This paper describes the control of a utility-connected doublefed induction machine (DFIM) for wind power generation systems (WPGS). Real and reactive powers (PQ) at the stator side of DFIM are strictly controlled to supply the power to the grid without any problems. In this paper the control is realized using Fuzzy PI controller based on the stator-flux orientation control.

Purpose: This study investigated the effect of a woman's age at first marriage (AFM) on the incidence of labor complications and babies with low birth weight (LBW). Methods: This study used data from the 2017 Indonesian Demographic and Health Survey (IDHS) on women aged 15~49 who gave birth to their first child within the previous 5 years. Data analysis was conducted using binary logistic regression for labor complications and the binomial probit method for the incidence of LBW. Results: The analysis showed that AFM affected the likelihood of childbirth complications and LBW babies. An increase in AFM tended to reduce the risk of childbirth complications, although poor economic conditions increased the risk of complications in mothers with a higher AFM. In addition, a low or high AFM increased the chances of delivering a baby with LBW. Conclusion: A low AFM was associated with an increased likelihood of women experiencing birth complications when delivering their first child and delivering babies with LBW, underscoring the importance of delaying childbirth until a more mature age.

The issue of sustainable forest management (SFM) continues to emerge as part of the REDD+ mechanism mitigation efforts. Especially for some developing countries, such as Indonesia, forest management is required to provide benefits to the welfare of local communities in addition to forest conservation efforts. This study aims to identify the economic, social, and environmental impacts of community-based forest management (CBFM) implementation activities, which is one of the implementations of SFM at field level. The primary objectives were to find out the impacts of CBFM activities based on local people's perceptions and to identify what factors need to be considered to increase local people's satisfaction on CBFM activities. The data from 6 sub-villages was derived through surveys with local people involved in CBFM activities, interviews with a key informant, and supported by secondary data. The results of the study state that CBFM activities have increased the local people's income as well as their welfare, strengthening the local institution, and help to resolve conflicts in the study area. CBFM has also been successful in protecting forests by rehabilitating unproductive lands and increase forest cover area. By using binary logistic regression analysis, it found that income, business development opportunities, access to forests, conflict resolution, institutional strengthening, and forest rehabilitation variable significantly affected the local people's satisfaction of CBFM activities.
Comparison of 2,4,6-tribromophenol removal using in-situ liquid ferrate(VI) and stable ferrate(VI)
Fajar Budi Laksono,정선영,김일규 대한상하수도학회 2018 상하수도학회지 Vol.32 No.2
This paper provided the information related to the removal of 2,4,6-tribromophenol using in-situ and stable liquid ferrates(VI). This research’s goal was to observe the differences of oxidation power between in-situ liquid ferrate(VI) and stable liquid ferrate(VI). The in-situ liquid ferrate(VI) (FeO4 2-) has been successfully produced with the concentration 42,000 ppm (Fe) after 11 minutes of reaction time. The stable liquid ferrate(VI) was also successfully produced following the modification method by Sharma with the produced concentrations 7,000 ppm. The stable liquid ferrate(VI) was stable for 44 days and slightly decreased afterwards. This research has been carried out using 2,4,6-tribromophenol as the representative compound. Both of ferrates(VI) have the highest oxidation capability at the neutral condition. Furthermore, the stable liquid ferrate(VI) has higher oxidation power than the in-situ liquid ferrate(VI).
Study on PWM Converter Control under Unbalanced Network Condition
Fajar Sastrowijoyo,Jaeho Choi(최재호) 전력전자학회 2011 전력전자학술대회 논문집 Vol.2011 No.7
This paper focuses on study on PWM converter control under unbalanced network condition. Voltage unbalance in a three-phase system causes the performance deterioration by producing 120 ㎐ voltage ripples in the DC link and 120 ㎐ ripple in reactive power. To eliminate the ripples, both positive and negative sequence currents should be controlled simultaneously. In this paper four PI controllers on synchronous reference frame is implemented to control D and Q currents in both positive and negative sequence. Positive and negative sequence signal extraction is done using delay signal cancellation method. Simulation results show satisfactory performance in suppressing 120 ㎐ ripples.
The Face of Traditional Cloth Tradition of Tuban Society, East Java, Indonesia
( Fajar Ciptandi ),( Agus Sachari ) 복식문화학회 2018 Fashion, industry and education Vol.16 No.1
Tuban area in East Java, Indonesia, has a role as one of international ancient trading ports since 11th century. For that role, Tuban has accepted many foreign cultures that are brought by other nations, such as Tionghoa and Gujarat. The improvement of Tuban that involves international relationship clearly influences the forms of tradition and culture that is shown in Tuban nowadays. It is believed that from those tradition and cultures owned by people of Tuban, producing cloth is one of the oldest tradition maintained by the people. Those clothes, as one of traditional products, have unique identity that differ them to other regions. It is because the uniqueness of people’s knowledge about cosmology concept, and skill owned by the people that passes through generations. This research explains the condition of traditional cloth tradition of Tuban society with fundamental ground data and explains elements that intervenes the tradition, and forms resulted from it.
