To get the natural frequencies of an automobile turbocharger wheel, impact hammer and accelerometer are usually used. But an impact hammer must be handled carefully to avoid double hit and an accelerometer chosen as light as possible not to add weight on the turbocharger. In this paper, a new vibration test method using steel ball and microphone are suggested to get the natural frequencies of the turbocharger. The steel ball can hit the turbine wheel into arbitrary directions avoiding double hit and a microphone is free of weight increase problem. Another advantage is that the system can be cheaply set up because Adobe Audition is used for signal analyzer. So it is looking forward to adopt this system easily in automotive parts industries.

This paper researches the methods to be loose the story of Namwon-Kosa, a version of Chunhyang-Jeon. For the end, I research the plot and many kinds of the songs in the work. The songs in the work were other kinds of the songs in Chunhyang-Jeon. This songs were not the songs of Panson, but the popular songs at the 19c in Seoul. And some songs were new works. He also rewrote the words of songs for the suitable situations. In this work, the writer used to many popular songs of Selul, not Pansor, for the enlargement of story. Because he considered that the readers who lived in Seoul were more important. He also used the cheerful songs for the readers.

여성가사집 『가사』(小倉文庫 소장)의 문학사적 의미

『KASA』is an antholoty of "woman-kasa" assumed to be edited in the year 1840. It has 7 works and postscript at the end. It was edited by an affectionate father who wanted to comfort and teach his married daughter. Thus those 7 works have two tendencies-entertainment and instruction. When and where this copy was written is diiicult to clear up. But the style of those 7 works is older than some works existed in other anthologies or written seperately on a role of paper. The eariest work of woman-kasa is found in late 16th century and the tremendous rush of "woman-kasa" was followed in 19th century. We can's explain that blank of 3 centuries due to the lack of data. But the route by which "woman-kasa" had been formed in the area of "sataeboo-kasa" and developed the own area of "woman-kasa" can be explained. For example「hwajeonpyulkok」 has same old style as 「banjohwajeonka」(1746). There are many citations from "cornfucian scriplure" in these works. I think, that old style is the sign of "woman-kasa's" development in the area of "sataeboo-kasa". 『KACA』has a literary-historic meaning in rspect taht it's works have many signs of formative period of "woman-kasa". As a result of comparision the supposition that KASA's works will be earier versions is verified. KASA is the important data that prove the "woman-kasa's" forming and progressing in the formative period, from late 18th century to early 19th century.

생략에 관한 고찰(Ⅰ)

동일성은 사실상 생략변형에 따르는 가장 중요한 조건이다. 이는 문장구조에서 어떤 항목을 생략할 경우에는 원칙적으로 동일 문장내에 생략요소와 동일한 항목이 존재하지 않으면 안된다는 개념으로 많은 생략변형규칙에서 결정적인 역할을 한다. 이러한 동일성 조건에 관해서는 R.B Less (1960), N. Chomsky(1965), J.R. Ross(1967), G. Lakoff(1968), J.P. Kimball(1973), 한 재현(1976)등에서 자세하게 연구되어 중요한 관찰이 많이 이루어져 왔으나 그 본질만 제시되었을 뿐 명확하지 않은 점들이 많아 아직까지 결정적인 해답을 얻지 못하고 있다. 본고에서는 동일성 조건에 관하여 지금까지 제시된 이론들 중에서 Lakoff(1968)와 한 재현(1976)의 주장을 개괄한 후, 그들이 지닌 문제점을 지적하여 언어행위의 실제 상황을 중심으로 한 화용론(pragmatics)의 입장에서 가능한 해결방안을 제시해 보고자 한다.

유한요소법에 의한 사각형 공간의 음향 특성 해석

사각형 공간의 고유 진동수 및 음향 모우드 해석을 위하여, 20절점의 등계수 육면체 요소를 이용한 유한요소 프로그램을 개발하고, 그 정확성을 확인하고자 직육면체 방에 적용하여 이론 고유 진동수 값과 수치 해석 고유 진동수 값을 비교 검증하였다. In this paper, a numerical computer program[CANMAP3D] using a twenty node, isoparametric acoustic finite element is developed for analysing the natural frequencies and acoustic modes of an irregularly shaped enoclosure. The numerical results of the developed program is checked with the exact solution results applied to a rectangular shaped room. The finite element analysis of the model shows very good agreement with the exact solution.

파동분리법에 의한 외팔보의 경계 조건 측정

In order to control vibration in structures, it is desirable to be able to identify propagating waves and reflecting waves at arbitrary boundaries. Formulation of the relation between bending waves in 1-dimensional structures makes it possible to separate the wave components by which one can get a state of the vibration field. This paper describes the possibility of the measurement to identify if the reflecting waves can be separated from propagating waves at boundaries. Experimental results about the reflection coefficients which are the ratio of reflecting waves to propagation waves are obtained on a cantilever with 3-different boundary conditions in flexural random excitation. There are significant differences in the reflection coefficients between with and without vibration absorption pad.

