      • 複合生藥製劑의 止血作用및 摘出子官筋에 미치는 影響(第4) : 壽脾煎 및 歸脾양에 대하여 On Soo-Bi-Jeon and Kwi-Bi-Tang

        These experiments were conducted to investigate the pharmacological difference between Soo-Bi-Jeon and Kwi-Bi-Tang extract,, clinically used in gynecology, on the hemostasis and the contractile force of the isolated uterine muscle. For this purpose, the effects of the extracts on the bleeding time in mouse tail and prothrombin time in vitro were estimated. Forthermore, its activity on the isolated uterine muscle in rats were investigated. The results obtained were as following; The bleeding time and prothrombin time were significantly shortened compared with the control group in all samples, The uterotonic action produced by Kwi-Bi-Tang(Sample II), Sample III and IV (the same component crude drugs between not blocked by atropine (10^(-7)M) and cyproheptadine (10^(-7)M). but inlhibited by pretreatment of verapamil (10^(-7)M). On the oter hand, Soo-Bi-Jeon(Sample I) extract relaxed the uterine muscle.

      • Ion Exchange Resins을 이용한 양조간장의 항산화성 물질의 분리

        For the purpose of identifying the antioxidative substances in fermented soybean sauce, soybean sauce was separated using ion exchange resins, into three fractions of distintly different composition ; a cation, a neutral and an anion fraction. The cation fraction contains 62% of the nitrogenous constituents, the neutral fraction contains 60% of the sugars and the anion fraction contains 61% of total phenol and 52% of color in soybean sauce. Among the three fractions, the reducing power and antioxidative activity was the strongest in the anion fraction, and was quite strong in the cation fraction and negligible in the neutral fraction. The results of this study demonstrate that the major antioxidative substance in soybean sauce is the result of intermediates and final products of amino- carbonyl reaction such as melanoidin. And the phenol and nitrogenous compounds also will contribute to the antioxidative effect of soybean sauce.

      • 능이버섯의 藥理作用에 관한 硏究

        The pharmacological effects of Sarcodon aspratus extract were investigated. The extract promoted contraction of isolated stomach and ileum, and this contraction was blocked by atropine(7×10^-7M) and cyproheptadine (1.5×10^-7M). The maximum effective dose of the extract was 1.5×10^-3g/㎖. The extract promoted the peristaltic movement of small intestine, and this movement was blocked by atropine. The extract accelerated the secretion of histamine in serum and gastric acid. The serum glucose and total cholesterol levels in alloxan-induced mice were significantly decreased by oral administration of the extract for 7 days. The pharmacological effects of the extract on the central nervous system were little.

      • 퍼지제어기를 이용한 실하중 토크 표준기의 제어

        This study describes the control of the deadweight torque standard machine using a self-tuning fuzzy controller. The torque standard machine should generate the accurate torque for calibrating a torque sensor. In order to reduce the relative expanded uncertainty of the torque standard machine, when a weight was hanged to the end of the torque arm for generating the torque, the sloped torque arm should be accurately controlled to the horizontal level. If the slope of the torque is larger due to the inaccurate control, then the error of the torque becomes larger. This applies the inaccurate torque to a torque sensor to calibrate, and the measuring error of the torque sensor is generated from it. Therefore the torque arm of the torque standard machine is accurately controlled. In this paper, the self-tuning fuzzy controller was designed using a fuzzy theory, and the torque arm of the torque standard machine was accurately controlled. The control gain of the fuzzy controller, that is the membership function size of the error, the membership function size of the error change and the membership function size of the controller were determined from the self-tuning. The control results of the torque standard machine were the overshoot within 0.0076 mm, the rise time within 16.70 s and the steady slate error within 0.0076mm.

      • SEM 측정법에 의한 초정밀 표면가공 특성연구

        The purpose of this paper is to look at the characteristics of surface finishing which is one of the form accuracies and to obtain the fundamental technical data from the process of machining with diamond tool through experiment and theoretical analysis. The experiments were conducted with domestic made ultra-precision machine and MCD·PCD tool, with aluminum alloyed material and brass being used for the work pieces. The goal of the size accuracy was set to 100nm. The most suitable tool nose radius and machining conditions were selected, and the variations of the surface roughness were observed using SEM method while machining the distance of up to 500km. These data were evaluated and they examined the variation of the machined surfaces while cutting up to 500km of machining distance. At the same time, the state for the wear of diamond tool nose was analyzed and carefully examined through the newest measuring device. Additionally, the characteristics of ultra-precision machining technology were studied through visual analysis.

