to offer a theoretical basis for future studies on the improvement of meat quality in pigs.
