        Screening of Antagonistic Bacillus against Brown Rot in Dendrocalamus latiflorus and Preparation of Applying Bacterial Suspension

        The aim of this study was to isolate biocontrol bacteria that could antagonize brown rot of <i>Dendrocalamus latiflorus</i>, optimize the culture conditions, and develop an effective biocontrol preparation for brown rot of <i>D. latiflorus</i>. This study isolated a bacterium with an antagonistic effect on bamboo brown rot from healthy <i>D. latiflorus</i> rhizosphere soil. Morphology, molecular biology, and physiological biochemistry methods identified it as <i>Bacillus siamensis</i>. The following culturing media and conditions improved the inhibition effect of <i>B. siamensis</i>: the best culturing media were 2% sucrose, 1.5% yeast extract, and 0.7% potassium chloride; the optimal culturing time, temperature, pH, and inoculation amount were 48 h, 30℃, 6, and 20%. The optimum formula of the applying bacterial suspension was 14% sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate emulsifier, 4% Na<sub>2</sub>HPO<sub>4</sub>·2H<sub>2</sub>O, 0.3% hydroxypropyl methylcellulose thickener, and 20% <i>B. siamensis</i>. The pot experiment results showed the control effect of applying bacterial suspension, diluted 1,000 times is still better than that of 24% fenbuconazole suspension. The applying bacterial suspension enables reliable control of brown rot in <i>D. latiflorus</i>.

      • Surveillance and Improvement of Children′s Nutritional Status in China (1990-1995)

        The paper presented the effect of Surveillance and Improvement of Children's Nutritional Status in China The survery was conducted in 101 relatively poor counties in 27 provinces in 199-, 1993 and 1995 respectively. Physical measurement and blood biochemisty was take for 86, 397 children aged under five years. The intervention activities were carried out for 5 year in those 101 counties, e. g. nutrition education promotion of food production family poultry and livestock raising soybean production and utilization home gardening, nutrition food development for children Having the above mentioned measures the prevalence of stunting dropped by 21% wasting decreased by 25% and anemia lowered by 49% during 5 years It is suggested that it should be carried out continuously and promotion efforts should be intensified so as to reach the goal of improving children's nutritional status.

        PM2.5 concentration prediction using deep learning in internet of things air monitoring system

        Aiming at the problems of low accuracy and less prediction time step in traditional statistical model for PM2.5 concentration prediction, a PM2.5 concentration prediction method based on deep learning in Internet of Things air monitoring system is proposed. Firstly, the spatiotemporal correlation of each station data in the Internet of Things monitoring system is analyzed, and the cubic spline interpolation method is used to fill in the missing data. Then, the temporal attention of the input data is obtained by attention mechanism, and the feature encoder is used to encode the data to obtain the intermediate features. Finally, the intermediate feature is fused with the historical information of PM2.5 concentration, and the predicted value is obtained through the feature decoder. Using the proposed model to predict the PM2.5 concentration in Beijing, the experimental results show that the long-term PM2.5 predicted value is very close to the real value, and the RMSE and MAE are 17.93 μg/m3 and 11.52 μg/m3, respectively, which are better than other comparison models. So, this model is suitable for multivariable long time series forecasting scenarios.

        Comparison of the Angiogenic Ability between SHED and DPSC in a Mice Model with Critical Limb Ischemic

        BACKGROUND: Regenerative medicine by using stem cells from dental pulp is promising for treating patients with critical limb ischemic (CLI). Here, we investigated the difference in the angiogenetic ability of stem cells from human exfoliated deciduous teeth (SHED) and human dental pulp stem cells (DPSC). METHODS: SHED and DPSC were harvested from dental pulp and analyzed in flow- cytometry for detecting the expression of surface markers. Levels of angiogenetic marker were examined by RT-PCR and Western-blot. Eighteen immunodeficient mice of critical limb ischemic model were divided into three groups: SHED, DPSC and saline, which was administered with SHED, DPSC or saline intramuscularly. Histological examination was performed to detect the regenerative results. RESULTS: A highly expression of CD146 was detected in SHED. Moreover, cells with negative expression of both CD146 and CD31inSHEDwere more in comparison with those inDPSC. Expression of angiogenesis factors includingCXCL12,CXCR4,Hif- 1a, CD31, VEGF and bFGFwere significant higher in SHED thanDPSC by the RT-PCR and Western-Blot results. SHED induced more CD31 expression and less fibrous tissue formation in the critical limb ischemic model as compare with DPSC and saline. CONCLUSION: Both SHED and DPSC possessed the ability of repairing CLI. With expressing more proangiogenesis factors, SHED may have the advantage of repairing CLI.

