      • 흰쥐에서 탄수화물 종류가 운동시 당 및 지질대사에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of glucose, sucrose, and glucose polymer(GP) ingestion on the carbohydrate and lipid metabolism during treadmill running in rats. Rats were randomly assigned to normal, control and carbohydrate groups. Carbohydrate group was divided into glucose, sucrose and GP ingested rats. The experiment was carried out after overnight fasting. Rats were administrated either normal saline(control) or carbohydrates solutions of formulated glucose(6%), sucrose(6%) and GP(6%) via polyethlene tube to stomach before treadmill run. Exercise was loaded by a treadmill run at the speed of 1 km/hour for 30, 60 and 120 minutes. The results of experiment were as follows: Plasma glucose levels were decreased in proportion to the exercise time in control, but increased at treadmill run 30 minutes and then gradually decreased with the lapse of the exercise time in carbohydrates compared with normal rats. It decreased in control, glucose, sucrose and GP compared with normal rats in decreasing order at treadmill run 120 minutes(% change of plasma glucose level of control, glucose, sucrose and GP compared with normal rats were 67, 74, 87 and 91 in plasma glucose level at treadmill run 120 min., respectively). Plasma lactate levels were increased by the exercise loading compared with normal in control and carbohydrates ingested rats. It increased in control, sucrose and GP in increasing order compared with normal rats, at treadmill run 120 minutes(% change of plasma lactate level of control, glucose, sucrose and GP compared with normal rats were 167, 185, 149 and 114 in plasma lactate level at treadmill run 120 min., respectively). Plasma FFA levels had tendency to increase by the exercise loading compared with normal in control and carbohydrates ingested rats. It showed increase in the sucrose, glucose, GP and control rats in Increasing order compared with normal rats at treadmill run 120 minutes(% change of plasma FFA level of control, glucose, sucrose and GP compared with normal rats were 151, 153, 166 and 152 in plasma FFA level at treadmill run 120 min., respectively). Plasma acetoacetate levels were higher in control compared with carbohydrates ingested rats at treadmill run 30, 60 and 120 minutes. Plasma beta-hydroxybutyrate levels increased by exercise compared with normal rats in control and carbohydrates ingested rats at treadmill run 30, 60, 120 minutes. Plasma insulin levels were decreased in proportion to the exercise time in control compared with normal rats, but in carbohydrates ingested rats increased at treadmill run 30 minutes and then gradually deceased with the lapse of the exercise time compared with normal. In carbohydrates ingested rats, plasma insulin levies were higher than control. Hematocrit did not show any difference between control and carbohydrates rats at treadmill run 30, 60 and 120 minutes. From these experimental results, it is suggested that the exhaustion of skeletal muscle glycogen, the hypoglycemia, the overproduction of lactate and dehydration is delayed in carbohydrates ingested rats. GP of the carbohydrates is considered as the most effective for these effects. Therefore, intake of carbohydrates before exercise, especially GP seems to increase performance in the prolonged moderate exercise.

      • n-Hexane에서 Aniline, N,N-dimethylaniline, Pyridine과 Iodine간의 Complex 형성에 따른 열역학적 성질에 대한 연구

        n-Hexane 중에서 aniline, N,N-dimethylaniline, pyridine과 iodine간의 charge transfer complex 형성에 따른 열역학적 성질을 constant activity method를 이용해서 조사하였다. 용액중 iodine, activity를 일정하게 유지하기 위하여 tetramethyl ammonium pentaiodide를 사용하였으며, 이들 complex에 대한 isosbestic point를 분광학적인 방법으로 측정한 결과 aniline, N,N-dimethylaniline 및 pyridine에 대하여 각각 495, 513.5, 478nm 이었다. 25℃에서 aniline, N,N-dimethylaniline 및 pyriod과 iodine각의 complex 형성에 대한 평형상수는 각각 3.1, 30.86, 118.91·??이었으며, 속도 상수는 ??,??,??로 나타났다. 그리고 열역학적 parameter, ΔG는 -0.672, -2.030, ?? 이며, ΔS는 각각 -24.7, -34.3, ??, ΔH는 8.02, 12.26, ??이었다. The thermodynamic properties of iodine complexes with aniline, N,N-dimethy laniline, pyridine in n-hexane were studied by constant activity method. To maintain constant iodine activity in solution, we made use of ??(tetramethylammonium-pentaiodide) Isosbestic points measured by spectroscopic method were aniline:495nm, N,N-dimethylaniline:513.5nm, pyridine:478nm, respectively. Spectroscopic measurement was done at these iosbestic spoint, and experimental results for each iodine complexes with aniline, N,N-dimethylaniline, pyridine are following; equilibrium constant:3.11, 30.86, ??, rate constant :??, ??, ??, and thermodynamic parameters, ΔG:-0.672, -2.030, ??, ΔS:-24.7, 34.3, ??, and ΔH:8.02, 12.26, ??.

