        The Possibility holding the National Games in this area is arithmetically adout inthervals of fifteen-year. All the areas which hold National Games reconstruct the sports infrastructure, using this opportunity, do up the existing facilities nawly and cultivate men of ability who can manage the National Games. Also the city government double-checks the accomodations and reeducates the related workers to strengthen a defect. And all the citizens participate in the National Games systematically and non-systematically. The National Games is an open space with wide latitude that promotes huge cultura exchange among parents of students, staffs, tourists, teams of each city and overseas teams. Making the 88th Gwangju National Games in 2007 of an opportunity, Gwangju also should show widely the mettle as the city for the citizens, the city of culture, the first Gwangju and the first citizens.

        Tin, Copper, Silicon-Phthalocyanine and its derivatives which seems to possess semiconductivities were synthesized by various methods to develop the new organic semiconductors. The most desirable starting materials for the syntheses were o-cyanobenzamide. Electrical Conductivities of Tin, Copper, Silicon-Phthalocyanine were ?? at room temperature, respectively.

      • 韓國企業의 國際化에 관한 硏究

        The main purpose of this study is search out possible means of the korean firms multinationalization growth strategy under the open economic system. The number of korea-based multinational firms has been increasing from early 1980s due mainly to the narrowness of domestic market, the economy's relatively high foreign dependence, the need to se-cure steady supplies of raw material, and worsening international trade environment such as import re-strictions by our major market countries. From the 1986, however, trade surplus, Won revaluation, domestic saving in excess of domestic investment, wage hikes, labor disputes and accompanying production distruptions are largely forcing us to step-up multinationalization of our firms through expanded investment in our major market countries as well as in labor-abundant developing countries. Further opening of domestic market is necessitated mainly by trade surplus and the reci-procity principle. Overseas direct investment by the korean firms is likely to rise substan tially in the fu-ture. The paper is divided into five chapters. As an introductory chapter, Chapter 1 presents an overview of this paper. In chapter 2, there is a detailed discussion on the open economic system. Chapter 3 analyzes foreign direct investment, overseas direct investment, and deals with the investment of socialist countries. Chapter 4 discusses the evolution of the firm and process of the intetnationalization. Finally, chapter 5 suggests some means of improving the open economy, and some ideas of multinationalization growth strategy.

        The main purpose of this study is to search out the growth of global business management. The main objectives of this study can be summarized as follows. 1) To search from internationalization to globalization in the business management ; 2) To analyze the theorical growth of the global management ; 3) To take a look at global management strategy : such a study as this important because there is as yet no comprehensive study on the growth of global management. Likewise it is hoped that this study can be of value to international business in korea. This study has been devoted to examining the character and strategies of international business undertaking, developing theory and practice. The conclusions drawn from this study indicate, (1) the need to develop from Ethnocentrism to Geocentrism ; (2) the necessity of promoting domestic paradigm to strategy on globalization ; (3) the need to follow the responsible globality.

      • Graphical Analysis and Determination of Optimum Mixing Ratio of Bulking Agent for Composting of Food Waste

        Composting of food waste was studied in a controlled batch reactor with the addition of cooked rice as a biodegradable carbon source to investigate the effect of carbon to nitrogen (C/N) ratio control on composting. And, composting of bulking agents such as sawdust and wheat straw were tested with the addition of ammonium sulfate as a nitrogen source. As expected, biodegradation of the food waste having low C/N ratio was improved to some extent when foreign carbon was added. But, bulking agents used in this study exerted themselves slightly biodegradable carbon potential, indicating that the estimation of the dose of additional carbon considering desirable C/N ratio was not reasonable when lignocellulosic bulking material was added to food waste. Also, as another parameter for the estimation of bulking agent addition, the optimum moisture contents at different mixing ratios of bulking agent were evaluated. As a result, it was found that the optimum moisture content increased with sawdust addition meaning the C/N ratio increment. At these points, it was suggested that 78g sawdust / 100g food waste be mixed to make C/N ratio to 25 and moisture content to 56% for effective composting of the food waste studied in this paper.

