        Today human needs for health promotion and maintenance are increasing. The nursing progression has a great responsibility for helping clients to practice good health behavior. self efficacy was found to be potent predictor in initiating and maintaining the health-related behavior. Therefore, the concept is important in nursig intervention for change of health behavior. The purpose of this paper was to analyze and clarify the meaning of the concept, self efficacy. This study used Walder & Avant's process of concept analysis. Critical attributes of self efficacy were : 1) positive perception of his won capability; 2) intrapersonal strength; 3) possibility of being learned; 4) individuality; 5) specificity; 6) generalizability. Antecedents of self efficacy consist of those facts that 1) new situation occurs; 2) individuals have needs to change the new situation; 3) there are some required actions in new situation. Consequences occurring as a result of self efficacy consist of those facts that 1) individual initiates the of failure; 5) cope with the situation; 6) controls the situation; 7) the level of self efficacy is enhanced; 8) the level of self-esteem is enhanced.

        감성돔(Acanthopagrus schlegeli) 유래의 주화세포의 확립과 확립된 세포의 특성

        감성돔 (Acanthopagrus schlegeli)의 비장에서 주화세포인 BSBS를 확립하고 세포의 특성을 검사하였다. BSBS세포는 60회 이상의 계대배양이 가능하였고 형태학적으로는 상피성 세포였다. 세포는 20℃, 10%의 FBS가 든 L-15배지에서 배양하는 조건에서 잘 자랐다. BSBS세포는 해양버나바이러스 (MABY Y-6), 잉어의 봄바이러스병바이러스 (SVCV), 넙치의 랍도바이스(HIRRV)와 연어바이러스 (CSV)를 접종했을 때 세포변성효과가 나타났다. 새로 확립된 주화세포는 앞으로 많은 바이러스병의 연구에 유용하게 사용할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. A stable cell line, BSBS (black seabream spleen), was established from the cells in spleen of black seabream, Acanthopagrus schlegeli, and characterized. Subculture maintained more than 60 passages and mophologically, BSBS cell was epithelioid cell. The cells grew optimally at 20℃ in Leibovitz's L-15 medium supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum with incubation temperature of 20℃. BSBS cells supported the growth of marine birnavirus (MABV Y-6), chum salmon reovirus (CSV), spring viremia of carp virus (SVCV) and hirame rhabdovirus (HIRRV). Thus, the new cell line may be useful for studying wide range of fish viruses.

        대학생들의 생명의 기원과 진화에 대한 관점

        본 연구는 과학을 전공하고 있는 사범대 학생들의 생명에 대한 기원의 본성과 교수방법,기원 및 진화와 관련된 지식주장 에 대한 관점을 조사하고,전공,학년,종교와 관점과의 관련성에 대해 알아보고자 실시되었다. 본 연구는 광주광역시에 소재하는 한 대학의 사범계열 과학 전공 대학생 281명의 설문지 응답 결과를 대상으로 실시하였으며,설문지는 생명에 대한 기원의 본성과 교수방법에 관한 6개 문항과 기원과 진화에 관한 지식주장 11개 주제의 31개 문항으로 구성되어있다. 문항별 빈도와 평균값을 조사하고,배경별로 유의한 차이를 보인 경우 사후비교분석을 통해 관점의 차이 정도를 알아보았다. 분석 결과 대학생들은 생명에 대한 기원의 본성과 교수방법에 대하여 전반적으로 진화론과 창조론을 균등하게 바라보고 있으나,기원과 진화에 관한 지식주장에 대해 전반적으로 진화론적인 관점을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 연구 대상이 예비 교사들이었다는 점을 감안할 때,학교에서 두 이론을 교수하는 방법이나 학생 스스로 선택하도록 하는 내용의 기원의 본성과 교수방법에 대한 경향은 진화론과 창조론을 균등하게 바라보는 관점이 우세한 것으로 나타난 것은 주목할 만한 점이며,따라서 앞으로 기원과 진화에 관한 두 이론과 그 교수방법에 대하여 예비교사들을 대상으로 하는 체계적인 연구의 수행 이 필요하다. The purpose of the study was to investigate college students' views of nature of ongms and teaching of origins and of knowledge claim of origins and evolution. A total of 281 college students who enrolled in an university located in a metropolitan city participated in the study. The instrument of this study was a questionnaire which consisted of 6 propositions on the nature of origins and teaching of origins, and 31 knowledge claims about evolution. Frequency analysis, one-way ANOVA, and post-hoc comparison analysis were conducted. Regarding the views of nature of origins and teaching of origins, college students tended to think two theories of origins equal. Regarding teaching of origins, Christian students tended to treat two theories, creationism and evolution, more equally than non-Christian students did. Biology major students showed more positive attitude toward teaching origins with two model approach than the other majors did. Regarding knowledge claims of origins and evolution, college students' views of origins were skewed toward evolution side. Views on origins were different according to major, school year and its combination.