        전자상거래를 이용한 농산물 마케팅의 활성화 전략

        In the near future information technology will make more extensive applications to agricultural marketing system through e-commerce system. This paper is to investigate the current trends of e-commerce in agricultural marketing and suggest strategies for increasing agricultural product sales at the farm level as follows ; 1) price and quality control for attracting customers 2) increasing brand power for marketing promotion, and 3) devising more convenient website for internet users.

        농가 홈페이지의 검색엔진 등록효과 분석

        This paper aims at being informed on how farms should invest resources to advertise their homepages on the internet. The number of visitors to homepage was used for analyzing the effect of advertising homepages of farmers conducting e-business. The results of analysis are as follows; (1) The daily number of visitors that has viewed homepages was 55 on average. (2) 48% of visitors came to farm homepages via search engine, which was the highest rate among accessible routes to homepage. Therefore, it was suggested that farmers should register their homepages on major search engines such as yahoo.co.kr. naver.com and daum.net in order to promote the effect of advertising homepage. We recommend that farmers should enlist the name of agricultural products on the first page of search engine view because people tend to use key word(92%) rather than homepage name(8%) when they would like to search wanted products on the internet.

      • MRI 아티팩트의 제거에 관한 연구

        In this study, we present, an algorithm for canceling MRI artifacts due to some translational motion in patient’s head part. Assuming that the head part moves up and down due to patient's breathing which often makes problems during MRI imaging, rigid translational motions are treated here. Unlike the conventional iterative phase retrieval algorithm in which there is no guarantee for the convergence, this method is based on the MRI imaging process and the analysis of image property. A new constraint condition with which the image component and the motion component in the MRI signal can be separated by a simple algebraic operation is extracted After the x(read out) directional Fourier transformation of MRI signal is taken the y(phase encoding) directional spectrum phasing value is just an algebraic sum of the image component and the motion component. Meanwhile, at it is known that the density of subcutaneous fat area is almost uniform in the head tomographs, the density distribution along an y directional line on this fat area is regarded as symmetric shape. If the density function is symmetric, the phase of spectrum changes linearly with the position. Hence, the departure component methods, the motions in the x direction and the y direction are treated simultaneously. However, the x and the y directional motion is canceled by each different algorithm in two steps because the features of x and y directional motions are different from each other in this method. The x directional motion is estimated by detecting the edge boundary between the non-zero area and the zero area of the spectrum and is canceled by shifting the spectrum in inverse direction. The y directional motion is canceled by using the constraint condition which separates the true image component and the motion component. Finally, the effectiveness of this algorithm is shown by using a phantom image with simulated motion.

      • 참치 뼈를 이용한 Hydroxyapatite 세라믹 복합체의 합성 및 생체 친화성(제3보) : 인공체액에서의 Hydroxyapatite 세라믹 복합체간의 결합의 전자현미경 관찰 SEM Photographs of Bonding Properties between Hydroxyapatite Ceramics Composites in the Simulated Body Fluid

        참치 뼈에서 추출한 hydroxyapatite를 출발물질로 여러 가지 세라믹 복합체를 제조하여 인공체액에서의 hydroxyapatite 복합체간의 화학결합을 조사하였다. hydroxyapatite 복합체들은 인공체액에서 4주 후부터 화학 결합성질을 나타내었다. 결합강도는 bioglass가 가장 강하게 나타났으며, 조성에 따른 의존성은 관찰할 수 없었다. 인공체액에서 복합체들은 이들의 경계면에서 불균일 핵생성 및 성장에 의해 화학적 결합으로 이루어졌다. Chemical bonding was investigated in the simulated body fluid of several selected hydroxyapatite-containing composites. The hydroxyapatite-containing composites chemically bonded with each other in the simulated body fluid after 4 weeks. Bioglass was strongly bonded in the simulated body fluid, but bonding strength was not depended on composition. Their composite bodies were chemically bonded by heterogeneous nucleation and growth at the interfaces of the specimens in the simulated body fluid.
