The button mushroom (Agaricus bisporus) is one of the most widely cultivated important edible mushroom species. In the breeding of new button mushroom, ‘Seolgang’ was developed by crossing two monokaryons ‘CM020913-27’ and ‘SSU423-31’. Because of the secondarily homothallism, only a small percentage of the basidia produce 3 or 4 spores, which are mostly haploid (n) and do not fruit. Single spore cultures derived from these types of spores produce a vegetative mycelium that also contain a variable number of genetically identical nuclei per cell called monokaryon. The lack of clamp connections between monokaryon and dikaryon required a series of mycelial culture and fruiting test. After crossing, hybrids were cultivated on a small scale and on a commercial scale at a farm. For this, the spawn was made by a commercial spawn producer and the spawned compost by a commercial compost producer. Mycelial growth of ‘Seolgang’ on CDA was better at 20℃ and 25℃ when it was compared with that of ‘505 Ho’. The mature cap shape of new strain ‘Seolgang’ is oblate spheroid and the immature cap shape is round to oblate spheroid. The cap diameter was 41.2 mm on average. In comparison with white strain ‘505 Ho’, the strain had a yield that was 9% higher. It produced fruiting bodies which had a higher weight on average per fruiting body and were 19% firmer with a good shelf life. Days of fruiting body were 3-4 days later than those of ‘505 Ho’. The physical characteristics such as elasticity, chewiness, adhesiveness were better than that of ‘505 Ho’. Genetic analysis of the new strain ‘Seolgang’ showed different profiles compared to ‘505 Ho’, CM02913-27, SSU413-31, when RAPD primers A02 and O04 were used.

This paper deals with power saving technique for the asymmetrical half-bridge converter on no-load. Because of ZVS the converter has efficiency and represents low EMI characteristics. However, the ZVS operation leads to power loss under no-load condition. It is caused by conduction current through parasitic elements. A scheme of power saving at no=lead is represented and verified through experimental results for 60W sample.

From January through February 2000, the SO_2. NO_2, and VOCs (Volatile organic compounds) concentrations were measured at the total 15 sites (between 6213S and 6214S, between 5846W and 5848W) around the King Sejong Station located in King George Island. The badge type of SO_2 and NO_2 passive diffusion samplers impregnated with 5% Na_2CO_3 and TEA, respectively and VOC passive samplers including activated carbon filter were used. The samplers brought back to the laboratory were analyzed with IC or GC after extracting by distilled pure water, H_2O_2, or CS_2. Considering that the concentration level of each compound analyzed are very low in Antarctica, the blanks and instrumental detection limits were also determined. The blanks of SO_2 and NO_2 sampler were found to be 0.63 ppb and 0.49 ppb, respectively. Measured concentrations range from <LOD to 1.58 ppb for NO_2 and from <LOD to 0.44 ppb for SO_2. For ten species of VOCs investigated, on the other hand, most of compounds except for toluene and benzene could not be detected because of extremely low concentrations below the instrumental detection limits. Measured concentrations range from <LOD to 0.96ppb for toluene and from <LOD to 0.22 ppb for benzene. Although the concentrations of most gaseous contaminants investigated are observed to be very low, our results clearly show that anthropogenic emissions at King Sejong Station affect the concentrations of several of these compounds. The limited but valuable data presented in this study will be helpful to establish the systematic air monitoring system in the near future.

