        Preauturing Technique을 이용한 피부결손의 직접 재건술

        According to the increase of skin defects by accident and operation for malignant skin disease, congenital giant nevus, and acquired skin lesions, reconstruction methods take a growing interest in plastic and reconstructive surgeon or others. Especially new techniques such as tissue expander by Neumann, Radovan and Austad, ISLE by Sasakin and presuturing by Liang et al., have developed through the animal experiments, cadaveric studies and clinical experiences, because various biomechnical properties of skin have studied extensively since 1960. We ve obtained good results in 13 patients who had a large skin defect with aiding of presuturing technique which may have otherwise required a skin graft or flap. This technique is based on biomechnical properties of skin which allow skin to stretch beond its inherent extensibility and practiced by Marc D. Liang, et.al.So, we are willing to report the practical results with review of the literatures for presuturing technique and its mechanism.

        Recently, social agreement on the environment pollution has gradually increased in the national and global scope. Also in the last one decades fast industrialism in China has caused to the nations concerns and anxiety on the environmental problems of the North-East Asia including Japan. Korea located mostly close to China has been effected directly on the pollutant products produced from China and many environmental co-work problems of both nations has become to delayed objects anymore. The purpose of this study is to investigate cases and problems of the national overflowing environment pollution and describe answerings.

      • 금강하구호에서 배수갑문 폐쇄 후 수질변화와 염소이온농도의 예측

        This study was carried out to forecast the chloride concentration and to investigate the water quality for industrial water supply after closing the sluice gate in Keum river estuary reservoir. Chloride concentration was dilluted by input flow, depended on outside chlorine mass than inside mass form reservoir body. The forecasting equation for chloride concentration is got Ci=3700·e ?? + 405/ ?? +2.5 without considering input chloride concentration from upstream river. The water quality in intake station for industrial water supply was satisfied for the standard for industrial water supply, but requried the physico-chemical treatment owing to maximum values of turbidity, pH, TS, Fe, Mn were exceed the standard.

      • Thixotropic 유동계에 대한 연구

        Thixotropy는 시간의존성 shear thinning 현상이다. 그리고 thixotropy 는 entanglement-disentanglement 전환으로 가정할 수 있다. 1986년에 sohn 등은 shear stress 에 기인한 구조변화의 개념을 Ree-Eyring plastic 유동에 적용하여 간단한 thixotropc 유동 방정식을 유도하였다. 이 유동 방정식을 amylose와 amylopectin 수용액 그리고 수용성 silica 분산계 및 latax paints계와 PMMA sol계에 적용하여 이 thixotropic 유동 방정식의 유용성을 논의하였다. Thixotropy is the time dependent shear thinning phenomenon. And it is possible to postulate that thixotropy is the entanglement-disentanglement transition. In 1986, by introducing the concept of structural change caused by the shear stress into the Ree-Eyrng's equation of plastic flow, the modified and simple thixotropic equation was derived by Sohn etc. This thixotropic equation was applied to amylose and amylopectin solutions, aqueous silica dispersions, latex paints and PMMA sol system. And its usability was discussed.

      • 금강하구호에서 공업용수공급을 위한 취수원선정 및 수질변화조사연구

        This study was investigated to survey and forecast water quality for selection of intake station for industrial water supply in Kumgang estuary reservior. Variation of water quality in reservior was compared with vefore the sluice was closed and after. The best selection of intake station was in wachori, water quality was forecasted less than BOD 6mg/1 (industrial water supply I class) at 2021 year. Cholorophyll-a concentration was less than 5ug/a before the sluice was closed, but it was increased by maximum 60ug/1 suddenly after the sluice was closed. The water quality of river have been changed that of resevior. Because chloride concentration were settled less than about 60mg/1 after about two months the sluice was closed, they will do not matter in use of industrial water supply.

      • 대청댐 역조정지 부근의 수질변화특성 조사

        This survey was accomplished to know the characteristics on the variation of water quality around Daechung-dam regulating reservoir. The algae bloom occurres near the chungju and Taejon intake station in autumn every year. It is possible to cause the taste and odor problems in the water supply if this reservoir will be a intake station. The comparsions of water quality data between within main dam and around regulating reservoir during past about 5 years were investigated. The water quality of this reservoir was the raw water supply II class, but its quality was the raw water phosphorus concentration as compared with past 5 years is increasing to be about two times. When the algae bloom occurred, dominant algae species was Aulacoseira glanulata having no correlation with taste and odor.

        Many studies revealed the neuroprotective, cardioprotective, and chemopreventive actions of dietary flavonoids. The plausible mechanistic interpretation of the various effects of flavonoids was concentrated on the anti-oxidant or free radical-scavenging properties of these phytochernicals, both in model systems and under in vivo conditions. While there has been a major focus on the anti-oxidant properties. there is an emerging view that flavonoids and their in vivo metabolites. do not act as conventional hydrogen-donating anti-oxidants. but they may exert regulatory functions in cells through actions at protein kinase or lipid kinase signaling pathways. Flavonoids and more recently their metabolites. have been reported to act at phosphoinositide 3-kinase(PI 3-kinase). Akt/protein kinase B(Akt/PKB), protein kinase C (PKC), mitogen activated protein kinase(MAP kinase), and various tyrosine kinases signaling cascades. Inhibitory or stimulatory actions at these pathways are likely to affect cellular function profoundly by altering the phosphorylation state of target molecules and by modulating gene expression. A clear understanding of the mechanisms of action of flavonoids, either as anti-oxidants or modulators of cellular signaling pathways, and the influence of their metabolism on these properties are key to the evaluation of these potent biomolecules as anti-cancer agents, cardio-protectants, and inhibitors of neurodegeneration.

        택지개발지구내 도시공원의 분포특성에 관한 연구

        To generate a suggestion for a better framework especially the distribution and locations of urban parks in residential areas, ‘residential site development districts’ in Daegu city were tested based on the community involvement and user’s demand for visting. Service-range, advantage and disadvantage in use derived from the locations of the parks in the districts were analyzed according to the concept of density,character assessment, structure in the distribution and locations. Suggestions to give residents more friendly surroundings with ’easy access’ and ’friendly characteristics of each parks’ are as follows; ⅰ) Although most of the tested sites are satisfying the legal criterion on the required level of size of urban parks in each district, there are big difficulties to have rich natural environment in the case of extensive size of residential sites due to too low applied-criterion(0.6㎡ per person) which is a minimum requirement. ⅱ) Although the rate of size of parks in the sites were gradually improved recently, the portion for each person had not improved at all. Therefore, it is needed that new detailed criteria in different level rooted in the character of individual sites such as population and characteristics of parks. ⅲ) Although the distance of parks is within the range of use, the locations are on the edge of sites and residential districts where is not on the everyday route. Therefore to give more easy accessibility, the urban parks in the residential sites should be located on the daily life route where is a more common area in future plans.

        This study was carried out examine per capita demand and forecast water demand until 2031 in Taejon City. These data can be used as the basis for the desgn and maintenance of water supply system. Future water demand including industrial water supply in Taejon City was predicted about 1,488,000m3/day in 2011, about 1,876,000 m3/day in 2021, about 2,275,000m3/day in 2031.