        자폐적 행동 양상을 보이는 아동과 어머니간의 애착 발달에 관한 분석적 연구

        This study was conducted to examine the feature of attachment and the main factors of attachment development between autistic child and his or her mother. Data was collected at Day Care Center for Children with Developmental Disorder in S National University Hospital through nurses's in S National University Hospital through nurses's participating observation, interview with the mothers, and review of nursing records, from April 2 to June 30, 1994. The subjects were all 6 children, one was a girl, the others were boys, and their mothers who participate at the sensory-integrative play for attachment promotion served at this center. Content analysis was done for data analysis. First, all data were categorized by main concepts, reciprocity and affect. Then these wee analyzd and discussed on the aspects of specificity, proximity, synchrony, joint attention, strong affect, emotional availability which were chosen as the components of attachment through literature review. The results of this study were summarized as follows : all subjects were underdeveloped, unstable and showed different level of mother-child attachment. But during the program their attachment behaviors improved little by little. The behaviors which represented specificity, proximity, and strong affect were increased considerably, on the other hand the behaviors which represented joint attention and emotional availability were scarce. The more mother and child had contact and interacted merrily, the more their attachment behaviors developed. Another important factors of attachment development in these cases were mother and child's each characteristics. Especially the child's autistic peculiarity, such as indifference, severe resistance, distracterbility, stereotype tendency, physical condition were major barriers of maintatining the mother-child interaction. Also mother's attitude to her child, raring skill and physical condition were influencing factors. A few mothers who were anxious and stubborn had much more difficulty to adjust to their children. The mother who had experienced happiness with her child, especially if the mother experienced more fun at the play by herself became more positive, active and flexible, and that mother-child interaction maintained much longer and improved. It was more critical to help them enjoy their interaction. Thus nurses had to plan and intervene more joyful and various play, and consider mother's need in addition to child's need. And The program should be strengthened to support the mother emotionally to maximize the therapeutic effect.

        광고 사인디자인 산업의 활성화 방안에 관한 연구

        As a cultural industry in the 21th century is having a great influence on a nation's future, a cityscape of an outdoor Advertisement sign-design representing the image of the nation as well as the city is now becoming very important. Today, a new era in which we should express our own tangible or intangible culture into concrete products has arrived. As an example, in one of our neighborhood countries-Japan, there are many outdoor signs expressing their own particular culture in any cityscape. This is because Japan has put more efforts in the Advertisement sign-design industry as a result of great industrial development. Compared with Japan, however, Korea's Advertisement sign-design industry is far behind that of any other developed countries while its consuming industry is almost the same or even beyond. Therefore, if at all possible, every related member should put more efforts to present our own culture in the cityscape, not just to seek economic growth. Just like that human beings' efforts have leaded an industrial society to an information society, it is our today's mission to make the valuable results by combining each member's effort. In addition, as for the outdoor signs, we absolutely need to have a progressive mind to represent our own lifestyle and customs in them, not a simple mind to only show them. A little, but steady effort has to be continued until our pursuing purposes are achieved, and the Advertisement sign-design industry is one of the cultural industries on which Korea must concentrate most.

      • 희소 행렬 간의 곱셈에 관한 연구

        희소 행렬 연산은 많은 과학 계산에서 사용되는데 희소 행렬에 대한 연산 속도는 프로세서의 이론적인 최고 속도보다 훨씬 낮은 것이 일반적이다. 그 이유는 희소 행렬의 자료 구조가 간접 자료 구조이고 이에 따라 부동 소수점 산술 연산의 횟수가 메모리 접근 명령 횟수에 비해 낮기 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 primal-dual 최적화 문제를 푸는데 사용되는 희소 행렬 A와 블록 대각 행렬 H에 대하여 AHA^(t)의 연산을 효율적으로 계산하는 방법에 대하여 소개한다. Sparse matrices arise in many scientific applications. However, the speed of operating on sparse matrices tends to be far below the theoretical peak performance of the processor, largely due to their indirect data structures and the low ratio of operations to data access. In this paper, we introduce an efficient implementation of computing AHA^(t) where A is a sparse matrix and H is a block diagonal matrix. Our matrices come from solving primal-dual optimization problems.

This study participated in C.I development of made Damyang-Gun and this study established design concept and making an alternative plan, showing of problems and generalization analysis, environment research and characteristic of district. This study show various design idea, and develope symbol and logo of each district. base on that, by making generalize manual, we develope application design that we use variously. we have a distinction and efficiency increase of administration business of local government and we newly create district image and we actually aid economy activity of inhabitant by means of direct and indirect.

      • 희소 행렬 연산의 속도 개선에 관한 연구

        Sparse matrix-vector multiplication is an important computational kernel that performs poorly on most modem processors due to a low compute-to-memory ratio and irregular memory access patterns. Optimization is difficult because of the complexity of cache-based memory systems and because performance is highly dependent on the nonzero structure of the matrix. The Sparsity system is designed to address these problems by allowing users to automatically build sparse matrix kernels that are tuned to their matrices and machines. Sparsity combines traditional techniques such as loop transformations with data structure transformations and optimization heuristics that are specific to sparse matrices. It provides a novel framework for selecting optimization parameters, such as block size, using a combination of performance models and search. In this paper we discuss the optimization of two operations: a sparse matrix times a dense vector and a sparse matrix times a set of dense vectors. Our experience indicates that register level optimizations are effective for matrices arising in certain scientific simulations, in particular finite-element problems. Cache level optimizations are important when the vector used in multiplication is larger than the cache size, especially for matrices in which the nonzero structure is random. For applications involving multiple vectors, reorganizing the computation to perform the entire set of multiplications as a single operation produces significant speedups. We describe the different optimizations and parameter selection techniques and evaluate them on several machines using over 40 matrices taken from broad set of application domains. Our results demonstrate speedups of up to 2x for the single vector case and up to 6x for the multiple vector case.