      • 韓國 市民社會의 成長過程硏究 : 6공화국까지의 구조변화를 중심으로 Focusing on the Structure Changes up to the 6th Republic

        본 논문은 한국에서 시민사회가 1공화국에서부터 6공화국에 이르기까지 그 기반이 어떻게 축적될 수 있었는가를 파악하고자 했다. 이러한 시민사회의 내적 · 외적인 성장을 국민 총생산과 1인당 GNP의 추이, 교육기관의 설립상황, 노동조합의 조직률, 산업구조의 변동이라는 동일한 변수의 설정을 통해 역대 정권의 흐름속에서 어떻게 구축되었는가를 보고자 하였다. 이러한 분석변수들을 종합해 보면 한국에서 국가와 시민사회와의 관계는 정치적 변화로부터 사회적 변화가 유래한 측면과 사회적 변화로부터 정치적 변화가 촉발된 양 측면이 동시적으로 작용했다고 볼 수가 있다. 결국 5공화국까지의 권위주의적인 국가는 1987년에 6월항쟁을 불러 시민사회에 기존의 민중의 개념을 뛰어넘어 명실상부한 시민의 시대로 넘어가는 계기를 부여했으며, 이를 통해 진정한 시민사회가 개막되었다고 평가할 수 있다. 따라서 저강도 민주주의(low intensity democracy) 체제인 6공화국의 출범은 궁극적으로 시민사회의 성장과정을 6공화국을 기점으로 새롭게 정리해 볼 수 있는 단초를 제공하고 있다. The main purpose of this paper is to figure out how the Korean civil society could accumulate its basis from the 1st Republic to 6th. I examined how the civil society established its foundation in its inner and outer development by setting four identical variables ; (1) the trend of the GNP & the GNP capita. (2) the situation of education institutions, (3) the construction rate of labor unions, (4) the change of the industry structures. The analysis of these variables showed that the relations between state and civil society were caused by both the social change effected by the political and the political change effected by the social. Finally, it may be estimated that the authoritarian governments to the 5th Republic brought the June Demonstration in 1987 and the real civil era beyond the old minjung ideas opened with the Demonstration. Accordingly the starting of the 6th Republic which has the low intensity democracy system provides the new perspective with which the development progress in the civil society can be seen.

      • 한국인 집단의 효소의 다형형상에 대한 연구 : 태반과 혈액에서의 MDH, LDH 그리고 GPI에 대하여 MDH, LDH and GPI in Placental and Blood

        한국인 집단의 태반조직과 혈액 내에서의 Malate dehydrogenase(MDH), Lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) 및 Glucose phosphate isomerase(GPI)에 대한 다형현상을 알아 보고자 horizontal starch gel 전기영동법을 이용하여 조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. MDH 동위 효소는 혈액에서는, 한가지 표현형, HDHs1이 나타났으며, 태반에서는 Soluble-MDH와 Mitochondrial-MDH의 두 form이 모두 나타나는데 태반조직의 MSHs locus에서는 MDHs1 유형만이 나타났고 MDHs locus에서도 보편적 유형인 MDHm1 표현형이 나타났다. 2. LDH 동위 효소는 효현형이 혈액에서 normal LDH isozyme인 LDH1, LDH2, LDH3, isozyme이 나타났고, 태반에서는 LDH1(LDHB4) isozyme 한가지 유형만 나타났다. 3. GPI 동위 효소는 혈액과 태반에서 표현형이 모두 같은 형인 GPI1으로 나타났으며 변이형은 한국인 집단에서 발견되지 않았다. 4. 따라서 한국인 집단의 혈액과 태반에서 MDH, LDH, GPI 효소는 모두 monomorphic한 것으로 나타났으나 LDH의 경우만은 혈액과 태반에서 검출된 isozyme의 종류가 상이하였다. Genetic polymorphisms of three placental and blood cell enzymes malate dehydrogenase(MDH), lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) and glucose phosphate isomerase(GPI) in Korean population was studied by starch gel electrophoresis. The results obtained were as follows : 1. MDH phenotype was found to be only MDH_2 1 in blood cells. Both of MDHs and MDHm were found in the placental. Only MDHs 1 was found at the MDHs I locus. 2. LDH phenotype was found to be the normal LDH isozyme-LDH1, LDH2 and LDH3 isozyme in blood cells. And LDH1(LDHB4) isozyme was found only in the placental extracts. 3. GP I phenotype was found to be only GP I1 in blood cells and the placental extracts, and no variant type was found in Korean population. 4. Based on the above results, MDH, LDH and GPI isozymes are monomorphic in blood cells and placental extracts of Korean population.