지방분권과 지역언론 활성화방안 연구

According to the launching of participation government, decentralization of power and balabced development of land are uprised as a vital national agenda and diverse discussions are under way actively. Meanwhile evils of localism and Seoul-Metropolitan area based national development strategies put the local far away. So the sense of alienation of local reached the top of a boiling pot. The government of Ro Moo Hyun's plan for decentralization of power and balabced development of land cast a vision of revolutional change in the field of all arena such as politics, economy, society and culture. For that reason, local newspaper (which is the locomotive of local development) is said that he has to be changed more dynamically than ever before. Sprouting of colorful discussions about decentralization of power and measurements of the vitalization of local newspaper after the launching of participation government attribute to that stream. These discussions include institution practices which is accumulated during so many years, changes of media environment and awakening of local pressmen and residents. Now local press is cinfronted with serious agony whether they are making a role of agenda setting for decentralization of power and balanced development of land. In this respects, Gwangju-Jeonnam based newspaper's first page change (top news of each news paper is different from another newspaper) is accepted as positive which reflect the diversitied of society, But critic criticised megative aspects that diversity does not reflect many color of market of public opinion but promotes the disintegration of public opinion. This study aims at trying to find a solution to a problem of what is the better way and measurement to reform local newspaper. To find a solution to a problem, bibliographic research and statistical analysis approach are used here.

가사집『잡가』의 시가사 상 위치

이본 대조를 통해 작품의 전승 경로를 추적하고, 유통과 관련된 주변 자료의 검토를 통해 향유의 구체적인 모습을 밝혀보고자 한 연구의 결과는 아래의 몇 가지로 귀결하였다. 1. 『잡가』의 편찬자는 작품의 외적 구조에 치중하는 자세를 보인다. 또, 작품을 해석하는 데 있어서 문학의 교훈적인 측면을 중시하는 입장을 택하고 있다. 2. 19세기의 『잡가』를 통하여, 16세기의 원본이 17세기의 『순오지』를 연계하여 18세기 이후에 전승되는 경로의 여러 지점을 그려볼 수 있게 되지 않았는가 한다. 3. 『잡가』의 편찬자가 예인적 전문성이 요구되는 가창과 같은 숙련된 연행에는 서툴고 독서(낭송)를 위주로 하면서 전사에 많이 의존하는 향유 방식을 지닌 것이 아닌가 한다. 4. 『잡가』에서 보이는 의도적 변개는 어구를 실증적으로 수정하거나 한문 표현의 수식을 가한 것으로 보아 사대부 지식인 계층에 의해 이루어진 것으로 생각된다. 5. <목동가>의 경우 이본 대조 결과 원본과의 거리가 가장 가까운 선본으로 판정된 연민본이 18세기 후반을 계선으로 함으로써 『잡가』의 편찬 시기는 적어도 그 이전을 넘어 설 수가 없음을 알 수 있다. 6. 『잡가』의 편찬자가 『순오지』의 편차를 그대로 따르는 것은 선행하는 가사집을 기준으로 하고 중간 전승자의 역할을 충실히 수행하려는 자세에서 나왔다고 본다. 7. 시가 장르 발전 상의 『잡가』의 위치를 규정해 본다면 가곡의 파생물로서 가창가사가 생성되고 이 정악 위주의 구도에 판소리와 같은 민속악적 요인이 개재하면서 시가 장르 판도 상의 변화가 야기되는 단계에 전통적인 가사 향유 방식을 견지하려는 보수적인 성격을 지닌 가사 위주의 가사집이라고 판정 할 수 있다. 따라서, 『잡가』의 편찬 연대는 이미 시가 장르 상의 판도가 변해버린 19세기 후반까지 갈 수가 없다고 본다. 1821넌 辛已라는 편찬 시기를 확정하는 것으로 이 논문의 결론을 삼는다. This survey's results are as follows. 1.『Chapka』's editor has attitude of declining on the external structure of text. And he lays stress on the instructual effects of literature. 2.『Chapka』(19th C.) follows route of development started from 『Soonoji』(17th C.) 3.『Chapka』's editor has way of entertainment based on recitation. 4.『Chapka』's main entertainers are of intelligent Sataebu class. 5.『Chapka』's position is conservative sticking to the old customs, and by this fact we can know it's scripting year is the year 1821.

디지털 방송시대의 지역방송의 활성화 방안

The purpose of this study is to find how to activate local broadcasting in this digital broadcasting era. First, to revitalize local broadcasting system which is facing a dire situation, the government should take its situation into consideration in their policy making. Second. Through the cooperation among local broadcasting systems, they have to improve their programs in terms of their quality and quantity. Third, each local broadcasting system should focus on developing certain programs in which they presents their own regional characteristics. Fourth, each local broadcasting system should focus more on upgrading its own image. Fifth, each local broadcasting system also should consider how to utilize one well-developed content into multiple uses. In this rapidly changing broadcasting environment, each local broadcasting system should take proper actions by finding out the causes of its own crises based on accurate analysis. This is the sole way to do its duty for locals while its role is getting more and more significant in the time of municipalism.
