        The study was carried out to investigate the effect of Chlorambucil on the mouse sperm head by electron microscopy. Chlorambucil was injected intraperitoneum at a dosage of level 16mg/kg for one weeks, 3weeks and 5weeks, respectively. The result obtained were as follows 1. One week after the administration, Most plasma membrane of late spermatid were swollen and dilation. and the acrosomal membrane was normal. 2. After 3 weeks, the condensation of nucleus was presented at some late spermatids. The nucleus membrane was mostly loss, But the dilation of nucleus membrane was partly observed. The acrosome and the plasma membrane was mostly disrupted. 3. After 5 weeks, most nucleus membrane, acrosome membrane, acrosome, and necleus membrane were severely disrupted. The nucleus was severely condensed and the shape of nucleus was very queer. But, in some late spermatids, the heterochromathin was observed. The membrane whorl in acrosome region was presented at some late spermatids.

        This investigation aims to the theoretical study on the cover factor of woven and knitted fabrics. The following conclusion are obtained. 1. The cover factor of women fabrics is shown as; √1-[(M(28/K_1-1)+α)/(1+β)]^2+√1-[(M(28/K_2-1)+α}β)/(1+β)]=1 where α=4M/4+π(M-1) 2. The cover factor of triaxial fabrics is shown as; (4cos α+4cos α+3)/(4(1+cos α)^2) 3. The cover factor of knitted fabrics is shown as; d/l=1/(l√N)=1/l√(1.3/g)T 4. Relation between shrinkage, density and thickness is shown as; D=4/3(P_2√C+P_1√C) 5. Relation between diameter of yarn and tickness is shown as; D=34.14(1/√N_1+1/√N_2) where K1, K2; Cover factor of warp and welt. M; Weave factor β; Ratio of weft diameter to warp diameter d; Diameter of knitted yarn l; Loop length N; Worsted count (English systenr) g; Specific gravity of fibre T; Tex count D; Thickness of woven fabrics N_1,N_2; Count of warp and weft.

      • Chlorambucil이 Mouse의 정소에 미치는 영향; 누적투여에 의한 정소의 형태적 변화

        The present studies were designed to investigate the effects of chlorambucil on the testis of mouse. Chlorambucil suspended in 0.5N sodium bicarbonate(pH8.0) was administered to mouse at doses of 24mg/Kg/day for 7 to 14 days. The morphological changes in testis of mouse were observed oon 7th day and 14th day of administration by light microscope. After 7 days of chlorambucil administeration, spermatogenesis was partially ceased and interstitial space was moderately reduced. Almost all tubules were slightly damaged and some tubules were severely damaged. The shape of seminiferous tubule was waved circle, but the sertoli and Leydig cell was intact. After 14 days. all spermatogonia cells had disappeared and spermatogenesis was completely ceased. Almost all tubules were severely damaged and the germinal epithelium was markedly decreased. The interstitial space was markedly reduced and the shaped of seminiferous tubule was polygon. But, the sertoli and Leydig cell was no affected.

      • 文學形式으로서의 Essay의 成立

        The primary element of literary from can be traced far back to the early times in history when the balled dance is, as Moulton pointed out, the common germ of what are now the three separate arts of poetry, music, dance. These three arts have been differentiated from their common point of origin, and verse representing literature as one of arts became independent dropping out action and making the music absorbed into verbal rhythm. Next comes the stage of differentating verse and prose by the rhythm and poetic from, and prasaic form in literature are diveged. Essay established itself as a special literary form much later than the major literary typse such as lyric, epic, the drama. In the early periods of Ancient Greece and the Roman Empire, the essay was called 'wisdom literature', and sometimes 'characters','epigram', or 'commonplace book' according to the content and quality of the writing. It was Michel de Montaigne (1553-1592) who first introduced the essay as a literary form in France when he wrote 'Essais, a collection of his writings from 1580, while in England the term 'essay' came into being when Francis Bacon first used it as the title of his collection of writings. From his time onwards, the word 'essay' has been used to refer to any piece of writing, that is any type of discourse known as exposition, whereas the general conception of literary types has been that literary warks lack in scientific exactness. The essay being a short piece of prose, the fundamental theme is general and typical, not individual nor particular. A further and important characteristic of the essay is that it does not provide, for its obvious primary purpose, instruction for the reader, but amusement or entertainment. Though there have appeared many kinds of essays in England since Francis Bacin, they can be grouped into two types: the formal and the informal essays, the latter being called personal, literary, familiar, or true essays. The informal essays can be distinguished from the formal in terms of quality and structure, and can be characterized by the personal elements of writer, humor, graceful style, rambling structure, unconventionality or novelty of theme, freshness of form, freedom from stiffness and affectation, incomplete or tentative treatment of topic etc.

