      • 용매의 선택에 따른 전도성 Polyaniline의 자기적 성질변화

        Polyaniline(emeraldine base:EB)를 pH에 따라 HCI로 1차 doping을 한후ESR을 사용하여 자기적 성질을 조사했다.또한 emeraldine base를 camphorsulfonic acid(HCSA), dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid(HDBSA)등의 산으로 1차 doping 시키고 이것을 m-cresol, acetic acid, 및 formic acid에 녹여 2차 doping을 한 후 SQUID 를 이용하여 자기적 성질을 측정하였다. Doping에 사용된 HCI용액의pH가 감소함에 따라 ESR 신호의 강도가 증가하였으며, 이로부터 doping에 따라 상자성을 나타나게 하는 화학종이 가타다는 것을아타내고 있다.m-cresol내에서 HCSA 및 HDBSA로 각각 doping된 EB-CSA/m-cresol 과 EB-DBSA/m-cresol 시료 무두 상자성을 나타내었고, 온도가 증가함에 따라 자하율값이 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다.χ?값은 2.18x10?과 7.87x10?emu/mol2-rings unit 보이며 두 스핀에 대한 Fermi 에너지 level(E?)에서의 상태밀도를 나타내는 N(E?)는 0.67과 0.24 상태(eV/2-rings unit?)로 나타났다.Camphorsulfonic ascid(HCSA)로 doping 된 EB를 m-cresol, acetic acid 및 chloroform 등 다른 용매에서 처리시 관찰된 자화율의 변화를 온도에 의존하지 않는 χ?값과 온도에 의존하는 χ? 값으로 구분하여 curie spin의 온도의존성을 규명하였다. Dependency of magnetic properties of polyaniline(emeraldine base:EB)on the pH of HCI used in doping was inverstigated by electron spin resonance spectroscopy. Emeraldine base doped with functionalized acid (primary dopant) such as camphorsulfonic acid (HCSA), dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid(HDBSA) was processed in various solvents (m-cresol, acetic acid, formic acid etc.)into homogeneous solution and free standing film and its magnetic properties were measured by SQUID. The intensity of ESR signal was increased with decrese in pH of HCL solution and paramagnetic behavior of doped polyaniline due to the formation of polaron upon doping could be confoirmed from these results. The same g value of 2.004±0.001 measured for all of the samples means that the chemical species which show paramagnetism are sasme. Polyanilines doped with HCSA and HDBSA in m-cresol showed paramagnetism and decrease in susceptibility with increase in temperature. χ? value was appered 2.18x10? and 7.87x10? emu/mol2-rings unit and N(E?) which is density of states at Fermi energy level for two spins was 0.67 and 0.24 state eV? 2rings unit? respectively. The changes in susceptibility of polyanilines doped with HCSA in m-cresol, acetic acid, formic acid etc. were divided into temperature independent χ? term and temperature dependent χ? term and temperature dependency of curie spin concentration was examined.

        Plasma levels of cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride(TG) physiologically increase during pregnancy. The lipid increment is 23-53% above the pregravidic level for TC and 2- to 3-fold of the prepregnancy level for TG. If the TC and TG are higher than normal values in pregnancy, the patient must be carefully monitored. Acute pancreatitis is the main consequence of hyperlipidemia and occurs either during pregnancy, in the third trimester, or in the puerperium. Mortality is high both for the mother (21%) and the fetus (20%). We report a case of 28 year-old pregnant woman at 29 weeks gestation with hypercholesterolemia (TC = 357 ㎎/dl) and severe hypertriglyceridemia (TG = 1300 ㎎/dl). The patient was admitted to the hospital because of severe epigastric pain, nausea and vomiting. Total serum cholesterol was increased and trigyleride was markedly increased. The electroporesis pattern of serum lipoprotein showed increase in pre-beta lipoprotein fraction, suggesting IV hypertriglyceridemia pattern. According to a review of the literature, the incidence of pancreatitis during pregnancy is 1 in 1000 to 3000 pregnancies. Severe hypertriglyceridemia in pregnancy should be treated with a careful restriction of calories and fat: for preventing acute pancreatitis, hospitalization for intravenous fluid therapy and plasma exchange must be required.

        High carbon-high chromium tool steels display a number of advantages in abrasive wear applications. They contain moderate amounts of chromium that produces massive chromium-rich carbides in an austenitic matrix of sufficient hardenability to be transformed to martensite with relatively simple heat treatment. In this study the role of vanadium-rich carbides with high hardness as well as chromium-rich carbides in improving abrasive wear resistance was investigated using a series of Fe-C-Cr-Mo-V system alloys with varying carbide volume fraction. The abrasive wear resistance of the alloys against SiO2 softer than vanadium-rich carbide and chromium-rich carbide was measured with a dry abrasive rubber wheel abrasion test. The abrasive wear resistance was affected by a volume fraction and variety of carbide because of a differance of hardness between carbide and abrasive. As a result, The specimen with the most volume fraction of the total of carbide volume fraction had the most excellent abrasive wear resistance.