기존 새만금유역의 물수지분석은 유역전체를 단일유역으로 단순화하여 가지야마식으로 산출한 유출량을 기초로 행해졌으나, 새만금유역은 용수공급체계가 복잡 다양하고 향후 임의의 지점에서물수지요소가 변경될 때 탄력적으로 적용하기엔 어려움이 있다 본 연구에서는 새만금유역에 적합한 물수지분석모형 적용을 위하여 수개의 물수지 단위소유역으로 구분하고 각각의 소유역별 수자원의 개발과 이용에 대해 물수지를 상세분석할 수 있는 GIS 기반의 유역물수지모형을 개발하였다. 유역의 물수지 상세 분석을 위하여 UML 다이어그램을 이용한 물수지모형의 추상 및 개년 설계, 용수공급체계 반영을 위한 하천망 구성, GIS 기반의 전처리 및 후처리 모듈 개발, 모형 보정 및 검증 등을 포함하는 연구를 수행하였다. 이러한 물수지분석모형은 수자원의 유출과정 해석을 통해 유역내 효율적인 수자원관리 방안을 수립할 수 있도록 지원이 가능하며, 사웅자로 하여금 유역의체계적인 수자원관리에 있어 수작업을 최소화하고 다원화된 모델 분석체계를 지원함으로써 보다 편리하고, 합리적인 수자원관리방안 수립에 지원이 가능할 것으로 사료된다. Existing Semangeum's water balance analysis simplifies whole basin to single basin and achieved volume of effluence that produce by Kajiyama way to foundation. But Semangeum is complicated and various rice-wine strainer supply system. And there is difficulty to apply as elastic when water balance element is changed at free point. Divided to unit possession station for suitable water balance analysis model application to Semangeum in this study. And developed basin water balance model of GIS base that can do details analysis is bite about development and transfer of an appropriation in the budget of basin water resources. Achieved study including abstraction and concept design that use UML (unified modeling language) diagram for details analysis, stream network composition for rice-wine strainer supply system application, preprocessing of GIS base and postprocessing module development, model revision and verification etc. Support of this water balance analysis model is available to establish efficient water resources administration plan through outward flow process analysis of water resources. And support is considered to be possible in more convenient and, reasonable water resources administration way establishment by minimizing manual processing in systematic water resources government official to user and support diversified analysis system.

We selected 17 kinds required experimental subjects according to analysis of content of the experiment in the 7 sorts of physics textbook being used at the high school, and made the assessment's standard table of the group and the individual. And we used those subjects as the method of assessment in order to increase reasonably the accomplishment of learning goal. As the result of that, experimenting behaviors turned into more active and the role of individual was made concrete. Therefore students had more interest in the experiment. Consequentely, students understood better not only the learning of the experiment but also the contents of the textbooks through the comprehension of the learning of the experiment and the improvement of ability of research.

A technical trend of the temperature display and controller area is preceeding to accommodate multiple sensor inputs. A new multi-sensor amplifier is proposed. It is simple, reliable, and economic. The circuit can amplify PT, K, R and humidity sensor signals, and also amplify voltage and current signals. The A/D converter using Σ-Δ technology is used in the new system design. Using this converter, the measuring system can be made as low cost with high resolution. The performance of the multi-sensor amplifier circuit is proven by the Pspice simulation.

This paper deals with a implementation of FC(Frequency Converter). The FC has wide output voltage variation (2∼ 250V) and frequency (40∼ 1kHz). Introducing high frequency isolation technique, the system can be made as small size with safety improvement. By using the TMS320LF2407A(40 MIPS) of TI's exclusive motion control DSP, the controller can be composed with compactness and high reliability. The control algorithms are varified through experimental results.

School-Based Management(SBM) is a part of deucation restructuring strategies that has been implemented by developed countries. For the successful introduction and realization of the system in this nation, it is prerequisite that individual schools should be authorized to exclusively make decisions regarding three key aspects of school education, that is, curriculum arrangement and operation, personnel management and budget compilation And the following several requirements should be fulfilled. First, decision makings should be performed jointly by special teams which can contain all of the school faculty rather than only by School Management Committee. Second, the disclosure of information should be promoted orienting education demanders through information sharing devices. Third, autonomous, school-based management requires the continuous training of teachers in order to make them have experts and technologies as necessary for such management. Fourth, a jurisdictional education office should strengthen internal or external rewards for a successful education by any individual school. Fifth, leadership by principal in the level of individual school should be fundamentally reformed. SBM can not be effective if it is not sustained by school-based budgeting. School accounting system is one of the main constitutes of school-based management. Under the system, financial allocation is implemented in a total amount unit basis for each of individual schools after fully considering the number and educational needs of students and characteristic but objective requirements by schools. When the education office allocates budget to schools in prescribed procedures, the top leadership of each of the school, principal should establish a standard about how to divide such budget for school operation through consultation with teachers and student parents. If the school management invest a large part of the operation expense into teaching and learning processes in a fair way, it will make teachers recognize that teaching is being more preferred than any others, resultantly improving teachers' contribution to classes.