      • 열가소성 복합재료의 굽힘특성에 관한 연구

        Thermoplastic composites have great advantages over thermoset composites in productivity and properties. However, thermoplastic composites have not been used so widely because of difficulty in impregnation of their materials. In this study, the unidirectional composites were fabricated under different holding times by using commingled yarn(CY) and uncommingled yarn(UY). we investigated 0° and 90° bending strength and DSC analysis of thermoplastic composites which consisted Polypropylene(pp), Nylon6(Ny6) and Polyethylene telephtalate(PET) as the matrixs fiber and glass fiber as the reinforecement respectively.

        냉동초미세박절을 이용한 면역금표지법

        The technique of cryoultramicrotomy was introduced by Tokuyasu in 1980. The main processes are conducted at low temperature, so it has an advantage to preserve the antigenicity. The procedures are fixation, infusion of sucrose, cutting, immunolabelling and heavy metal staining. The advantages of cryoultramicrotomy are the high success rate to label immunogold and short course (less than 2 days), easy to cut with glass knives, because it is performed at low temperature. And it also gives a chance to perform immunohistochemical staining under light microscope. The disadvantages of cryoultramicrotomy are the high cost (the cryo unit requires around US $ 50,000), constant supply of cheap liquid nitrogen and technical difficulty(the period of training needs more than 3 months in a case of an expert in eletronmicroscopy).

        In this paper, we propose LCSN(Low-Coherent Separation Network) structure which is able to substitute for the NBGN(Nonblocking Binary Group Network) proposed by H.Saidi. Proposed structure uses a combinatorial logic to decide the output port in each stage instead of using the running adder which suffers from long propogation delay. This LCSN structure has some advantages over NBGN : First, it can be extended to a large scalce switch due to low coherence among input ports. Second, it has less gate delay and gate count.

      • 면/저마 혼방편성물의 드레이프성에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to determine the relaxation condition, hem length and mixing ratio of ramie fiber of knitted fabric on the drapability and mechanical properties. Twelve cotton/ramie knitted fabrics were produced with different maxing ratio of ramie fiber and stitch for this study. Mechanical properties such as tensile, shearing, bending compressional property of twelve cotton/ramie knitted fabrics including surface property, thickness and were measured by KES-system on knitting condition. The experimental results were statistically analyzed to investigate the effect of drape coefficient, functional values and mechanical properties by maxing ratio of ramie fiber.

      • 비 방사선 in situ hybridization과 confocal scanning microscope를 이용한 HCV에 감염된 human liver cell에서의 mRNA의 연구

        'In situ hybridization' has been used in searching the specific nucleic acid of the mRNA and viral DNA in the cell and tissue. For in situ hybridization, the use of a non-radioactive probe was considered as a good method. Because, the method provided excellent resolution of probe stability and personal safety. This study was performed by using the T-T dimered DNA as the non-radioactive probe in the human liver tissue infected by hepatitis C virus (HCV). The results were as follows. 1. The positive reaction of specific mRNA was detected from the hepatocyte. 2. Using the confocal scanning microscope and IBAS, the positive reaction wite was very evident. But, the negative reaction was not appeared in several cells. 3. Among Kupffer's cells, endothelial cells, and other cells, some were positively stained. 4. The sinusoids, central veins, hepatic arteries, bile ducts and connective tissues presented the negative reaction. 5.         Densitometry를 이용한 사람염색체 High-resolution Band 연구

        This paper was performed to investigate the satellite DNA of human chromosome 1, 9, 16 and Y on male Korean by high-resolution banding and densitometric graph method. The results are summarized as follows: 1) The satellite DNA Ⅰ was observed the short arm peak of the centromere circumference of each chromosome. 2) The satellite DNA Ⅱ appeared the short arm peak of the centromere neighborhood on the 1, 9, and 16 chromosome. 3) The satellite DNA Ⅲ was presented the long arm peak of the contromere circumference of the 1, 9, and 16 chromosome. 4) The high peak of each chromsome was infered the heterochrochromain region, but the low peak was infered the euchromatin.
