        마이크로 엔드밀에 의한 미세격벽가공의 가공특성에 관한 연구

        Recently, miniaturization and mass production are the main trends in manufacturing fields. Therefore, ultraprecision machining and MEMS technology have been taken more and more important position in machining of microparts. Micro endmilling is one of the prominent technology that has wide spectrum of application field ranging from macro parts to micro products, such as PDP ad IT components, in precision products manufacturing. However, decreasing of burr is significant problem in making smooth and precise parts in micro endmilling. This paper shows removal characteristics of burr generated by micro emdmilling process. This results satisfies micro for micro barrier ribs of heights is 50㎛, 100㎛, 200㎛, 300㎛, and observation from of burr. Additionally, it is necessary to understand the formation mechanism of burr of micro barrier ribs to find proper decreasing method.

      • 마이크로 드릴링 M/C에 의한 미세구멍가공특성에 관한 연구

        Recently, the trends of industrial products grow more miniaturization, variety and mass production. Micro drilling which take high precision in cutting work is requested more micro hole and high speed working. Especially, Micro deep hole drilling is becoming more important in a wide spectrum of precision production industries, ranging from the production of automotive fuel injection nozzle, watch and camera parts, medical needles, and thick multi-layered Printed Circuit Boards(PCB) that are demanded for very high density electric circuitry. This paper shows the tool monitoring results of micro drill with tool dynamometer. And additionally, microscope with built-in monitor inspection show the relationship between burr in work piece and chip form of micro drill machining.

      • 흰쥐에서 연령이 골격근의 당 대사에 미치는 영향

        Background: It is doubtful that aging causes deteriorated glucose metabolism and insulin resistance of skeletal muscle. Some researchers had different results about it. So we have studied the mechanism responsible for the abnormal glucose tolerance associated with aging in rapidly growing and matured rats. Materials and Methods: Animals were used S.D. rats. Growing rats were 7 weeks old (BW: 160-190 gm) and matured rats were 28 weeks old (BW: 420-525 gm). Results: Fasting blood glucose and plasma insulin levels were significantly elevated in matured rat compared with growing rats. And during oral glucose tolerance test the glucose level was also significantly elevated in matured rats. These results confirmed an insulin resistant state of aging. Insulin levels at 30 minutes of oral glucose tolerance test was significantly elevated in growing rat. But at 120 minutes it was maintained at higher level in matured rats than in growing rats. It suggested the possibility of increased insulin secretion by initial stimulation of beta-cells in growing rats, and increased secretion and decreased catabolic rate of insulin in matured rats. Glucose uptake rate of soleus muscle in matured rats was lower than that of growing rats, but the difference was not statistically significant. The dose(insulin)-responsive(glucose uptake) curve of soleus muscle was only slightly deviated to the right side. Conclusion: Glucose metabolism of rat skeletal muscle was worsened by aging. The data of glucose uptake experiments suggested the possibility of insulin resistance of skeletal muscle in matured rats, but the mechanism of insulin resistance of skeletal muscle need further studies.

      • 위상학적 변형을 이용한 연속 공구 경로의 생성

        In order to minimise the fluctuation of cutting load and the possibility of chipping on the cutedge in HSC, a continuous tool-path is developed with the minimum number of cutter retractions during the cutting operations. The method provides an intuitive model for topological warping a continuous tool-path onto a sculptured surface being machined. This algorithm begins with conforming the boundary curve of a mesh surface to that of the free-formed surface. Then, the continuous path is generated as a kind of the diagonal curve between the mesh curves such that the scallop height maintains a constant roughness to ensure higher levels of efficiency and quality in high-speed finish machining. It allows the sculptured surface incorporating both steeper and flatter areas to be high-speed machined.

      • 제강전로슬래그를 이용한 하수슬러지 고화체의 미세구조 분석

        The solidifying effect of solidified digested sewage sludge by converter slag was investigated through microscopic analyses including XRD, SEM and EDS. The XRD analysis of the solidified sludge showed that the main solidification products was CSH; in addition, Ca(OH)₂CAH and Ettringite were observed. The microstructure analysis by SEM showed that as the solidification proceeds, needlelike crystals and honeycomb appeared. The analysis of these crystals by EDS confirmed that the main components were Ca, Si etc. This also confirmed the general notion that the cement hydrate products had a solidifying effect.

