        경계인으로서의 윤동주와 본향의 자리

        윤동주와 그의 시세계를 재구성하는 과정에서 주목되는 것은 그에게 영향을 준 외부적 요인을 살피는 작업이다. 이 작업은 윤동주 작품의 창작 시점과 발표 시점이 시차를 갖기 때문에 당대의 맥락을 필수적으로 살펴야 한다는 점, 과작을 했던 만큼 시인의 시세계 전반을 구성하기 위해서 영향관계에 있던 요인을 빠짐없이 조망할 필요가 있다는 점 등에서 중요하다. 이러한 문제의식에서 출발하여, 본고는 윤동주의 애송가 〈黑人의 望鄕歌〉를 새롭게 소개함으로써 시인의 이력을 세밀하게 조직해보고자 했다. 번안곡인 〈黑人의 望鄕歌〉는 미 대륙에 끌려온 아프리카 흑인노예가 그의 고통을 위로받을 공간인 유토피아적 고향을 불러내는 노래다. 나아가 노래와 시의 관련성을 토대로 윤동주 시에 나타난 ‘고향’의 의미를 해명하였다. 윤동주 시에서 고향은 부조리한 현실을 뛰어넘어 진정한 자유를 성취할 수 있는 미래에 대한 욕망을 포함한 공간이다. 이 공간은 ‘진정한 고향’ 혹은 ‘본향’으로 구체화된다. 제국 일본과 식민지 조선, 그리고 간도라는 중층의 경계를 의식했던 윤동주에게 ‘진정한 고향’을 형상화하는 것은 현실에 저항하고 시대를 전복하려는 혁명적인 시도였다. The external factors that affected Yun Dong-ju’s poetry and poetics attract much attention when we study his poetry. The most important of such external factors is the contemporary context of Yun’s writing. This is because the time when he composed poetry was different from the time when he published it. Furthermore, the poet’s works are few, thus the external factors must be carefully examined iso that we can construct Yun’s whole poetry. Taking this issue of order of composition as its starting point, this paper discovered Yun’s favorite song 〈黑人의 望鄕歌〉, and organized his career in detail. 〈黑人의 望鄕歌〉 was a song based on African-American Spiritual 〈Carry me back to old Virginny〉. This song is about black slaves in America wishing to return to their homeland. Based on the relationship between 〈黑人의 望鄕歌〉 and Yun’s poetry, this paper explains the meaning of ‘home’ in Yun Dong-ju‘s poetry. In Yun’s poetry, home is a place that embeds the desire for the future that can achieve true freedom beyond the absurd reality. Yun Dong-ju defines this space as the ‘true home’ or ‘homeland’. It was a revolutionary attempt to overthrow the era’s oppressors and resist their reality, who was conscious of the boundary between the imperial Japan, the colonial Joseon, and Gando.

      • A Study on Small Business Development and Support Policies

        The number of small businesses being founded in the nation is constantly increasing and various kinds of aggressive efforts are being made to have competitiveness. As such, political support by the government with regards to small businesses that has productivity and competitiveness needs to increase. Foundation of small businesses is being promoted by the Government to boost the economy, and interest in foundation of the business is high amongst not only college students but even general workers. Thus, the purpose of this study is to examine problems regarding foundation of small businesses and to give new businesses competitive edge by presenting political answers to these problems. After analysing status and current issues of foundation of small business, the paper suggested positive policy alternatives. Existing studies on small businesses were focused on promotion of small and medium distributors, and studies on policy alternatives aimed directly at promoting the businesses are insufficient. Further studies are needed to examine political alternatives from point of view of roles and support of non-profit organizations that the Government is responsible for support of small business.