        The purpose of this study was investigated the effect of long-term aerobic exercise on cardiorespiratory function and serum lipids in the Elderly men. The subject were participated 24 elderly men and exercise was 60min/day, 4 days/week, 50-65% HRmax intensity. The obtained results were as follows; 1. VO₂max was increased after 12weeks aerobic training but had no significant difference. RHR(bmp) was decreased after 12weeks aerobic training but had no significant difference. 2. VO₂max was increased after 24weeks aerobic training but had significant difference. RHR(bmp) was decreased after 24weeks aerobic training but had significant difference. 3. TC was decreased after 12weeks aerobic training but had significant difference. TG was decreased after 12weeks aerobic training but had significant difference. HDL-C was increased after 12weeks aerobic training but had significant difference. LDL-C was decreased after 12weeks aerobic training but had significant difference. 4. TC was decreased after 24weeks aerobic training but had significant difference. TG was decreased after 24weeks aerobic training but had significant difference. HDL-C was increased after 24weeks aerobic training but had significant difference. LDL-C was decreased after 24weeks aerobic training but had significant difference. In conclusion, long-term aerobic training was shown to positive influence on cardiorespiratory function and serum lipids so it may help to prevent cardiovascular disease in eledrly men.

      • Camphorsulfonic acid로 doping된 전도성 polyaniline의 free standing film 제조 및 용매의 선택에 따른 특성변화

        aniline을 0℃, 1M HCI 용액내애서 (NH4)2S208을 산화제로 사용하여 산화중합시킴에 의하여 polyanline(emeraldine salt)을 합성하였고, 이르 NH4OH로 deprotonation시켜 절연성의 emeraldine base(EB)를 합성하였다. EB를 o-chlorophenol, m-cresol, chloroform등의 용매내이서 camphorsulfonic acid(HCSA)로 DOPING 하여 높은 전도성의 polyaniline을 제조하였다.o-chlorophenol, m-cresol내에서 가공된 용액은 440nm에서의 흡수피크와 1000nm에서 시작하여 2600nm까지 점차 흡수세기가 증가하는 free carrier tail 을 보였고, 이로부터 가공된 free standing film은 ~220S/cm의 높은 전기전도도와 부분적으로 결정성인 X-선 회절패턴을 나타내었다.반면에 chloroform내에서 가공된 용액은 ~800nm에서의 localized polaron에 기인하는 흡수피크를 나타내었고, 이로부터 가공된 free standing film은 ~10??S/cm의 전기전도도와 비정형의 X-선 회절패턴을 나타내었다. 이와같이 같은 양성자산으로 doping된 polyaniline이 사공시 사용된 용매에 따른 전기도도,UV/Vis,-NIR spectra및 결정구조를 갖는 현상을 용매에 따른 고분자사슬의 conformational change로 설명하였다. Insulating polyaniline (emeraldine base :EB) was synthesized by oxidative polymerization of aniline at~0℃ in IM HCI using (NH4)2S2O8 as a oxidnt and then deprotonation in 0.1M NH4OH and was converted to highly conducing form by protonic acid doping with camphorsulfonic acid (HCSA) in various ewak or non polar solvents. Free standing films of camphorsulfonic acid doped polyamilines cast from these solvents exhibited conductivities of 10?~200S/cm which depends on the kinds ofn silvents.(e.g.~200S/cm in m-cresol, 0.1S/cm in chloroform, 0.5S/cm in formic acid etc.).Thin films spun from m-cresol slution onto quartz substrates exhibited an electronic abosorption at~440nm and a intense free carrier tail comencing at ~1000nm and steadyily increasing in intensity to ~2600nm which is consistent with delocalized electrons in polarn band supporting metalic character. On the other hand those spun from chloroform showed localized polaron absorption at 440nm and ~800nm. Also free standing films cast from m-cresol showed partly crystalline structure whereas those cast from chlorofrm showed amorphous X-ray diffraction pattern. These phenomena were explained by the changes in polymer chain conformation in different solvents.

