        Relationship between Ambidexterity Learning and Innovation Performance: The Moderating Effect of Redundant Resources

        Researchers have confirmed the relationship between ambidexterity learning and innovation performance, but according to the resourcebased theory, the relationship between ambidexterity learning and innovation performance is also affected by the internal resources of the organization. Internal resources are an important factor affecting the transformation of learning outcomes into performance. In addition, few scholars have pointed out whether different types of learning have different effects on different types of innovation performance. This study collects data from 170 High-tech enterprises in Shandong, china, and discusses the effects of exploitative learning and explorative learning on management innovation performance and technological innovation performance .This study further examines the moderating role of slack resource on the relationship between ambidexterity learning and innovation performance. Results show that ambidexterity learning has positive effect on innovation performance. Compared with exploitative learning, explorative learning has a greater impact on management innovation performance; compared with explorative learning, exploitative learning has a greater impact on technological innovation performances. Slack resource has positive moderating role between the relationship of exploitative learning, explorative learning and technology innovation performance. But Slack resource has no moderating role between the relationship of exploitative learning, explorative learning and management innovation performance.

        Influence of Sea Surface Fluctuation on Internal Waves’ Vertical Structures in a Two-Layer Model

        Using a two-layer linear ocean wave model that is quasi-incompressible and two-dimensional, we studied the relationships between surface fluctuation and ocean internal waves (IWs). The main conclusions were as follows. In a two-layer ocean, the analytical solution of IW was obtained by solving a homogeneous ordinary differential equation with constant coefficients according to the frequency, wave number (wavelength), and vertical velocity amplitude of the ocean surface fluctuation. The vertical structure and characteristics of IW in the ocean were analyzed under the conditions of different stratification parameters and background currents. Once the surface fluctuations were determined, the features of IW showed different shapes, which indicated the indeterminacy of the solution. Such indeterminacy reflects the characteristics of the inverse problem. To obtain a definite solution, the constraint conditions of the inverse problem should be provided—that is, the environmental parameters of the two layers, such as the background flow, stratification parameters, thickness of the two layers, and geostrophic parameters. If the environmental parameters are fixed, four situations of solutions can be determined. The first three solutions have IWs, and the fourth solution only has an external wave. For certain environmental parameters, the wave number and natural frequency (characteristic frequency) of the first three situations of IWs were determined in this study. We showed that a resonance phenomenon will occur and cause very severe ocean internal waves when the wave number and frequency of the surface fluctuation are analogous or equivalent to the natural wave number and natural frequency.

        Molecular dynamics simulation of nanoindentation influence of indenter velocity on 3C-SiC ceramics

        To investigate the effect of nanoindentation velocity on dislocation nucleation, development and elastic deformation of 3C-SiCceramic specimens, the nanoindentation loading process of 3C-SiC ceramic specimens under a diamond indenter is simulated. The molecular dynamics models of diamond indenter and 3C-SiC amorphous layer are constructed, and the nanoindentationconditions such as potential function, relaxation synthesis and time step are optimized. The dislocation analysis method andthe identify diamond structure method are used to analyze the internal structure change of the specimen and the dislocationgeneration, change and transfer of different positions after nanoindentation simulation. It is found that with the increase ofindenter velocity, the elastic threshold decreases and the plasticity increases, and tends to be stable at a certain stage. The loadfluctuation tends to be flat, the total amount of dislocation generated continues to decrease, and the diffusion rate of dislocationslows down. The length of 1/2<110> and 1/6<112> type dislocation becomes shorter, indentation formation of the 'lotus' shapemore regularly. The elastic-plastic threshold of 3C-SiC ceramic material also changes with the change of indenter velocity, andthe dislocation formation rate and total amount also affect while show a certain regularity.

        Effects of Carbonization Temperature on Nature of Nanostructured Electrode Materials Derived from Fe-MOF for Supercapacitors

        This work successfully demonstrates various temperature carbonization of iron based metal organic framework to deriveelectrode materials for supercapacitors. Furthermore, impacts of calcined temperatures on the nature of as-prepared productsare reported, and samples obtained at 300, 400, 500, 600 and 700 °C were investigated respectively. The products revealsexcellent electrochemical performance. Carbonized at 600 °C, the composite materials display the highest specific capacitanceof 972 F/g at a current density of 1 A/g. Carbonized at 500 °C, the capacitance retention of materials reach up to 93%. The high specific capacitance and excellent cyclic stability of the developed materials would exhibit nice prospect for thepractical utilization of electrode materials.