      • 남해 어장 준설토의 환경친화적 처리방안 연구

        본 연구는 연안 어장의 수질 개선 및 양식 환경 개선을 위하여 준설퇴적물을 환경친화적으로 처리하는 방안을 모색하기 위한 실험으로써 준설퇴적물의 유기물 분별정량을 통한 최대 분해율 선정, 예비안정화 시험, 준설퇴적물 희석배율별 안정화 특성 평가 등을 수해하였다. 유기물 분별정량 결과 준설퇴적물의 유기물 분해율 30~40%를 안정화의 지표로 얻을 수 있었고 희석배율별로 측정한 TCOD, SCOD 역시 32%와 83%의 제거율을 보여 충분한 안정화가 진행된 것으로 나타났다. 또한 안정화 처리 전ㆍ후 준설퇴적물의 실제 안정성평가를 위해 발아시험을 실시해 본 결과 유기물의 안정화 처리를 거칠 경우 준설퇴적물의 식물 독성이 저감됨을 알 수 있었다. It was attempted to treat organic matter in the dredged sediments from costal mari-culture site eco-friendly. Carbohydrates in the dredged sediment were fractionated, and the potential of oxygen consumption was estimated. 30-40% of organic matter found to be maximum degradable content in a biological treatment. Easily degradable organic matter was removed in the aerobic batch test, and the sediment sample was gradually stabilized. 32% of TCOD and 83% of SCOD was removed in this experiment. TCOD removal of 32% was in the range of maximum degradable content for organic matter (30-40%). Seed germination test was conducted for the sediment samples before and after the biological stabilization, and it was found that phyto-toxicity was substantially reduced by the stabilization process.

      • 초등학생의 태권도 수련 프로그램과 정신력과의 관계

        This study had a purpose to define The Relations Between Taekwondo Training Programs and Mental Strength of Elementary School Students. In order to achieve this study objective, the Delphi Technique Analysis and the Quantitative Research were carried out. The analysis of Taekwondo training programs by the Delphi Technique was performed by means of the 3rd analysis with 30 experts. And as for the Quantitative Research, the study subjects were targeted for the total 265 pupils composed of 224 boys and 41 girls who were selected by the Group Random Sampling. This study took the primary school students in 4~6 years as the population who were training Taekwondo in the gym which was located in Gwangju. The results of this study that based on the methods and procedures summarized as follows: Taekwondo programs on the basis of the background variables, school year and income level showed the statistically significant differences in the body-centered and the mind-centered programs among the types of Taekwondo training programs. And the statistically significant difference was shown about the income level in the play-centered programs. This result showed the fact that, in training Taekwonclo, pupils showed differences for adapting themselves to the contents of body-, mind-, and play-centered programs according to the contents of programs based on school year and income level which were parts of the background variables.

      • ENHANCED HUMUS FORMATION IN A SUBSTRATE- CONTROLLED COMPOSTING REACTOR

        A substrate-amended fed-batch composting of food waste was investigated and its effect on humus formation and cellulose decomposition were studied. Various substrates were added to the reactor in fed-batch mode while no additional feed was introduced into the other reactor for comparison. Active composting was prolonged by the amendment of substrate. Cellulose composition changed from initial value of 33.4% to 32.6% in conventional batch composting. Cellulose decreased to 30.2% in the substrate-amended, fed-batch composting. It decreased further to 24.2% when the amount of substrate amendment increased in the fed-batch composting. Humus formation was enhanced in the substrate-amended composting. Humic substances were produced more in the fed-batch composting (7.47% and 8.76%) as compared to conventional batch composting (7.12%). About 5% to 23% increase in humic substance was achieved in the fed-batch composting. It was confirmed that the substrate-amended, fed-batch composting improved the degradation of cellulose and the formation of humus.

