Some Manifestations of Antioxidation Coating for Hot Precision Forging Gears

<P>A high temperature protective coating was prepared onto the surface of 20CrMnTi steel by brushing technique, and the heated billet was subjected to hot forging. Compared with an uncoated sample, the effect of coating on high-temperature oxidation behavior of steel was investigated by scanning electron microscopy-energy dispersive spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction. Before hot forging, an oxide layer of 153 <I>μ</I>m was formed on the surface of the uncoated sample; however, no oxide layer was formed on the surface of the coated sample. After hot forging, the thickness of scale on the surface of uncoated gear forging is 89 <I>μ</I>m while the thickness of coating on the surface of coated gear forging is 39 <I>μ</I>m. It is concluded that such a coating material not only enhances the dimensional accuracy but also improves the surface quality of the gear.</P>
Analysis on Spatial Structure of China State Historical and Cultural Cities

The China state historical and cultural cities are important constituent of tourism resources in our country. However, for all sorts of reasons, the development condition of every city is extremely imbalanced. This paper with quantitative analysis the three main essential factors which are destination of tourists, source of tourists and traveling channel of Leiper's traveling geography system model, are calculate by geographical index and economic index, such as the average nearest distance, the Gini's coefficient, the non-equilibrium index and the coefficient of geographical and so on. The paper reveals the relations amongthe destination, source of tourists and the traveling channel. The research can provide the basis for tourism’s development of the China state historical and cultural cities.

The study is devoted to substantiation of directions of intensification of development of small innovative enterprise, which has a significant impact on the overall innovation activity of the country and promotes innovative development, transition to more advanced technological systems. The outlined role of small business in innovative development in the direction of intensifying innovation in the economy, improving organization and production, as well as in the form of direct participation in the innovation process, production of science-intensive products, stimulating demand for innovation. A group of factors hindering the development of small innovative entrepreneurship was identified, including: financial aspects of the activity, shortcomings of organizational and communicative nature, underdeveloped technology market, information plan problems, internal production problems of small business, market problems. The directions of intensification of the development of small innovative entrepreneurship are substantiated, namely: financial and credit support of small innovative entrepreneurship; introduction of tax incentives; material and technical support; nationwide intensification of innovation activity; information support; development of innovation infrastructure. The involvement of the outlined directions of intensification of small innovative entrepreneurship will help to obtain a synergistic effect of innovative development of both small innovative business structures and the economy as a whole.
Study on Odor Formation Control during Kraft Pulping

The investigation of the formation of organic sulfur compounds (i.e., odor species), mainly methyl mercaptan and demethyl suifide, during kraft pulping has been conducted, in which both hardwood and softwood species were used. It was discovered that there is an organic sulfur compounds formation phase transition point with respect to delignification extent. The transition point occurs at a kappa number of approximately 35 and 20 for softwoods and hardwoods, respectively. The results also showed that both low sulfidity and anthraquinone (AQ) addition are helpful to control the formation of theses organic sulfur compounds during kraft pulping. Whereas Hexenuronic acid (HexA) has contribution to Kappa number, the extended delignification not only lead to low pulp yield, but also be adverse to odor control. A significant in-digester odor reduction can be achieved if the pulping is to be terminated before phase transition point and combined with AQ addition.

A series of new small molecules based on symmetric electron-acceptor of 1,3,4-oxadiazole moiety or its asymmetric isomerof 1,2,4-oxadiazole unit were successfully synthesized and applied to solution-processable blue phosphorescent organic lightemittingdiodes for the first time, and their thermal, photophysical, electrochemical properties and density functional theorycalculations were studied thoroughly. Due to the high triplet energy levels (ET, 2.82–2.85 eV), the energy from phosphorescentemitter of iridium(III) bis[(4,6-difluorophenyl)-pyridinate-N,C2′]picolinate (FIrpic) transfer to the host molecules couldbe effectively suppressed and thus assuring the emission of devices was all from FIrpic. In comparison with the para-modeconjugation in substitution of five-membered 1,3,4-oxadiazole in 134OXD, the meta-linkages of 1,2,4-isomer appending withtwo phenyl rings cause the worse conjugation degree and the electron delocalization as well as the lower electron-withdrawingability for the other 1,2,4-oxadiazole-based materials. Noting that the solution-processed device based on 134OXD containing1,3,4-oxadiazole units without extra vacuum thermal-deposited hole/exciton-blocking layer and electron-transportinglayer showed the highest maximum current efficiency (CEmax) of 8.75 cd/A due to the excellent charge transporting ability of134OXD, which far surpassed the similar devices based on other host materials containing 1,2,4-oxadiazole units. Moreover,the device based on 134OXD presented small efficiency roll-off with current efficiency (CE) of 6.26 cd/A at high brightnessup to 100 cd/m2. This work demonstrates different nitrogen and oxygen atom orientations of the oxadiazole-based hostmaterials produce major impact on the optoelectronic characteristics of the solution-processable devices.
