        정안침요법(整顔鍼療法)을 응용하여 호전된 후천성 사경환자 치험 2례

        Objectives : This report intended to estimate effects of Jung-an acupuncture on the acquired torticollis caused by muscle contraction. Methods : The patients were treated by Jung-an acupuncture, herb medication and Physical treatment daily. The improvement of the patients was judged by Toronto Western Spasmodic Torticollis Rating Scale(TWSTRS), Tsui's score and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS). Results : After 7 days of treatment, the 2 patients' neck pain and cervical movement were improved. Also, TWSTRS score, Tsui's score and VAS were all reduced. Conclusions : As the Jung-an acupuncture's theological base is organized with meridian theory and myofacial release therapy, We considered the Jung-an acupuncture is effective not only for the skin disease but also for the muscle problem such as torticollis.

      • 유리섬유 강화복합재료의 표면열화특성에 관한 연구

        In this work, the properties of FRP, which is applied recently in the composite insulating materials, by thermal and water treatment were investigated. The specimens were epoxy glass laminates fabricated by thermal press method and had the volume content of 46[%]cutted 45˚ in the fiber direction and 2.0[mm]thickness. The thermal treatment results showed that the amount of weight loss, wettability, surface potential, and surface resistivity increased up to 200[℃]without as a function of temperature. Usually, most degradations caused the hydrophilic to decrease the contact angle. But, in this work on thermal-degradated FRP, we can confirm the introduction of hydrophobic properties by cross-linking and the ablation of polar small-molecules rather than chain scission and oxidation. Finally, weight loss decreased and contact angle increased. These phenomena show the existence of hydrophobic surface. With the change to the hydrophobic surface and the electrical potential and resistivity on FRP surface increased. But, the dielectric properties are decreased. The water treatment results showed the contact angle and surface resistivity of the treated samples were decreased as a function of exposed time. For the surface potential decay of water degraded samples, it was found that the more treated time, the faster diminished on the accumulated charge because of the effect of polar hydroxyl groups induced. In dielectric properties, dielectric constant was increased as accelerated degradation developed with water treatments.

      • Feedforward Backpropagation Neural Network을 이용한 척추질환 환자의 진단에 관한 연구

        Artificial neural network can be used as a diagnosis and predictive method for analyzing patterns in multivariate cases. The goal of this study is diagnosis of the spondylolisthesis from biomedical data that is derived from the shape and orientation of the pelvis and lumbar spine. The data set has six attributes including pelvic incidence, pelvic tilt, lumbar lordosis angle, sacral slope, pelvic radius and grade of spondylolisthesis and two class including normal and abnormal. From University of California at Irvine machine learning repository, 100 normal and 150 spondylolisthesis patient’s data were used for this study. Backpropagation neural network, diagnosis used for diagnosis fo spondylisthesis and the results were described in this paper.

      • TAGUCHI 방법을 활용한 3D프린터의 최적출력조건 선정에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to study the dimensions of the string phenomenon and the x and y axis line widths to select the optimal output conditions for 3D printers using the taguchi method. Four variables were derived through a pre-experiment, and a total of two experiments were conducted randomly in the order of 27 combinations of experimental conditions using an orthogonal arrangement table. The optimal conditions for the string phenomenon are 85% extrusion amount, 200mm/s, 0.2mm layer height, and output temperature 180 degrees. Optimal conditions for line width x were extrusion amount 100%, moving speed 200mm/s, layer height 0.2mm, output temperature 220° line width dimensions y, extrusion amount 85%, moving speed 150mm/s, layer height 0.25mm, output temperature 220°, and subsequent experiments showed optimum extrusion amount 90%, moving speed 200mm/s, output temperature 0.15mm, layer height.

      • 남극지역의 대기오염 측정체계 구축을 위한 기초조사

        From January through February 2000, the SO_2. NO_2, and VOCs (Volatile organic compounds) concentrations were measured at the total 15 sites (between 6213S and 6214S, between 5846W and 5848W) around the King Sejong Station located in King George Island. The badge type of SO_2 and NO_2 passive diffusion samplers impregnated with 5% Na_2CO_3 and TEA, respectively and VOC passive samplers including activated carbon filter were used. The samplers brought back to the laboratory were analyzed with IC or GC after extracting by distilled pure water, H_2O_2, or CS_2. Considering that the concentration level of each compound analyzed are very low in Antarctica, the blanks and instrumental detection limits were also determined. The blanks of SO_2 and NO_2 sampler were found to be 0.63 ppb and 0.49 ppb, respectively. Measured concentrations range from <LOD to 1.58 ppb for NO_2 and from <LOD to 0.44 ppb for SO_2. For ten species of VOCs investigated, on the other hand, most of compounds except for toluene and benzene could not be detected because of extremely low concentrations below the instrumental detection limits. Measured concentrations range from <LOD to 0.96ppb for toluene and from <LOD to 0.22 ppb for benzene. Although the concentrations of most gaseous contaminants investigated are observed to be very low, our results clearly show that anthropogenic emissions at King Sejong Station affect the concentrations of several of these compounds. The limited but valuable data presented in this study will be helpful to establish the systematic air monitoring system in the near future.

        MPEG-4 for an object base coding after extracting the region from image, the coding for a real-time requirements is quick and must be accurate. The object crisis algorithms of existing calculation quantity are many and with image transformation or video conferencing system to same real-time application they are not suitably. The object real-time tracking it tried to apply the CAM-Shift algorithm which is possible from the dissertation which it sees consequently. Tracking the object which it moves or wants the VO where (Video Object) tracking the user wants in bounding box form defines the object where is started. Tracking the object of after uses a CAM-Shift algorithm and are extracted and the VOP with the VO which it is composed. It defines one bounding box with the method which is proposed consequently about lower only one VOP there to be it will be able to compose, it becomes.

        사람 血淸의 개 赤血球에 對한 凝集活性에 關한 硏究

        Various classification of human blood type is important in medicolegal field such as individual identification and paternity test, etc. So the author attempted new classification of human sera by their agglutinating activities to dog red blood cells, and compared these results with diverse blood or serum types. The results could be summarized as follows: 1. Human sera were divided into two groups by their agglutination activities to dog RBC; one was agglutination group and the other was no-agglutination group. The incidence of agglutination group was 89% and no-agglutination group was 11%. 2. Individual differences of dog RBC did not affect on their agglutination reaction by human sera. 3. This agglutination property of human sera to dog RBc had no relation with ABO, Cl, H, Htr, ab.C, CCI, CAl and haptoglobin types and with agglutination property of human sera to bovine, cat and mouse RBC.