        Obesity parameters in relation to lung function levels in a large Chinese rural adult population

        OBJECTIVES: The association between obesity parameters and lung function indicators in the general Chinese rural adult population remains unclear. METHODS: In total, 8,284 Chinese adults aged 20 years to 80 years old from Xinxiang were recruited. Obesity-related parameters, including body mass index (BMI), waist circumference (WC), hip circumference (HC), waist-to-hip ratio (WHR), waistto-height ratio (WHtR), body fat percentage (BFP), basal metabolism, and visceral fat index, and lung function parameters such as forced vital capacity and forced expiratory volume in first second were measured. RESULTS: The total prevalence of obesity defined by BMI, WC, WHR, WHtR, and BFP was 23.2%, 58.2%, 66.7%, 69.2%, and 56.5%, respectively. Spearman correlation analyses showed significant correlations between all obesity-related parameters and lung function. Linear regression analyses further demonstrated that BMI, WHtR, BFP, and general obesity defined using those indicators were negatively associated with lung function, while WC, WHR, and central obesity defined accordingly were positively associated with lung function. The relationship between general obesity and lung function was more evident in women than in men, while the link between central obesity and lung function was more obvious in men than in women. CONCLUSIONS: Obesity is closely related to lung function in the general Chinese adult population. Weight control and loss are important strategies to improve lung function and respiratory health.

        Diversity, Interspecific Interaction and Abundance of Undergrowth in Monocultures and Integrated Systems of Natural Rubber Plantation in Danzhou, Southern China

        The negative impact of monoculture rubber plantations on biodiversity and associated ecological processes/ecosystem services has led to suggestions on the use of integrated land use systems for rubber cultivation and production in order to ensure environmental sustainability. However, there is paucity of information on the effect of such integrated land use systems on the diversity and abundance of the rubber plantation undergrowth. We evaluated and compared undergrowth plant species composition, richness, abundance, diversity and interaction, in three integrated systems (Rubber-Strelitzia reginae Integrated System - RSrIS, Rubber-Podocarpus nagi Integrated System - RPnIS & Naturally Managed Rubber Plantation - NMRP) with three Rubber Monoculture Plantations (RMP<sub>1</sub>, RMP<sub>2</sub> & RMP<sub>3</sub>) adjacent to the integrated systems, respectively, at the Investigation and Experiment Station of Tropical Crops, Danzhou, Hainan, China. Undergrowth species density was higher in the rubber monocultures than in the integrated systems except in RSrIS. Species richness and diversity were also higher in the monocultures except in NMRP. Species similarity/interaction between the monocultures and the integrated systems was highest between RMP<sub>3</sub> and NMRP. The NRMP proved to be the best model of natural rubber integrated system for the conservation of undergrowth species richness, diversity and interspecific interaction. However, the conservation of undergrowth species in other forms of integrated natural systems can be enhanced by considering the ecology of species to be integrated in terms of their growth characteristics, competitive nature, and ability to grow in association with other species.

        The significance, difficulty and strategy of coding cancer data according to international coding standards are discussed, and the concept, methods and realization of cancer data automatic coding in cancer registries in China are introduced in the paper. Coding cancer data automatically with software could not only reduce the time, manpower and workload, while improving the accuracy and efficiency of cancer data coding, but also enhance the validity of cancer registration and the value of cancer registry data, which is of great significance.

        Investigation into the antibacterial activity of monodisperse BSA-conjugated zinc oxide nanoparticles

        The antibacterial behavior of bovine serum albumin conjugated zinc oxide nanoparticles against Escherichia coli was investigated. The zinc oxide nanoparticles were synthesized by using bovine serum albumin as the structure directing agent. And the morphology and crystal phase of the zinc oxide nanoparticles were determined by transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffractograms and Fourier transform infrared spectrograph techniques. The synthesized zinc oxide nanoparticles showed high antibacterial activity when compared with plain zinc oxide. And the antibacterial activity was assessed by measuring the growth inhibition and testing the zone of inhibition. Furthermore, the plausible mechanism of antibacterial behavior was attributed to the generation of reactive oxygen species by zinc oxide nanoparticles.

        Characterization and antioxidant properties of chitosan/ethyl-vanillin edible films produced via Schiff-base reaction

        In this paper, chitosan/ethyl-vanillin (CS-EV) Schiff-base edible films with CS and EV at different concentrations and ratios were successfully prepared. The optical barrier properties, water contact angle, mechanical performance, water vapor transmission, antioxidant properties, thermal properties, and morphological structure of the films were compared. The results suggested that the tensile strength (TS) attained a maximum value of 64.63 MPa at a concentration of 4% EV. Moreover, water diffusion was prevented through the compact structure of the CS-EV edible film. Additionally, the two sides of the CS-EV film show different textures due to their different hydrophilicity/hydrophobicity. In particular, the films of CS possessed superior thermal stability, while those of CS-EV exhibited higher antioxidant activity.