        억제대 적용지침 개발을 통한 불필요한 억제대 적용율 감소활동

        문제: 억제대 적용에 대한구체적 적용지침 없이 의례적으로 억제대를사용함으로 인해 환자들의 신체적 또는 정신적 안전을 위협할 수 있다. 목적: 완전 진정상태 이거나 근력이 약하여 발관능력이 없는 환자에 대한 예방적 적용, 바빠서 환자를볼수 없 는경우, 간호사본인의 판단이 없이 타인의 요구에 따르는등의 불필요한 억제대 적용이 증가하는 원인을 파악하여 중환자실의 특수성에 맞는 억제대 적용및 제거 지침을 마련하고자 한다. 의료기관: 인천광역시에 소재한 의과대학 소속병원의 집중치료실 개선효과: 억제대 적용에 대한중환자실 간호사에게 미치는 영향을 보면 태도 정도 p=0.09(p<0.1), 올바른 수행 능력은 p= 0.005 (p <0.0히로통계적으로유의한것으로 나타났다. 지식 정도 p=0.172(p<0.05) 통계적으로 유의 하지는 않지만 모든항목이 개선 활동전 에 비해 2,3차 개선 활동후에 향상한 것으로 나타났다. 개선활동전에 8.1%였던 간호 기록, 0.7%였던 간호중재, 0%였던 의사처방율이 3차 개선 활동 후 3가지 모두 100% 달성되었다. 이는 억제대 적용율 갑소 및 부적절한 억제대 적용율은 유의하게 감소하였다. 교훈: 중환자실 간호사의 억제대 적용에 대한태도, 지식, 올바른 간호 수행 능력은 지속적으로 재평가 되어지고, 교육내용은좀더 나은 간호제공을 위하여 개발 되어져야 할 것이다. 억제대 적용 기준과 제거 기준을 Check List 하여 객관성의 유지를 위한 개선 활동은계속적으로 Feedback 되어야 할 것이다.

        오존에 의한 두 품종 콩의 가시피해 및 생리적 반응

        A glass chamber experiment was conducted to evaluate the impact of ozone(O_3) on the physiology of two soybean, Glycine max L. cultivars, 'Hwanggum" and 'Jangyub'. Thirty-day old plants with 1-2 nodes were exposed to O_3 of<10 and 150 nl l^-1 in the chambers for 8 h^d-1 for 3 days. Net photosynthesis, stomatal conductance, chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll contents, and foliar injury(% injured leaves) were measured. Although foliar damage was more severe on Jangyub than on Hwanggum, net photosynthesis was decreased by 60% on Hwanggum and 13% on Jangyub due to the O_3 treatment. Stomatal conductance on Jangyub was twice higher than that on Hwanggum and 13% on was not changed by the O_3 treatment. Whereas, stomatal conductance on Hwanggum was 60-80% decreased by O_3. Chlorophyll contents did not change due to the O_3 treatment or variety. We can conclude that the reduction of net photosynthesis by O_3 was mainly due to the decreases of stomatal conductance and Rubisco (ribulose-1, 5-bisphosphate carboxylase/oxygenase) activity on dark reaction. And foliar injury and chlorophyll content did not contribute to the net photosynthetic decrease. The gas-exchange variables measured 24 h after the termination of O_3 fumigation showed that there was no significant recovery within a day. Since the physiological responses on Jangyub were not much affected by the O_3 treatment, this variety could be O_3 resistant.

      • 고도보정 공간내삽에 의한 전국의 1km²단위 기상실황 추정

        Conventional method of generating meteorological surfaces over geographic areas often neglects the elevation effect which is considered to be a single most important control over local climate. Deviation of the estimates may exrled practical limits at some areas with complex toprlgraphy. A digital map featuring coordinates and elevation data of 72 weather stations in Korea were joined with hourly weather(trmperature, relative humidity, precipitation and wind speed) observations at the stations by using a geographic information system software. An inverse distanre weighted interpolation was done on the point features to generate prim-itive meteorological and elevation surface grids consisting of 430×600 cells, respectively. Elevation difference at each cell between the United States Geological Survey's 1 km digital elevation model and this virtual ele-vation surface was calculated. Known relationships between meteorological elements and the elevation differ-ence were used to derive "correction grids" representing the potential effects of elevation difference at each grid cell. The correction grids were added or multiplied to the primitive meteorological surfaces to obtain ele-vation-corrected estimates for corresponding elements. This srheme was applied to hourly data of 27 March 1998 to generate the elevation-corrected mrteorological surfaces. Observed data of 350 automated weather sta-tions were used to partially validate the accuracy of the results. This simple scheme sHelved a feasibility of a near-real time generation of hourly meteorological surfaces for temperature and rainfall with an affordable error range.

