        인터넷 중독 성향을 보이는 남자 청소년들의 기질 특성과 유전자 다형성

        Objectives : Among chemical and non-chemical dependence, internet addiction is one of the most frequent addictive behavior in adolescent. This study was performed to detect certain temperamental and genetic characteristics in adolescent with internet addiction tendency. Methods : 87 adolescents with internet addiction tendency (AIT) and 78 adolescents without internet addiction tendency(NAIT) were classified by Young's Internet Addiction Test. Cloninger's Temperament Character Inventory and 6 candidate genes of drug addiction (DRD2 TaqI A, DRD4, DAT1, 5-HTTLPR, NET-8, and COMT) polymorphisms were tested between two groups. Results : Novelty Seeking scores (p=0.001) and Harm Avoidance scores (p=0.042) were significantly higher in AIT. The frequency of DRD2-A1/A1 genotype and G allele of NET-8 in AIT was higher than that in NAIT. In AIT. Novelty Seeking scores were significantly different (p=0.011) according to NET-8 genotypes (G/G>G/A>A/A). Conclusion : These data suggest that male adolescents with internet addiction tendency have the specific temperament and genetic polymorphisms like chemical dependence.

        아동기에 주의력결핍 과잉행동증상을 경험한 성인의 정신병리와 기질 성격 요인

        Objectives:The objective of this study is to find out the differences in psychopathology, temperament, and character factors between young adults with and without childhood attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) symptoms. Methods:The subjects consisted of 314 university students (male=72, female=242) in Gongju. They were divided into childhood ADHD group (N=54) and normal group (N=260) to the Wender-Utah Rating Scale. Participants were assessed using Korean Adult ADHD Scale, Beck Depression Inventory-II, Beck Anxiety Inventory, Kimberly Young’s Internet Addiction Test, Barratt Impulsiveness Scale, Paranoia Scale, Korean-Schizotypal Ambivalence Scale, Lubben Social Network Scale, and Temperament and Character Inventory-Revised. Descriptive statistics, t-test, chi-square, spearman correlation, and stepwise multiple regression were applied to analyze the data. Results:Participants with childhood ADHD symptoms had high level of adult ADHD symptoms (p<.001), impulsiveness(p=.001), depression (p<.001), anxiety (p<.001), internet addiction (p<.001), paranoia tendency (p<.001) and low level of selfesteem (p<.001) compared to normal group. Self-directedness (p<.001) was lower, Harm avoidance (p=.001) and Self-transcendence (p=.029) were higher in the childhood ADHD group. In correlation and stepwise multiple regression, childhood ADHD symptoms were significantly associated with cooperativeness (r=-0.515 and β=-0.547, p<.001 respectively). Conclusion:This result showed that young adults with childhood ADHD symptoms had various forms of psychopathology and childhood ADHD symptoms were influenced by character such as cooperativeness. Therefore, more thorough evaluation regarding childhood ADHD symptoms is needed.

        농경지 토양의 토질요소와 평가 방법의 검토

        In agricultural ecosystem, soils which play important roles of storage and cycling of substances become a crtitical social problem due to rapid increase of contaminants with respect to our health. Soil as productivity should be interpreted as soil quality, that is important criteria in maintaining sustainable agriculture for production of safe food. Therefore, it needs to set the criteria of soil quality by considering environmental factors including relevant parameters which are involved in soil quality soil health because soils are widely distributed and have various characteristics such as physical, chemical, and biological propevties. Therefore, it requires intensive investigation of evaluation methods and development of related parameters for environmentally sound agriculture and safe soil management.

        This paper describes two traffic shaping methods for VBR(variable bit rate) video bit streams encoded in the MPEG-2 syntax. Difficulties in control of VBR video traffic are lessened by traffic shaping. Burstness of single layer MPEG-2 can be reduced by performing intra-refresh in more than one consecutive frames. In two layer encoding of spatial scalability, burstness can be reduced by setting the temporal locations of GOP starting frame of a layVBR 트래픽을 허용한다는 것이다. 모든 AAL er, differently from the other. Queueing analysis shows that these two methods outperform conventional encoding schemes in terms of temporal and semantic QoS requirements.

        쥐임파구의 주요 조직적합항원에 외과적 감염이 미치는 영향을 관찰하여 감염의 예후를 예측케 하고 그 변화를 시도하여 치료에 이용하고자 한다. In humans, a decrease in monocytes expressing the HLA-DR antigen on their surface correlates with both major trauma and anesthesia and surgery. This decrease in proportional to the likelihood of developing major bacterial infection. In vitro studies have shown that gamma interferon may increase monocyte HLA-DR expression and possibly have a protective clinical effect. In order to examine more accurately the effect of infection of major histocompatibilityu complex antigen(MHC) expression, we undertook to study changes in la antigen expresson, a murine MHC analogous to HLA-DR antigen, on perpheral blood lymphcytes of CBA-J mice. We conclude that major infection results in decreased expression of la antigen on murine lymphocytes. Furthermore, treatment of animals with gamma interferon after contamination has occurred results in a return of Ia antigen expressio to normal values.

