Purpose - This study explores the relationships between e-Marketing and perceived service quality with brand trust and loyalty towards the brand of mobile telephone operators in Kosovo. Research design, data, and methodology - The conceptual model of four constructs was developed, while each construct consisted of the set of variables measured by using five-point Likert scale. The primary data was collected via an online survey through SurveyMonkey, distributed via Facebook and email. The collected data were cleaned, validated and tested for its consistency through Cronbach's Alpha; ensured that five assumptions of multiple linear regression are met. To assess the relationships between outcome variable and dependent variables of the model, performed the bivariate correlation, simple, multiple linear and hierarchical regression. Results - Perceived service quality has a positive significant effect on brand trust and loyalty. e-Marketing presents moderating direct effect on brand loyalty, and slightly higher effect through brand trust of the mobile telephone operators in Kosovo. Conclusions - The perceived service quality and brand trust are key determinants in achieving brand loyalty in telecommunication industry, followed by e-Marketing as means to creating expectations, delivering on promise to meet customers' perceptions for service quality with a purpose of building trust, that leads to loyalty towards the brands of mobile operators in Kosovo.
The Co-existence of the Gastrocnemius Tertius and Accessory Soleus Muscles
Fatos Belgin Yildirim,Levent Sarikcioglu,Koh Nakajima 대한의학회 2011 Journal of Korean medical science Vol.26 No.10
A bilateral gastrocnemius tertius muscle and a unilateral accessory soleus muscle were encountered during the routine educational dissection studies. The right gastrocnemius tertius muscle consisted of one belly, but the left one of two bellies. On the left side, the superficial belly of the gastrocnemius tertius muscle had its origin from an area just above the tendon of the plantaris muscle, the deep belly from the tendon of the plantaris muscle. The accessory soleus muscle originated from the posteromedial aspect of the tibia and soleal line of the tibia and inserted to the medial surface of the calcaneus. On the right side, the gastrocnemius tertius muscle had its origin from the lateral condyle of the femur, and inserted to the medial head of the gastrocnemius muscle. The co-existence of both gastrocnemius tertius and accessory soleus muscle has not, to our knowledge, been previously reported.

Purpose: Business has been completely revolutionized by the Internet. This study seeks to determine the impact of e-business on activity extension and business performance. It aims to examine the actual stage of e-business, help others to apply the knowledge gained, and help in expanding new researches in this field. Research design, data and methodology: The data utilized in this study was obtained from survey. In total of 60 questionnaires accepted as valid out of 80 distributed, data was analyzed using the SPSS, and methods used were correlation and reliability analyses. Results: The study result shows that e-business has a significant positive impact on activity extension and the performance of business in Kosovo. The findings also revealed that there is a correlation between the various online marketing strategies and consumer satisfaction. The development of e-business for Kosovo is an important factor in participation in the world market, where there is a growing need for innovation and modernization of business. Conclusions: The study recommends that there should be raised awareness among business owners and managers as well as the general public. Moreover, there should be a proper application of marketing strategies to e-business.
Measurement and Impact of Virtual and Digital Marketing as a Distribution Channel in Business
Fatos UKAJ, Vehbi RAMAJ, Shaqir ELEZAJ 한국유통과학회 2023 유통과학연구 Vol.21 No.5
Purpose: Marketing and especially distribution channels has proved challenging for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) worldwide due to its exorbitant cost. The objective of this study is to access the role and impact of digital marketing as a new distribution channel in companies located in Kosovo. Research design, data and methodology: To achieve the objective of the research, data was collected from 64 respondents/participants working in different organizations and sectors. Results: The result of the data collected showed that digital marketing plays a huge role and an effective medium in distribution of products and services, and helps in boosting sales of companies. The results showed that this form of marketing helps with retention of customers and cost effectiveness. Conclusions: The managerial implication of this study is that it is believed that customers in the topical conversation region are impacted by Kosovo businesses and their online marketing initiatives. The results of this study suggest that marketers and managers should take advantage of social media in order to accomplish the study's main objective. However, for enhanced productivity and high-level effectiveness of Digital marketing in Kosovo, there should be proper sensitization on the available digital marketing options and how it can be done.

Purpose – This study evaluates the effects of e-marketing communication on brand loyalty in the mobile communication market in Kosovo. given that no prior studies of this nature are found. It explores the relationships, between e-marketing communication, brand image and customer satisfaction, and their impact on the brand loyalty. Research design, data, and methodology – The research model of four constructs was developed. The data was collected via online surveys, 423 completed surveys from mobile subscribers were received. To test the relationship between the individual variables and multiple variables with the dependent variable several test were performed including data validity and reliability, bivariate correlation, simple linear and multiple regression analysis using stepwise method. Results – Positive significant effect of e-Marketing communication on brand loyalty, as well its significant effect on both brand image and customer satisfaction, which subsequently have significant impact on brand loyalty as it was confirmed by previous studies. Conclusions – The findings confirm that e-Marketing communication is key factor in building well perceived brand image, fostering customer satisfaction, and leading to customer commitment and loyalty towards brands of mobile operators in Kosovo.

In this paper we present some research results on computing intensive applications using modern high performance architectures and from the perspective of high computational needs. Computing intensive applications are an important family of applications in distributed computing domain. They have been object of study using different distributed computing paradigms and infrastructures. Such applications distinguish for their demanding needs for CPU computing, independently of the amount of data associated with the problem instance. Among computing intensive applications, there are applications based on simulations, aiming to maximize system resources for processing large computations for simulation. In this research work, we consider an application that simulates scheduling and resource allocation in a Grid computing system using Genetic Algorithms. In such application, a rather large number of simulations is needed to extract meaningful statistical results about the behavior of the simulation results. We study the performance of Oracle Grid Engine for such application running in a Cluster of high computing capacities. Several scenarios were generated to measure the response time and queuing time under different workloads and number of nodes in the cluster.

A four-headed biceps brachii muscle and three-headed coracobrachialis muscle, high-originated radial artery and communication between the median and musculocutaneous nerves have been well documented in the available literature. However co-existence of these variations is rare. In this study we aimed to describe multiple variations in the upper limb and discuss their co-existence from clinical and embryological points of view.
