In this paper, we study the concepts of Wijsman lacunary invariant convergence, Wijsman lacunary invariant statistical convergence, Wijsman lacunary I<sub>2</sub>-invariant convergence (I<sup>σθ</sup><sub>W2</sub>), Wijsman lacunary I<sub>2</sub>-invariant convergence (I<sup>σθ</sup><sub>W2</sub>), Wijsman p- strongly lacunary invariant convergence ([W<sub>2</sub>N<sub>σθ</sub>]<sub>p</sub>) of double sequence of sets and investigate the relationships among Wijsman lacunary invariant convergence, [W<sub>2</sub>N<sub>σθ</sub>]<sub>p</sub>, I<sup>σθ</sup><sub>W2</sub> and I<sup>σθ</sup><sub>W2</sub>. Also, we introduce the concepts of I<sup>σθ</sup><sub>W2</sub>-Cauchy double sequence and I<sup>σθ</sup><sub>W2</sub> - Cauchy double sequence of sets.

In this study, we present some asymptotical invariant and asymptotical lacunary invariant equivalence types for double sequences via ideals using modulus functions and investigate relationships between them.
Design and Implementation of a Hybrid Fuzzy Logic Controller for a Quadrotor VTOL Vehicle

Helicopters have generated considerable interest in both the control community due to their complex dynamics, and in military community because of their advantages over regular aerial vehicles. In this paper, we present the modeling and control of a four rotor vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) un-manned air vehicle known as quadrotor aircraft. This model has been generated using Newton-Euler equations. In order to control the helicopter, classical PD (proportional derivative) and Hybrid Fuzzy PD controllers have been designed. Although fuzzy control of various dynamical systems has been presented in literature, application of this technology to quadrotor helicopter control is quite new. A quadrotor helicopter has nonlinear characteristics where classical control methods are not adequate es-pecially when there are time delays, disturbances and nonlinear vehicle dynamics. On the other hand, Fuzzy control is nonlinear and it is thus suitable for nonlinear system control. Matlab Simulink has been used to test, analyze and compare the performance of the controllers in simulations. For the evaluation of the autonomous flight controllers, some experiments were also performed. For this pur-pose, an experimental test stand has been designed and manufactured. This study showed that although, both of the classical PD and the Fuzzy PD controllers can control the system properly, the Fuzzy PD controllers performed slightly better than the classical PD controllers, and have benefits such as better disturbance rejection, ease of building the controllers.

In this paper, firstly we introduce the concepts of deferred Cesàro summable and deferred statistically convergent function, and secondly we introduce the concepts of deferred almost summable and deferred almost statistically convergent functions. Furthermore, we investigate the relations between these concepts.

ROUGH STATISTICAL CONVERGENCE IN 2-NORMED SPACES

In this study, we introduced the notions of rough statistical convergence and defined the set of rough statistical limit points of a sequence and obtained statistical convergence criteria associated with this set in 2-normed space. Then, we proved that this set is closed and convex in 2-normed space. Also, we examined the relations between the set of statistical cluster points and the set of rough statistical limit points of a sequence in 2-normed space.

Purpose: To evaluate whether alterations in plasma vitamin A and E levels in patients with psoriasis have an effect on tear film changes. Methods: Sixty-two eyes of 31 patients with psoriasis vulgaris (Group A) and 74 eyes of 37 age- and gendermatched control subjects (Group B) were included in the study. Ocular and medical histories and dietary habits were obtained from each patient. The tear film break-up time (TBUT), the Schirmer 1 test results and plasma vitamin A and E levels were evaluated. Results: The mean Schirmer 1 test score was 14.76 ± 6.12 mm/5 min in Group A and 15.69 ± 3.10 mm/5 min in Group B. The mean plasma levels of vitamins A and E in Groups A and B were 1.86 ± 0.62 μmol/L and 1.88± 0.65 μmol/L vs. 26.21 ± 5.13 μmol/L and 27.19 ± 8.89 μmol/L, respectively. The Schirmer 1 test results and plasma vitamin A and E levels were not found to be significantly different between the groups (p > 0.05). The mean TBUT was 9.94 ± 6.18 seconds in Group A and 14.47 ± 5.65 seconds in Group B, a significant difference (p < 0.05). No correlation existed between plasma vitamin A and E levels, TBUT or the severity and duration of the disease (p > 0.05). Conclusions: Plasma vitamin A and E levels do not seem to be related to tear film changes in patients with psoriasis vulgaris.
Compression after Impact and Charpy Impact Characterizations of Glass Fiber/Epoxy/MWCNT Composites

In this study, glass fiber/epoxy resin/multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) were used to fabricate hybridcomposites with biaxial warp-knitted fabrics. The biaxial warp-knitted fabrics were grafted with various amounts ofMWCNTs and the hybrid composites were fabricated using the resin transfer molding (RTM) method, subsequently. Thefabricated samples were subjected to compression after impact and Charpy impact tests. The hybrid composites exhibitedhigher compression after impact modulus and strength with 26 % and 17 % compared to the samples without nanotubes,respectively. Moreover, the MWCNTs integrated specimens showed 17 % improvement of Charpy impact strength againstspecimens without carbon nanotubes in 0odegree direction. Fracture surface analysis revealed lower number of cracks andshorter crack propagation lengths in the MWCNTs reinforced specimens. The improvement in mechanical properties of thehybrid composites can most likely be attributed to an increase in interfacial adhesion due to the presence of the carbonnanotubes.
Investigation of Dysregulation of Several MicroRNAs in Peripheral Blood of Schizophrenia Patients

Objective: The prevalence of schizophrenia is 1%, and it is a debilitating disorder that often results in a shortened lifespan. Peripheral blood samples are good candidates to investigate because they can be easily drawn, and they are widely studied in psychiatric disorders. MicroRNAs are small non-coding RNA transcripts. They regulate the expression of genes by binding to the 3’-untranslated region (UTR) of mRNAs and pointing them to degrade. In this study, we aimed to investigate the expression of miR-9-5p, miR-29a-3p, miR-106-5p, miR-106b-5p, miR-107, miR-125a-3p, and miR-125b-3p in schizophrenia patients and healthy controls. Methods: We collected blood samples from 16 patients with schizophrenia and 16 healthy controls. MicroRNAs were measured with reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction. Results: Schizophrenia patients showed statistically significant upregulation of five microRNAs: miR9-5p (p=0.002), miR29a-3p (p<0.001), miR106b-5p (p=0.002), miR125a-3p (p<0.001), and miR125b-3p (p=0.018). Conclusion: Our results increased the value of the miR106 and miR29 families as potentially and consistently dysregulated in psychiatric disorders. Our results should be considered preliminary, and they need confirmation in future studies with larger sample sizes.
Deep drawing of polymer coated metal sheets

In the present study, the deep drawing of polymer coated metallic sheets were experimentally investigated to reduce friction and increase manufacturing efficiency without using a lubricant. Coating of metal sheets with a polymer material before the deep drawing process provides numerous other advantages such as long service life, decorative appearance, corrosion protection, prevention of excessive abrasion. In the experiments, deep drawing ratio, blank holder pressure, and punch speed parameters were varied at various intervals and the obtained values were evaluated via graphs. Experiments of the uncoated metal sheets were conducted as well as the coated ones to compare the results. Results of this study showed that the polymer coating improved the surface quality of the test specimens. As a result of this improvement; the average molding forces decreased, obtained deep drawing ratios increased and defects such as tearing and wrinkling were alleviated by coating metal sheets with polymer material compared to uncoated sheets.
