        한국 · 대만 유도국가대표선수들의 한팔 업어치기 동작 시근 활성도 비교 분석

        The purpose of this study was to compare and analyze the electromyograpic activity between Korean and Taiwanese of Ippon-Seoinage (one-armed shoulder throw) as Tokuinage (favorite and major technique) in Judo. The subject (Tori, attacker), who was 4 Korean and Taiwanese representative judoists from 2007 to 2009 years, respectively, Uke (defender) was a Judo-doll made by Kim, Eui-hwan etc. (2007), whole body of judo-doll was fixed, upper body was flexible 35 degree forward and backward, lower was 15 degree, was used to muscles activities measured by surface-electrode & electromyography. Subject performed 5 successful trials respectively, with parter (Uke) was resistance (R-0%) of judo-doll. Muscle activities were obtained from the electromyography analysis. Muscle activities in all phase, Taiwanese were lower than Korean, right Bicep, Trapezius, Tibialis muscles in Kuzushi phase, right Bicep, right Trapezius, left Rectus abdominus in Tsukuri and Kake phase, different between Taiwanese and Korean were signify (p < .5).

      • Dimethomorph처리에 의한 고추역병 방제효과

        Dimethomorph의 고추역병에 대한 방제효과를 두가지 약제처리 방법에 의하여 metalaxylcopper oxychloride, propamocarb hydrochloride, ICIA5504의 방제효과와 비교하였다. 1. 약제 현탁액을 고추의 잎과 줄기에 살포하였을 때, 4개 약제 모두 고추에 대한 약해는 인정되지 않았다. Metalaxyl-Cu 현탁액을 고추의 근권토양에 관주하였을 때, 고추의 잎에 괴저형 점무늬가 발생하였다. 나머지 3개 약제의 현탁액을 토양관주한 고추에서는 어떤 약해증상도 나타나지 않았다. 2. Oatmeal 배지 상에서 역병균사에 대한 발육억제효과는 dimethomorph와 metalaxyl-Cu가 우수하였다. 3. 4종의 약제 모두 경엽살포에 의한 고추역병방제효과는 크지 않았다. 4. Dimethomorph 500-2,000배액을 고추의 근권토양에 관주하고 줄기에 역병균사를 접종하였을 때, 약제처리 7주 후까지 역병의 병반진적이 억제되었다. Control effect of dimethomorph on red-pepper fruit rot(Phytophthora capsici) were compared with the effects of metalaxyl-copper oxychloride, propamocarb hydrochloride and ICIA5504 by spray and soil-drenching method. Any damage was not observed on the red-pepper plants sprayed with four kind of fungicides. By soil-drenching method, small necrotic spots were observed on leaves of the plants soil-dranched with metalaxyl-copper but any damage of the plants treated with other fungicides was not observed. On oatmeal agar media, inhibition effect of dimethomorph and metalaxyl-copper on growth of the pathogenic fungi were excellent. However, the control effects of the chemicals on red-pepper fruit rot were not significant by spray application. When dimethomorph suspensions(500 to 2,000 times) were poured onto the rhizosphere soil, developments of black rotten symptoms were inhibited untill seven weeks after the chemical treatment.

      • Spray Dryer를 이용한 배연탈황의 수치모사

        반건식 배연탈황공정에서 사용되는 spray dryer absorber(SDA)에 대한 수치모사를 행하였다. 기본 방정식으로는 기체와 액적의 각 성분들의 물질수지식, 에너지수지식과 액적의 운동 방정식등이 포함되었다. 만들어진 모델은 대부분이 기존의 SPRAYMOD-M보다 실제의 pilot plant date를 더 잘 모사하였다. 실제 pilot plant에서 사용되는 값의 범위 내에서 선정된 공정변수가 SDA의 성능에 미치는 효과를 계산하고, 이를 SO₂의 흡수속도, 배연기체의 체류시간, 그리고 액적의 건조시간 및 속도 등에 의해 검토하였다. 또 SO₂제거율을 두 개의 독립된 공정 변수의 함수로 구하였으며, 그 결과를 3차원 또는 2차원의 등가선으로 표시하여 SDA의 설계에 쉽게 적용될 수 있도록 하였다. A mathematical model has been developed for simulating the spray dryer absorber (SDA) used in semi-dry flue gas desulfurization process. Fundamental equations include the component mass and heat balances in both gas and droplet phases and the equation of motion for a single droplet. The model developed described the pilot-plant data much better than the existing SPRAYMOD-M model. The effect of the process variables, whose values were chosen within the operation limits of the actual pilot plants, on % SO₂removal or conversion of the sorbent were calculated, and discussed in terms of SO₂absorption rate, the residence time of flue gas, the velocity and drying time of droplets. Finally, the % SO₂removal was calculated with two independent process variables and the results were shown on three-dimensional or two-dimensional diagrams with the lines of constant % SO₂removal, so that they can be easily applied to preliminary design of the SDA.