        바륨 페라이트를 함유한 알지네이트 자성 복합 입자의 제조

        Magnetic polymer composite materials with high coercivity have potential applications in medical diagnostic technologies, magnetic drug delivery, and hyperthermic cancer treatment. The purpose of this study was to prepare the magnetic composite particles by encapsulating barium ferrite powders with alginate and to investigate their physical and biological properties. 0.4 g of sodium alginate was dissolved in 20 ml of distilled water and different amount (0.4~4 g) of barium ferrite powder was dispersed in alginate solution using an ultrasonication method. The resulting barium ferrite-alginate slurry was added dropwise to a CaCl2 solution to form magnetic Ca-alginate composite beads. They were separated by filtration and washed several times with water and ethanol. The final product was then completely dried at 40℃ under vacuum to obtain brownish black powders (0.1~1 mm in size) with a high magnetic response when submitted to a small magnet. Average size of magnetic composite particles was dependent on the amount of barium ferrite and the viscosity of slurry . The morphological and dimensional analyses of magnetic composite particles were performed by optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. Magnetic polymer composite particle was found to maintain the high coercivity. The saturation magnetization value for magnetic Ca-alginate composites increased with the increase of the barium ferrite/alginate ratio. The amount of self-heating induced by hysteresis under an alternating magnetic field was measured as a function of barium ferrite/alginate ratio in distilled water. According to the results, the encapsulated magnetic composite is expected to be useful for hyperthermia and chemotherapy remarkably.

        부가중합형 실리콘 인상재의 표면 친수성이 미세부 재현성에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between surface hydrophilicity and detail reproducibility of die stone for hydrophilic polyvinyl siloxane impression materials modified with nonionic surfactants. Hydrophilic polyvinyl siloxane impression materials were prepared with a polydimethylsiloxane composition and nonionic surfactants. The surfactants used were nonylphenoxy poly(ethyleneoxy) ethanol homologs of varying ethyleneoxy chain length. These homologs are designated NP4, NP6, and NPIO according to the mole number of ethyleneoxy group of 4, 6, and 10, respectively. The contact angle, consistency, and detail reproducibility for hydrophilic polyvinyl siloxane impression materials were tested. The incorporation of nonionic surfactant into polyvinyl siloxanes enhanced their hydrophilicity and consequently led to significant reduction in contact angles. Significant differences in contact angle were found among the samples (P < 0.05). The contact angle was lowest when NP4 was incorporated even though NP4 is less hydrophilic than NP6 and P1O. This implies that the exposed surfactant concentration on the surface was highest when NP4 was used. The consistency of surfactant-modified silicone impression materials were not affected by the type of surfactants used in this study. However, NP4-modified polyvinyl siloxane impression material showed the highest quality reproduction of the thinnest line, indicating highest wettability with gypsum among the samples. In conclusion, the surface concentration of surfactant on the silicone impression material was a crucial factor in determining wettability. The suface hydrophilicity of surfactant-modified silicone impression materials was of major relevance to the detail reproduction of die stone.

      • 와이브로(WiBro) Model frame mapper Hardware 구조 설계

        WiBro는 하향 링크와 상향 링크를 시간으로 구분하는 TDD방식이 사용되며 다중접속 방식으로는 OFDMA가 사용된다. WiBro 서비스의 특징들은 frame Mapping 과정에서 잘 나타난다 frame은 하나의 frame당 42개의 symbol 단위로 mapping 되며 TFFT Block에서는 하나의 symbol 단위로 frame mapper에서 Data를 불러와 처리한 후 CP insertion, windowing 과정을 거쳐서 단말에 전송한다. 본 논문에서는 WiBro 서비스를 위하여 TTA에서 제정한 표준안을 토대로 모뎀부분을 VHDL 언어를 이용하여 하드웨어로 설계 하였고 Xilinx Vertex 8000을 Target Device로 이용하였다.

      • 휴대인터넷(WiBro)의 Max-Log-MAP 알고리즘을 이용한 채널 코덱 VLSI 설계

        WiBro 는 3세대 통신에서 4세대 통신으로 넘어가는 단계의 이동 중 통신이 가능한 무선광대역 인터넷으로 무선랜(LAN) 과 휴대폰의 중간 영역에 위치한다. 인터넷 자료를 주고 받으며, 높은 속도에서도 안정정을 보장해야 되므로 채널에 강한 ECC(Error Con-ecting Code)의 중요성이 커지게 되었다. 이에 WiBro에서는 Convolution urbo Code(CTC)을 사용하고 있으며, Hybrid-ARQ와 같은 유동적 재전송 Code 을 사용하였다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 Powerful 한 Channel Codec 과 TDD 방식의 WiBro 규격을 만족하기 위해서 기존의 SOVA algorithm을 변형하되, H/W complexity을 줄여, Low power을 가능하게 하는 구조를 제안한다.
