In this study, experiments were carried out to investigate the characteristics of ceramic material s for grinding and wear process by diamond wheel. Normal component of grinding resistance of A1₂0₃was less than that of Si₃N₄ and Zr0₂. This seems to be the characteristics of ceramic material generating between toots and work pieces both of high hardness. For the case of Si₃N₄ and ZrO₂ as the grain mesh number of wheel increases, the surface roughness decreases. For the case of Al₂O₃, the surface roughness does not decreases, Specific grinding energy decreases as the chip removal rate increases. Si₃N₄ and ZrO₂ materials is grinded by abrasive wear processes but Al₂O₃ material is grinded by grain shedding process, i.e, brittleness destruction

We have studied the grinding characteristic for three kind of ceramics in diamond wheel grinding process, and have also found the optimal conditions to get the best surface roughness under above mentioned process for ceramics. Considering the wheel grains in grinding of Si₃N₄and ZrO₂ceramics, the surface roughness has related with the amount of load applying on wheel as varying the feed rate owing to the minute destruction phenomenon of grains in grinding of Si₃N₄ and ZrO₂ceramics. For the case of Al₂O₃. the depth of cut has related with the surface roughness as grinding is carried out by grain shedding process due to the brittleness destruction phenomenon. The major factors affecting the surface roughness and the optimum grinding conditions have also obtained by using the design of experiment.

Forty-five children, aged from 3 to 5 years old, were examined to study the relationship between the dental behavior of the children and the anxiety level of their mothers; as measured by scores on the Corah's Dental Anxiety Scale. The results were as follows: 1. Children of mothers with high anxiety scores demonstrated significantly more negative dental behavior than did children of mothers with low anxiety scores. 2. Factor of sex was found not to be related significantly to the dental behavior of the children. 3. Mother's educational level was found not to be related significantly to the dental behavior of the children.

The basis of Buddhism is the dharma of Buddha's comprehendsion and enlightenment. In this point, Buddha's enlightenment in the history is the start of Buddhism. This is teaching of possibility which all beings will be Buddha. It is the idea of tatha- gata-garbha(buddhadha-tu). The tatha- gata-garbha and ONE vehicle(eka-yana) are the core of these two texts. Thus this treatise deal with it of quotations in 『SRI-MALA-SU-TRA』being 『RATNA-GOTRA-VIBHA-GA-SA-STRA』. At first RGV refers to seven diamond passage(vajra-padanisapta). Among these, with explaining the fourth. Dha-tu, the ultimate reality(pa-rama-rtha-satya)is to be known to object(visaya) and the field of tatha-gata. The most meaning(artha) is not different name of all beging's world (sattvas dha-tu). It is not different name of tatha-gata--garbha. And it is not different name of dharmaka-ya. In a word tatha-gata-gata-garbha is not different from tatha-gata-dharmaka-ya which is purified being is freed from uncleaned being. The purified being is the ultimate conversion. The ultimate conversion is not two jewels but ONE jewel. Buddha-Yatna. Two jewel have fear. but one jewel is not fear. Thus three wehicles are also converted to ONE vehicle(eka-yana). That is realized to ultimate dharmaka-ya is to be entered into Eka-yana. For we can see that insight of wonderfulness of tatha-gata-garbha clarify the thought of one vehicle. But everyone could not insight the ultimate being (tatha-gata-dharma-ka-ya). Thus they should be believed in it and it's embryo, tathangatagarbha. They do so, they are not to be differented from them. Eventually, they free from worldly life and live in non-worldly life, that is, will be attained nirva-na.
레이저 박피술의 피부면적 감소효과와 레이저 punch out 병변의 치유에 대한 실험적 연구

An experimental study was designed to analyze the surface reduction effect of ultrapulse carbon dioxide laser on the skin of guinea pigs receiving laser resurfacing. Two squares of skin measuring 3x3 ㎠ were designed on each side of the abdomen of guinea pigs(n=10). Five animals received laser resurfacing on their abdomen at energy of 250mJ/5 watt, and five other animals received 500 mJ/5 watt. On each animal, the left side square was treated with one pass of a CO2 laser, and the right side q=square was treated with two passes using a C.P.G. scanner. The size of the resurfacing area was determined by celluloid overlays at 1,2,3,4 and 6 weeks. Immediately following laser resurfacing, the area was decreased to 69%(left side) and 56%(right side) of the designed area in the 250 mJ/5 watt group, and 59% and 40% in the 500mJ/5 watt group. After 6 weeks, the resurfaced area had been reduced to 70% and 56% of the designed area in the 250mJ/5 watt group, and 60% and 40% in the 500mJ/5 watt group. As a result, the effect of surface reduction by CO2 laser resurfacing increased at a higher power and when more passes of the ultrapulse carbon dioxide laser were applied. The laser treated skin continued to maintain its contracted dimensions. These findings suggest that ultrapulse carbon dioxide laser may be an effective treatment method for rhytides. Another experiment was performed on multiple punch-out lesions on guinea pig skin(n=2) with 1,2,3 mm collimated hand pieces for the purpose of determining a new laser treatment method. After 4 weeks, on gross and histological examination, there were no differences in the healing of multiple punch-out lesions and the healing of punch-out lesions was complete without any scarring. These findings suggest that the laser punch-out method can be used for the treatment of acne scars.