      • 운동 중 지방 대사에 대한 고찰

        Glucose-fatty acid cycle is very important because it explains that fatty acid influences glucose level. Glucose-fatty acid cycle is the key factor to understand how endurance training which aids fat oxidation and carbohydrate stored in skeletal muscle influence mitochondria level. However, it is not certain whether glucose-fatty acid cycle influences exercising skeletal muscle of human being. As an energy resource, training increases use of fatty acid, endurance ability, and oxidation of triglyceride. During high level training, catecholamine secretions and restraint of fatty acid use caused by insulin increases dramatically, this results in reduction of free fat acids and reunification of free fat acids into triglyceride. Training restrains insulin activity and reduces plasma acid density, however, elite athletes have high triglyceride-fatty acid cycle. Although enzyme's activities and mitochondira's density increase after training, it's not certain that enzyme's activities is major factor in restraint of fatty acid oxidation in exercising muscle cells. Stores of fat leads to increases of fat oxidation, performance and reduces use of carbohydrate, however, there is no absolute evidence to support these results.

      • 학교시설 건립에 있어 CM적용 필요성에 관한 연구

        This study aims to find out demand areas of CM by examining the progresses of various service areas for the conceptual framework of CM suitable to construction environment of school facilities and recognition and needs of construction business management and present the basic information to construction business managers. Consequently, such problems as practical application of cost for design and construction and demand and supply of materials were pointed out in the side of construction executor based on sufficient budget and supports for the construction and design. As a result of questionnaire, it was found that design change factors according to progress included changes of field conditions and degree of opinion adjustment in the part of constructor and changes by customers' personal intentions in the part of designer. As a result of examining the degree of recognition and needs of construction business management, most of respondents showed affirmative responses on recogniton of construction business management, employment of constuction business manager and its application in building school facilities and in particular constructors showed a high affirmative opinions. Accordingly, it will be important that the need and importance of construction business management in building school facilities should be emphasized to customers, its expected effects should be published, professional technologies should be equipped for ensuring more demanders and service demands by each area should be explored.

        The purpose of this study was to reform practically a Korean Judo's Doechigi-Bon(Forms of Counterattack, judo's Gaeshi no Kata, Judo's Uradori no Kata, Judo's Gonosen no Kata) that was established in 1955 Korea, according to changing of techniques by Judo's modernization, in order to have Judo's carefulness and systematic diffusion.       • 주 5일 근무제에 따른 제주지역 대안관광의 모색

        The Korean government is planning to gradually introduce the 5-day work week in 2002 in order to improve the quality of life of Koreans. The expected effects in the tourism sector will be an increase of travel demand during the weekend and changes in travel patterns. This study include an promotion of cultural tourism, eco-toursm, sports tourism and night tourism for the introduction of the 5-day work week system in the Jeju island. In addition, this study demonstrated the alternatives for the 5-day work week system in the Jeju area are efficient use of the related environment and maximum concentration of local resources and capabilities. This study confirms that what we set out to accomplish is attainable through the strategies presented in the study.

      • 유방선암의 유형에 따른 c-erbB-2, p53, bcl-2, 그리고 c-myc의 발현

        Breast carcinoma is a common malignant tumor in female of the korea. Various oncogenes have been found in malignant tumor cells. There were many reports or correlation between the prognosis of patients and c-erbB-2, p53, bcl-2, and c-myc, but is controversial. We performed immunohistochemical stain for above antigenic protein for 80 cases of breast carcinoma and evaluated expression rate of each antigens, and we compared their correlation with prognosis of patients. The results were as follow; 1) The expression rates in breast carcinoma was c-erbB-2 80%, p53 56.3%, bcl-2 51.3% and c-myc 53.8%. 2) c-erbB-2 showed no significant difference according to histologic types, grade, and lymph node metastatic status of breast carcinoma. 3) p53 showed higher expression rate in metastatic cases compared to non-metastatic cases, and it showed higher expression rate according to increasing of grade without significant difference. There is no significant difference according to types. 4) The expression rate of bcl-2 in breast carcinoma be lowed according to increasing of grade. There was no significant difference according to types, side, and status of lymph node metastasis. 5) c-myc showed higher expression rate in non-metastatic cases compared to and metastatic cases, and it showed decreasing expression rate according to increasing of grade without significant difference. There is no significant difference according to types. 6) p53 and bcl-2 in breast carxinoma showed reverse corre1ation(P < 0.05), and bc1-2 and c-myc showed close correlation without statiscally significance. Above results showed that p53 may be related to poor prognosis of the patients and c-myc may be related good prognosis in breast carcinoma. There was reverse correlation between p53 and bcl-2 and bcl-2 and c-myc may be correlated closely. c-erbB-2 and bcl-2 showed no interrelation to prognosis.
