The Mesostigmata is an order of Subclass Acari either parasiting to diverse invertebrates or free-living predatory in terrestrial ecosystem. Phoresy is one of the unique behaviors of wingless arthropod dispersal by attaching winged arthropods. We collected mites attached on the dorsal part of abdomen adult sciarid fly, from mushroom culture. The mites were identified as Arctoseius cetratus Sellnick, 1940 in the family of Ascidae. Arctoseius cetratus has short J2, Z1, Z2, and S1, S2 setae, not reaching the bases of following setae. Posterior half of dorsal shield with longitudinal garland of puncta between J and Z setae, peritremes extending anteriorly to midlevel of coxaⅡ. The genus Arctoseius and species Arctoseius cetratus are the first record in Korea. We provided the detail description of the species including the identification key in the family with some ecological notes.

Phoretic mites were collected from Copris ochus and C. tripartitus (Coleoptera: Scarabaeidae). These beetles were collected from Holoce Ecosystem Conservation Research Institution, Gangwon-do. Five unrecorded species of Eviphis hastatellus Berlese, 1910 (Eviphididae), Holostaspella scatophila Takaku, 1994 (Macrochelidae), Macrocheles japonicus Evans & Hyatt, 1963 (Macrochelidae), Pachylaelaps siculus Berlese, 1921 (Pachylaelapidae) and Parasitus consanguineus Oudemans & Voigts, 1904 (Parasitidae) were recorded from Korea for the first time. However, Parasitus consanguineus Oudemans & Voigts (Parasitidae) was already recorded by Oudemans & Voigts in 1904 but since then no one has recorded. We have rerecorded this species in Korea.
모델 이그노런스 교수프로그램이 예비화학교사의 인식 및 교수 실행에 미치는 효과

In this study, the educational effect was investigated by providing a teaching program so that pre-service chemistry teachers could apply model ignorance education to teacher training practice. The teaching program was constructed in consideration of the sensemaking concept proposed in the study of Odden & Russ and the process of teacher sensemaking proposed by Asli et al. The subjects of this study were 23 pre-service teachers in the 4th year of chemistry education department at a teacher training university in the central region of Korea. In order to form a sensemaking for the model's ignorance education, the teaching program consisted of four stages; the initial idea generation stage, cognition of model's ignorance stage in a inconsistent situation, the lesson strategy construction stage for model ignorance education, and lesson plan & practice stage during teacher training practice. In the first stage of this program, pre-service teachers' initial ideas about the Arrhenius model and Bronsted-Lowry model of acid-base reaction, and the electron transfer model of the oxidation-reduction reaction were investigated. In the second stage, inconsistant situation that cannot be explained by the knowledge of model was presented to recognize the ignorance of the model. The third stage was to develop the teaching ability of model's ignorance through textbook analysis and lesson strategy composition activities. As a final stage, during the teacher training practice, the pre-service teachers were asked to plan and practice the implementation of the model's ignorance education. Through the teaching program to form a sensemaking for ignorance education of the models, pre-service teachers had come to recognize the ignorance of the model, acquired ability to organize and execute lesson strategies reflecting model ignorance, and acquired recognition of the educational value and necessity of teaching the ignorance of models. 본 연구에서는 예비화학교사들이 모델의 이그노런스 교육을 교육실습에 적용할 수 있도록 교수프로그램을 제공하여 교육적 효과를 알아보았다. 교수프로그램의 구성은 Odden & Russ의 연구에서 제안한 센스메이킹 개념과 Asli 등이 제안한 교사의센스메이킹 단계를 고려하여 구성하였다. 연구 대상은 우리나라 중부 지역에 있는 교사 양성 대학의 화학교육과 4학년 예비교사 23명이었다. 교수프로그램은 모델의 이그노런스 교육에 대한 센스메이킹 형성을 위하여, 초기 생각 도출 단계, 불일치 상황에서 모델의 이그노런스 인식 단계, 모델의 이그노런스 교육을 위한 수업 전략 구성 단계, 그리고 교육실습을 통한 수업 실행 계획 및 실천 단계 등 4단계로 구성하였다. 이 프로그램의 첫 단계를 통해 산·염기 반응의 아레니우스 모델과 브뢴스테드-로리 모델, 산화·환원 반응의 전자 이동 모델에 대한 예비교사들의 초기 아이디어를 알아보았다. 두 번째 단계를 통해 모델의 지식으로설명할 수 없는 불일치 상황을 제시하여 모델의 이그노런스를 인식하도록 하였다. 세 번째 단계로 교과서 분석과 수업 전략 구성 활동을 통해 모델의 이그노런스 교수 역량을 기르는 활동을 하였다. 마지막 단계로 교육실습 동안 예비교사들에게 모델의 이그노런스 교육 실행을 계획하고 실천해 보도록 하였다. 이러한 모델의 이그노런스 교육에 대한 센스메이킹 형성 교수프로그램을 통해 예비교사들은 모델의 이그노런스를 인식하게 되었으며, 모델 이그노런스를 반영한 수업 전략 구성 및 실천 역량을 획득하고, 모델의 이그노런스를 가르치는 것의 교육적 가치와 필요성에 대하여 인식하게 되었다.

We explain the spin-dependent electronic and physical properties of conduction electrons by using the magnitude of exchange splitting of the spin-up and the spin-down half bands in the band structure. This is done by calculating the transmission amplitudes by using a transfer-matrix method and, consequently, evaluating the ballistic spin-transport and the giant magnetoresistance (GMR) of the current perpendicular to the plane (CPP) by using the circuit theory for a ferromagnetic metal/noble metal/ferromagnetic metal simple spin valve. As a result, most transmission probabilities with transverse modes show sawtooth-like oscillations due to the strong intersubband scattering at the potential steps. Besides, the asymmetric spin-dependent potential profile induced by exchange splitting causes a stronger fluctuation in the case of spin-down transmission coefficients than it does in the case of spin-up transmission coefficients. Moreover, these oscillations disappear in the case of the spin-up transmission probabilities, but the oscillations in the spin-down case become more pronounced with exchange splitting, which, depending on exchange splitting, causes a rise in the spin-polarization and the GMR.紅확L

Gamasid mites are top predators and occupy a central position of the soil food web in the forest ecosystem. This study investigated the soil dwelling gamasid mite community during 8-9 years after the massive mountain fire which occurred in April 2000. Total of 11 families, 44 species and 943 individuals were found. Abundance and species richness of soil gamasid mites was high in less fire-impacted sites (C2 and T3) including unburned control site (Con) than in severely impacted sites (T1 and T2). Genus Holaspina comprised 40-84% of the total abundance of gamasid mites indicating the group may play the key role in soil food web. Dominant species of gamasid mite was H. alstoni, H. communis, H. dentaus, H. ochraceus, H. trifucatus of the Genus Holaspina 5 species in all sites. Some detail biological information was pursued in this group. After 8-9 years from the massive fire, it was noted that the soil gamasid mite communities were recovered from the less severely burned sites but not from the severely burned sites.