        近年来, 就业难成为了大家讨论的热门话题,面对严峻的就业形势, 大学生创业应运而生。 已经有部分在校大学生突破传统的思维进行了自主创业。 但我国在大学生创业方面起步较晚, 创业开展范围和规模还较小, 大学生创业成功率还较低。 本文通过发放调查问卷的方式对山东政法学院商学院在校学生创业情况进行了大致的调查, 统计结果显示, 山东政法学院商学院学生在校期间创有创业计划的人数占20%, 进行创业的人数仅占12%, 学生创业的意识较薄弱, 创业率较低。 论文对创业率低的原因进行了相应的分析。 论文最后针对大学生创业率低的相关问题, 有针对性地提出了相应的意见和建议。 In recent years, both society and college students, employment has become the most popular topics discussed. Faced with the severe employment situation, college students entrepreneurship arises at the historic moment. Have some college students break through the traditional thinking of self-employment. But in the aspect of college students entrepreneurship in China started late, entrepreneurship to carry out the scope and scale is small, college students entrepreneurial success rate is low. In this paper, by means of questionnaires in Shandong institute of politics and law school students entrepreneurship has carried on the general survey, the results showed that in Shandong institute of politics and law school students during the period of school has a business plan, the number of 20%, to business accounts for only 9%, the number of students entrepreneurial awareness is relatively weak, low rate of entrepreneurship. Paper finally related questions of low rate of entrepreneurship for college students, puts forward the corresponding opinions and Suggestions.

        Gene delivery into the plant mitochondria via organelle-specific peptides

        We report a method for genetically engineering the mitochondria of plant cells. Several peptides selected from sorting signal sequences of plant mitochondrial proteins were tested for cell-penetrating, specific organelle-targeting and nucleic acid-binding properties. Selected sequences were named mitochondrial targeting peptides (mTPs). Five of them were used to deliver a linear dsDNA gene construct into AC Ultima spring triticale (X. Triticosecale Wittmack) protoplasts and microspores. The mitochondrial transient expression of the aadA:gfp reporter gene was qualitatively determined with confocal microscopy and quantitatively measured using qRT-PCR. Significant aadA:gfp transcript abundance was reported in protoplasts from deliveries of all five mTPs, while this transcript abundance remained low in microspores. mTP1 transfected microspores were cultured to produce green plantlets and screened for aadA:gfp by endpoint PCR. Targeted gene integration into the mitochondrial genome of eight regenerated haploid triticale lines was confirmed by sequencing. This represents the first report of a successful in vivo transfection of crop plant somatic and germ cells via mitochondrial peptides and a method that can be used to study transient gene expression and to stably deliver genes into the mitochondria of a plant.

        Overexpression of the maize ZmAMT1;1a gene enhances root ammonium uptake efficiency under low ammonium nutrition

        High-affinity ammonium uptake in maize roots is mainly mediated by AMT1-type ammonium transporters ZmAMT1;1a and ZmAMT1;3, but whether the increased expression of ZmAMTs genes is able to enhance ammonium uptake capacity and subsequently improves overall nitrogen use efficiency remains to be elucidated. In this work, ZmAMT1;1a-overexpression transgenic maize plants were generated with the elevated levels of transcripts and proteins, and phenotypically analyzed together with wild-type plants grown in nutrient solution under two regimes of ammonium supply. Under low ammonium nutrition (0.04 mM), in relative to wild-type plants, the maize transgenic lines showed an approximately 17% increases in the high-affinity ammonium uptake capacity of roots as revealed by 15N-labeled ammonium influx assay and further contributed to about 7% increases in the total nitrogen uptake at the whole plant level. By contrast, when ammonium was supplied in high amounts (1 mM), wild-type plants expressed higher levels of ZmAMT1;1a, but exhibited a lower ammonium uptake capacity in roots. Furthermore, the transgenic maize line accumulated more amounts of ZmAMT1;1a protein, but did not translate into an enhanced ammonium acquisition, suggesting a possible post-translational down-regulation of ZmAMT1;1a by high ammonium. This study proved the possibility to enhance ammonium acquisition by elevating ZmAMTs expression in maize roots and provided an effective transgenic approach on developing high nitrogen use efficient maize cultivars.