        "Taekwondo" was originated from "Soo Bakh", a sport widely prevalent in the period of the Three States. It was called Taekkyon in the Chosun Dynasty, then only after the independence of the nation it has named as "Taekwondo." And after the modern, this traditional martial art has divided into Taekwondo and Taekkyon but this separation brought about some historical errors. Now, they are very crucial cultural assets that conveys the historical traces of our ancestors This research is so written as to provide some light to the direction for future development. The conclusion is followings: First, in philosophy, Taekwondo has been influenced by a diversity of religions and they are "Idea Han"(harmony and union), "Hongikingan"(Humanism), Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism. Thus, these stand on the basis of nature accommodation Second, in the principle, it's the nature accommodation which is achieving spiritual enlightenment by special breathing and motion training. Taekkyon has a intangible principle, while Taekwondo has tangible. Third, in the history and characteristic, Both has similar history but a little differences. Taekkyon is martial arts and kind of light dancing, which has unique characters. On the other hand, Taekwondo has functions of both martial arts and sports ,which is linear and shapely. It's almost the national sport. Fourth, in a match, they usually use feet rather than hands. However Taekkyon use the method of knocking someone down without a protection belt, while Taekwondo use the way of kicking quickly with a protection belt. Finally I think Taekwondo should be developed in the programs : showing an excellent example, curing diseases of adult people etc at the same time. Now, I think Taekwondo of acquiring arts in Korea should change into what everybody can feel, see, and be touched. After all this will make Korea culture spread widely and help the national image and tourism marketing advance.

      • 세균성 수막염에서 발생한 치명적 뇌경색 1례

        Bacterial meningitis is frequently fetal or lead to severe neurological impairment. Cerebral infarction is a well known sequele of meningitis, occurring in as many as 10-20% of patients. But fetal cerebral infarction in bacterial meningitis is rare. We report a 61 year old woman who was admitted due to fever, headache and mental change for 3 days. On admission 7 days follow up Brain-CT revealed large and massive infarctions on both hemispheres. When bacterial meningitis is caused by Streptococcus pneumonia, there is a high prevalence of cerebral infarctions. The underlying mechanisms of cerebral infarction in bacterial meningitis are vasculitis, thrombosis, arachnoiditis, and compression of the arterial supply at the foramen magnum by herniation of the cerebellar tonsil.

      • 진주담치 濃縮엑스분의 製造 및 利用

        진주담치 乾製品, 製造時 副産物로 생성되는 엑스분을 食品加工用 中間素材로서의 이용가능성을 검토하고자 진주담치 濃縮엑스분을 製造하였으며 그 製品의 化學成分 및 重金屬含量을 分析하였다. 그리고 용도개발 實驗을 하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 진주담치를 98℃에서 20分間 蒸煮하여 生成된 엑스분을 93℃에서 4時間 동안 이중솥에서 paste狀으로 될 때까지 濃縮한 결과 製品의 수율은 5.8%였으며, 製品의 水分含量은 42.8%였고, 乾物量 基準으로 粗蛋白質은 32.7%, 글리코겐은 4.8%, 무기질은 31.6%였다. 그리고 pH는 5.16, VBN은 67mg/100mg이었다. 2. 濃縮엑스분 製品의 遊離 아미노산 含量은 全엑스분 室素의 71.4%를 차지하였으며, glycine, arginine, alanine, phenylalanine, lysine, tyrosine, histidine, methionine 및 leucine의 9종의 아미노酸이 總아미노酸의 89.6%를 차지하였다. 3. 용도개발 목적으로 인스탄트 면류 조미수우프 및 크림수우프를 만들어 市販 수우프류를 對照製品으로 官能檢査한 결과 거의 손색이 없었으며 패류 특유의 시원한 맛이 있었다. 그리고 重金屬 含量도 극미량으로 진주담치 濃縮엑스분 製品은 食品衛生上의 安全性이나 營養面에 있어서 손색이 없고 天然香味를 지닌 우수한 食品加工用 中間素材로 利用가능하다는 結論을 얻었다. In order to utilize extracts which are produced as a by-product when dried sea mussel products are processed, concentrated extracts of sea mussel was prepared and its chemical composition, quality stability and effective methods of its utilization are examined. 1. After the sea mussel was steamed at 98℃ for 20min, extracts was concentrated as a paste state in a double jacketed cooker at 93℃ for 4 hrs. 2. The yield of concentrated extracts of sea mussel was 5.8%, and the content crude protein was 32.7%, glycogen 4.8%, minerals 31.6%, VBN 66.87mg % and heavy metals (Pb, Cd, Hg, Cu, Zn) were trace in content. 3. The content of total free amino acids of the product was 71.4% of total extractive nitrogen and the abundant contents of amino acid in the product were glycine, arginine, alanine, phenylalanine, lysine, tyrosine, histidine, methionine, leucine. Judging from sensory evaluation, the instant noodle soup and cream soup made from concentrated extracts of sea mussel were not inferior to the control which purchased on the market.