      • 용매의 선택에 따른 전도성 Polyaniline의 자기적 성질변화

        Polyaniline(emeraldine base:EB)를 pH에 따라 HCI로 1차 doping을 한후ESR을 사용하여 자기적 성질을 조사했다.또한 emeraldine base를 camphorsulfonic acid(HCSA), dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid(HDBSA)등의 산으로 1차 doping 시키고 이것을 m-cresol, acetic acid, 및 formic acid에 녹여 2차 doping을 한 후 SQUID 를 이용하여 자기적 성질을 측정하였다. Doping에 사용된 HCI용액의pH가 감소함에 따라 ESR 신호의 강도가 증가하였으며, 이로부터 doping에 따라 상자성을 나타나게 하는 화학종이 가타다는 것을아타내고 있다.m-cresol내에서 HCSA 및 HDBSA로 각각 doping된 EB-CSA/m-cresol 과 EB-DBSA/m-cresol 시료 무두 상자성을 나타내었고, 온도가 증가함에 따라 자하율값이 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다.χ?값은 2.18x10?과 7.87x10?emu/mol2-rings unit 보이며 두 스핀에 대한 Fermi 에너지 level(E?)에서의 상태밀도를 나타내는 N(E?)는 0.67과 0.24 상태(eV/2-rings unit?)로 나타났다.Camphorsulfonic ascid(HCSA)로 doping 된 EB를 m-cresol, acetic acid 및 chloroform 등 다른 용매에서 처리시 관찰된 자화율의 변화를 온도에 의존하지 않는 χ?값과 온도에 의존하는 χ? 값으로 구분하여 curie spin의 온도의존성을 규명하였다. Dependency of magnetic properties of polyaniline(emeraldine base:EB)on the pH of HCI used in doping was inverstigated by electron spin resonance spectroscopy. Emeraldine base doped with functionalized acid (primary dopant) such as camphorsulfonic acid (HCSA), dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid(HDBSA) was processed in various solvents (m-cresol, acetic acid, formic acid etc.)into homogeneous solution and free standing film and its magnetic properties were measured by SQUID. The intensity of ESR signal was increased with decrese in pH of HCL solution and paramagnetic behavior of doped polyaniline due to the formation of polaron upon doping could be confoirmed from these results. The same g value of 2.004±0.001 measured for all of the samples means that the chemical species which show paramagnetism are sasme. Polyanilines doped with HCSA and HDBSA in m-cresol showed paramagnetism and decrease in susceptibility with increase in temperature. χ? value was appered 2.18x10? and 7.87x10? emu/mol2-rings unit and N(E?) which is density of states at Fermi energy level for two spins was 0.67 and 0.24 state eV? 2rings unit? respectively. The changes in susceptibility of polyanilines doped with HCSA in m-cresol, acetic acid, formic acid etc. were divided into temperature independent χ? term and temperature dependent χ? term and temperature dependency of curie spin concentration was examined.

      • 폴리아닐린을 이용한 전기변색소자의 제작 및 특성

        ITO/폴리아닐린/고분자고체전해질/ITO구조의 전기변색소자가 제작되었다.IM p-toluenesulfonic acid 용액내에서 0.7V의 전압하에 potentiostaic method로 아닐린을 전기화학적으로 중합하여 salt form의 폴리아닐린을 ITO glass 위에 deposite시켰다.또한 화학적으로 합성한 base form의 폴리아닐린을 10? torr의 압력하에 진공승화법에 의해 ITO glass 위에 증착시켰다. PEI(polyethyleneimine)과 2-acrylamido-2-methyl-propanesulfonic acid 를 이용하여 고분자 고체전해질을 제조하였다. 제작된 ITO/polyaniline salt/고분자고체전해질/ITO 구조의 전기변색소자는 인가전압 -2.0V~+2.OV의 영역에서 무색에서 푸른색을 나타내었다.Potential pulse를 통하여 측정된 이들 변색소자의 cyvlic number 는 10? 이상으로 나타났고, 응답시간은 50ms로 생기는 전자전이를 통하여 색의 변화를 알 수 있었다. 또한 각각 변색물질로 폴리아닐린 salt 와 base를 사용하여 제작된 변색소자의 경우 I-V곡선은 counter 이온인 SO?-의 발생확률에 따라 다른 곡선을 나타내었다. Electrochromic devices(ECD) with ITO/polyaniline/polymer solid electrolyte /ITO structure were fabricated . In these devices both of poyaniline salt and base forms were deposited onto ITO conducting glass substrate by electrochemical and vacuum sublimation method, respectively, Polymer solid electrolye were prepared by the reaction of polyethyleneimine with 2-acrylamido-2-methyl-propanesulfonic acid . ECDs based on polyaniline salt showed color change from colirless to blue in the range of applied voltage of -2.OV ~+2.0V.Cyclic number and response time of these devices appear to be 10? and 50ms respectively. The color change which is relatd to teh electronic transition by the variation of electron density was observed from the UV/Vis. spectra measurement. I-V curves for ECDs based on polyaniline salt and base repectively shoe different behaviors due to the different degree of contribution of SO?- ion as a counterion for each case.
