        Roads have been regarded as a means to accomplish well-balanced land development as well as vital social infrastructure, as a dramatic increase in the number of vehicles and the volume of traffic since the country headed toward the automobile era reflects the growth of Korean economy. Road maintenance along with road construction, therefore, has been considered as essential tasks that must be involved without exception. This means that road maintenance is not an incidental process in road construction, but is equally significant to construction or is an important field that should be treated more seriously. In a consequence, it was found that if databases are implemented in the future with quality digital image information accumulated from studies on roads, they will not only lead to cost reduction in the field of pavement management system and enhance the efficiency of systems, but will be able to provide the field of pavement management system with a large amount of information and data.

        To achieve an object of study of korea cadastral systems I got results as follows, First, Because the Cadastral Law whose the cadastral systems of korea known to the public with reference to a parcel contained the physical content is made known to the public with the ownership and the rest rights of land, two laws have kept the duality as Japanese remnants sin 1910's. But in the early days Japan had dualized to keep the cadastral systems and the real property registration systems, in the present two systems is unified with the Real Property Registration Act. In the early days the land Registration systems of Taiwan as the land Registration of Korea as have the dualized form but unified the Land Law present. Second, as the land notification systems did not unified one system, its system resulted in an efficient administration in korea. Third, Cadastral survey have been under taking korea Cadastral survey cooperation and real property registration have been executing in the law agent association in korea. In Japan Cadastral survey under takes surveyors and in Taiwan Cadastral survey Controls government directly. Forth, as to the land notification systems peoples perceived that it is irrational, illegal, monopolistic the mentioned.

      • 수치지도의 작성과 이용에 관한 연구

        In this study, I intend to suggest a scheme for the efficient administration of the urban infrastructure facilities, I propose a program to manage the ueban-related information more efficiently and to establish a more advanced system od database, by drawing up Digital Map using standard type to set up database. A scheme for geography is proposed, which can manage and maintain the facility, also modify, edit and output the attribute information of facility such as urban-planning. The topography, aerial photogrammetry map, and urban planning map of the concerned region can be got. Using them, the readjustment area and its height can be figured out based on the Digital Terrain Model. Also algorithm of trapezoidal formular should provide a better accuracy than simpson formular to earthwork volume in use.

      • 수치사진측량기법을 이용한 문화재의 3차원 모델링에 관한 연구

        고해상도의 디지털 카메라는 근거리 수치사진측량에서 널리 유용하게 사용되고 있으며 점차 활용도가 증가하고 있다. 또한 사진측량 장비의 급속한 발전으로 정밀도가 많이 향상되었고 컴퓨터를 이용한 지형공간정보체계기술의 발달로 더욱 정밀한 3차원 지형의 재현과 면적 및 토공량 산정이 가능하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 휴대가 간편하고 수치영상의 자체저장능력을 지닌 디지털 카메라를 이용하여 촬영조건의 다양한 변화에 따른 위치오차를 분석하였으며 광속조정을 통하여 높은 정확도의 화소 좌표를 획득하여 3차원 지형의 모니터링을 위한 기초 자료로 사용할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 근거리수치사진측량기법의 국부지역모형생성과 문화재의 보존과 복원을 보다 효율적으로 하기 위해 수치정보 분석에 관한 연구를 수행하여 봉분의 3차원 구현에 대한 활용방안을 모색하였다. Digital high resolution cameras are widely available, and are increasingly use in digital close-range photogrammetry. And photogrammetry instruments are developing rapidly and the precision is improving continuously. The building of 3D terrains of high precision are possible and the calculation of the areas or the earthwork volumes have high precision due to the development of the technique of the spatial information system using computer. Using the digital camera which has capacity of keeping numerical value by itself and easy carrying, we analyze the positioning error according to various change of photographing condition. Also we try to find a effective method of acquiring basis data for 3D monitoring of high-accuracy in pixel degree through digital close-range photogrammetry with bundle adjustment for local terrain model generation and 3D embodiment of tumulus. In the study is about to efficient analysis of digital information data for conservation of cultural properties.