      • 대단위 병렬컴퓨터 시스템 노드구조 설계를 위한 워크벤치(SKYLAB)의 개발

        Building the simulation environment of massively parallel computer systems has been recognized as a better approach over the experimentation on real machines to study extensively their architectural behaviours at a minimum cost. In this paper, we introduce a parallel processing workbench SKYLAB being implemented on DE C5000/25 and SPARCI workstations for design of node architectures featuring optimal organization for massively parallel processing. For the through analysis of the features of architectures in mind, the SKYLAB comes with thress major components: the compilerbackend translating single-threaded codes into their equivalent multithreaded codes, the node architecture emulator incopperating target CPU for program execution, and the graphic use interface for easy interpretation and expedating the analysis of the statitistics from the simulation runs. The design experience of the node architecture of the DAVRID multithreaded parallel processing computer using the SKYLAB examplifies how much effictively to make experiment on parallel simulations using this integrated toolset.

      • Flunarizine이 腦虛血性흰쥐의 腦에너지 代謝에 미치는 영향

        뇌허혈증은 뇌순환장해성질환이며 Ca^2+의 과량 유입으로 조직세포의 막전압이 변하여 정상적에너지산생이 어려워지며 결국 뇌세포는 괴사에 이르게 된다. 양측총경동맥을 결찰하여 뇌허혈을 일으킨후 대뇌피질내 에너지대사관련물질을 정량한 결과 ATP, Pcr, 및 glucose량이 정상뇌에 비해 감소하였고 lactate량은 증가하였다. 이러한 현상은 정상쥐에 비해 노령화쥐, 선천성고혈압쥐, DOCA-salt 고혈압쥐 순으로 뚜렷하였다. 허혈성흰쥐에 Ca^2+길항제인 flunarizine을 2배의 등비수열적용량 10, 20, 40mg/kg을 복강내에 전처치 하였을 때 뇌에너지대사장해는 용량의존적으로 회복되었다. 이때도 노령화쥐가 회복율이 가장 부진하였다. 허혈증모델에 flunarizine 전처치한 정상혈압허혈증모델이나 경동맥결찰 30분후 뇌혈류를 재순환시킨 어린쥐는 뇌에너지대사관련물질이 거의 정상뇌에 가깝게 회복되었다. 이와같은 결과로 flunarizine은 세포내 Ca^2+의 과잉유입을 방지하여 적혈구변형능저하방지, 혈관수축억제작용으로 뇌혈류를 증진시켜 뇌에너지대사를 개선하여 뇌보호작용이 나타난 것이라 생각된다. Recent hypothesis suggests that intracellular accumulation of Ca^2+ is a common denominator of ischemic cellular damage. Flunarizine, Ca^2+ entry blocker, increases cerebral blood flow in cerebral vascular diseases. The present study was designed to evaluate the effect of flunarizine on cerebral energy metabolism in the ischemic rat brain made by bilateral carotid artery ligation. The content of ATP, creatine phosphate and glucose decreased while lactate increased after thirty minutes ligation in the aging rats, the spontaneous hypertensive rats and the DOCA-salt treated hypertensive rats. Flunarizine improved changes of the cerebral energy metabolites in a dose-dependent-response pattern. Especially, resuscitation of brain ischmic damage showed a remarkable recovery of energy metabolite to the normal state of the brain. The results showed that flunarizine ameliorated the cerebral energy metabolism in the ischemic rat brain and had a brain protective effect.
