Co-계비정질 리본의 자기특성에 미치는 열처리 효과에 관한 연구

This thesis describes the effect of annealing on the magnetic properties of Co-bsaed amorphous. The basic composition of the chosen samples were Co82Si2B15 of zero magnetostriction. The sample was melted in the quartz tube with 0.5[mm∮) nozzle. and the single roll technique was used to make a amorphous ribbon, under Ar-gas pressure 0.6〔kg/cm2] and ro11 speed 28[m/sec]. The average width and thickness of sample ribbons 2.4[mm] and 45(㎛). The sample ribbons were annealed to improve the magnetic properties at temperature of 325,350,375,400 and 450℃ respectively, for 15,30,45,60 and 120 [min] at each temperature. And I have measured high per meability of 8,000∼ 13,000 through the annealed amorphous ribbons. Especially, when the amorhpous samples were annealed at 325 for 45min, the permeability of the ribbon was 13,589. Consequently. I had effects of the improvment of permeability and the average loss at the low-frequency region.

Microprosessor를 利用한 Phase-Shift 回路에 關한 硏究

In this paper, the Phase-Shift circuits using Op-Amp was realized by means of microprocessor, and then Phase-Shift range is expanded into O.5°∼179.2°, the errors are reduced, and Phase-Shift angle was able to select less than 1˚. The distortion of output waveforms are increased between 90˚ and 120˚ due to nonlinear characteristics of FET´s V_(GS), and input voltage is limitted less than 100mv.
Fabrication and evaluation of SU-8 based wireless pressure sensor

In the recent years, the development of wireless sensors has attracted attention, with the development of MEMS(Micro-Electro-Mechanical-System) technology. The pressure sensor, one of the wireless sensor, is a device that measures the applied force, pressure, by a liquid or gas on a surface and translates it to the electrical signal. We fabricate this sensor based on capacitive type which measures change in capacitance with two metal plates. One of the two capacitor plates acts as the diaphragm that is displaced by the pressure, changing the capacitance of the circuit. Variation of signal detected by network analyzer evaluates the resonance frequency and phase shift with different interrogate distance and pressure force. [그림 본문 참조]
Short-Term Complications of Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy according to the Type of Technique

Purpose: The method of percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG) tube placement can be divided into the pull and introducer techniques. We compared short-term complications and prognosis between patients who underwent the pull technique and two other types of introducer techniques, the trocar introducer technique and T-fastener gastropexy technique. Methods: Twenty-six patients who underwent PEG were enrolled in this study. We retrospectively investigated the age, sex, body weight, weight-for-age Z-score, underlying diseases, PEG indications, complications, duration of NPO (nil per os), pain control frequency, and duration of antibiotic therapy. The patients were classified into three groups according to the PEG technique. The occurrence of complications was monitored for 10 weeks after the procedure. Results: The age, sex, body weight, and weight-for-age Z-score were not significantly between the three groups. Most patients had cerebral palsy and seizure disorders. Dysphagia was the most common indication for PEG. Major complications occurred in 5 (50%), 4 (66.7%), and 0 (0%) patients in group I, II, and III, respectively (p=0.005). Further, peristomal infection requiring systemic antibiotic therapy occurred in 2 (20%), 3 (50%), and 0 (0%) patients in group I, II, and III, respectively (p=0.04). There was no significant difference between the groups with respect to minor complications, duration of NPO, pain control frequency, and duration of antibiotic therapy. Conclusion: The results indicate that the T-fastener gastropexy technique was associated with the lowest rate of major complications.