        A security system using an infrared sensor was fabricated to prevent an intruder. The fabricated system has pasword key pad to permit someone to enter the house and office. The control circuit of the system is designed by VHDL(Very high speed integrated Hardware Description Language). The output signals were displayed in LCD, LED, buzzer. This designed system in this paper has a advantage to supplement additional function with ease.

        An ISFET penicillin sensor was fabricated by forming immobilized penicillinase membrane on the gate of ISFET and its operational characteristics investigated using differential amplification method. The fabricated penicillin sensor showed linear and stable response in the range of 10^(2) ~ 1.7 x 10^(3) mg/dl penicillin concentration.

      • Polyethylene glycol 용액(Colyte^(R))을 복용한 후 발생한 Boerhaave 증후군 1예

        Spontaneous esophageal rupture (Boerhaave's syndrome) is a rare case that require early diagnosis and treatment because of its high mortality. The oral administration of osmotically balanced polyethylene-glycol-based electrolyte preparation is a commonly prescribed preparation for cleansing in patients undergoing colonoscopy. Nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain are frequently seen, but serious adverse reactions are rare. Esophageal rupture secondary to severe vomiting, which occurred during colonoscopy preparation using polyethylene gIycoI(PEG) electrolyte solution is extremely rare and only few cases have been published in the literature. We report a case of spontaneous esophageal rupture after routine administration of the PEG before colonoscopy. 대장 정결을목적으로 PEG 사용 후 아주 드물게 발생하는 Boerhaave 증후군 1예를 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다.

        계단승월이 가능한 시각장애인 유도 로봇 개발

        현대 사회에 이르러 생활 환경의 향상과 기술의 발달로 복지에 대한 관심이 높아졌으나 국내의 장애인에 대한 복지 시설은 아직 미비한 수준이다. 보도의 점자 블록이나 신호등의 보행 음향 외에 시각 장애인이 실외 활동을 하기 위한 안내 시설이 거의 없어 많은 불편을 초래한다. 따라서 시각장애인을 위한 안전하고 편안한 보행을 위한 보조장치가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 시각장애인에게 보다 안전하고 편리한 보행보조 수단을 제공하기 위하여 계단 승월이 가능한 유도로봇을 개발하였으며, 이의 시스템은 실외에서 장시간사용이 가능하도록 저전력 구동이 가능한 이동로봇 제어부, 외부 위치 정보를 GPS에 의해 유도가 가능하도록 자기위치추정시스템과 계단 승월이 가능한 메카니즘부로 구성하였다. 제안된 시각장애인 유도로봇의 구동을 위하여 이동 로봇 구동 및 운용 소프트웨어를 개발하였으며, 초음파 센서 어레이를 이용한 장애물 인식을 통한 스테레오 음성 유도 알고리즘, 관성항법시스템을 이용한 주행 경로 보정 시스템 및 알고리즘, 시각 장애인 유도를 위한 점자 보도 블록 인식 기법을 개발하였다. 자기위치추정시스템에서는 자기위치 추적 시스템 H/W와 사용자 인터페이스 개발로서 DGPS수신 모듈과 점자 입력기 및 인터페이스 기법을 개발하였으며, 계단 승월을 위한 유도로봇 메카니즘으로 유성 차륜 방식을 이용하여 이동 메커니즘을 설계하였다. Interest about welfare by upgrade of living environment and development of technology to reach in modern society but welfare facilities about disabled person are unprepared level yet. It causes many discomforts because there is seldom guidance equipment that the visually impaired except Braillewriter type block or walk sound of signal lamp does outdoor activity. Therefore, we need auxiliary equipment for more safe and well walk for the visually impaired. The purpose of this study is to develop a stair-climbing guide robot as auxiliary equipment for the visually impaired. We developed a control part with low-power usable for many long hours outside the door, self-localization system guiding the robot by using the GPS of localization information and mechanism part with an ability of climbing stairs. We developed mobile robot driving and operating software to operate the guidance robot for the visually impaired such as obstacle detection with ultrasonic sensor array, obstacle avoidance through the sound imaging method, position calibration using INS (Initial Navigation System) and detection of braille blocks. In self-localization system, we developed a self-localization H/W and user interface, we adapted DGPS receiver module and suggested a method to interface for braille keypad. For ability of climbing stairs, we constructed wheel mechanism of a guide robot using planetary type.