      • 한국산 변형균의 신한국명과 도설

        본 연구에서 제시한 변형균의 신분류체계는 Nannenga-Bremekamp, 山本辛憲 등에 따랐으며 한국에서 출현한 11과, 34속, 153종에 대하여 계통학적으로 정리하였다. 한국산 변형균은 낙엽이나 부목에 착생하는 것이 대부분이며, 중요한 수피착생성, 호설성, 아열대성 변형균은 거의 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이들 종의 특징, 학명, 생태 등에 대한 조사·검토를 실시하여 분류 체계를 정리하여 신학국명과 계통설명문 및 종 해부도를 작성하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 변형균에 대한 기초적인 종 동정 및 감정, 환경의 지표 식물 이용에 도움이 되리라 사료된다. Korean myxomycetes taxonomy is systematized according to Nannenga-Bremekamp and Yamanto, and then 11 families, 34 genera, 153 species were identified and classified. Most myxomycetes of Korea inhabited litters and rotten trees. Characteristics, scientific name, ecological properties of korean myxomycetes were examined and studied. On the basis of new korean myxomycetes taxonomy, they were named in Korean, and described with systematic characteristics and by an explanatory diagram.

        This study was to make a research into about 300 Taxa of Mosses which were collected from all over Korea.         Teaching materials available for the effective performance of laboratory experimental work in high school biology were developed, laying emphasis on the following items : environmental pollution and natural conservations, biological concepts that the degree of difficulty is high, applications of teaching materials which are developed in foreign conturies, productions of teaching materials and models. The measuring methods of size of micrography without micrometer or with a hand-made glass micrometer were developed. By observing the morphological characters of liverwort, the methods of telling its sex, distingshing its life cycle into sexual reproduction and asexual reproduction, and comparing its life cycle with those of other plants were presented. By observing the morphological characters of moss, the methods of telling its sex and comparing its life cycle with those of liverwork, ferns and flowering plants were presented. A convenient observing method of cartilaginous and bony tissues in animals was developed using the easily available material in our surrounding The observing method of extension and contraction of chromatophores induced by environmental changes on freshwater fishes was developed. The methods of sorting and identifying the higher plants by observing their leaves and flowers were presented. The improved analytical method of plant community structure was presented by using the artificial plant community within laboratory. The assesing method of harmful effects on plant tissues by sulfur dioxide was improved.

      • 忠南遠北地方 陸上生態系의 植生硏究

        忠南 防葛里 火電建設 周邊의 植生과 生物相을 調査하였다 1. 이 地域은 西海에 ??出된 丘陵地로 海潮風이 基하고 大部分 곰솔 造林地이다. 2. 造林으로는 곰솔 群落, 아까시나무 群落, 잎갈나무 群落, 미루나무 群落이 있다. 二次林으로는 소나무 群落과 떡갈나무 群落, 졸참나무 群落 等의 참나무(Quercus)群落이 있다. 自然林으로는 소나나무 群落, 팽나무 群落, 느티나무 群落 等 이 發達되어 있었던 것으로 생각된다. 3. 植物目錄은 35目 89科 256 屬 402 種類이다. 4. 이 地域은 植物相이 單調로워 天然記念物이나 要保護種은 거의 없다. This survey was carried out from may, 1987 to October, 1987 over the 8 sites of the investigation. The results of the investigation are follows: 1. The sites of investigation are hilly districts near the coast of Whanghae with severly current wind. The forests in these sites mainly consist of afforestation of Pinus thunbergii. 2. The afforestation are classified in detail: Pinus thunbergii Community; Robinia pseudo-acasia Community; Larix lepto lepis Community; and Populus deltoides Community. The secondary forests consist of Pinus densiflora Community and Quercus Community, but the Quercus Community consists of Quercus dentata and Quercus serrata. The other three Communities such as Carpinus coreana Community, Celtis sinensis Community, and Zelkova serrata Community may be regard as advanced Natural Forest. 3. The flora are investigated to have 35 Others, 89 Families, 256 Genera, and 402 Species. 4. There seem to have no plants protacted as natural monuments and to have no rare species in the investigated sites.
